The “fix” was obviously in.

The Wisconsin Supreme Court tossed out President Trump’s election lawsuit on everything BUT the merits of the case.

According to the Associated Press, “The Wisconsin Supreme Court on Monday rejected President Donald Trump’s lawsuit attempting to overturn his loss to Democrat Joe Biden in the battleground state, ending [President] Trump’s legal challenges in state court about an hour before the Electoral College was to meet to cast the state’s 10 votes for Biden.”

“The President sought to have more than 221,000 ballots disqualified in Dane and Milwaukee counties, the state’s two most heavily Democratic [and most heavily populated] counties. In a 4-3 ruling, Justice Brian Hagedorn, a conservative writing for the majority, said the Trump campaign was ‘not entitled to the relief it seeks.’”

Okay…, first of all…, why is it important to note that Justice Hagedorn is supposedly a “conservative?”  Is that supposed to lend some credence to his opinion?

I guess so.

“Hagedorn used a sports analogy when ruling against Trump, saying he waited too long to raise his complaints.”

‘“Our laws allow the challenge flag to be thrown regarding various aspects of election administration,’ Hagedorn wrote.”

He seems to assume everyone reading his ruling is familiar with American football, and the National Football League.

Actually, I think that is quite culturalist and even misogynistic.

But that’s okay, as long as it’s a ruling against President Trump and conservatives.

‘“The challenges raised by the [President’s] Campaign in this case, however, come long after the last play or even the last game; the Campaign is challenging the rulebook adopted before the season began.’”

As I have stated in earlier blogs, is it ever too late for justice to be served?

And you shouldn’t be looking at any “rulebook” adopted by anyone else other that the state’s legislature, which is solely given the rights to create the laws governing a state’s elections by The United States Constitution.

“[President] Trump wanted to disqualify absentee ballots cast early and in-person, saying there wasn’t a proper written request made for the ballots; absentee ballots cast by people who claimed ‘indefinitely confined’ status; absentee ballots collected by poll workers at Madison parks; and absentee ballots where clerks filled in missing information on ballot envelopes.”

Please note that there is nothing in Wisconsin’s election laws, established by the legislature, allowing for any of this.

“The court ruled that [President] Trump’s challenge to voters who were indefinitely confined was without merit and that the other claims came too late.”

“Liberal justices Rebecca Dallet and Jill Karofsky, who sided with Hagedorn, wrote separately to emphasize that there was no evidence of fraud in Wisconsin’s election.”

‘“Wisconsin voters complied with the election rulebook,’ Dallet and Karofksy said. ‘No penalties were committed and the final score was the result of a free and fair election.’”

Even though these two wrote separately from Hagedorn, they sure seem to be writing from the same “playbook,” if you want to use football terminology.

“Karofsky blasted [President] Trump’s case during Saturday’s hearing, saying it ‘smacks of racism’ and was ‘un-American.’ Conservative justices voiced some concerns about how certain ballots were cast, while also questioning whether they could or should disqualify votes only in two counties.”

“Smacks of racism?!”

“Un-American?!

Please, Justice Karofsky, we don’t need an obviously biased and disingenuous lecture from you on top of your misguided and partisan decision regarding this case.

Karofsky is the larger pictured justice on the right.

“Biden [supposedly] won Wisconsin by about 20,600 votes, a margin of 0.6% that withstood a Trump-requested recount in Milwaukee and Dane counties, the two with the most Democratic votes. Trump did not challenge any ballots cast in the counties he won.”

Oh really?!

That’s odd.

Why would he challenge the counties he won?

And a recount of the same illegal ballots is, of course, just going to produce the same results.

Yes, folks, the “fix” was obviously in.

It’s a real shame that many of these state supreme courts are now making their judgements based on politics rather than the law.

In many cases, our judicial branch of government has “sold its soul” to the politically corrupt neo-fascist manipulators in our country.

“Justice” has now become what some liberal perceives it to be, or wants it to be, and not what it actually should be.

UPDATE#4: Remember the Alamo! (Friday, 12/11/20).

Well, it’s in the Supreme Court’s hands now.

The only question left is: Is The Supreme Court going to sit back and allow the democrats to steal this election or not?

According to Tyler Olson and Bill Mears of Fox News, “Texas on Friday morning filed a ‘reply brief’ with the Supreme Court as it asks the tribunal to hear its lawsuit that aims to essentially nullify the presidential elections in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Georgia and Wisconsin — putting the ball in the justices’ court to issue an order in the case.”

“The ‘briefing stage’ of Supreme Court litigation consists of the first party, in this instance, Texas, asking the court to hear the case. Then opposition briefs are filed by those on the other side of the case. Then the first party is allowed to file a ‘reply brief,’ which Texas did Friday morning.”

‘“Defendant States do not seriously address grave issues that Texas raises, choosing to hide behind other court venues and decisions in which Texas could not participate and to mischaracterize both the relief that Texas seeks and the justification for that relief,’ the Texas brief says of the opposition briefs filed by Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Michigan and Georgia Thursday.”

“Texas continues: ‘An injunction should be issued because Defendant States have not—and cannot—defend their actions.’”

“The justices now could simply issue an order saying that they refuse to hear the case. They could also agree to hear the case and promptly dismiss it or rule in favor of Texas. The justices could also request oral arguments before ruling.”

“The crux of the Texas case is the argument that the four states it is suing — all four of which swung for President-elect Joe Biden — unconstitutionally changed their election statutes in their judiciaries or executive branches, when only the legislature is allowed to make election law. The reply brief Friday says that the four states failed to adequately dispute their point that this makes their entire elections invalid.”

‘“Defendant States do not credibly dispute either that they changed election statutes via non-legislative means or that the Electors Clause preempts such changes,’ the Texas brief says. ‘Accordingly, Texas is likely to prevail on the merits.’”

“Texas’ Friday brief says that it not asking the Supreme Court to decide or overturn the results of the presidential election, but right a constitutional wrong.”

‘“Texas does not ask this Court to reelect President Trump, and Texas does not seek to disenfranchise the majority of Defendant States’ voters,’ Texas’ brief says.”

“It continues: ‘Texas asks this Court to recognize the obvious fact that Defendant States’ maladministration of the 2020 election makes it impossible to know which candidate garnered the majority of lawful votes. The Court’s role is to strike unconstitutional action and remand to the actors that the Constitution and Congress vest with authority for the next step.’”

How can the Supreme Court not act in this case?

‘“The timing is extremely late and the justices have been reluctant to resolve election disputes too close to an election, much less after a presidential election has been conducted and votes certified in the states at issue,’ [University of Richmond School of Law professor Carl] Tobias told Fox News.”

“Late?”

Is that all you’ve got?

“Late?”

“Late” regarding what?

Is it ever too late to request that justice be served?

They just finally completed counting votes not too long ago!

And it seems like they keep finding more ballots to count all the time!

“There is no specific time limit for the justices to issue an order in the case, though some action is likely to come before Monday [12/14/2020], which is when presidential electors across the country will assemble in their state capitals to cast their electoral votes for president.”

Again, it is my belief that, considering all of the possible ramifications, this decision by The Supreme Court will go down in history as the most important decision it has ever made.

We’ll now see if the five conservative judges on the Supreme Court have the courage to do the right thing.  I already know how the liberal judges are going to vote.

I’ll continue to keep you posted.

UPDATE#3: Remember the Alamo! (Friday, 12/11/20).

The “defendant states’” responses are in.  Now it will be up to the Supreme Court to decide if Texas’ lawsuit is even worth consideration.

Tyler Olson and Bill Mears of Fox News report that, “Pennsylvania, Georgia, Wisconsin and Michigan filed briefs Thursday in response to the Texas case seeking to bar their presidential electors from voting.”

“In briefs submitted with the Supreme Court on Thursday, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin slammed the Texas lawsuit to prevent those four states from casting their electoral votes as a ‘meritless’ effort to ‘decimate the electorate of the United States.’”

Excuse me Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin, but the Texas lawsuit is hardly “meritless.”

Taken from the filed Texas motion and supporting documentation:

“Expert analysis using a commonly accepted statistical test further raises serious questions as to the integrity of this election.”

“The probability of former Vice President Biden winning the popular vote in the four Defendant States—Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin—independently given President Trump’s early lead in those States as of 3 a.m. on November 4, 2020, is less than one in a quadrillion, or 1 in 1,000,000,000,000,000. For former Vice President Biden to win these four States collectively, the odds of that event happening decrease to less than one in a quadrillion to the fourth power (i.e., 1 in 1,000,000,000,000,000^4). See Decl. of Charles J. Cicchetti, Ph.D. (“Cicchetti Decl.”) at ¶¶ 14-21, 30-31. See App. 4a-7a, 9a. 11.”

So, expert mathematical analysis is saying that Joe Biden winning the vote in these four states, given the circumstances, was basically impossible.

We have to listen to the “experts” after all, don’t we?

We have to follow the Science, don’t we?

Just sayin’.

“The response briefs were filed just ahead of a 3 p.m. deadline the Supreme Court previously gave the states to respond to the Texas suit.”

“It [the Texas lawsuit] aims to take advantage of the Supreme Court’s original jurisdiction in disputes between states, bypassing lower federal courts, which have uniformly ruled against other election-related litigation by President Trump and his allies.”

Bypassing the lower federal courts, in this case, was key.  The lower courts, in regards to this case, would most certainly dismiss it out of hand, either because the judge had a liberal bias, or the judge did not want to assume the responsibility for ruling in favor of Texas.

“The Texas suit gained the backing of 17 other states Wednesday when, led by Missouri, they filed a brief endorsing the Paxton’s case. Then on Thursday, Missouri and five other states filed another brief with the Supreme Court this time asking to be allowed to join Texas as litigants in the case.”

“But despite the widespread support from red-state attorneys general for Texas’ case, attorneys general Pennsylvania, Michigan, Georgia and Wisconsin attacked the suit in their responses as ‘meritless’ and ‘nakedly political.’”

‘“Texas waited until now to seek an injunction to nullify Pennsylvania’s election results because all of the other political and litigation machinations of Petitioner’s preferred presidential candidate have failed,’ the Pennsylvania brief, led by Attorney General Josh Shaprio, states.”

So, what?

What does this, if even true, have to do with the merits of Texas’ lawsuit?

‘“The Trump campaign began with a series of meritless litigations. When that failed, it turned to state legislatures to overturn the clear election results,’ Pennsylvania continued. ‘Upon that failure, Texas now turns to this Court to overturn the election results of more than 10% of the country. Texas literally seeks to decimate the electorate of the United States.’”

Nooo…, Texas now turns to the Court to stop the fraudulent election results from 10% of the country decimating the rights of the other 90% of the country!

‘“Texas asserts that this Court’s intervention is necessary to ensure faith in the election. But it is hard to imagine what could possibly undermine faith in democracy more than this Court permitting one state to enlist the Court in its attempt to overturn the election results in other states,’ the Wisconsin brief says. ‘Merely hearing this case—regardless of the outcome—would generate confusion, lend legitimacy to claims judges across the country have found meritless, and amplify the uncertainty and distrust these false claims have generated.’”

“Michigan, led by Attorney General Dana Nessell, also laid out a variety of factors that it believes weigh heavily against the Texas case.”

‘“The base of Texas’s claims rests on an assertion that Michigan has violated its own election laws. Not true,’ the Michigan brief says.”

Now there you go lying again, Ms. Nessell.

I know…, it just comes with the job, and with being a democrat.

“The crux of the arguments from Texas and the states that support it is that the Constitution gives only state legislatures the power to set rules regarding presidential elections. Therefore, when the executive and judicial branches in Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Georgia changed how their elections would work this year in light of the coronavirus pandemic, their elections became invalid.”

‘“When non-legislative actors in other States encroach on the authority of the ‘Legislature thereof’ in that State to administer a Presidential election, they threaten the liberty, not just of their own citizens, but of every citizen of the United States who casts a lawful ballot in that election—including the citizens of amici States,’ the Wednesday brief filed by Missouri and 16 other states says.”

Bingo!

Now, what’s so hard to understand about that, and how can that thinking even be argued with?

Regardless, the democrats are arguing against it.

“But most legal experts agree that for many procedural reasons the Texas case is almost certain to fail, and that their merits argument is fatally flawed too.”

‘“To begin with, the imagined “rule” is universally ignored since states have in fact allowed their governors, judiciaries, or both to make rulings and determinations affecting the manner in which presidential elections are held and electors thus chosen,’ Walter Olson of the libertarian Cato Institute told Fox News.”

This “imagined rule” you refer to, Mr. Olsen, is a little thing called The Constitution of the United States!

And whether or not states have chosen to ignore The Constitution in the past, has no bearing on whether or not their current election processes are legal or not.

It’s really a childish excuse.

“We’ve established illegal voting processes before, so…”

“Harvard law professor [Okay…, I can already see where this is going!] and former Supreme Court clerk to late Justice Antonin Scalia, Lawrence Lessig, meanwhile, said that the motivations for the Texas case are purely political.”

See, I told you!

‘“This is political posturing through litigation. Not one of those attorneys general believes they are entitled to win,’ he told Fox News. ‘As lawyers, that should stop them from signing onto such an action. But they are acting as politicians, not lawyers here — to the detriment of the rule of law.’”

I really can’t believe you were able to get that statement out, Mr. Lessig, without choking on your own words!

People “acting as politicians,” and the “detriment of the rule of law?!”

Seriously?

Along with all of the additional states supporting the Texas lawsuit, The President has signed on in support of it, as have 106 House members who filed a brief with the Supreme Court as well.

It is my belief that, considering all of the possible ramifications, this decision by The Supreme Court will go down in history as the most important decision it has ever made.

I’ll continue to keep you posted.

If you’re not already “following” me and you liked my blog(s) today, please choose to “follow” me, which will keep you up to date on all of my latest posts, and/or leave me a comment.   I value your feedback and I’d love to hear from you!

Thank you, MrEricksonRules.

“Cheaters, cheaters, pumpkin eaters!”

I remember this rhyme from when I was a kid.

Yes, it is childish, but, whatever, I’m rolling with it!

During Joe Biden’s October 24th appearance on the progressive podcast “Pod Save America,” Biden said, “We’re in a situation where we have put together, and you guys did it for our administration, President Obama’s administration before this, we have put together I think the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics.”

In this instance, I believe you Sleepy Joe!

It’s amazing the information you can get out of Joe Biden if you just let him talk without the aid of a teleprompter.

So, now that we have that established…, according to the Brennan Center for Justice, “It is important to protect the integrity of our elections. But we must be careful not to undermine free and fair access to the ballot in the name of preventing phantom voter fraud.”

“Politicians at all levels of government have repeatedly, and falsely, claimed the 2016 and 2018 elections were marred by millions of people voting illegally. However, extensive research reveals that fraud is very rare, voter impersonation is virtually nonexistent, and many instances of alleged fraud are, in fact, mistakes by voters or administrators. The same is true for mail ballots, which are secure and essential to holding a safe election amid the coronavirus pandemic.”

“The Brennan Center’s seminal report, ‘The Truth About Voter Fraud,’ conclusively demonstrated that most allegations of fraud turn out to be baseless and that most of the few remaining allegations reveal irregularities and other forms of election misconduct.”

Of course they are.

Have you read the MrEricksonRule’s Center for Justice report that brings to light massive democrat election fraud?

It carries about as much weight as this piece of Brennan Center propaganda.

Supposedly, The Brennan Center for Justice at the New York University Law School is a bipartisan law and public policy institute seen as liberal or progressive in its policy positions and views. The organization is named after Supreme Court Justice William J. Brennan.

The Brennan Center’s own website says, “The Brennan Center is equal parts think tank, public interest law firm and advocacy organization. The Brennan Center serves as a generator of legal theory and as an expert on democracy reform, equipping and empowering journalists, attorneys, civic engagement organizations, and other national partners to achieve immediate wins and make long-term strides toward an inclusive and just democracy.”

Their form of “an inclusive and just democracy” does not include people who don’t think like they do, and “just democracy” is whatever they say it is…, and you better not question them.

What a couple of good little Nazis!

If you visit the Brennan Center’s website, it will become apparent quite quickly that they oppose President Trump and are proactive in their attacks on him and his administration.

It would not surprise me at all if these people were a driving force behind many of the issues we find ourselves having with this election.

It’s amazing how many of these “centers” exist in our country, whose soul intention is destroying our country as we know it.

I’ve heard many “talking heads” representing the democrats, and many hosts and contributors to many shows on the fake news and liberal propaganda media say:

“There may be some instances of voter fraud, but not enough to matter.”

“There may be some cases voter fraud, but not enough to make a difference in the outcome.”

“The rate of voter fraud is within acceptable ranges.”

There is a huge difference between “voter fraud” on a case by case instance, and large scale “ballot fraud” or large scale “ballot data dumps,” “intentional voting machine software manipulation,” and overall “election fraud.”

The 2020 election cannot be compared to prior elections.

In the 2020 election, democrats were prepared to pull out all the stops if needed, and do whatever it took to defeat President Trump.

That is precisely why counts were halted in battleground states on election night, after it was determined President Trump was on track to win these states.

This gave the democrats time to produce enough votes, electronically, or physically, to overtake President Trump’s vote totals, when the counting recommenced.

It was quite obvious to me, and I will go to my grave believing this was the case.

Whether or not The President’s legal team is able to actually gain access to the system and the physical ballots, in order to be able to document this cheating and bring it to light is another story.

If they really believe the election was fair and square, and they are interested in making sure our elections are fair and square, Joe Biden, his campaign, and the democrats should welcome validation of this election’s integrity, not ignore it, fight it, or run from it.

Nobody wants their vote to be disqualified by an opposing illegitimate vote.

Put your hand up if you’re willing to sacrifice your vote to a cheater.

Hmmm…, I’m not seeing any hands out there.

And it doesn’t make any difference if the cheating is on a small scale or a large scale.

Cheating is cheating.

It’s the year 2020 ladies and gentlemen.  We are more than capable of instituting an election system which would safeguard us from virtually all of the fraud issues, if that’s what our politicians (and I’m referring mainly to the democrats) wanted.

Biden and the democrats are not going to be able effectively govern the country if tens of millions of Americans believe Biden is an illegitimate president who got into office by way of a rigged and stolen election.

Hopefully, we won’t be forced to deal with that situation.

If you’re not already “following” me and you liked my blog(s) today, please choose to “follow” me, which will keep you up to date on all of my latest posts, and/or leave me a comment.   I value your feedback and I’d love to hear from you!

Thank you, MrEricksonRules.

CHEATERS! How the democrats are trying to steal the election.

“Yes, democrats are trying to steal the election in Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania,” according to John Daniel Davidson of “The Federalist.”

“In the three Midwest battleground states, vote counting irregularities persist in an election that will be decided on razor-thin margins.”

“As of this writing, it appears that Democratic Party machines in Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania are trying to steal the election.”

Oh, there’s no doubt…, they are!

“As reporters and commentators [not to mention millions of voters] went to bed early Tuesday morning, all three states were too close to call, but President Trump led former Vice President Joe Biden by comfortable margins—far beyond what had been predicted in the polls. None of the networks called these states because enough mail-in ballots remained uncounted that it could swing either way, but Trump’s position looked good.”

Yes, it did.

“Then, something strange happened in the dead of the night.”

Haven’t you heard that “nothing good happens after two in the morning?!”

“In both Michigan and Wisconsin, vote dumps early Wednesday morning showed 100 percent of the votes going for Biden and zero percent—that’s zero, so not even one vote—for Trump.”

That, my friends, is what you would call statistically impossible, under “normal” ballot processing.

“In Michigan, Biden somehow got 138,339 votes and Trump got none, zero, in an overnight vote-dump.”

“When my Federalist colleague Sean Davis noted this, Twitter was quick to censor his tweet, even though all he had done was compare two sets of vote totals on the New York Times website. And he wasn’t the only one who noticed—although on Wednesday it appeared that anyone who noted the Biden vote dump in Michigan was getting censored by Twitter.”

Hmmm.  It seems that the twits at Twitter were poised to censor any shenanigans their friends perpetrated on the election.

“Others were quick to note the partisan censorship from Twitter and raise concerns over how 100 percent of a vote dump could possibly go to Biden. But the social media giant has maintained its crackdown on sharing this information. Twitter users could not like or share a tweet from the Daily Wire’s Matt Walsh noting the 138,339-vote dump.”

‘“Buzzfeed’ later reported that according to a spokesperson at ‘Decision Desk HQ,’ the votes for Biden were the result of a ‘data error’ from a ‘file created by the state that we ingested.’ When the state noticed the ‘error’ it updated its count, which somehow gave 138,339 votes to Biden and zero to Trump.”

Sounds legit…, NOT!!!

And “Ingested?”

The words “ingested” and “election” should definitely be mutually exclusive when talking about an election.

“There was also something suspicious about the vote reporting in Antrim County, Michigan, where Trump beat Hillary Clinton by 30 points in 2016. Initial vote totals there showed Biden ahead of Trump by 29 points, a result that can’t possibly be accurate, as plenty of journalists noted.”

“After the strange results caught national attention, election officials in Antrim County said they were investigating what they called ‘skewed’ results, working with the company that provides their election software to see what went wrong. The county clerk said they plan to have an answer by Wednesday afternoon.”

So, as usual, when you get caught, you just blame “the computer.”

“Then another mysterious all-Biden vote dump happened in Wisconsin. Biden miraculously overcame a 4.1-point Trump lead in the middle of the night thanks to vote dumps in which he got—you guessed it—100 percent of the votes and Trump got zero.”

It almost hilarious how brazen these democrat cheaters are that they don’t even make any sort of attempt to make their “vote dump” appear somewhat plausible.

Note the vertical lines in both graphs below:

“On Wednesday, the Trump campaign demanded a full recount in Wisconsin, citing ‘reports of irregularities in several Wisconsin counties which raise serious doubts about the validity of the results.’”

“In Pennsylvania, the Democratic scheme to steal the election is a bit different. Rather than vote dumps that impossibly go 100 percent to Biden, Pennsylvania is relying on the Democratic Secretary of State’s plan to count indisputably late mail-in ballots as though they were received on Election Day—even if they have no postmark.”

“This plan was of course rubber-stamped by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, which cited the need for ‘equitable relief’ to address mail delays amid the pandemic.”

And that would be what you would call “illegal.”

State legislatures are the only governmental entities who can legally change a state’s voting procedures.

“Note that this isn’t just about ballots that come in after Election Day, but about ballots that come in after Election Day that don’t even have a postmark—that is, there is no way to tell when the ballots were mailed, or from where.”

No potential for fraud there!

This is exactly the situation President trump had been saying he was concerned about for months prior to the election.

And as usual, he was right.

“Although it’s true that the long delays we’ve seen for absentee ballot counts are due in part to state laws in Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania that prohibit the counting of absentee ballots before Election Day, which is not the case in most other states. But the cumulative circumstances under which these absentee ballots are now being tallied is highly suspicious.”

Highly.

“Unless election officials in Michigan and Wisconsin can explain the overnight vote-dumps and Pennsylvania officials can explain their rationale for counting ballots with no postmark, the only possible conclusion one can come to right now is that Democrats are trying to steal the election in the Midwest.”

But wait…, there’s more.

Miranda Devine for The New York Post says, “Biden may steal an election for the elitists, but Democrats will regret it.”

“Let’s be real. Goliath was never going to let David breeze through the rematch.”

“The provinces, for whom President Trump is an instrument, not an end in himself, were never going to have an easy time winning the 2020 election against the amassed might of the Democratic Party, the ‘Fake News’ media and allied pollsters, Big Tech, woke billionaires and the celebrity class, who united to stamp out the barbarian orange emperor.”

Dang, Miranda, you’re good!

“The ‘chumps’ and ‘ugly folk,’ as Joe Biden calls them, came out in their glorious millions from the American heartland on Election Day and now we will see if people power prevails, if the nationalist populist movement enabled by Donald Trump, but not defined by him, lives to fight another day against the corrupt globalists represented by the sad husk of Biden.”

I like that…, “the sad husk of Biden.”

He is sad.

“It boils down to Trump’s belief that the Democrats perpetrated widespread voter fraud in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin and elsewhere to steal the election.”

“While even those in his own party are urging him to lose gracefully [Please note that this is fake news.  No one in the republican party, other than the obvious RINOs, are urging President Trump to “lose gracefully.], the president has every right to ensure electoral laws are enforced to prevent fraud.”

“In fact, he owes it to the 68 million deplorables who voted for him.”

“To that end, Trump has turned to an old ally, former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani, to lead a heroic legal challenge.”

“In a press conference in Philadelphia Wednesday, Giuliani laid out one clear anomaly in which, contrary to Pennsylvania law, Republican election observers were denied the right to oversee the counting of 120,000 ballots by being forced to stand 20 to 30 feet away from where they were being counted.”

‘“They were never able to see the ballot itself, never able to see if it was properly postmarked, properly addressed, properly signed on the outside…, this went on for 20 hours. While all of you thought there was some kind of legitimate count going on here in Philadelphia, it was totally illegitimate.’”

“Giuliani’s team has also launched a lawsuit in Wisconsin where he says that, after election observers had gone home, ‘at 3 or 4 in the morning about 120,000 ballots appeared…, and they all got counted.’”

“The Trump campaign also filed a lawsuit in Michigan Wednesday, with campaign manager Bill Stepien claiming Republican observers were denied ‘meaningful access to numerous counting locations to observe the opening of ballots and the counting process, as guaranteed by Michigan law.’”

Laws shmaws.

“There are other allegations of fraud or irregularities, late-counted votes and suspected vote harvesting being reported around the country.”

“In one case, a woman claiming to be an election volunteer in Michigan’s Clark County claimed on video she had discovered a box of 500 ballots outside the counting facility from people who were not on the voter rolls.”

“Despite the Democrats pouring millions into flipping Senate seats, their efforts were ultimately feeble as Republican stalwarts like Sen. Lindsey Graham [and Mitch McConnell] easily won reelection.

“In Arizona — which was called early for Biden on election night, but the Trump campaign still says they can win — a ‘data error’ claimed 95 percent of votes had been counted yesterday when only 86 percent had been, and the remainder reportedly were from Trump-heavy counties.”

You don’t say.

“So, you can see that, in such a close election, Trump’s concerns are not frivolous.”

“Despite ‘racist’ charges, Trump did better with minorities than any GOP candidate in 60 years.”

“In any case, Biden as much as declared victory yesterday, saying that by the time the count is finished, ‘I believe I will be the winner…, we are winning in enough states to reach the 270 electoral votes needed to win the presidency.’”

“Trump’s campaign claimed Wednesday he still had a path to victory if he keeps Pennsylvania and somehow Arizona comes back to him.”

“But even if Trump does lose, it may be a blessing in disguise for Republicans.”

I wouldn’t go that far.

“The result has crushed Democratic expectations of a clean sweep. It wasn’t a landslide win against an unpopular president, as we had been told so confidently for months.”

“If Biden wins, it will be by the narrowest margin.”

“And all the hundreds of millions spent on retaking the Senate came to nothing, with the Republicans looking to hold onto their lead. The top targets, Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and Sen. Lindsey Graham, survived easily.”

“The fatal miscalculations of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi in cynically refusing to negotiate on the latest stimulus bill has cost the Democrats dearly in the House, where they have gone backward by at least six seats. They did not manage to get rid of a single Republican. So much for the blue wave.”

“The failure means that in 2022, the House is more likely to revert to Republican control, setting up a lame-duck presidency.”

“The Democrats won’t be able to pack the Supreme Court, abolish the Electoral College or make DC and Puerto Rico states. They will struggle to impose the Green New Deal.”

“Unfortunately, nothing can be done to stop a President Biden-Harris repeat of the geopolitical errors of the Obama presidency, such as appeasing China and Iran’s mullahs and signing onto the Paris climate accord.”

“But a President Biden in cognitive decline will sooner or later be replaced by his unpopular, untested vice president, Kamala Harris.”

“Saddled with a recession and policies that will only exacerbate economic decline, the next four years will hobble Democrats.”

“Their flaws and hypocrisy will be on full display, with a good chance of the 2024 presidential race being won by one of the new generation of Republican heirs to Trumpism.”

“Whoever wins this election, the result is a humiliation for the Trump-deranged media and the tame pollsters who provide them with the justification for their dishonest political narrative.”

“Let history record that on the Sunday before the election, The New York Times declared that ‘all 15’ of their columnists suffer from mandatory Trump Derangement Syndrome.”

“Whoever wins, this election has exposed the frauds and liars who pose as our elites, and [at least] half of America won’t forget it.”

I sure won’t.

Singing the blues over “Varsity Blues.”

The “liberal elites” apparently don’t have to play by the same rules the rest of us do.

“We should allow anyone into our country…, while I live in at a walled and gated estate that keep all of the undesirables out.”

“We should ban the use of fossil fuels and promote public transportation…, while I hop around in private jets and chauffeur driven limousines.”

“We should keep increasing the funding for our pathetic public education system…, while I send all of my kids to private schools.”

“We should admonish the white middle class, make them feel guilty and create divisions between the races based on their “white privilege”…, while I actually take advantage of my rich, white, liberal elitist privileges.”

…and the list could go on and on and on.

According to Felicity Huffman and Lori Loughlin of Fox News, “Actresses Felicity Huffman and Lori Loughlin were among more than four dozen people charged in a nationwide college admissions cheating scandal that involved wealthy individuals paying up to $6.5 million to place their children into elite universities, according to court records.”

laws are for the peasants

“More than four dozen were charged.”  Would anyone care to wager how many people go to jail?  My money would be on no one.  They may end up paying some additional fines, which will mean nothing to them, but that will be about it.

“The alleged scam, which placed students into top colleges such as Yale, Georgetown, Stanford, University of Southern California, UCLA and the University of Texas, was run by William Rick Singer, from California, who helped parents get their children admission through bribes, court documents unsealed in Boston showed. Officials have been investigating the case, named ‘Operation Varsity Blues,’ for more than a year.”

“Singer, who authorities said will plead guilty to racketeering, ran the charity, Key Worldwide Foundation, which received $25 million in total to guarantee the admissions, U.S. Attorney Andrew Lelling said during a Tuesday news conference. The charitable foundation was allegedly used as a front to run the scam.”

“The racketeering conspiracy charges were unsealed Tuesday against the coaches at schools including Georgetown, Wake Forest University and the University of Southern California.  Authorities say the coaches accepted bribes in exchange for admitting students as athletes, regardless of their ability.”

So to make it worse, these privileged liberal elites took spots away from other student athletes who really needed these scholarships to have an opportunity to attend college at all.

“Most of the students did not know their admission to the school was due to a bribe, authorities said, but in some cases, the children and their parents took part in the scheme.”

Excuse me.  What?  So you’re saying in some cases the parents or the children were not aware of what was going on?  You’re saying they paid all of this money but didn’t know what they were giving it away for?  Or you’re saying these other people paid millions of dollars to help out of the goodness of their hearts?

‘“Singer would accommodate what parents wanted to do,’ U.S. Attorney Andrew Lelling said, adding that it ‘appears that the schools are not involved’ except for a USC administrator who was charged.”

Ohhhh nooooo…, of course none of the schools were involved!  Except one lowly administrator who is going to take the fall for all of them.

‘“There can be no separate college admission system for the wealthy and there will not be a separate criminal justice system either,’ Lelling said.  “We’re not talking about donating a building so a school is more likely to take your son or daughter, we’re talking about deception or fraud.’”

Truer words were never spoken!

But true words are spoken all of the time.

Who really believes that this is not going to keep right on happening though?

You can’t see me…, but my hand is up.

“Singer would help his clients’ children by having another individual take SAT or ACT tests on behalf of the students, officials said. Parents would allegedly pay up to $75,000 for each test and wire money to ‘charitable accounts.’”

liberal privilege

‘“Singer used the purported charitable donations from parents, at least in part, to bribe two SAT and ACT test administrators,’ court documents stated.”

“He would discuss with his clients what SAT or ACT score they desired for their children that were impressive but ‘not too impressive.’  He would then instruct Mark Riddell, of Palmetto, Florida, to take the exams for the students, or ‘replace the students’ exam responses with his own.’ Riddell had been working with Singer since 2011, documents stated.”

Beautiful…, just beautiful.

So these students didn’t think it was odd that they had SAT or ACT scores when they hadn’t even taken the test?

“In a January interview with Parade, actor William H. Macy discussed how ‘stressful’ applying to colleges had been.”

Ha!  Do tell William H.!  Tell us how stressful it has been when everything had been pre-arranged!

‘“She’s going to go to college [Macy talking about his daughter]…, we’re right now in the thick of college application time, which is so stressful,’ Macy said. ‘I am voting that once she gets accepted, she maybe takes a year off. God doesn’t let you be 18 twice…, But it’s just my opinion, and we’ll see what she wants to do, what Felicity thinks and how the chips fall.’”

What a lyin’ piece of disingenuous liberal garbage.  Yessss, we’ll just have to see what Fe-li-ci-ty wants to do.  Especially since you already knew how the “chips were going to fall.”

“Several colleges, including Yale, University of Texas and USC, released statements following Tuesday’s news conference saying they were ‘victims’ of the bribery scheme.”

Believe me…, all of these billion dollar universities are a lot of things…, but a “victim” is not one of them.

liberal privlege 2

So next time one our liberal elitist friends decides to lecture us on how to behave, who to vote for, and what to believe…, just remember who they are really looking out for…, themselves and their elitist friends.
