Donald Trump and Robert F. Kennedy Jr. in 2024?

I haven’t heard much about this potential ticket in 2024, but I think it’s worth some consideration and discussion.

Hanna Trudo, writing for “The Hill,” TheHill.com website, reported that RFK Jr. said, “‘I’m proud that President Trump likes me.’”

No wonder the democrat powers that be are treating RFK Jr. like the plague! At least like a plague they weren’t responsible for! Ouch!

“Robert F. Kennedy Jr. [has] refused to criticize former President Trump…, and said he was flattered by recent comments from Trump praising him as a ‘common-sense guy.’”

“Asked by moderator Elizabeth Vargas [during a NewsNation town hall event] what Kennedy thinks about Trump, Kennedy said, ‘I’m not going to attack other people personally.’”

“He then went a step further, expressing pride that he has received positive affirmations recently from Trump, who is embroiled in legal troubles as the leading Republican presidential contender in the GOP primary. He also referred to the former president in present tense.”

‘“I’m proud that President Trump likes me,’ he said.”

“Trump was the latest figure on the right to defend Kennedy in an appearance this week on ‘The Howie Carr Show.’”

‘“Just hang in,’ Trump advised Kennedy. ‘He’s been very nice to me, I’ve actually had a very nice relationship with him over the years. He’s a very smart guy, and a good guy.’”

‘“He’s a common sense guy and so am I. So, whether you’re conservative or liberal, common sense is common sense,’ he added.”

Wow. “Commons sense” and democrat have typically been mutually exclusive terms in recent years. Although I have to believe there are still some democrats out there who haven’t completely lost it, like most of their counterparts.

“Kennedy avoiding the opportunity to criticize Trump was the latest sign that the presidential contender is walking a fine line between both the Democratic and Republican parties.”

“Some Democrats are worried Kennedy could run as an independent in the general election, potentially pulling votes from Biden and helping Trump.”

I seriously doubt that RFK Jr. would run as an independent, but I believe he might consider a run with Donald Trump.

And I believe former President Trump could see the value of bringing RFK Jr. on board with him.

Any other vice presidential candidate he could select from the republicans would not really have the capability of expanding his voting base. RFK Jr., who has been polling quite well, could potentially bring an additional 10% block of voters, or more, to Trump’s campaign.

This valuable 10% could be a big enough voting group to counteract an attempt by the democrats to steal another election.

The Kennedy name still carries some weight among democrats, independents, and even some conservatives.

Many conservatives would say this may be a four year answer, but what about the four years after that? My answer would be we can’t lose the next election worrying about the 2028 election.

RFK Jr.’s stance may differ from Trump’s and conservatives on some issues, but I believe they have more in common than not. And who says a VP has to be in complete lockstep with The President?

“Kennedy’s approach to Trump is markedly different approach than Biden and the majority of Democrats, who have cast the former president as a threat to the constitution and democracy.”

It is common knowledge that RFK Jr. is no friend of “the deep state,” in keeping with his father’s beliefs, as well as his uncle’s, JFK’s, beliefs.

The rift between Bobby Kennedy and J. Edgar Hoover, the head of the FBI at the time, is well documented.

Robert Kennedy Jr. would fit right in with Trump and his efforts to cleanse the government’s agencies of little dictators who believe they are above the law and above the scrutiny of the people’s elected representatives.

I would support a Trump/RFK Jr. ticket, and I hope former President Trump gives this ticket some serious consideration.

Oh Magoo, I mean, Oh Clueless Joe, You’ve done it again!

According to Linsay Kornick, for Fox News, “Biden lampooned for being led away by King Charles III: ‘He looks like Mr. Magoo.’”

Once again, we see that MrErickonRules was way ahead of the curve with the Mr. Magoo reference.

Please refer to my blog from March, 23, 2020 below.

Lindsay Kornick continues, “The pair (“President” Biden and King Charles of England) were taking part in the Inspection of the Guard at Windsor Castle. King Charles III appeared to lead President Biden away from one of the Kings Guards in a viral clip during the president’s visit to the United Kingdom on Monday.”

“The clip from President Biden’s visit to the United Kingdom went viral Monday after critics said it showed the president appearing confused and requiring someone to lead him.”

So, it was basically a typical appearance from our illustrious illegitimate president.

“President” Biden “appearing confused” and “requiring someone to lead him” has become an all too familiar recurring theme of his appearances anywhere.

“Biden made his first visit to see King Charles III in the U.K. since the latter’s coronation earlier this year.”

“The stop is expected to kick off a week of European diplomacy that the Biden administration has indicated will focus on climate change issues as well as the ongoing War in Ukraine.”

Ugh.

“After the pair greeted each other, they took part in the Inspection of the Guard outside Windsor Castle where Biden stopped and spoke to a guard at the end of the line.”

“Substack writer Jim Treacher mocked Biden suggesting he was saying to the guard, ‘So that’s a hat? It’s not your actual hair?’”

“King Charles could be seen trying to lead Biden away from the guard while the president continued speaking. After looking back and forth between the monarch and the guard, Biden followed the king away from the lineup of soldiers.”

“The moment led many on Twitter to view this as another ‘horrible’ optics moment of the president needing a handler to guide him where to go.”

A “horrible optics moment” meaning another example of undeniable embarrassing behavior by cognitively challenged Joe.

‘“How is this even real? King Charles has to show Biden where to go. We are a laughing stock,’ Students for Trump founder Ryan Fournier tweeted.”

“Podcast host Joey Mannarino wrote, ‘This is the dementia walk in full color.”

‘“The optics of this are horrible for Biden. He looks like Mr. Magoo inspecting the troops,’ Nostalgia Network president David Bishop wrote.”

The problem is that the Mr. Magoo reference is really lost on a majority of the people today. Most people under the age of 50 probably have no idea who Mr. Magoo is anymore.

If anything, Mr. Magoo is being retroactively defined by Biden’s behavior, as opposed to Biden by Mr. Magoo’s behavior.

Mr. Magoo’s stock is definitely on the rise, while Biden’s stock continues to fall.

Not to worry, however!

When you can fix elections, none of this really matters.

Yeah, I said it.

You’re welcome to try and change my mind.
