In case this doesn’t ring a bell, pardon the pun, this title is a tribute to the late great boxing announcer, Howard Cosell, and his call of Joe Frazier being knocked down by George Foreman in their 1973 heavyweight title fight, “Down goes Frazier, down goes Frazier, down goes Frazier!”
The difference here is we have Florida Governor Ron DeSantis knocking “President” Joe Biden for a loop, as opposed to George Foreman and Joe Frazier.

The latest “Biden abomination” was his town hall debacle and his (well, not really his) attack on the Demonazi’s interpretation of misinformation and disinformation.
According to Tucker Carlson, for Fox News, “Joe Biden showed us what disinformation looks like, and like the good leader he is, Joe Biden led by example.”
Here, the “Tucker Carlson Tonight” host highlights “misinformation” from Joe Biden in his CNN town hall.
“There’s been a dramatic escalation recently we need to tell you about in the Biden administration’s longest and hardest-fought war. That would be the war against what they’re calling misinformation. Almost daily, Biden’s battle-hardened flack [Jen Psaki] mounts the podium at the White House with updates on the conflict’s progress.”
“Last week, Biden’s spox bot [Jen Psaki] told the press corps that the campaign against misinformation has encountered serious and unexpected setbacks. Misinformation won a series of bloody skirmishes, on cable news and in social media. Thousands of Americans died, but the commander in chief is not bound by this. He’s not giving up. Indeed, Joe Biden has just begun to fight.”
Yes…, Joe has just begun to fight, but in a battle of wits, he is seriously unarmed!
“Going forward, the First Amendment will be suspended until further notice. And if misinformation appears on your Facebook page or in your Twitter feed or even in your private text messages, Joe Biden will summarily execute misinformation. He will hunt it down and kill it himself. This is total war.”

Later, Joe Biden explained, and this was news to criminologists across the world, the real reason crime rates, murder rates are up in our cities isn’t that parents aren’t supervising their kids on the street, isn’t that lunatics are shooting each other over tennis shoes or other disputes no one can even remember. It’s not that the moral fabric of the country is collapsing in on itself. It has nothing to do with the fact that Democrats let violent criminals out of jail using the pretext of COVID, or that prosecutors funded by George Soros are refusing to put anyone back into jail. No. It has nothing to do with any of that.”
“You know what’s causing all the murders? It’s the gun stores. The gun stores are causing all the murders. So why are they telling you this? Well, clearly they want more power, but more than that, they want to show you what misinformation is for. Misinformation is a lie that makes the person who tells it more powerful. Yes, actually large pockets of America actually are immune, because they’ve had the virus already, which provides a greater immunity than the vaccine, but is never mentioned.
“And promises [the vaccine] of a return to life as it was before the pandemic — a wholesome ‘summer of joy,’ as President Biden tweeted last month — didn’t keep the White House from falling short of its self-imposed deadline to have 70 percent of adults get at least one shot by July 4.”
Ya, we have noticed that “President” Biden and his crew have a habit of falling short in most areas.
And let’s just be clear on this…, “President” Biden has never tweeted anything…, ever.

Excuse me if I’m skeptical of “anonymous” White House officials, and democrats are in no position at all to tell anyone to not “get too excited.”

Not quite, Howard. I’m sure the democrats don’t feel their “on the defensive” at all. As a matter of fact, things are going nicely according to plan as far as they’re concerned.
What we’re seeing, regarding homicides, shootings, and other crimes, is A DIRECT RESULT OF DEMOCRAT POLICIES regarding the elimination of bail requirements, letting violent criminals back out into the community, district attorneys choosing not to prosecute violent criminals or any criminals for that matter, the defunding of police, and the limiting of police response options and general support.
Kurtz continues, “As the carnage continues, the rise in urban crime is ‘staggering’ and ‘sobering.’”
“Carnage” is a good choice of words!

They want to concentrate on removing guns from the hands of decent, law abiding people, by trying to create all of these new restrictive gun laws.
Just a little reminder here…, CRIMINALS DON’T OBEY LAWS!
Shooting someone, killing someone, armed robbery, etc, are already against the law! Adding another restrictive law will only effect people who are already obeying the law and not the criminals.
Oh…, and additionally, a law is only as effective as the resulting punishment for breaking it.

If you really want to stop gun crime, all you have to do is establish a policy where if you commit a crime with a gun, you get a mandatory 20 year sentence…, minimum.

But this piece did not run in the New York Times. It ran on Medium [an on-line publishing company]. And the piece explains where the virus almost certainly came from. In it, Wade makes it clear that, more than any other single American, Tony Fauci is responsible for the COVID-19 pandemic.”

“Wade lays out a nearly insurmountable amount of evidence that this virus originated at the Wuhan Institute of Virology in Central China.”

At the time the outbreak began last fall, the Wuhan lab was conducting experiments on how to make bat viruses infectious to human beings. Those experiments were funded by American tax dollars, the funding for those experiments was approved and directed by Tony Fauci in Washington. It’s hard to believe that, but it’s true, and the piece lays it out.”
The question that immediately comes to mind is, why would we want to make bat viruses infectious to human beings in the first place? Don’t we have enough infectious diseases to deal with?
Secondly, why would America be funding this via a Chinese Lab?
Was Iran and North Korea too busy developing nukes to get in on this?
“Many of the Wuhan experiments fell under the direction of a Chinese researcher Shi Zheng-li. Known as the ‘bat lady,’ she was China’s leading expert on bat-born viruses. Her job was genetically engineering coronaviruses so that they [could] infect human beings, and do so as easily as possible.”
Again…, why?
“The work, Wade notes, involved, ‘doing gain-of-function experiments designed to make coronaviruses infect human cells.’”
“Why was this research going on? You’ll have to ask the scientist who did it.”
You could also ask Anthony Fauci.

According to Chan, that fact implied that the virus was designed for human-to-human transmission from the outset.”
“Millions of people have died of COVID-19, so it’s not a matter of score-settling or blame-assignment to figure out where it came from.”
“If you want to prevent the next global pandemic, you have to figure out how this one started. And so, the World Health Organization, said it would get to the bottom of it. The World Health Organization, of course, is beholden to China. And so, it tried to hide the basic facts of the origins of this pandemic. And to hide those facts, WHO appointed none other than Peter Daszak as the only America-based representative on the investigative team looking into where the virus came from. In what turned out to be a sham report, that team concluded it’s ‘extremely unlikely’ the virus came from the Wuhan lab. That’s not true.”
“The WHO’s investigation into the origins of the virus was fraudulent, and that matters to public health globally. But one thing you’ll notice is that Tony Fauci did not say that. Why? Because once again, he’s implicated in it, personally.”

There was a federal moratorium on the funding of exactly the kind of gain-of-function experiments that went on in the Wuhan lab, to disastrous effects. So why didn’t the feds halt its funding to the lab in Wuhan? That is a central question, and Nicholas Wade looked into it.”
“Here’s what he found: ‘Someone wrote a loophole into the moratorium. The moratorium specifically barred funding any gain-of-function research that increased the pathogenicity of the flu, MERS or SARS viruses. But then a footnote on p.2 of the moratorium document states that “An exception from the research pause may be obtained if the head of the USG funding agency determines that the research is urgently necessary to protect the public health or national security.”’”
“And that’s exactly the loophole that was exploited.”
“Who signed off on this? Tony Fauci — possibly along with Francis Collins, the director of the NIH — invoked that special exception in order to keep funding the Wuhan lab, and the deadly experiments that were going on there. The experiments that clearly went so wrong.”
“According to Richard Ebright, ‘Unfortunately, the NIAID Director [Fauci] and the NIH Director exploited this loophole to issue exemptions to projects subject to the pause – preposterously asserting the exempted research was “‘urgently necessary to protect public health or national security — thereby nullifying the pause.”’”

Even the Nazi’s “Angel of Death,” Dr. Josef Mengele, wasn’t responsible for as many deaths as our own Dr. Fauci apparently is.
AND THIS IS THE GUY WHO HAS BEEN LECTURING US, FOR OVER A YEAR NOW, ABOUT WHAT WE CAN AND CANNOT DO REGARDING OUR SAFETY, AS IT PERTAINS TO THE VIRUS?!

So, whenever we hear these disingenuous politicians pontificating on the new gun laws they are proposing, just be aware that it is a bunch of hot air that will do absolutely nothing, regarding gun violence in our country.
NOTHING.
CRIMINALS DO NOT BUY THEIR GUNS AT DICK’S SPORTING GOODS, BASS PRO SHOPS, OR CABELAS.
CRIMINALS USE STOLEN GUNS OR GUNS THEY GET ILLEGALLY OFF THE BLACK MARKET.
So, the politicians can make legally buying a firearm as difficult as they want, but these added requirements only make it harder for law-abiding citizens to purchase a gun.
THESE ADDED ROAD BLOCKS TO BUYING A GUN HAVE NO EFFECT ON CRIMINALS OBTAINING A WEAPON.
NONE.
The ironic part of this whole issue is that we already have plenty of gun laws on the books to deter gun violence.
THE REAL PROBLEM IS THE GOVERNMENT AND THE COURTS DON’T PROPERLY ENFORCE THE LAW!
OVER 75% OF PEOPLE WHO COMMIT A CRIME WITH A GUN ARE REPEAT OFFENDERS!
PEOPLE WHO CHOOSE TO COMMIT A CRIME WITH A GUN NEED TO BE TAKEN OUT OF CIRCULATION AND PUT AWAY FOR A LONG TIME.
WE HAVE TO SEND A CLEAR MESSAGE THAT IF YOU USE A GUN ILLEGALLY, YOU WILL NOT GET THE OPPORTUNITY TO DO SO AGAIN.
It is not hard to figure out, that if we do this, within a few years, the rate of crime involving a weapon will go way down.
WAY DOWN.
Gun laws are there to protect law-abiding citizens.
IF THE COURT SYSTEM CHOOSES TO TREAT GUN CRIME LIGHTLY, THEY DO SO AT THE EXPENSE OF LAW-ABIDING CITIZENS, AND SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR CRIMES AGANST SOCIETY AS WELL.
So, do we really need any new gun laws?
No.
IF THE POLITICIANS REALLY WANT TO REDUCE GUN VIOLENCE, ALL THEY NEED TO DO IS DEMAND THAT OUR CURRENT LAWS ARE ENFORCED, AND THAT USING A GUN ILLEGALLY WILL BE PUNISHED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.
The sad part is they already know this, but they knowingly choose to put the “rights” of criminals ahead of the rights of the victims and law-abiding citizens, like you and me.
They make sure they’re protected though.
It’s the ultimate challenge a free society has to face.
The laws that allow us to enjoy freedom are the same laws that allow the haters of America’s freedoms to attack our freedom.

“Charlie Chester, a technical Director at CNN, claims, ‘If it wasn’t for CNN, I don’t know that Trump would have got voted out,’ during a series of fake Tinder dates filmed by Project Veritas.”
“Tinder” is a social networking and online dating app.

“He then said the new focus would be on a ‘pandemic-like story that we’ll beat to death, but that one’s got longevity.’”
‘“Like there’s a definitive ending to the pandemic. It’ll taper off to a point that it’s not a problem anymore. Climate change can take years, so they’ll [CNN will] probably be able to milk that quite a bit,’ he said.”
At the rate CNN is losing viewership, these days, CNN may not be around long enough to do much “milking.”
If anybody had any doubts about where CNN was coming from, I thinks those doubts have now all been laid to rest.

Based on his remarks and intentions, regarding the 2nd Amendment to The Constitution, “President” Joe Biden has violated his oath of office, and should thus be removed from office.
Article II of The Constitution, referring to the president, and concerning executive power, Section 1, Clause 8 states: “Before he enter on the Execution of his Office, he shall take the following Oath or Affirmation:–I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.”
Joe Biden said these words while placing his hand on a Bible, a short two and a half months ago.
Now, he is already breaking that oath.
The Second Amendment, one of the ten amendments to the Constitution comprising the Bill of Rights, states: “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”
Did you get that?

According to Tyler Olson of Fox News, “President Biden on Thursday announced a set of executive actions and legislative proposals on gun control, saying that gun violence is ‘a public health crisis’ and the administration’s actions do not contravene Second Amendment rights.”

“The administration aims to ‘confront not just the gun crisis but what is actually a public health crisis,’ Biden said in his remarks in the Rose Garden. He was joined by Vice President Harris.”
‘“Nothing I’m about to recommend in any way impinges on the Second Amendment,’ Biden said. ‘These are phony arguments suggesting that these are Second Amendment rights at stake from what we’re talking about.’”
“Continuing, Biden said: ‘But no amendment to the Constitution is absolute … From the very beginning, you couldn’t own any weapon you wanted to own. From the very beginning the Second Amendment existed, certain people weren’t allowed to have weapons. So, the idea is just bizarre to suggest that some of the things we’re recommending are contrary to the Constitution.’”

“An administration official detailed the actions to reporters on Wednesday. Among them, Biden is asking the Justice Department (DOJ) to propose within a month a rule to stop ‘ghost guns,’ which are ‘kits’ people can buy legally to assemble a functioning firearm that does not have a serial number.”
For your information, Joe, there are already federal laws regarding “ghost guns.”
“Biden is also asking the DOJ to propose within 60 days a rule on braces used for handguns, which make them more accurate; to propose action on ‘community violence intervention’; to publish suggestions for ‘red flag’ legislation; and is asking his administration to issue a report on gun trafficking.”
“Biden also formally announced David Chipman as the director of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF).”
“A senior administration official Wednesday said that Chipman will respect the Second Amendment while he enforces gun laws.”
Respecting the Second Amendment and following the law of the Second Amendment are not necessarily the same.
Just for the record, Chipman is a good little Nazi, in my opinion, and should not be the head of of anything, or even work in the government, period.
‘“I’ve seen with my own two eyes what a bullet can do to the human body … and I’ve fought my entire career to fight this violence and to pass reasonable gun safety measures,’ Harris said as she introduced Biden.”
‘“What are we waiting for? Cause we aren’t waiting for a tragedy… We’ve had more tragedy than we can bear,’ she said. ‘The solutions exist… people on both sides of the aisle want action, real people … so all that is left is the will and the courage to act.’”
Yes, we know Kamala. Tragedy strikes every weekend in the city of Chicago, regarding gun deaths, and they already have some of the strictest gun laws in the country.
You seem to choose to ignore, Kamala, the fact that CRIMINALS DON’T FOLLOW THE LAW!
“The Biden administration is also expected to throw its weight behind gun control proposals in Congress.”
‘“Enough prayers, time for some action,’ Biden said of Congress. ‘I believe the Senate should immediately pass three House-passed bills to close loopholes that allow gun purchases, purchasers, to bypass the background checks.’”
What about people like your son Hunter, Joe?
What about people like your son, Hunter, who lie on the application and illegally obtain a firearm, and then are not even punished for it?
What good does passing another law do if no one is punished for breaking it?
I’m sure no one present from the press thought to ask Illegitimate Joe that question.
“He also pushed for two gun control laws that would go even further than that.”
‘“We should also ban assault weapons and high-capacity magazines in this country,’ Biden said. He said ‘there’s no reason’ a person would need a weapon that can hold ‘100 rounds.’”
Please remember, Joe, that the Second Amendment was not written regarding deer hunting…, it was written to make sure the people could stand up against a hostile and oppressive government, either foreign or domestic.
‘“We should also eliminate gun manufacturers from the immunity they receive from the Congress,’ Biden said, referring to the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act (PLCAA), a law that prevents gunmakers from being sued for crimes committed with guns they sell legally.”
To even suggest this is utterly ignorant.
Should we allow car companies to be sued when people kill and injure people with their cars?
Should we allow Alcohol manufacturers to be sued when people kill and injure people after getting drunk off of their products?
It would be nice, Joe, if you could stop and think about what you’re saying before letting this type of stupidness come out of your mouth.
‘“This is the only outfit that is exempt from being sued,’ he continued. ‘If I get one thing on my list… give me that one because I tell you what there would be a come to the Lord moment these folks would have real quickly.’”
Beside lying here, “cognitively challenged” Joe then doubles down on his idiocy.
“Republicans, meanwhile, have expressed their suspicion of Biden’s agenda which goes even further than what he announced Thursday.”
Really?

Wow. These republicans are really sharp! You can’t get anything past them!

And you can add Biden’s name right next to Obama’s.
‘“Further, the proposals Biden announced tonight could require law-abiding citizens to surrender lawful property and enable states to expand gun confiscation orders. The NRA will fight this nomination and ill-conceived executive actions,’ the NRA also said.”
Good for the NRA. At least they speak the truth, exhibit some common sense, and stand up for The Constitution.
“House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., added: ‘President Biden plans to announce his attempts to trample over our constitutional 2A rights by executive fiat. He is soft on crime, but infringes on the rights of law-abiding citizens. I won’t stand for it. And neither will House Republicans. Follow the Constitution!’”
Those are nice words, Kevin. Let’s see how you follow through on them.

Again, agreed, but why aren’t we dealing effectively with violent criminals already?

Please notice that all of these people are either from the West coast or the East coast.
That alone is not a good sign.
Our methods of selecting governmental representatives must be seriously flawed.
