The Media: From Watch Dogs to Lap Dogs!

Yes, my friends…, it’s true.

But first, let’s establish what we’re talking about here.

Harvard’s “Colonel Watchdog” publication says, “Watchdog journalism is a form of investigative journalism where journalists, authors or publishers of a news publication fact-check and interview political and public figures to increase accountability. Watchdog journalism usually takes on a form of beat reporting about specific aspects and issues.”

Author Thomas Hanitzsch, from his book “Deconstructing Journalism Culture: Toward a Universal Theory,” writes, “In the course of their work, watchdog journalists gather information about wrongdoings of people in power and deliver it to the public, so the public can understand what happens in society and stop wrongdoings. Watchdog journalism is different from propagandist journalists, who often report articles from a government’s perspective. Due to watchdog journalism’s unique features, it also often works as the fourth estate (or the fourth branch of government). The general issues, topics, or scandals that watchdog journalists cover are political corruption and any wrongdoings of people in power such as government officials or corporation executives. One of the important things that watchdog journalists have to do is uncover hidden evidence about wrongdoings.”

According to The Lufkin Daily News, “America’s Founders regarded a free press as so vital to the new nation that they took care to include that right in the First Amendment to the Constitution.”

“The Founders spoke glowingly about the press as a pillar of democracy and guarantor of liberty. Thomas Jefferson, for instance, famously wrote in 1787 that ‘were it left to me to decide whether we should have a government without newspapers or newspapers without a government, I should not hesitate a moment to prefer the latter.’”

“George Washington framed the issue of free expression in almost apocalyptic terms: ‘If freedom of speech is taken away, then dumb and silent we may be led, like sheep to the slaughter.’”

“Yet discussing the free press of their day, the Founders also could often sound like those who are decrying ‘fake news’ in 2020.”

“Under a barrage of criticism from newspapers published by his political opponents, Washington painted journalists as ‘infamous scribblers.’ Benjamin Franklin, himself a very successful newspaper publisher, described the press of his time as a resentful, vicious institution comparable to the Spanish Inquisition.”

“Jefferson frequently condemned the press as passionately as he had advanced their right to publish freely. ‘I deplore … the putrid state into which our newspapers have passed and the malignity, the vulgarity, and mendacious spirit of those who write for them,’ he wrote in 1814. ‘Nothing can now be believed which is seen in a newspaper,’ he complained in a letter to another friend.”

“For good measure he wrote to his ally in Congress, the Massachusetts politician Barnabas Bidwell: ‘As for what is not true, you will always find abundance in the newspapers.’”

“On this Independence Day 244 years later, it’s worth reflecting on the lessons the Founders have for us as we assess the role and the practices of the news media today.”

“The first lesson is that while the nation’s leaders and institutions may chafe under the public criticism that accompanies reporting of their shortcomings, the role of the press in holding those leaders and institutions accountable is indispensable to the workings of a democratic society.”

“Most importantly, the press’ proper role must be recognized by the leaders and institutions being held accountable.”

“As abused as he was by the partisan press, Jefferson nevertheless declared, ‘I am … for freedom of the press, and against all violations of the Constitution to silence by force and not by reason the complaints or criticisms, just or unjust, of our citizens against the conduct of their agents.’”

“Among those slinging partisan unjust criticisms was the newspaper co-founded by James Madison, who reasoned that ‘some degree of abuse is inseparable from the proper use of everything, and in no instance is this more true than in that of the press.’”

“Yet, he went on to argue that trying to regulate the ‘abuse’ of the press threatens to strangle its vitality and utility to a free people: ‘To the press alone, checkered as it is with abuses, the world is indebted for all the triumphs which have been gained by reason and humanity over error and oppression.’”

“And therein lies the most fundamental lesson the Founders have for us in 2020: The press and the government may often have an adversarial relationship — but the government must not attempt to delegitimize the press and its work because they are essential to a free society.”

“Would any of us want to live in a country where the news media isn’t freely allowed to report on the actions of its government? Any harm done by an overreaching press would be nothing compared to a government left unchecked. As much as the news media may rub some the wrong way, it is frightening to think of a society with no free press.”

I think we can all agree that none of us would want to, “live in a country where the news media isn’t freely allowed to report on the actions of its government.”

The problem is, there isn’t much of the media remaining which is actually doing this.

In fact, we see the majority of the “news” media choosing to ignore many stories by partaking in propaganda by omission, like Hillary’s emails, Hillary’s promotion of the Russian hoax against President Trump, Hunter Biden’s escapades along with Illegitimate Joe’s involvement, or the manipulation of the 2020 election, for example, or outrightly promoting false democrat narratives, like the media promoting the Russian hoax against President Trump for over three straight years, along with their daily regurgitation of democrat talking points.

As much as the Founding Fathers questioned the free press back in their day, I think they would be stunned and greatly alarmed at the role the media is playing with our government, and politics in general, today.

Yes, for the most part, the media in 2022 has completed its evolution from government Watch Dogs to liberal government Lap Dogs.

More COVID “Propaganda by Omission”

On his May 5, 2021 show, Tucker Carlson said, “Between late December of 2020 and last month, a total of 3,362 people apparently died after getting the COVID vaccine in the United States … The actual number is almost certainly higher.”

According to Politifact.com, a liberal propaganda arm of The Poynter Institute, please see my prior blog dealing with them,

https://mrericksonrules.com/2019/05/06/hello-poynter-institute-its-your-turn-on-my-own-version-of-the-popular-game-show-whats-my-line/

…and according to Bill McCarthy, of Politifact, “Tucker Carlson’s claims about deaths after COVID-19 vaccinations are misleading.”

You mean like the number of deaths attributed to COVID-19 in the first place?

“Misleading” like that, Mr. McCarthy?

“Tucker Carlson was citing data from the federal Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System database, or VAERS. The VAERS system is open to anyone, and reports to it are not verified, making it a breeding ground for misinformation about vaccine safety.”

VAERS, the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System, is a United States program for vaccine safety, co-managed by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Food and Drug Administration.

Soooo, VAERS is “co-managed by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (the CDC) and the Food and Drug Administration (the FDA), otherwise known as the Fraudulent Drug Administration, but VAERS is “a breeding ground for misinformation about vaccine safety.”

Hmmm, how does that work exactly?

McCarthy continues by saying, “The entries in the VAERS database are not enough to determine whether a vaccine causes death or any other adverse event, experts said. People can die after getting vaccinated for any number of reasons unrelated to the vaccine.”

Just like “People can die after getting [the virus] for any number of reasons unrelated to the [virus].”

Is it just like that, McCarthy?

“The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention [CDC] analyzed the death reports submitted to VAERS through May 3 and concluded that there’s no ‘causal link to COVID-19 vaccines.’”

I’m confused here.

But, isn’t VAERS “co-managed by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (the CDC)?

So, the CDC is saying their own numbers are misleading themselves?

This may be the first instance I’ve seen of people throwing themselves under the bus!

This is what happens when lies catch up to you.  You’re not only found out to be lying, but you look stupid as well.

“The comments were the latest in a series of controversial remarks by Carlson raising doubts about the vaccines, which clinical trials and real-world studies have shown both safe and effective.”

Safer than taking Hydroxychloroquine?

Just sayin’.

‘“Between late December of 2020 and last month, a total of 3,362 people apparently died after getting the COVID vaccine in the United States — 3,362,’ Carlson told millions of viewers during his primetime TV show May 5. ‘That’s an average of roughly 30 people every day.’”

‘“The actual number is almost certainly higher than that, perhaps vastly higher than that,’ he added. ‘It’s clear that what is happening now, for whatever reason, is not even close to normal.’”

‘“It is exceptionally irresponsible for this man to claim that all these are causal associations. It’s wrong,’ said Dr. Paul Offit, the chair of vaccinology at the University of Pennsylvania’s Perelman School of Medicine.”

Yes!!!  How dare he?!!!

Only government authorized “swamp monsters” are allowed to make “exceptionally irresponsible” claims!  Doesn’t he know that?!

“Unlike other official government sources, which flow through consistent reporting channels and get screened by statisticians and analysts before they are made available to the public, VAERS is an open-access system. The reports submitted are not verified before they become public.”

He means unlike other sources which are properly processed through the Democrats’ Gestapo propaganda ministry!

‘“Anybody can report to it,’ Offit said. ‘If I get a vaccine, or I give my child a vaccine, and I believe that they have turned into the “Incredible Hulk,” then I can write up a one-page report online and submit it, and that then is included. And that’s been done.’”

Oh really?

A disclaimer on the VAERS website says the ‘reports alone cannot be used to determine if a vaccine caused or contributed to an adverse event or illness,’ in part because they ‘may include incomplete, inaccurate, coincidental and unverified information.’ People accessing the database must click an option that says that they’ve read and understand the disclaimer.”

“Offit said VAERS works best as ‘a hypothesis-generating mechanism’ that can tip scientists off to issues for further study, such as the rare cases of blood clots that prompted the agency to recommend a temporary pause on use of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine.”

“In this case, the CDC has analyzed all the reports of death among COVID-19 vaccine recipients that were submitted to VAERS between Dec. 14, 2020, and May 3.”

‘“A review of available clinical information, including death certificates, autopsy, and medical records has not established a causal link to COVID-19 vaccines,’ the agency concluded.”

“To establish causation, scientists need to find proof that an adverse event is significantly more common among vaccinated people than unvaccinated people. VAERS doesn’t provide enough data to do that.”

“As of May 5, nearly 150 million Americans have received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine, and many of the early shots went to older and more vulnerable people.”

“When you’re giving a COVID-19 vaccine to elderly adults, there are going to be people who die shortly after vaccination because they would have died anyway,” Dr. William Moss, executive director of Johns Hopkins’s International Vaccine Access Center, previously told PolitiFact.

“An estimated 8,000 Americans die every day of all causes, according to the CDC.”

‘“You can get the vaccine and still die from other reasons,’ Offit said.”

One of my questions is, where’s the side block on the news screens showing the running number of vaccination deaths in the U.S. and worldwide?

Another question would be, how come we don’t hear ONE thing being reported about vaccination deaths?!

Isn’t it odd as well that the usual annual flu has basically disappeared?

Those of us with basic common sense just have to question this.

Regarding the yearly flu vaccines, on average, 140 million people get the shot and on average 183 people die.

Even if the COVID vaccination deaths are less than Tucker Carlson claims, but still three, four, five, or more times higher than the annual flu vaccination deaths, isn’t that news?

It’s only not news if you don’t want it to be.

Just sayin’.

NBC is just “democrat propaganda.”

And in case there was really any doubt about this, Lester “the forehead” Holt and his “journalist” friends just confirmed it!

NBC is just one of the “democrat propaganda” entities, however.

Brian Flood of Fox News reports that, “NBC News anchor Lester Holt received praise from liberal media figures after saying reporters don’t need to hear both sides of a story before determining the ‘truth.’”

‘“I think it’s become clear that fairness is overrated … the idea that we should always give two sides equal weight and merit does not reflect the world we find ourselves in,’ Holt said on Tuesday night while accepting an award at the 45th Murrow Symposium.”

Spoken like a true “fake news” propagandist!

He doesn’t have time for “fairness,” when he’s pushing the democrats’ agenda!

C’mon on!

And don’t be concerned with “determining the truth!”

As a public service (disservice really), we’ll do that for you!

And, boy, these democrats sure like giving each other awards, don’t they!

‘“That the sun sets in the west is a fact. Any contrary view does not deserve our time or attention,’ Holt continued. ‘Decisions to not give unsupported arguments equal time are not a dereliction of journalistic responsibility or some kind of agenda, in fact, it’s just the opposite.’”

So, our friend Lester, here, puts the fact that the sun sets in the west right there with “fact” (according to the democrats) that there is no humanitarian crisis on the Mexican border.

No “dereliction of journalistic responsibility” there!

Can we harken back to an example (one of many) when Lester “the forehead” Holt had a hard time determining “the truth” on our behalf?

According to Brian Flood of Fox News, in an article published January 24, 2018, “NBC News is reeling after ‘Nightly News’ anchor Lester Holt appears to have been badly fooled by North Korean propagandists — giving a cheery report from a ski resort in the Hermit Kingdom that looked to be bustling when it was widely known to actually be a ghost town.”

Huh.

A propagandist being fooled by other propagandists.

Definitely not a good look there.

“Holt — who returned early from North Korea after scathing reviews — reported for ‘Nightly News’ from the Masikryong ski resort on Monday, a facility that is the brainchild of Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un and is typically empty. The resort, built to create the appearance of a prosperous nation, was largely deserted during peak 2017 ski season, according to multiple reports.”

On a side note, this was done by Kim in an attempt to show his country was on par with South Korea, which was preparing to host the Winter Olympics.

“But for Holt’s appearance, the North Korean government appears to have brought in skiers — wearing identical outfits — and staged the scene, something Holt did not appear to realize.”

“The resort is a ‘source of immense pride for a country trying to present a new and modern face to the world,’ Holt said during his report.”

“NBC News did not respond to requests for comment as to whether Holt’s unexpectedly early departure from North Korea was related to the embarrassing ski resort snafu. But inside 30 Rockefeller Plaza, NBC’s more seasoned journalists were cringing.”

“Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un famously rode the ski lift, without skies, when touting his resort.”

“Holt’s coverage was overseen by embattled NBC News President Noah Oppenheim, who traveled with Holt and a camera crew to North Korea weeks before the Peacock Network will cover the 2018 Winter Olympics in PyeongChang, South Korea. Now Holt’s credulous reporting has cast a cloud over the network’s ability to accurately portray the Korean peninsula going into the Olympics.”

This is they guy you’re supposed to trust to tell you “the truth?”

‘“It’s been reported that the state-of-the-art resort cost the Kim regime $35 million to build, even with slave labor, while most of the country starved,’ the Daily Mail wrote. ‘It is a bizarre thing to prioritize in an impoverished nation with a ramshackle infrastructure where around 40 percent of its people are undernourished.’”

‘“Yes, NBC is eager to promote next month’s Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang, South Korea. But that hardly required anyone to travel north of the DMZ to film propaganda for a regime that enslaves 25 million people — and holds another 50 million southerners as quasi-hostages, under constant (if low-grade) threat of war,’ an editorial said.”

“As for Holt, the North Korean trip is his biggest debacle since he hosted the first presidential debate in September of 2016, when he was widely criticized for anti-Trump bias, so much so that ‘NBC Nightly News’ dropped sharply in the ratings when compared to arch-rival ABC, and has yet to recover.”

Remember, Holt sees no reason to “hear both sides of a story before determining the “truth.”

Flood then continues, “Holt then said ‘providing an open platform for misinformation, for anyone to come say whatever they want, especially when issues of public health and safety are at stake, can be quite dangerous,’ before declaring the duty of reporters is to be ‘fair to the truth.’”

Of course, that isn’t taking into consideration your own platform for “misinformation,” right Lester?!

“Critics of Holt’s approach saw his comments as essentially a dog whistle to liberal reporters who see themselves as the arbiters of truth and, therefore, can cover the news from a one-sided perspective with the approval of NBC’s top anchor.”

“Cornell Law School professor and media critic William A. Jacobson didn’t think Holt’s remarks apply to the modern world where outspoken liberals are often working as journalists.”

‘“In a better world in which the mainstream major media had a history of fairness and non-partisanship, Holt’s point that journalism inherently involves filtering information might make sense. This is not such a better world, this is a world in which the mainstream major media wears its partisanship on its sleeve, manipulating the news cycle to the advantage of Democrats,’ Jacobson told Fox News. ‘In the real world, Holt’s advice simply justifies media political bias.’”

“Left-wing New York University journalism professor Jay Rosen felt Holt’s comments were reason to celebrate.”

‘“When the chief anchor of one of the major networks agrees that ‘bothsidesing’ everything is bad practice, critics have finally won a point and they should celebrate,’ Rosen tweeted.”

Woohoo!

“Fake news” all the way!!!

“Rosen followed up: ‘Someone like Lester Holt is a center of gravity among news workers and if he thinks it’s okay not to both sides everything that can influence thought and behavior across a lot of desks.’”

“CNN’s left-leaning ‘Reliable Sources’ 9which are anything but “reliable”) media newsletter highlighted Holt’s remarks as a ‘sharp critique of bothsidesism,’ a notable turn of phrase from a reporting team that almost completely reserves its criticisms for right-leaning outlets, including calls for censorship.”

Censorship is, of course, is the bellwether strategy for a fascist political party.

“Outspokenly liberal CNN White House correspondent John Hardwood simply wrote, ‘Thank you’ to Holt.”

So, at least we know where all of these “jounalists” are coming from…, as if we didn’t already know.

“Holt replaced Brian Williams as anchor of ‘NBC Nightly News’ in 2015 after Williams admitted to lying about an Iraq War story he’d told for years. He was suspended without pay for six months but eventually returned as an anchor for MSNBC, NBC’s left-wing (you mean more left-wing) cable affiliate.”

Bias in the mainstream media?

If there was ever any question about bias in the mainstream media, the USA Today newspaper erased all doubt.

According to Fox News, “USA Today apparently forgot about Vice President Mike Pence Wednesday night, when the newspaper tweeted a poll asking who won the vice presidential debate and listed only ‘Kamala Harris,’ ‘Joe Biden,’ ‘the pesky fly’ and ‘I didn’t watch’ as options.”

How you omit one of the two only participants in the debate is inexcusable, and demonstrates either USA Today’s complete incompetence, or their complete bias.

I’m going with “their complete bias,” although I feel we should not sell their incompetence short.

“The mistaken tweet was posted shortly after the end of the debate, which was moderated by USA Today’s Washington bureau chief Susan Page.”

This is the same Susan Page who repeatedly tried to cut Vice President Pence’s response times short, but then finding out that Kamala Harris ended up with over four and a half minutes more speaking time than Vice President Pence.

Funny who that works out, isn’t it?

“Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, tweeted a image of the now-deleted poll and asked, ‘Think the media has an agenda? Mike Pence isn’t even listed as an option on their “poll.”’”

“The paper then replaced the initial poll with another version that listed Pence as an option instead of Biden.”

“USA Today then made light of the gaffe by tweeting a third poll asking, ‘Is this a corrected poll because USA TODAY messed up the first one?’”

Oh yeah, just a completely understandable “gaffe” on their part.

“USA Today did not immediately respond to a request for comment.”

Oh really?!

That’s odd!

“The ‘pesky fly’ option refers to the now-viral insect that landed on [Vice President] Pence’s head and stayed there for more than two minutes late in the proceedings.”

It’s Trump’s fault!

Yes, my friends…, if anything, and I mean if ANYTHING happens that isn’t good, it’s President Trump’s fault…, and NOTHING he does is allowed to even be considered good.

ablame 8

I’m really getting bored with this liberal blame game that seems to be on a never-ending loop.

Can we just assume that President Trump is to blame for everything from now on so you liberals can just shut up?

I mean, your litany of lame excuses and shifting of all of the blame from yourselves onto President Trump is so disingenuous, very tiresome, and quite sickening as well.

ablame 1

ablame 2

ablame 7

We see a seemingly never-ending parade of liberal mayors…,

ablame 9

blue state governors…,

ablame 12

democrat congresspeople, and, of course, the liberal propaganda media, blaming President Trump for all of their, and all of the world’s problems.

ablame 11

ablame 14

But remember, President Trump has only been in politics the last 3½ years.

So, racism wasn’t an issue prior to 2017?

Social justice wasn’t an issue prior to 2017?

Police brutality wasn’t an issue prior to 2017?

Crime rates, shootings and murders weren’t an issue in any of our big cities prior to 2017?

Criminal justice reforms weren’t an issue prior to 2017?

Economic opportunity in depressed areas of our country and our cities wasn’t an issue prior to 2017?

In fact, these were all existing issues prior to 2017.

These have all been existing issues prior to 2017…, AND FOR THE LAST 50 YEARS!

The fact is, President Trump has done more to address these issues in the last 3½ years than had been done in the prior 50 years!

And I’m talking about actual positive actions…, not just lip service or promises.

You don’t believe me?

Let’s take a look at just a few of President Trump’s accomplishments.

Our economy, under President Trump’s direction, saw historic lows for African American unemployment and African American youth unemployment, as well as historic low unemployment rates for Latinos, Asians, and Women.

Nearly 8 million Americans have been lifted off of food stamps.  Indeed, the latest data from the Department of Agriculture shows that 7.7 million fewer Americans receive food stamps now than did when Trump entered the White House.

The poverty rate has fallen to its lowest level in nearly two decades, according to new data released by the U.S. Census Bureau.

The First Step Act was promoted and signed into law by President Trump. This law shortens mandatory minimum sentences for nonviolent drug offenses. It also eases a federal “three strikes” rule, which currently imposes a life sentence for three or more convictions, and issues a 25-year sentence instead. Most consequentially, it expands the “drug safety-valve,” which would give judges more discretion to deviate from mandatory minimums when sentencing for nonviolent drug offenses.

Beyond sentencing reform, the First Step Act includes provisions that will improve conditions for current prisoners and address several laws that increased racial disparities in the federal prison system.

“We’re all better off when former inmates can receive and re-enter society as law-abiding, productive citizens,” Trump said in remarks endorsing the bill. “And, thanks to our booming economy, they now have a chance at more opportunities than they’ve ever had before.”

Opportunity Zones were created under the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act and signed into law by President Trump.  The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA,) known for creating Opportunity Zones, is often celebrated for its potential to move billions of dollars into low-income communities. However, there remains an open question as to whether this program will ultimately serve to add value, or extract values, from these communities.  Opportunity Zones (OZs) are defined as “economically-distressed communities where new investments, under certain conditions, may be eligible for preferential tax treatment.” First conceived in April of 2018, OZ plans are now in place for communities in all 50 states this year.

President Trump signed a bill that will permanently provide more than $250 million a year to the nation’s historically black colleges and universities (HBCUs), along with dozens of other institutions that serve large shares of minority students.  “When I took office, I promised to fight for HBCUs, and my administration continues to deliver,” Trump said. “A few months ago, funding for HBCUs was in jeopardy. But the White House and Congress came together and reached a historic agreement.”

H.R.1927: African American Civil Rights Network Act of 2017.  This act recognizes the importance of the African American civil rights movement and those who made sacrifices for it. It authorizes the National Park Service to create a US Civil Rights Network, tying together relevant operations within the Service, that will be tasked with coordinating and facilitating projects to commemorate the history of that movement. The Network will operate for seven years, tending to relevant events and historical sites and developing and disseminating new educational materials on the issue.

H.R.1242: 400 Years of African-American History Commission Act.  This bill commemorates the 400th anniversary of the arrival of the first Africans in the English colonies in Virginia in 1619. It creates a 15-member commission, composed of government officials, members of civic societies, and historians, to be appointed within 120 days. The commission will plan, develop, and carry out activities recognizing and highlighting African-American history since that point in time, and it will be authorized to provide grants of up to $20,000 to support related activities at all levels.

H.R.267: Martin Luther King, Jr. National Historical Park Act of 2017.  In 1992, the federal government recognized several sites associated with the life of Martin Luther King, Jr., as a collective national historic site. This bill adds one building, the former headquarters of the Southern Christian Leadership Conference that King co-founded, and upgrades the collective site to national park status—the first such entity in Georgia.

Presidential Proclamation 115: To Take Certain Actions under the African Growth and Opportunity Act and for Other Purposes.  This proclamation most significantly reverses Obama-era decisions to deny the African nations of Gambia and Swaziland duty-free trade access to American markets under the act named in the proclamation’s title. That access is contingent on maintaining or improving political freedoms and human rights standards.

H.R.2989: Frederick Douglass Bicentennial Commission Act.  This bill recognizes Douglass’s exceptional rise from slavery to the forefront of the American civil rights movement, as well as his vital role in abolitionism, contributions to the Union in the Civil War, and service in national government. It affirms that all Americans would benefit from learning more about and following the examples laid out by Douglass. The act creates a commission to plan and carry out federal activities to commemorate the 200th anniversary of his 1818 birth.

And there has never been a bigger supporter of the safety of American citizens, law enforcement, and our first responders, in The White House, than President Trump.  The lawlessness we see in our large, liberal, cities is a result of opposition to President Trump’s policies, not because of them.

Regarding New York City, specifically, Julia Musto of Fox News reports that, “Dan Bongino blasts liberal mayors blaming COVID-19 and Trump for violence: ‘This is pathetic.’”

“Liberal mayors’ attempts to blame violence over the Fourth of July weekend on the coronavirus and the Trump administration is ‘grotesque and pathetic,’ former NYPD officer and Secret Service agent Dan Bongino said Tuesday.”

“In an interview on ‘Fox & Friends,’ Bongino specifically called out Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot and New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio.”

“The Democrat-run cities both saw spikes in violent crime over the holiday weekend. According to the Chicago Police Department, there were 87 people shot and 17 killed from July 2 to July 5. There were at least 44 shooting incidents and 10 dead in New York City as the Big Apple saw its surge in violence continue.”

‘“I heard Mayor Lightfoot in Chicago also trying to pin this on [President] Donald Trump somehow. How was this Donald Trump? And again, it was racist, of course. Everything is racist. God forbid you call out the fact that young Black children are being shot in the head,’ he remarked.”

‘“It’s not President Trump that did this. It’s that guy in City Hall, Bill de Blasio — your Communist mayor who has failed you and — as I said on this program and others, repeatedly for years now — people will die because of the arguments going on over public safety,’ Bongino concluded. ‘And, tragically, I was correct.’”

ablame 13

So, after decades upon decades of inaction and ineffectiveness by the “do nothing” political establishment, democrats and republicans, we are now told that all of these problems are President Trump’s fault, and that all of these politicians who have overseen these problems for decades and decades now suddenly have all the answers.

ablame 10

Fool us once, shame on you…, fool us twice (or a hundred times), shame on us.

#METOO? Apparently, there are women, and then there are WOMEN.

Yes folks…., we are being taught an important lesson by liberals about liberals, that not all women deserve equal justice under the law, and that some men are insulated from the justice they deserve.

Creepy Joe Biden, for example, is one of the “untouchable,” liberal, men who is allowed to get away with almost anything it seems.

adouble 5

According to Joseph A. Wulfsohn of Fox News, “The woman [Tara Reade] who has accused Joe Biden of a sexual assault in the early 1990s is calling out the media and several politicians being considered to join the former vice president on the 2020 ticket for ‘protecting a powerful man’ while attempting to ‘silence’ her in the process.”

Those politicians being senators, Kamala Harris, Amy Klobuchar and Elizabeth Warren.

adouble 1

‘“I’d like my history with [Creepy Joe] Biden to be examined in a dignified way that’s not slanted by political bias or sensationalized. I’d like a deeper conversation about the fact that sexual harassment and sexual assault do not have a political party, [or an] agenda,’ Tara Reade told Fox News in an interview Sunday. ‘It’s an equal opportunity offender. There are Democrat offenders as well as Republican offenders and I’m sure Independent and Green Party. I mean, it doesn’t matter what your party affiliation is, and it shouldn’t as far as the media coverage regarding claims.’”

It shouldn’t, but it definitely does.

“Reade, a former staffer for the then-Delaware senator, pointed to the favorable reporting on Dr. Christine Blasey Ford, who came forward in 2018 during the confirmation of Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh and accused him of an alleged assault that took place in the 1980s. Kavanaugh vehemently denied the allegations that were leveled against him at the time.”

adouble 13

‘“Blasey Ford, because it was a conservative candidate they were going to put in the Supreme Court, was treated with much more deference by most of the media outlets, although her experience was difficult as well. And she received threats and received her own pain,’ Reade said. ‘I’ve basically had no substantive support from women’s groups that are considered liberal or Democratic. I’ve had no support from any Democrat candidate, although I’ve reached out. And I’ve received either slanted reporting that ended up being talking points for Biden’s campaign or silence from the mainstream media. So that’s my contention and my concern.’”

That’s funny, because I can distinctly remember the liberal propaganda, fake news media attacking Judge Kavanaugh like a bunch of rabid dogs 24/7.

There is also a BIG distinction in that Blasey Ford’s accusations were against a then high schooler, Brett Kavanaugh, while Reade’s accusations are against a sitting U.S. Senator, and current presidential candidate, Joseph Biden.

adouble 3

adouble 4

Let’s take a look especially at Senator Kamala Harris, who has been silent regarding Tara Reade, but who was such a concerned and staunch supporter of women accusers when the accusations were against a conservative.

ACCORDING TO HER OWN U.S. SENATE WEBSITE, these are Senator Kamala Harris’ comments regarding Judge Brett Kavanaugh and his accuser Christine Blasey Ford:

“When Judge Brett Kavanaugh was first nominated, I said that he represents a direct and fundamental threat to that promise inscribed above the Supreme Court, ‘Equal Justice Under Law.’”

No concerns like that about Creepy Joe Biden, Senator Harris?

“In the weeks since then, the basis for my concern has been confirmed.”

Confirmed by what or by who?  Confirmed by the fake news media and promoted by political narrative driven democrats?

“Senate Republicans used raw power to rush an unfit nominee onto the Supreme Court when the American people have more questions than answers about Judge Kavanaugh’s suitability to serve.”

No questions at all about Quid Pro Quo Joe’s “suitability to serve” though?

“When Dr. Christine Blasey Ford came forward with serious and credible allegations of sexual assault, not only was she attacked by Senate Republicans, she was mocked by the President of the United States. The White House then prevented the FBI from investigating critical aspects of the allegations or interviewing key witnesses—not even permitting the FBI to interview Judge Kavanaugh and Dr. Ford.”

adouble 12

What makes Blasey Ford’s accusations “serious and credible,” but not Tara Reade’s?

Blasey Ford’s accusations were attacked explicitly because they were vague, unsubstantiated and uncorroborated.  Quite the opposite of Tara Reade’s accusations.

And what about any type of investigation, at all, FBI or otherwise, regarding Reade’s accusations?

“As a former prosecutor, I have led investigations and I have tried these cases in a courtroom. I have spent countless hours with assault survivors. And when I look at what has occurred over these few days, we have fallen short in fulfilling our constitutional duty to fully evaluate Judge Kavanaugh’s nomination. This process has been a disservice to Dr. Ford. This process was a disservice to survivors everywhere. And this process has been a disservice to the American people.”

Sen. Kamala Harris (D-Calif.) speaks during the Senate Judiciary Committee's confirmation hearing of Judge Brett Kavanaugh, President Donald Trumpís nominee for the U.S. Supreme Court, on Capitol Hill in Washington.

Is it possible to observe anymore hypocrisy in one paragraph than we see here from Kamala Harris?

So, you obviously don’t consider Tara Reade a “survivor” or one of the American people, I guess, huh, Kamala?

Oh, I’m sorry.  I forgot those terms are only applicable to liberals.

“The Judge Kavanaugh the American people saw before the Judiciary Committee does not have the character, the temperament, or the judgment to sit on the highest court in our land. His own partisan, evasive, dishonest, and aggressive testimony demonstrates that we cannot trust him to be a fair and unbiased jurist. He is simply unfit. The Senate should have put partisanship aside and demanded better.”

Hey, at least Judge Kavanaugh was made to answer his accuser…, unlike Creepy Joe Biden, who has been given a complete pass thus far, and who’s campaign has just continued to deny, deny, deny and lie, lie, lie.

adouble 10

“It is now up to each of us to continue to fight for justice and equality and hold our government accountable.”

Your words are inspiring, Senator Harris, but the hypocrisy and disingenuousness is deafening.

Again, according to Wulfsohn, “The Biden accuser expressed hope that ‘the next kind of case’ like hers will be approached in a ‘more educated way and with emotional intelligence.’”

I certainly wouldn’t bet on that!

“Reade, a life-long Democrat, later called out the politicians on Biden’s VP shortlist over their ‘silence’ on her assault claim, including Sen. Kamala Harris, D-Calif., Sen. Amy Klobuchar, D-Minn., and Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass., who she had supported for president during the Democratic primary before supporting Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt.”

‘“What I’d like to say to the slanted reporting where they are omitting details, where they are not investigating corroborating [testimony], what I would like to say to them at this point and some of the silence from some the candidates Kamala Harris, Amy Klobuchar, Elizabeth Warren that at this point, if you continue to silence me, if you continue to engage in protecting a powerful man without giving my case a closer look, you are complicit in rape,’ Reade declared.”

“The offices of Sen. Harris, Sen. Klobuchar, and Sen. Warren did not immediately respond to Fox News’ requests for comment.”

Hmmm, that’s odd.

“Earlier this month, Klobuchar was asked about Reade’s allegation but pointed to the reporting from The New York Times and concluded that her claim ‘has been investigated.’”

‘“He has said, and I agree with this, you’ve got to get to the bottom of every case and all allegations. I think The New York Times — I haven’t read all the stories. I read that one. Your viewers should read that,’ Klobuchar told MSNBC anchor Ari Melber. ‘It was very thorough. They interviewed people. And I have done a lot of work on this. I actually led the effort to change the rules in the U.S. Senate so that it is easier to bring these cases forward and so that we have taxpayers not paying for bad conduct.’”

‘“I think this case has been investigated. I know the vice president as a major leader on domestic abuse, I worked with him on that. And I think that, again, the viewers should read the article. It was very thorough.’”

Yes, Senator Klobuchar…, we all know how “thorough” The New York Times can be…, and slanted towards their liberal point of view.

And Senator Warren has been completely AWOL on this issue.  What an absolutely tireless defender of women she is!

“Reade’s story first resurfaced in an article in The Intercept on March 24. Podcast host Katie Halper then interviewed Reade, who said that in 1993, a more senior member of Biden’s staff asked her to bring the then-senator his gym bag near the U.S. Capitol building, which led to the encounter in question.”

‘“He greeted me, he remembered my name, and then we were alone. It was the strangest thing,’ Reade told Halper. ‘There was no like, exchange really. He just had me up against the wall.’”

“Reade said that she was wearing ‘a business skirt,’ but ‘wasn’t wearing stockings — it was a hot day.’”

“She continued: ‘His hands were on me and underneath my clothes, and he went down my skirt and then up inside it and he penetrated me with his fingers and he was kissing me at the same time and he was saying some things to me.’”

“Reade claimed Biden first asked if she wanted ‘to go somewhere else.’”

‘“I pulled away, he got finished doing what he was doing,’ Reade said. ‘He said: “Come on, man. I heard you liked me.”’”

adouble 2

Yes…, we’ve all heard the “come on, man” line before.

“Reade said she tried to share her story last year, but nobody listened to her. Earlier this month, she filed a criminal complaint against Biden with police in Washington, D.C.”

“Fox News reached out to the Biden campaign for comment on this story. The campaign referred Fox News to a statement earlier this month from Biden Deputy Campaign Manager Kate Bedingfield that said: ‘What is clear about this claim: it is untrue. This absolutely did not happen.’”

Well, I guess that takes care of that then.

adouble 6

‘“Vice President Biden has dedicated his public life to changing the culture and the laws around violence against women,’ Bedingfield said. ‘He authored and fought for the passage and reauthorization of the landmark Violence Against Women Act. He firmly believes that women have a right to be heard — and heard respectfully. Such claims should also be diligently reviewed by an independent press.’”

Yes, Ms. Bedingfield…, and that’s what makes Ms. Reade’s claims all the more disappointing…, all the more disgusting…, and all the more believable.

MSNBC’s Brian Williams says, “4 out of 3 people struggle with math.”

According to Dom Calicchio and Brian Flood of Fox News, “Brian Williams, [and] NY Times editor ridiculed for getting Bloomberg math breakdown very, very wrong.”

“If someone had simply stopped and double-checked some math, they might have saved MSNBC’s Brian Williams and New York Times editorial board member Mara Gay some embarrassment and an apology Thursday night.”

amath 8

“Instead, both Williams and Gay marveled on air in reaction to a Twitter user’s post about Mike Bloomberg’s campaign spending.”

“Trouble is, the post had gotten the math all wrong – yet neither Williams nor Gay seemed to notice.”

“The Super Tuesday evening post, now deleted, said: ‘Bloomberg spent $500 million on ads. The U.S. population is 327 million. He could have given each American $1 million and still have money left over, I feel like a $1 million check would be life-changing for people. Yet he wasted it all on ads and STILL LOST.’”

amath 9

‘“It’s an incredible way of putting it,’ Williams gushed.”

‘“It’s an incredible way of putting it. It’s true,’ Gay agreed.”

It is an incredible way of putting it…, and an incredibly stupid way of putting it!

amath 1

“In reality, however, had Bloomberg divvied his advertising dollars among all Americans, the per-capita cash-out would have been more like $1.53 per person – not even enough to take a ride on New York City’s subway.”

“MSNBC’s Brian Williams and New York Times editorial board member Mara Gay were roasted on social media for botching simple math.”

amath 3

‘“Turns out Mara and I got the same grades at math. I’m speaking of the tweet we both misinterpreted. He could give each American $1. Again, I didn’t have it in high school. I don’t have it tonight. I stand corrected. Sorry about that. The tweet is wrong,’ Williams told viewers later in the show. ‘Garbage in, garbage out.’”

There you go, Brian!

That’s it EXACTLY!

That’s what I’ve been saying all along with regards to all of you liberal propaganda, fake newsers!

“GARBAGE IN, GARBAGE OUT.”

And there’s been A LOT, A LOT, A LOT of “GARBAGE OUT.”

In fact there’s been primarily “garbage out.”

This actually has more to do with COMMON SENSE than it does with Math, Brian.

amath 2

When you say, “I didn’t have IT in high school. I don’t have IT tonight…,” I believe you, and I believe the “it” refers to common sense as well as math.

It’s amazing how all of these elitist pundits and show hosts can sit there and belittle Trump supports as uneducated rubes, but then turn around and spew this kind of stupidness out of their mouths and then completely write it off.

“One Twitter user who took notice of the bad math was writer Michael Salfino of New Jersey.”

‘“What is wrong with these people?’ Salfino wrote. ‘This would be right if there were 327 people in the US. And this reflects horribly on the NY Times too. Can someone stop and think for two seconds?’”

They do stop and think, Mr. Salfino…, except they don’t think about accuracy or the truth.  They spend a lot of time thinking about how they can promote the anti-Trump narrative, the establishment democrat narrative, or in this case, the divisive, “smarty pants” elitist narrative.

‘“The 11th Hour’ [William’s show on MSNBC] eventually pointed out the mistake on social media.”

Oh, how nice of them!

‘“Tonight on the air we quoted a tweet that relied on bad math. We corrected the error after the next commercial break and have removed it from later editions of tonight’s program. We apologize for the error,’ the verified Twittter account for Williams’ show wrote after the gaffe.”

No…, actually you [the show] swallowed the tweet with the bogus math hook, line and sinker, and then ran with it without a second thought!

“National Review editor Charles C. W. Cooke wrote that the math is obviously ‘spectacularly off’ but so it’s also very telling.”

‘“This, right here, is why so many left-leaning Americans think that “the billionaires” can pay for everything. It’s why Elizabeth Warren was enthusiastically boosted by the media despite her ridiculous pretense that she could pay for a series of gargantuan initiatives without raising taxes on anyone but the extremely rich,’ Cooke wrote. ‘It’s why Democrat after Democrat promises not to raise “middle class taxes” while promising programs that require the raising of middle class taxes. How did this bad tweet make it onto TV to be endorsed? Why did Mara Gay agree with it? Why didn’t Brian Williams notice? Because the people involved in this clip thought it was true. This is how they see the world.”

Yes…, like I said, they [the fake news media] do stop and think…, except they don’t think about accuracy or the truth.  They spend a lot of time thinking about how they can promote the anti-Trump narrative, the establishment democrat narrative, or in this case, the divisive, “smarty pants” elitist narrative.

President Trump is absolutely right…, AGAIN!

According to Brian Flood of Fox News, “[President] Trump says America would be better off without the ‘CNNs of the world’ after fiery news conference.”

“President Trump ended Wednesday’s White House joint press conference with Finnish President Sauli Niinistö by taking a shot at CNN.”

‘“The United States is a great democracy… and if the press were straight and honest, and forthright and tough, we would be a far greater nation,’ Trump said.”

anocnn 9

anocnn 10

Can anyone possibly argue the validity of that statement?

Can anyone possibly argue the correctness of that statement?

It is now commonly acknowledged that our “press” has a definite liberal bias.

It has also become apparent, particularly within the last five to ten years, that the “press” has gone beyond being bias to promoting the liberal narrative of the moment.

anocnn 2

anocnn 3

The First Amendment to the United States Constitution says, “Congress shall make no law… abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press….”

The founders of our country saw “the press” as an important component towards a healthy government and a healthy democracy.

According to Eugene Volokh and Gary T. Schwartz, Professor of Law at the UCLA School of Law, for the Heritage.org website, “

This writing by the First Continental Congress in 1774, says, “The last right we shall mention regards the freedom of the press. The importance of this consists, besides the advancement of truth, science, morality, and arts in general, in its diffusion of liberal sentiments on the administration of Government, its ready communication of thoughts between subjects, and its consequential promotion of union among them, whereby oppressive officers are shamed or intimidated into more honorable and just modes of conducting affairs.”

So what are reasonable or accepted journalistic standards?

While various codes may have some differences, most share common elements including the principles of truthfulness, accuracy, objectivity, impartiality, fairness, and public accountability, as these apply to the acquisition of newsworthy information and its subsequent dissemination to the public.

“…public enlightenment is the forerunner of justice and the foundation of democracy. The duty of the journalist is to further those ends by seeking truth and providing a fair and comprehensive account of events and issues. Conscientious journalists from all media and specialties strive to serve the public with thoroughness and honesty. Professional integrity is the cornerstone of a journalist’s credibility.”

It is not “the job” of “the press” to be oppositional or propositional.

So, again I ask, can anyone possibly argue the validity of President Trump’s statement?  Can anyone possibly argue the correctness of President Trump’s statement?

Apparently it is “the press” itself who is ready to argue The President’s point.

Again, President Trump commented “The United States is a great democracy… and if the press were straight and honest, and forthright and tough, we would be a far greater nation.”

No sooner had the words left President Trump’s mouth, a male voice from somewhere in the room shouted, “We are, Mr. President!”

“A source inside the room told Fox News the person who shouted was CNN White House correspondent Jim Acosta.”

anocnn 1

anocnn 5

“Trump’s retort? ‘We would be far greater when we don’t have the CNNs of the world, who are corrupt people.’”

“Trump then thanked the attendees and walked off.”

“CNN did not immediately respond to a request for comment.”

And don’t hold your breath waiting either.

anocnn 12

In this instance, it is safe to use Jim Acosta as an example of how not to behave if you aspire to be a credible journalist.

Instead of recording and reporting, we have Jim Acosta choosing to interject himself into the story.

Again…, Acosta is an example of how not to behave if you aspire to be a credible journalist.

It also seems that CNN played right along…, demonstrating exactly what The President was referring to…, and making his point for him.

WINNING!

Surprise, surprise, surprise…, Google has a liberal bias!

No kidding!

That’s really not a surprise or “news” to any of us who pay attention.

It’s old news, but still news that we need to stay on top of.

It goes beyond “bias,” however.

The question is, why do these people (liberals) feel it’s okay to cheat, unfairly influence, and deceive others in order to help their anti-American cause?

bias 3

Dr. Robert Epstein recently appeared on the show “Life, Liberty & Levin,” which is a show on FOX, hosted by Mark Levin.

bias 1

bias 2

Based on a study he conducted, he claims Google reflected a “very dramatic bias” in 2016 election search results on their search engine.

According to Dr. Epstein, “Google offered search results during the 2016 election season that manipulated voters in Hillary Clinton’s favor.”

bias 7

“The study looked into ‘politically oriented searches’ from a ‘diverse group of American voters,’ Epstein said in the interview.

“In 2016, I set up the first-ever monitoring system that allowed me to look over the shoulders of a diverse group of American voters — there were 95 people in 24 states,” he said.

“I looked at politically oriented searches that these people were conducting on Google, Bing and Yahoo. I was able to preserve more than 13,000 searches and 98,000 web pages, and I found very dramatic bias in Google’s search results… favoring Hillary Clinton — whom I supported strongly.”

So all of this is coming from a former Hillary Clinton supporter on top of it.

bias 5

I actually experienced some crazy search results myself on Google.

I was doing some research for an article on Bill Clinton’s ties to Jeffrey Epstein and the whole “Pedophile Island” thing.

I entered “Bill Clinton and Jeffrey Epstein” for my search, as I was looking to find a few pictures of the two.

To my amazement the first picture, the very first picture, that came up was a picture of Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein!

bias 10

Hmmm?

Now how could that happen unless Google programmers tied “Donald Trump” to any search that was conducted regarding Jeffrey Epstein?

The fact is that the Google search engine will VERY rarely direct you to any article or resource of a positive nature regarding President Trump.

bias 8

In an effort to supposedly address this internal bias, Google has come out with some new “community guideline,” aimed at limiting political talk among its employees.”

Ha!

Ya…, that’ll take care of the problem.

“That level of bias was sufficient, I calculated, to have shifted over time somewhere between 2.6 and 10.4 million votes to Hillary without anyone knowing that this had occurred,” Dr. Epstein continued.

Mark Levin asked Epstein how such bias and influence could be credited to Google and their search suggestions and results?

Epstein replied that, “People searching Google for politically relevant or election-related information will see search suggestions pop up as they type, and also see a number of top searches on the first page of their results.”

bias 9

“We now know that those search suggestions have a very, very powerful effect on people and that they alone can shift opinions and votes dramatically and then search results appear below,” he added.

After hearing about Epstein’s research and report, President Trump tweeted, “Report just out! Google manipulated from the 2.6 million to 16 million votes for Hillary Clinton in 2016 election! This was put out by a Clinton supporter, not a Trump Supporter! Google should be sued. My victory was even bigger than thought!”

bias 4

I couldn’t agree with you more, Mr. President.

Your victory was bigger than anyone could ever imagine.

And believe me…, the democrats are bound and determined to beat you in 2020 AT ALL COSTS…, and I mean AT ALL COSTS.

Media manipulation.

Polling manipulation.

Manufactured votes.

Fraudulent votes.

Vote obstruction.

We’re going to see it all at rates that are beyond comparison to prior elections.

Hold onto your hats my friends!

Like the democrats like to say, “Let’s get out there and vote early and vote often!”

John “the weasel,” “the rat,” “the snitch,” the squealer,” “the stool pigeon,” “the tattletale,” “the back-stabber,” “the double-crosser,” “Judas” Dean is back and getting a little attention from our pathetic democrats in Congress.

According to David Montanaro of Fox News, “Former Nixon White House counsel John Dean said Monday, after testifying before the House Judiciary Committee, that he is ‘honored’ to be considered an enemy by President Trump.”

He’s “honored to be considered an enemy” of the President of the United States.

dean 1

That makes him an enemy of the state, doesn’t it?

That makes him a subversive, doesn’t it?

That may even make him a traitor, does it not?

Well…, it’s not too far of a leap from being a “Judas” or a “double-crosser” to being a traitor.

‘“I think he was disbarred and he went to prison.  Other than that, he’s doing a great job,’ Trump said Monday afternoon.”

Ha!

Joe diGenova, a former US Attorney for the District of Columbia and an Independent Counsel, and now a contributor at Fox News added, “As many have pointed out, Dean is a convicted felon who was disbarred following his criminal role in the Watergate scandal. More important for this farce of a hearing, though, is that Dean has absolutely no first-hand knowledge of the events in question. He’s no more qualified to testify about Russiagate than CNN’s Jim Acosta is to testify about real news.”

“Dean has become a liberal activist since getting out of jail, publishing no fewer than four books blasting Republicans, including one in which he called for President George W. Bush to be impeached long before Donald Trump even announced his run for president.”

So he didn’t have any problems with Jimmy Carter, Bill Clinton or Barack Obama at all, but Ronald Reagan, The Bushes, and President Trump were and are “threats” to our country?

“Dean, a CNN contributor (So he isn’t biased at all!), was asked by Anderson Cooper about Trump attacking him as a ‘loser for many years’ and a ‘sleazebag attorney.’”

dean 3

‘“Well, I’m honored to be on his enemies list,’ Dean responded. ‘I was able to make Nixon’s at the end, and so I’m pleased that I’m on Trump’s given my feelings about the threat he is to this country.’”

Remember…, when these liberals refer to the “country,” they really mean “the swamp.” The really mean the establishment politicians and bureaucrats who are only concerned with their own backsides and the rest of the country be damned.

‘“One of the reasons that I did what I did back during Watergate was the thought that this will never happen again. And one of the reasons I’ve had a knot in my stomach, one of the reasons I’m on CNN is because I’m deeply troubled by the presidency we’re living with,’ he said.”

Yes…, please…, try and justify to us again why you flipped on your boss and snitched him out.

dean 6

News flash…, Watergate was 45 years ago!  45 years ago!  Nobody cares anymore!  Most of the people in this country were not even born yet when John “the loser” Dean was spilling his guts, to save his own backside, on live TV every day.

dean 4

Oh, and John…, you have a “knot” in your stomach because that’s what happens to nervous little weasels, like yourself…, you get scared…, because deep down…, not even too deep down…, you’re just a liberal chicken sh%t who wants some attention and any validation he can get.

“Dean was hammered by House Republicans on the Judiciary Committee Monday. At one point, the hearing room broke out into laughter, as Florida Republican Rep. Matt Gaetz grilled Dean for turning Nixon comparisons into a profitable ‘cottage industry’ for himself.”

“Dean assisted with the Watergate cover up and pleaded guilty to obstruction before becoming a key prosecution witness.”

Maybe Mr. Dean could really put his expertise to work and predict for us who will become the new “John Dean,” regarding the current investigation of the investigators at the FBI and the DOJ.  Which of these weasels going to start singing to save their own backsides, ala John “the weasel” Dean?  Peter Strzok?  Andrew McCabe?  Bruce Ohr?  Lisa Page?  It’s hard to predict because there are so many rats to choose from.

dean 5

In summary, “… outside of Dean’s fantasy land, there is no similarity [between the phony Russian collusion scandal and Watergate]. In Watergate, there were real underlying crimes. Operatives linked to the Nixon Campaign committed numerous felonies as they broke into the Democratic National Committee’s headquarters in the Watergate Hotel.”

“After that, genuine obstruction of justice took place, committed in large part by the Democrats’ own star witness, then-White House Counsel John Dean, who physically destroyed evidence as part of the cover-up.”

“In ‘Russiagate,’ however, there was no underlying crime. There was only the Democrat fantasy, cooked up by the Hillary Clinton campaign, that the Trump Campaign had ‘colluded’ with Russians to steal the 2016 election. That was a lie, as the Mueller report conclusively established.”

“There was also no obstruction of justice. Given that the president knew all along that he was innocent, nothing he did could possibly have constituted the ‘corrupt intent’ necessary for an obstruction charge.”

And that, as they say folks, is that.

dean 2
