CNN keeps “doubling down” on their liberal agenda.

Yes folks, CNN does not even pretend to be fair and balanced, unbiased, news anymore.

CNN is squarely and unapologetically in the corner of the liberals and the democrats…, and it’s been that way for years now.

Truth is not their concern…, only the promotion of the liberal narrative…, whatever that may currently be.

CNN and the fake news media was most recently called out when radio talk show host and the host of the TV show “Life, Liberty and Levin, Mark Levin, targeted CNN’s fake news poster child, Jim Acosta.

Joshua Nelson of Fox News reported that, “Mark Levin blasts CNN’s Jim Acosta: ‘He should wear a mask and a dunce cap.’”

acosta 5

Ha! Yeah! Now that would be worth watching!

“Fox News host Mark Levin was one of the many who blasted CNN chief White House correspondent Jim Acosta for interrupting Dr. Deborah Birx during a White House press briefing on the coronavirus last week.”

acosta 21

‘“Jim Acosta’s not a news reporter. He’s a self-aggrandizing narcissist. Exactly what America doesn’t need during the pandemic.  He should wear a mask and a dunce cap.” Mark R. Levin @marklevinshow.’ Mark Levin tweeted.”

acosta 7

And Acosta isn’t alone.  He’s just the current face of the most recent batch of fake news, liberal propagandists, masquerading as journalists.

Acosta, being CNN’s “chief White House correspondent,” means he can lie and misrepresent anything with a straight face…, kind of like Bill Clinton!

“Levin also “linked” to a Washington Free Beacon opinion piece which blasted Acosta for his conduct at White House press briefings, accusing him of using the events to make a name for himself.”

acosta 1

Continuing with the coronavirus White House press conference, “[Dr.] Birx addressed the apparent errors the World Health Organization (WHO) made leading up to the outbreak in the U.S. as something that should be examined.”

‘“I will remind you that on February 3rd [only about a month ago], the head of the WHO said there was no reason to ever do a travel ban,’ Dr. Birx said. ‘It wasn’t until January 14th that we knew that there was human-to-human transmission,’ she continued.”

The Daily Caller tweeted, ‘“Jim Acosta interrupts Dr. Birx as she criticizes the WHO’s response to coronavirus. @DailyCaller,’” while posting a video of the exchange.

acosta 8

“Acosta quickly derailed her observations about WHO to knock President Trump.”

‘“Dr. Birx, the president was saying this was going to go away,’ Acosta said. ‘It’s April.’”

“Many took to social media to blast the reporter.”

‘“Jim Acosta’s interruption of Dr. Birx is an example of how CNN’s echo-journalism model is destroying the media’s credibility. Every question from Acosta is an effort to score points rather than elicit information. It is a press pandemic that continues to rage without relief.  @JonathanTurley’”

“CNN did not immediately respond to Fox News’ request for comment.”

Oh really?

Does that surprise anybody?

CNN feels it isn’t accountable to anybody…, and certainly not Fox News.  George Soros, maybe…, but not Fox News nor any of us “deplorables.”

President Trump is absolutely right…, AGAIN!

According to Brian Flood of Fox News, “[President] Trump says America would be better off without the ‘CNNs of the world’ after fiery news conference.”

“President Trump ended Wednesday’s White House joint press conference with Finnish President Sauli Niinistö by taking a shot at CNN.”

‘“The United States is a great democracy… and if the press were straight and honest, and forthright and tough, we would be a far greater nation,’ Trump said.”

anocnn 10

Can anyone possibly argue the validity of that statement?

Can anyone possibly argue the correctness of that statement?

It is now commonly acknowledged that our “press” has a definite liberal bias.

It has also become apparent, particularly within the last five to ten years, that the “press” has gone beyond being bias to promoting the liberal narrative of the moment.

anocnn 2

anocnn 3

The First Amendment to the United States Constitution says, “Congress shall make no law… abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press….”

The founders of our country saw “the press” as an important component towards a healthy government and a healthy democracy.

According to Eugene Volokh and Gary T. Schwartz, Professor of Law at the UCLA School of Law, for the Heritage.org website, “

This writing by the First Continental Congress in 1774, says, “The last right we shall mention regards the freedom of the press. The importance of this consists, besides the advancement of truth, science, morality, and arts in general, in its diffusion of liberal sentiments on the administration of Government, its ready communication of thoughts between subjects, and its consequential promotion of union among them, whereby oppressive officers are shamed or intimidated into more honorable and just modes of conducting affairs.”

So what are reasonable or accepted journalistic standards?

While various codes may have some differences, most share common elements including the principles of truthfulness, accuracy, objectivity, impartiality, fairness, and public accountability, as these apply to the acquisition of newsworthy information and its subsequent dissemination to the public.

“…public enlightenment is the forerunner of justice and the foundation of democracy. The duty of the journalist is to further those ends by seeking truth and providing a fair and comprehensive account of events and issues. Conscientious journalists from all media and specialties strive to serve the public with thoroughness and honesty. Professional integrity is the cornerstone of a journalist’s credibility.”

It is not “the job” of “the press” to be oppositional or propositional.

So, again I ask, can anyone possibly argue the validity of President Trump’s statement?  Can anyone possibly argue the correctness of President Trump’s statement?

Apparently it is “the press” itself who is ready to argue The President’s point.

Again, President Trump commented “The United States is a great democracy… and if the press were straight and honest, and forthright and tough, we would be a far greater nation.”

No sooner had the words left President Trump’s mouth, a male voice from somewhere in the room shouted, “We are, Mr. President!”

“A source inside the room told Fox News the person who shouted was CNN White House correspondent Jim Acosta.”

anocnn 1

anocnn 5

“Trump’s retort? ‘We would be far greater when we don’t have the CNNs of the world, who are corrupt people.’”

“Trump then thanked the attendees and walked off.”

“CNN did not immediately respond to a request for comment.”

And don’t hold your breath waiting either.

anocnn 12

In this instance, it is safe to use Jim Acosta as an example of how not to behave if you aspire to be a credible journalist.

Instead of recording and reporting, we have Jim Acosta choosing to interject himself into the story.

Again…, Acosta is an example of how not to behave if you aspire to be a credible journalist.

It also seems that CNN played right along…, demonstrating exactly what The President was referring to…, and making his point for him.

WINNING!

Brilliant!  CNN’s Jim Acosta makes President Trump’s case for him without even realizing it!

“I found some steel slats down on the border. But I don’t see anything resembling a national emergency situation.. at least not in the McAllen TX area of the border where Trump will be today. pic.twitter.com/KRoLdszLUu”

— Jim Acosta (@Acosta) January 10, 2019

Ian Schwartz of RealClear Politics reported that, “White House officials and Trump supporters on Twitter roundly mocked CNN White House reporter Jim Acosta after he filmed himself taking a walk along a border barrier he called “tranquil” and claiming there was “no national emergency.”

Per Jim Acosta’s CNN broadcast:

“Here’s some of the steel slats that the president has been talking about,” Acosta said as he grabbed a bar. “As you can see, yes, you can see through these slats to the other side of the U.S.-Mexico border.”

“But as I am walking along here we’re not seeing any kind of imminent danger,” Acosta reported as he walked against the barrier. “There are no migrants trying to rush toward this fence here in the McAllen, Texas area.”

“As a matter of fact, there are some other businesses behind me along this highway. There’s a gas station, a Burger King and so on,” the intrepid reporter said into the camera.

“No sign of the national emergency that the president has been talking about. As a matter of fact, it’s pretty tranquil down here.”

Acosta then ended his transmission.

Ha!

Not only is Jim Acosta obnoxious, he’s an obnoxious idiot.

Actually, it turns out that he is an obnoxious, useful, idiot!

And that’s the best kind!

I’m sure Mr. Acosta is kicking himself for unwittingly making the President’s point for him.

Let’s see what some others had to say about Jim “I Tawt I Taw a Puddy Tat” Acosta!

“When I went with President @realDonaldTrump to the border today I never imagined @Acosta would be there doing our job for us and so clearly explaining why WALLS WORK. Thanks Jim! https://t.co/7wC4rdEsZ2”

— Sarah Sanders (@PressSec) January 10, 2019

“I would like to thank @Acosta for pointing out how peaceful, safe and secure it is at a part of the border that HAS a wall. #RealNews #BuildTheWall  https://t.co/bkssL9nOW3”

— Brad Parscale (@parscale) January 10, 2019

“A sincere and heartfelt “thank you” to @Acosta and @CNN for finally showing what @POTUS has been saying: barriers work! Great job Jim!!! https://t.co/jZx1NanMgh”

— Hogan Gidley (@hogangidley45) January 10, 2019

“Brilliant reporting from CNN’s @Acosta —walls work! Thank you Jim! https://t.co/Ymw9iCgPzx”

— U.S. Senator Bill Cassidy, M.D. (@SenBillCassidy) January 10, 2019

“Is it possible Acosta is actually a pro-Trump false flag operating under deep cover in the media? If so, he’s a genius. https://t.co/EvRYGrIQZI”

— Buck Sexton (@BuckSexton) January 10, 2019

Yes, thank you Jim.

Thank you for your unwitting support.

Where are your manners Jim Acosta?  Who do you think you are?

After an unprofessional performance at a White House press conference earlier this week, CNN’s Chief White House Correspondent, Jim Acosta, has been denied access to The White House “until further notice.”

White House Press Secretary, Sarah Sanders, announced yesterday that CNN’s Jim Acosta had his press pass suspended by The White House.

“I’ve just been denied entrance to the WH,” Acosta cried via a tweet Wednesday night. “Secret Service just informed me I cannot enter the WH grounds…”

White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders confirmed Acosta’s tweet in a later statement, claiming the suspension of his press credentials stemmed from his “placing his hands on a young woman just trying to do her job as a White House intern.” She called the behavior “absolutely unacceptable.”

Is Jim Acosta related to Bill Clinton in any way?  Just wondering.

The CNN reporter, during a news conference at the White House earlier Wednesday, got into a heated debate with Trump after he asked the president about the migrant caravan. “Honestly, I think you should let me run the country and you run CNN,” the president said.

Acosta tried to ask the President another question before a female White House aide walked over to him.

President Trump then told him, “That’s enough!”

Acosta continued to try to talk as the intern was seen trying to take the microphone from his hand.  She grabbed the microphone but Acosta wouldn’t give it up and there was contact between the two and he actually chopped down on her arm.  If you get a chance to actually watch the video, I’m sure you’ll agree that it is quite obvious.

I’m sorry Jim, the “fake news” may try and convince us we’re not seeing what we’re seeing, but we did see it, and it is what it is.

In a later statement, Sanders said, “President Trump believes in a free press and expects and welcomes tough questions of him and his Administration.”

“Contrary to CNN’s assertions,” Sanders continued, “there is no greater demonstration of the President’s support for a free press than the event he held today.  Only they would attack the President for not being supportive of a free press in the midst of him taking 68 questions from 35 different reporters over the course of an hour and a half, including several from the reporter in question.”

“The fact that CNN is proud of the way their employee behaved is not only disgusting, it is an example of their outrageous disregard for everyone, including young women, who work in this Administration,” Sanders added.

CNN said Jim Acosta has “our full support.”

Of course he has their support, he’s their poster boy for obnoxious and biased “reporting.”

The White House Correspondents’ Association in a statement called the move “unacceptable,” and urged the White House to “immediately reverse this weak and misguided action.”

Isn’t the White House Correspondents’ Association the same group that hires lame, supposed, comedians to bash President Trump at their pretentious little annual get together to pat each other on the back?  Why yes it is.  That would explain their “weak and misguided” response!

“I tell you what, CNN should be ashamed of itself having you work for them,” Trump told Acosta. “The way you treat Sarah Huckabee [Sanders] is horrible.  And the way you treat other people is horrible. You shouldn’t treat people that way.”

You’re entirely correct Mr. President.

“Rudeness is the weak man’s imitation of strength.” – Edmund Burke

“Ideological differences are no excuse for rudeness.” – Judith S. Martin

“A polite enemy is just as difficult to discredit, as a rude friend is to protect.” – Bryant McGill

If we look back at the eight years of the Obama administration, reporters would never dream of taking the tone with him like they do with you.  In addition, The Obama era press secretaries were Robert Gibbs, Jay Carney and Josh Earnest.  None of them were forced to take the abuse and disrespect that Sarah Sanders has had to endure on a daily basis.

In fact, during the Obama years, the only reporters who ever asked President Obama or his Press Secretary a remotely challenging question were Major Garrett and Ed Henry, of Fox News, and even then the questions were asked in a respectful manner.

The White House intern who attempted to take the microphone from Acosta eventually handed it off to Peter Alexander, of NBC News.  He called Acosta a “diligent reporter who busts his butt,” to which Trump shot back: “Well, I’m not a big fan of yours either, to be honest.”

Nice one Mr. President.

I’m a big fan of yours though!

WINNING!
