Thanks for ruining just about everything we had going in this country, in only your first eight months in office.
That’s pretty impressive…, if your goal is to bring our country to its knees.
It’s actually incredibly disgraceful.
And let’s be absolutely clear…, YOU ARE A DISGRACE.
You are a national embarrassment.
Just to let you know, Joe, the Biden name will now go down in history as being traitorous, treasonous, inept, and just plain evil.
Congratulations.
The Biden name will become synonymous with America’s downfall, or America’s near downfall.
Let’s all hope it’s only the latter.
And to think, all of this damage is being done to our country by virtue of a corrupt and fraudulent election.
What exactly is “all of this damage” you may ask?
I hope you have a little time, because here we go.
Let’s start with energy…, not Sleepy Joe’s lack of it, but energy as in fuel.
In eight short months, “The national average price of regular gas rose to $3.24 a gallon, up from $2.18 a year ago, according to AAA.” And we have gone from energy independence, back to begging OPEC, Iran and Russia for more oil.
The “dumocrats” somehow equate higher gas prices with a step towards addressing climate change, when in all actuality, they’re just taking money out of our pockets at the pump and at the checkout counter, due the increased costs of products getting to the store.
Thanks, “Cognitively challenged” Joe.
Next we have the “immigration” situation at our borders.
The northern border with Canada and the southern border with Mexico are actually closed, to law abiding citizens and law abiding economic activity.
Only illegal immigrants, the drug cartels, and human sex traffickers, are allowed to enter our country unimpeded, at record numbers.
And that’s only the ones we know about.
Rest assured, the numbers of people getting into our country illegally are actually at least twice as high as what is reported.
These hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants will strain our law enforcement, our medical system, our education system, and our economic aid programs, intended for our legal citizens.
Thanks, “Sleepy” Joe.
Then we have the EPIC FAILURE of Biden’s withdrawal from Afghanistan, which he sees as some sort of success. Let’s recap Biden’s Afghanistan success story.
We ran out of Afghanistan after 20 years there, with our tails between our legs.
We lost the lives of 13 soldiers and hundreds of Afghanis unnecessarily…, then Biden’s boys droned a car full of children in response.
Of all the thousands of people transported out of Afghanistan, only 3% of them were Afghanis who were entitled to leave, based on their service to our troops there.
There are still hundreds of Americans stuck in, the now Taliban controlled, Afghanistan, who Biden left behind, along with the thousands of Afghani people and their families who were told we would take care of them when the time came.
We abandoned $85 billion worth of equipment there, immediately making the Taliban the fifth best equipped army in the world.
That’s a real nice few weeks of work there, “President” Sippy Cup!
Thanks, “Clueless” Joe.
That brings us to the Vaccination mandates of a vaccine that neither actually protects anyone from the virus, nor stops the spreading of the virus.
So, what will these mandates accomplish?
We will have displaced military personnel, displaced health care workers (while in the midst of a so-called pandemic), displaced teachers, and hundreds of professions displacing workers, all while Congress and the CDC, and their staffs get vaccination waivers.
Do you get what’s going on here yet?
Thanks for your inspiring leadership in this area, “Creepy” Joe.
Then we have Joe’s “weaponization” of the DOJ and the FBI against parents who only want to speak out at school board meetings in support of their children!
“President” Biden has asked the DOJ to classify these concerned parents as domestic terrorists, in an attempt to quell their non-compliance.
Have we leap-frogged Russia, in hopes of surpassing China, with this level of government control?
I mean, it is what it is.
Thanks, “Stumbling, fumbling, bumbling” Joe.
Your first eight months in office have been defined by your many anti-American directives, epic failures in foreign policy, along with your constant lying, denying, and your arrogant refusal to face any questioning, even from your own, friendly, fake news, and we only have over three years left to endure.
Again, the Biden name will go down in history as being traitorous, treasonous, painfully inept, and just plain evil.
Congratulations, Illegitimate Joe.

Yes, my friends…, we have reached a point where we have to start calling it like it is, and stop pretending that the democrats have any interest in doing what is best for our country, when in fact they want to destroy our country as it was established under the U.S. Constitution.
Please bear with me as I recap recent events that would support my claim.
First of all, we have lost any semblance of accountability by anyone in government…, at least relating to democrats and the deep state.
We see countless “investigations” but, in the end, no one of any significance ends up being charged or put in jail.
When laws that apply to us do not apply to the ruling class, that is the definition of tyranny.
WHEN YOU CAN CONTROL ELECTIONS YOU DON’T HAVE TO BE ACCOUNTABLE TO OR FEAR THE VOTERS.
As a result, we see no justice. The FBI and the DOJ have become completely politicized. The law is selectively applied based on the party affiliation and ideology of those in question.
Secondly, we are witnessing laws being passed and proposed which are significantly changing the fabric of our country, even though the democrats aren’t anywhere near having a mandate from the voters.
In fact, the Senate is actually tied 50-50, while in Congress, the democrats have a slight advantage of only 220-212.
Again, WHEN YOU CAN CONTROL ELECTIONS YOU DON’T HAVE TO BE ACCOUNTABLE TO OR FEAR THE VOTERS.
Third, we see the Biden administration ignoring laws and imposing orders in order to impose their anti-American agenda. And, of course, the “Justice” system has no problem with this, nor does the mainstream propaganda media.
This is what you get when you cross incompetence, stupidity, ignorance, and evil.
We’ve seen our AWOL Vice President, “cackling” Kamala Harris, who had funded support to bail out Minneapolis rioters, only to see one of her bailed out rioters go on to commit murder. Gee, thanks Kamala. You, of course, carry no responsibility for this. And, of course, you have no comment, and our diligent free press doesn’t care to ask you about it either.
Then we come to the illustrious Army four-star General, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Mark Milley. If we can believe the accounts of one of Watergate’s Bob Woodward, the liberals’ supposed journalistic hero, Milley was the one who led a real insurrection against President Trump, by attempting to usurp his authority regarding the handling of the nuclear strike codes, while he conspired with his counterpart in China, telling him he would warn him if President Trump was planning on attacking China, for some reason. Sounds like treason to me. And this guy still has his job? He should be being court martialed as we speak! Although Biden has said he still has complete confidence in him.
We also have the “Justice” department continuing to refuse to name all of the disgusting liberals involved with Jeffrey Epstein on Pedophile Island. How fast would it take them to name conservatives, if they were involved? Just sayin’.
Lastly, we have Dr. Fauci. The guy who repeatedly lied to Congress (which is a crime) and who it has been shown was involved in promoting “gain of function” research, regarding the virus, while managing to use U.S taxpayer money, via a shell game of funding, in Chinese labs.
All of the individuals mentioned here should be in jail, as well as James Comey, Peter Strzok and his girlfriend, Lisa Page, Bill and Hillary Clinton, as well as Hunter Biden, just for starters.
It’s sad.
We may not see any justice for these people in this life, but they will eventually get what they deserve.
Epstein is sitting in Hell, after being suicided, waiting for all of the rest of these pieces of garbage to show up.
And be assured, they will be showing up there.
That, at least, should give us all some solace.

The lies and disingenuousness of the democrats keeps coming fast and furiously from every direction.
Honestly…, it’s getting hard to keep up.
Let’s take a look at what law-abiding Americans are having to deal with these days.
We have the FBI, the DOJ, and the mainstream media continuously looking the other way where Hunter Biden is concerned. Specifically regarding foreign money funneled to his family, information on his laptop, Hunter’s felony violations of gun laws, and his art money laundering scam.
We have the FBI, the DOJ, and the mainstream media refusing to acknowledge voting laws were ignored and broken during the 2020 election, and that very troubling voting irregularities are coming to light with these various vote audits.
We have the FBI, the DOJ, and the mainstream media continuously looking the other way where any fellow demonazi is concerned.
We have the Biden administration ignoring laws and making up their own laws regarding immigration at our southern border.
We have the whole “defund the police” movement, cash free bail (which lets criminals back out on the streets as soon as they’re arrested), and radical leftist district attorneys who refuse to prosecute any criminal behavior, which has resulted in making America a much more dangerous place to live.
We have democrats accusing the republicans of trying to suppress the vote, while the exact opposite is true, while at the same the same time trying to tie republicans to “Jim Crow laws” (laws which legalized segregation by race), which were originally enacted by democrats, by the way! Biden’s own home state of Delaware is much more restrictive, voting-wise, than either Texas or Georgia, which are the current targets of the democrats voting disingenuousness.
We have the CDC continuing to perpetrate flawed recommendations, while ignoring the science, and causing unimaginable mental and physical harm to the children of our country…, all while this is ignored by the mainstream media, of course.
We have educational institutions across the board, along with teacher’s unions, promoting that Critical Race Theory (CRT) become a part of their indoctrination process, which basically prejudges and assigns blame or victimhood based solely on the color of the students’ skin. The true definition of racism.
We have the whole Cuba situation now, and the Cuban people’s call for freedom and the end of their oppressive communist government, and the demonazis’ reaction to them. “What do you mean you don’t like communism?! You must be mistaken!”
We have the federal government, specifically the Biden administration, working hand-in-hand with a private corporation (Facebook) to flag, suppress, and censor posts they deem as “misinformation.” From the first amendment to the U.S. Constitution: “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.” I suppose the demonazis feel they can get around The Constitution by not actually passing laws that support their actions by just doing what they want, while the fake news media looks the other way.
And, we have the democrats blaming anything and everything that happens in the world on climate change, except China, of course.
It sure hasn’t taken the demonazis long to try and impose their will on the American people.
It’s only been eight months or so since Illegitimate Joe was “elected.” I’m just hoping our country can make it until the next election, and that that election is conducted relatively fairly.

Tucker Carlson, of Fox News, says, “America is now one nation with two very different justice systems.”
I would say this has been the case for quite a few years now!
“The people in power crack down on their enemies and give their allies a soft landing.”
“The ironically-named ‘Civil Rights Division’ of the Biden Justice [InJustice] Department announced Wednesday [4/14/21] there will be no charges brought against the man who shot and killed protester Ashli Babbitt in the Capitol back in January. No one who pays attention was surprised to hear this.”
If it was a black woman, or a liberal protester, who got shot by a white cop, there damn sure would be charges being brought, and lynch mobs forming, just like in Minnesota these days.
Just sayin’.
Please see my prior blogs on this matter for a better frame of reference:
“In cases like this, the benefit of the doubt usually does go to law enforcement, and as we’ve often said, we’re fine with that. It should. But still, in a free society, the rest of us have a right to know roughly what happened. In this case, who shot Ashli Babbitt and why?”
You forget, Tucker, that the new deep state “Gestapo” doesn’t have to answer to anybody.
“No one will tell us. The Biden administration says the man who killed Babbitt is a Capitol Hill police officer, and he did the right thing. That’s all they’ve said.”
“Did the right thing?”
“Did the right thing” where?
Nazi Germany, Communist Russia, Communist China, North Korea?
Does the United States fit in with this group now?
“We know that Ashli Babbitt was short, female [an Air Force veteran] and unarmed. There’s no evidence the officer who killed her gave any kind of verbal warming before he pulled the trigger. Is that standard procedure?”
No.
“We’d imagined the rules of engagement for federal agents limited the use of deadly force to situations where law enforcement has reason to believe they or the people around them are in imminent danger of being harmed. You can’t just shoot people without warning because they’re in the wrong place. That’s not allowed.”
“Except now, apparently, it is allowed.”
“When did these rules change?”
When the Democrat Nazi Party assumed power.
“And, once again, who exactly shot Ashli Babbitt? Journalists exist to ask questions like these, but they’re not.”
“The Washington Post wrote a long story about the DOJ’s [Ha! You the “J” in DOJ stands for justice?!] announcement in the case and never raised a single one of these questions. The Post didn’t name the shooter or even acknowledge that the government is withholding his name.”
Why would the government be able to withhold his name?
How is the government able to withhold his name?
‘“Authorities determined that there was insufficient evidence to prove Babbitt’s civil rights were violated,’ the Post declared. That was it. The rest of the piece was a personal attack on Ashli Babbitt and her political views. She deserved to die. That was the point of the Washington Post story.”
Regardless of whether her civil rights were violated or not [they were], she was murdered by a Capitol police officer, and there’s plenty of evidence to prove that.
This officer has obviously been offered protection as long as he keeps his mouth shut, concerning the circumstances of their response to the protesters and the shooting itself.
“How amazing to read something like this, especially now. Eleven hundred miles from Washington, in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, a police officer accidentally reached for her gun instead of a Taser and killed a man called Daunte Wright. It was a tragedy, as all shootings are. But we know that officer’s name because every news organization in the country printed it immediately. She has now resigned and is facing charges. Her mugshot is all over the Internet. Two nights ago, a mob showed up at her house, forcing her to flee.”
Quite a difference between how the two cases are being handled.
Like Tucker said, “America is now one nation with two very different justice systems,” although neither is affording any justice.
“She’s not the only one. Last August, a police officer in Kenosha, Wisconsin shot a man called Jacob Blake. Remember that? Riots erupted immediately. Yesterday, that officer was cleared of all charges. When that story broke, NPR put that police officer’s name and photograph on the front of their website.”
“So that’s the standard, except in this case where they are still hiding the identity of the man who shot Ashli Babbitt.”
Ashli, of course, was white, a conservative, and a Trump supporter, deeming her unworthy of any rights or consideration at all…, just like a Jew back in the days of the Nazis and the Third Reich.
“Sensing a theme here? The standards that big news organizations use to cover shootings depend entirely on the political views of the people who get shot. When The Washington Post doesn’t like the candidates you vote for, they suppress the details of the case. In the case of Ashli Babbitt, we’d know next to nothing about how she died, and we wouldn’t know anything if her shooting hadn’t been captured on video by people who don’t work at the Washington Post.”
“One of those people is a video editor from Texas called Samuel Montyoa. Montoya was in the U.S. Capitol that day. Montoya doesn’t look much like a White supremacist, and he has no criminal history that we’re aware of. On Jan. 6, Samuel Montoya took what may be the clearest video of Ashli Babbitt’s death:
“When you watch the video, there are a lot of things to notice. Ashli Babbitt had no weapon. She wasn’t attacking anyone. She couldn’t attack anyone, because she was climbing through a window at the moment she was shot. But what’s most striking is that several Capitol Hill police officers in paramilitary gear were standing directly behind Babbitt when she was killed. They were carrying what Joe Biden refers to as weapons of war — loaded AR-15s.”
In addition, as you watch the video, you can see, initially, there are three Capitol police officers standing between the group of protesters in the hallway and the doors.
At this point, everything seems to be relatively under control. Then for some reason the three officers abandon their position in front of the doors and move behind the group, seemingly allowing, or even inviting, the protesters to have their way with the doors.
Then, you can see the officer on the other side of the doors, who is black, step out and shoot Ashli Babbitt.
The officer shoots at Ashli Babbitt, who is in a crowed of people, with the three other armed officers directly behind her!
The three officers behind Ashli apparently didn’t think she was a threat.
They didn’t lift a finger to stop what was going on.
And anyone of those three could have been very easily hit by the officer firing the shot as well.
Even if Ashli did manage to get through the doors, what was she going to do that justified her being killed?
Tucker continues, “So, tell us again how Ashli Babbitt posed an imminent physical threat to anyone when she was shot. She didn’t. Samuel Montoya’s footage proves it. And we’re grateful we have that tape. If we didn’t, The New York Times would be telling us that Ashli Babbitt was beating people to death with a fire extinguisher when she was killed. Thanks to Samuel Montoya, the New York Times can’t claim that.”
The story about the guy beating an officer with a fire extinguisher turned out to be made up propaganda as well.
“We’d love to have Montoya on ‘Tucker Carlson Tonight’ to describe what he saw that day, but we can’t do that, because he’s in jail.”
“Yesterday, a large group of armed federal agents showed up at his house in Austin. They smashed Montoya’s front door, confiscated his electronic devices and threw him in jail.”
Sounds like the new democrat “Gestapo” to me!
“He’s behind bars right now. What was his crime?”
“Well, to find out, we read the Biden administration’s arrest warrant application. The FBI says it began investigating Montoya after one of his family members provided ‘proof that Montoya was physically inside the U.S. Capital near the shooting of a woman on January 6, 2021.’ To be clear, Montoya didn’t shoot the woman. He just happened to be nearby.”
So, the guy who took the video of the shooting is arrested, but the guy who actually did the shooting wasn’t?
“But wait a second. Weren’t there plenty of journalists inside the Capitol on Jan. 6? According to CNN, yes there were. CNN ran a piece telling us that, ‘Congressional reporters became the country’s eyes and ears as rioters stormed Capitol Hill.’ So why hasn’t the FBI arrested the people CNN identified in its story — the photographers from Getty, the political reporters from NBC, the congressional correspondents from CNN and the AP?”
Those people were all authorized to be there by the democrat “Gestapo,” silly! That’s why.
“Well, that’s a good question. The FBI explains why in the warrant affidavit. ‘At times during the video, Montoya describes himself to others inside the Capitol Building as a “reporter” or “journalist” as he attempts to get through crowds.’ And yet, the FBI concludes, ‘The director of the Congressional press galleries within the Senate Press office did a name check on Samuel Christopher Montoya and confirmed that no one by that name has Congressional press credentials as an individual, or via any other organizations.’”
The nerve of this individual to “identify” himself as a reporter!!!
Form the firing squad immediately!
“So, that’s the standard. If the U.S. Congress’s credentialing office says that you’re not a journalist, you’re not a journalist. Did Samuel Montoya have strong personal political views? Apparently, he did. But you may have noticed that’s not so unusual in journalism right now. So why is journalist Samuel Montoya behind bars tonight? Well, he committed a crime? ‘Interfering with government business.’ In other words, trespassing. If this happened in Ukraine, what are the chances NBC News would describe Samuel Montoya as a ‘dissident journalist,’ and then describe Ashli Babbitt an ‘unarmed pro-democracy demonstrator?’ The chances are roughly 100%.”
“But this is America, and they’re not saying that. Instead they’re telling us that Ashli Babbitt deserved to die.”
“Joy Reid, of MSNBC, said, ‘She embraced conspiracy theories. Her name was Ashli Babbitt, 35 years old. She tweeted about Pizzagate. She tweeted thousands of tweets to Fox News hosts. She engaged [on] social media with the conspiracy news Internet site Info Wars. In 2020, she began to tweet with QAnon accounts and use QAnon hashtags.’”
“Oh, see, not a pro-democracy demonstrator, not an unarmed military veteran. So, she sent tweets to Fox News hosts. No problem. Ashli Babbitt got what she deserved.”
“What’s amazing is not simply the grotesque cruelty of assessments like that — a young women is shot to death and the media applaud — but what’s more amazing is the contrast between this and the coverage of other violence that’s now in progress.”
“Tuesday night, Biden voters burned a police building in Portland, Oregon. Did you know that? Probably not, it didn’t get much coverage.”
“In the wake of Daunte Wright’s death Sunday, riots broke out all over the country, in New York, Philadelphia, Chicago, and Minneapolis.”
“People were stealing stuff off store shelves, but don’t call it looting. It’s a peaceful demonstration. We know that because the mayor of Brooklyn Center, Mike Elliott, told us so. Tuesday night, Mayor Elliott tweeted a picture of himself on the scene.”
‘“Earlier this evening, I had the opportunity to go talk to these peaceful protesters,’ he wrote. ‘Our city is calm now.’”
“Here’s the funny thing: the mayor’s wearing a Kevlar helmet in the picture, which was not taken in Syria, but in his own town. That’s how peaceful it is. He was wearing a Kevlar helmet. Whatever else he is, Mike Elliott isn’t a very effective liar.”
“Laws have no meaning if they’re not applied equally. When they are not applied equally, they are not even laws. They’re just tools of political persecution. You don’t want to live in a country like that, even if the people you don’t like are the ones being persecuted.”
“Rashida Tlaib does want to live like that. Tlaib is a member of Congress, so her security is never in doubt. She’s protected by bodyguards, weapons of war, and now thousands of federal troops you’re paying for. She’s fine. But in your neighborhood, she’d like to see the police eliminated.”
‘“No more policing, incarceration, and militarization,’ Tlaib wrote on Twitter this week. ‘It can’t be reformed.’”
“Again, militarization is fine if the military is protecting her. She’s got federal troops. But not for you. You get mob rule. We’re not making this up, we’re not misquoting her. She’s demanding this in public as a member of Congress. Many are.”
“A panel of privileged people tell you to abolish the police. But they’re not saying actually abolish the police. We often claim they are, but listen very carefully. They say they want to abolish American policing as it currently exists. And that raises the question: how does policing currently exist?”
“Here’s how: local communities get to control it. So, the cops walking down your street, you hired them. That’s what Rashida Tlaib doesn’t like. That’s what offends MSNBC. The thing they hate about it is that they don’t control it. They can’t use your local police department to punish you for your political views. For that, they have to go to the FBI. It drives them crazy.”
“Abolishing the police doesn’t mean getting rid of people with guns. It merely and specifically means stripping you of any control over local law enforcement. It’s just a more ambitious form of gun control, meant to disempower the citizenry, not protect them. When your police department answers to them, things will be very different.”
“To get a sense of how different, take a look at what the Biden administration is doing in the state of Oregon. In the past few days, federal prosecutors have essentially dropped half a dozen federal felony cases that arose from those famous riots in Portland last summer. The feds reached non-prosecution agreements, which ensure that people who committed felonies will walk away with no criminal record of any kind.”
“What are the defendants in Oregon accused of doing? More than trespassing.”
“One of them, a woman called Alexandra Eutin, was charged with beating a Portland police officer in the head with a wooden shield while he was trying to make an arrest.”
“Now that’s bad, obviously. But it’s not quite as bad as, say, voting for Donald Trump, or walking around the Capitol building with a camera. Alexandra Eutin won’t have a criminal record by the end of this. Samuel Montoya could spend the next seven years in jail.”
“You see what’s going on. Two systems of justice — one for the allies of the people in charge, and a very different one for their enemies. These aren’t traditional liberals. They’re not calling for a peaceful utopia where no one uses violence. This isn’t the tradition of Mahatma Gandhi and Martin Luther King. That was the old liberalism. We used to make fun of it, when it was going on. We could use a lot more of it now. This stuff is scary.”
Agreed.
This stuff is very scary.
Our country is being hijacked right before our eye by “the deep state,” a razor thin majority in the House of Representatives, no majority in the Senate, and an illegitimate president.
Tucker Carlson’s statements here were adapted from his opening commentary on the April 14, 2021 edition of “Tucker Carlson Tonight.”

Well, I guess they had us all fooled when they appointed John Durham, the former United States Attorney for the District of Connecticut, as Special Counsel for the Department of Justice to investigate the origins of the Trump-Russia collusion probe.
Durham was billed as this “bulldog” of an investigator, who was going to get to the bottom of it all, and start dishing out some justice.
Like I said, I guess we all fell for it once again.
Stupid us, thinking some of these treasonous “swamp” vermin would finally pay the price for their actions.
Thomas Barrabi of Fox News reports, “Donald Trump mockingly wondered if Special Counsel John Durham is still alive, as the prosecutor’s probe drags on into the origins of the FBI’s ‘Crossfire Hurricane’ investigation of his 2016 campaign’s alleged ties to Russia.”
“Durham has been probing the matter for about two years and was officially appointed a ‘special counsel’ by former Attorney General Barr last October. Trump has long referred to the FBI’s Russia investigation as a ‘hoax’ and has been hoping to see more results from Durham’s investigation.”
‘“Where’s Durham? Is he a living, breathing human being? Will there ever be a Durham report?’ Trump said in a statement.”
Oh, he’s living and breathing alright…, but is a “swamp donkey” technically classified as a “human being?”
I guess he would be.
“Trump has accused FBI officials of improper conduct during their investigation.”
And former President Trump has been proven to be right on almost all of his assertions.
“Special Counsel Robert Mueller found insufficient evidence to prove collusion between members of the Trump 2016 campaign and Russia.”
Mueller’s “evidence” was not only “insufficient,” it was non-existent!
You know if Mueller and his hit squad could have found ANYTHING, they would have ran with it.
In a report from February 2, 2021, Brooke Singman of Fox News reports that, “Attorney General Bill Barr says Special Counsel John Durham is ‘making good progress’ in his investigation into the origins of the Trump-Russia probe.”
“Good progress?!!!”
“Good progress,” in Barr’s eyes, apparently means no progress.
“Special Counsel John Durham’s investigation is largely focused on the activities of the FBI as he reviews the origins of the Trump-Russia probe, Fox News has learned, but sources familiar with the investigation said the prosecution of high-level FBI officials, like former Director James Comey, is ‘unlikely.’”
It’s “unlikely” because “swamp donkeys,” like James Comey, are not held to the same legal standards as someone like General Flynn, for example.
“Sources told Fox News that the investigation is ongoing and Durham completed the CIA portion of his investigation last year — and has now shifted his focus to activities of the FBI.”
Oh, goodie!
“Durham’s investigation has produced one criminal charge so far, against former FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith, who was accused of altering an email related to the surveillance of former Trump campaign aide Carter Page. That prosecution, though, did not allege a broader conspiracy within the FBI, and the conduct it involved had largely been laid out in a Justice Department inspector general report from last December.”
“Clinesmith in August pleaded guilty to making a false statement to Durham’s team. The offense carried a maximum term of imprisonment of five years and a fine of up to $250,000.”
“Last week, Clinesmith was sentenced to 12 months probation and 400 hours of community service, and no fine.”
What an absolute joke.
Just to be clear, any of us “non-swampers” out here would be sitting in jail right now.
Just sayin’.
In an article for Law.com, C. Ryan Barber, January 29, 2021, reported that, “U.S. District Judge James Boasberg of the District of Columbia said he believed the former FBI lawyer, Kevin Clinesmith, did not knowingly insert an inaccuracy into the email to mislead a secretive surveillance court as it considered extending the surveillance of former Trump campaign adviser Carter Page.”
“Boasberg, a 2011 appointee to the federal trial court in Washington, [this means he’s a verified “swamp rat”] said his review of the evidence against Clinesmith suggested the former FBI lawyer’s conduct was an ‘inappropriate shortcut’ to save him work. ‘But I don’t believe he was attempting to achieve an end he knew was wrong,’ Boasberg said.”
Really?
You know, the last time I got a ticket for speeding, I wasn’t intentionally trying to break the law either!
Do you think I’d have a case if I appealed my ticket to Boasberg’s court?
“Still, Boasberg said Clinesmith’s conduct had struck at the ‘very core of what the [Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISA Court)] fundamentally relies on,’ namely candor and accuracy from the government, in reviewing applications for national security wiretaps.”
Ha!
So, even so, we’re going to overlook all of that.
Singman continues, “The Justice Department relied on Clinesmith’s assertion as it submitted a third and final renewal application in 2017 to surveil Page under the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act [FISA].
“Durham’s investigation began in May 2019, shortly after special counsel Robert Mueller completed his years-long investigation into whether the Trump campaign conspired with the Russians to influence the 2016 presidential election.”
“Mueller’s investigation yielded no evidence of criminal conspiracy or coordination between the Trump campaign and Russian officials during the 2016 election.”
Although, the truth be told, they never really expected to find any “evidence” of Russian collusion, since they were the ones who made that whole thing up!
They were really just hoping to uncover, something, anything, to tie to President Trump…, and they couldn’t even do that.
“Meanwhile, in December, Durham expanded his team, adding new prosecutors, after former Attorney General Bill Barr appointed him in October as special counsel to ensure he could continue his investigation during the Biden Administration.”
“In the scope order, obtained by Fox News, Barr stated that Durham ‘is authorized to investigate whether any federal official, employee, or any other person or entity violated the law in connection with the intelligence, counter-intelligence, or law-enforcement activities directed at the 2016 presidential campaigns, individuals associated with those campaigns, and individuals associated with the administration of President Donald J. Trump, including but not limited to Crossfire Hurricane and the investigation of Special Counsel Robert S. Mueller, III.’”
Is that supposed to make us all feel better about Durham’s “investigation?”
“Under U.S. code, the special counsel would produce a ‘confidential report’ and is ordered to ‘submit to the Attorney General a final report, and such interim reports as he deems appropriate in a form that will permit public dissemination.’”
And what’s with all of these secret “confidential reports?”
In case any of you people have forgotten, you work for the American people, and we pay the bills.
Hiding the findings of your reports behind “national security” is etting pretty old.
We know the only “security” you’re protecting is your own.
“As for Comey, the former FBI director last year said Durham’s probe was not concerning for him.”
‘“I have had no contact with him and haven’t talked to him,’ Comey told CBS News’ ‘Face the Nation’ in August. ‘I can’t imagine that I’m a target.’”
That’s funny, because I can’t imagine you wouldn’t be!
“A spokesman for Comey did not immediately respond to Fox News’ request for comment.”
Again, that’s odd.
“Also, over the summer, Durham’s team questioned former CIA Director John Brennan for some eight hours at CIA headquarters. Brennan later said through a spokesman he was assured he was ‘not a target.’”
“Brennan, in December, during an appearance on ‘Fox News Sunday,’ said he had no problem with Durham’s investigation continuing into 2021.”
‘“I think that is fine, I have no problems with it,’ Brennan said, adding that he has already sat down with Durham’s team for eight hours. ‘I do believe that John Durham is going to carry out his responsibilities ably and hopefully not with any political influence.’”
Sooo, Brennan hopes Durham’s investigation isn’t like Mueller’s investigation?
These “swamp monsters” really crack me up.
Barrabi continues, “Durham and other U.S. attorneys who served under the Trump administration were asked to resign earlier this year after Biden entered the White House. Durham stepped down from his post as U.S. attorney for Connecticut but retained his status as special counsel for purposes of his ‘RussiaGate’ probe.”
President Biden has pledged not to interfere with Justice Department investigations.
Excuse us, Illegitimate Joe, if your “pledge” means nothing to us, based on the rest of your “pledges.”
“Last year, the Senate Intelligence Committee published a five-part report detailing Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election. Officials said some of the Trump campaign’s contacts with Russian officials were a ‘grave counterintelligence threat,’ but ‘found no evidence’ that Trump or members of his campaign colluded with Russia.”
There’s that annoying “but found no evidence” acknowledgement again.
“The committee also determined that FBI officials gave ‘unjustified credence’ to allegations levied in the infamous Steele dossier, an unverified report compiled by former British intelligence officer Christopher Steele.
Is it really a case of “unjustified credence” when it was they who concocted the whole treasonous scenario in the first place?
Now that Illegitimate joe is in office, with Merrick Garland as the Attorney General, we shouldn’t expect any of these “investigations” to produce anything.
I’m sorry, former President Trump, you may have to wait until 2022, or 2024, when you’re re-elected.

Ronn Blitzer of Fox News reports that, “[General] Flynn slams Durham, Senate for slow probes: ‘We’re sick and tired of waiting’”
“Generally” speaking, General Flynn is right!
“[General] Flynn spoke out a day after his criminal case was dismissed.”
“Former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn expressed impatience over the drawn-out investigations of the Russia probe’s origins that are being carried out by John Durham and the Senate Judiciary Committee, criticizing both for not moving more swiftly.”
“In an interview with FOX Business’ ‘Mornings with Maria [Bartiromo],’ Flynn spoke out on the circumstances surrounding his criminal case — which spun out of the FBI’s Russia investigation — a day after Judge Emmet Sullivan dismissed it due to a pardon from President Trump.”
‘“We’re sick and tired of waiting,’ Flynn said about Durham’s probe.”
Yes, we are General.
First, they told us his report would be ready by late spring…, then by early summer…, then by late summer…, and then by early fall.
Then we were informed he didn’t want to release his report so close to the election.
Well, THE ELECTION IS OVER!!!
IT’S BEEN OVER THREE MONTHS NOW!!!
Please…, I’m dying to hear your new release date and you your latest excuse.
“Durham, the U.S. attorney for Connecticut, has been looking into the FBI’s actions in the early stages of their investigation of the Trump campaign for potential ties to Russian interference with the 2016 election.”
As a side note, Connecticut is really just one big suburb of New York City…, so, that’s where Durham is coming from. It may help put his actions, or lack thereof, in a more understandable perspective.
“A Department of Justice Inspector General report revealed that the FBI made misrepresentations to a court when seeking a warrant to investigate former Trump campaign adviser Carter Page, and documents released pertaining to the FBI’s investigation of Flynn cast doubt on their motives. Handwritten FBI notes indicated that there was an internal question as to whether the bureau interviewed Flynn in order to learn the truth or to get him to lie so authorities could pressure him with prosecution or termination.”
“Flynn was then charged and pleaded guilty to giving false statements regarding his communication with a Russian ambassador.”
This after threatening to destroy his son’s life, as well as his, if he didn’t plead guilty.
What can you say about these slimy, deep state, turds?
“His [Flynn’s] lawyers claimed that notes from former FBI official Peter Strzok showed that then-FBI Director James Comey downplayed Flynn’s calls during the presidential transition with Russia’s ambassador as ‘legit’ during a meeting where then-President Barack Obama and then-Vice President Joe Biden also weighed in.”
“Durham’s investigation of the Russia probe has yielded a guilty plea from former FBI attorney Kevin Clinesmith, who admitted to doctoring an email that was used to support an application to monitor Page, but so far there has been nothing in terms of accountability for anyone higher up in the FBI or DOJ.”
Clinesmith was obviously deemed expendable and got thrown under the bus. I’m sure he was compensated quite nicely to “take one for the team” and to keep his mouth shut.
Clinesmith has since received the harshest of penalties…, probation.
What a joke.
Is there any question we have a two-tiered “justice” system?
‘“I would give a lot of room, space to Bill Barr,’ Flynn said about the attorney general, claiming that Barr has had to deal with a ‘swampy Department of Justice.’ He was less forgiving of Durham and the Senate Judiciary Committee, which has been conducting their own investigation.”
I wouldn’t be that empathetic to Bill Barr, General Flynn. He may have been dealing with a “swampy” Department of (in)Justice, but he was the boss over there after all.
‘“If you’re going to do something, do it,’ Flynn said about the Senate committee. The committee has already held multiple hearings on the subject which have featured testimony from figures including former FBI director James Comey and former acting director Andrew McCabe. The hearings have so far failed to determine who knew what about the FBI’s failures, as the former leaders have claimed ignorance or a lack of memory when asked for names.”
That’s odd!
“McCabe accused Comey, McCabe, and former CIA director John Brennan of being ‘arrogant’ and ‘smug,’ and said they lied to the American people about the Russia investigation while the media enabled them.”
“As for his particular case, Flynn said it is clear what the FBI’s motive was.”
‘“We all know that this was an effort to get Flynn to get Trump,’ he said. Flynn accused government agencies of having ‘an anti-American bent,’ while praising President Trump for his accomplishments in the face of adversity.”
‘“Look at what President Trump has been able to do despite the kinds of assault that he’s been under,’ Flynn said.”
Agreed.
“Flynn also addressed President Barack Obama, who advised Trump during the transition period not to hire Flynn. Flynn claimed that Obama feared him because he wanted to take on Washington, D.C.’s ‘bloated’ bureaucracy.”
‘“He still should be afraid of me,’ Flynn said of Obama, although he did not explain why.”
“Flynn concluded by speaking out about November’s presidential election and was confident that when the legal challenges are done, President Trump will prevail.”
‘“If you ask Mike Flynn on a scale of one to 10 who’s going to be the next president, I’ll tell you that it’s a 10 that it’s going to be Donald Trump,’ he said.”
I had hoped you’d be right, General Flynn, but sadly the democrats managed to keep President Trump from getting a second term. It was imperative to them that he not be re-elected, by hook or by crook.
All of these “investigations” (Spygate, Hillary’s email, the attempted “deep state” coup by the FBI and DOJ, Hunter Biden, election fraud, etc.) will now quietly die in the “swampy” quicksand of the corrupt “deep state,” democrat, beaurocracy…, with the help of their co-conspirators, the fake news, mainstream media.
Yes, my friends, it’s sad state of affairs…, and it doesn’t look to get better anytime soon.

Ronn Blitzer of Fox News reports that, “The Department of Justice Inspector General’s Office announced Monday that they were investigating whether any current or former DOJ employees attempted to alter the results of the 2020 presidential election.”
“Investigating whether any current or former DOJ employees attempted to alter the results of the 2020 presidential election!!!”
KABOOM!!!
How about investigating the hundreds and hundreds of sworn depositions from people who witnessed election fraud?!!!
How about investigating states that chose to arbitrarily create new election procedures while choosing to ignore their actual election laws?!!!
How about investigating that?!!!
First of all…, excuse me, but we have to recognize that we no longer have a “Department of Justice!”
We have a herd of swamp donkeys masquerading as “Department of Justice” employees, but we have no real “department of Justice” anymore. And that would include the Federal Bureau of Incompetence as well.
‘“The investigation will encompass all relevant allegations that may arise that are within the scope of the OIG’s jurisdiction,’ the announcement from Inspector General Michael Horowitz said, noting that this jurisdiction covers the conduct of past and present DOJ employees but ‘does not extend to allegations against other government officials.’”
Gee…, thanks for clarifying that, Michael “swamp donkey” Horowitz!
Hee haw!
“The official announcement did not go into any further details, but a source familiar with the probe pointed to Friday’s New York Times report about now-former President Donald Trump working with certain Justice Department officials to possibly replace then-acting Attorney General Jeff Rosen with someone who would have been more open to overturning election results.”
KABOOM!!!
Excuse me, there goes my head, again…, but has the New York Times ever speculated about, or even bothered to report about the treasonous attempted coup, directed by former President Obama, weaponizing the DOJ and the FBI, against the newly elected President Trump back in 2016?!
And this is no “conspiracy theory,” like the fake news likes to hide behind.
This actually occurred…, and it’s well documented now.
“The [New York Times] report said that Trump and DOJ attorney Jeffrey Clark had discussed a plan involving replacing Rosen [Acting Attorney General, Jeffrey Rosen] with Clark and pressuring Georgia to overturn the results of the election in that state by sending a letter to lawmakers saying they were looking into voter fraud allegations and the results should be vacated.”
So?
Ooooh…, he’s going to send a letter to lawmakers!
And it’s going to say he’s looking into voter fraud allegations!
OMG…, Really?
“White House counsel Pat Cippollone reportedly advised Trump not to do this, and Trump eventually decided not to pursue that course.”
Again, so what if he did or didn’t pursue it…, big deal.
“Clark denied to the Times that he was involved in any plan to have Rosen removed, and said details of the talks he had with Trump had been distorted.”
Even if they were planning on removing Rosen, so what?
Isn’t it within the President’s rights to fire and hire AGs as he sees fit?
Ding, ding, ding!
That’s right, Johnny…, now tell him what he’s won!
You’ve won one, all expenses paid “Atta boy!”
Maybe now I can afford to go to Journalism school and become a world class idiot!
‘“There was a candid discussion of options and pros and cons with the president,’ Clark told the newspaper. ‘It is unfortunate that those who were part of a privileged legal conversation would comment in public about such internal deliberations, while also distorting any discussions.’”
That’s what happens, Mr. Clark, when you are operating within… the… “swamp zone!”

According to Joshua Q. Nelson of Fox News, “Jonathan Turley says Trump’s attacks on judges over election rulings are ‘unfair.’”
‘“There is a disconnect between the evidence and the relief being sought,’ Turley says”
Turley also adds that, “The odds are against Trump in flipping states.”
No kidding?
Well thank you very much, Captain Obvious!
Yes…, the odds are against The President…, especially when the fake news, liberal propaganda, mainstream media refuses to address any type election malfeasance, and the DOJ and the FBI are completely out to lunch as well.
Please tell us, Mr. Turley, exactly when it was that the odds weren’t against President Trump regarding anything?!
“George Washington University Law Professor Jonathan Turley said on Monday that President Trump’s’ ‘attacks’ on judges over their decisions on the 2020 election dispute are ‘unfair.’”
Please, Mr. Turley, let’s not deflect the issue from a presidential election being stolen to your perceived unfairness of judicial treatment.
After all, haven’t we become a country that favors “victims?”
And aren’t President Trump and all of the legal voters in this last election the “victims” here?
‘“There is a disconnect between the evidence and the relief being sought,’ Turley told ‘Fox & Friends.’”
The only “disconnect” here is the “disconnect” between you and your democrat friends and the hard working, law abiding, American people.
“Turley said that although the Trump legal team provided evidence of ‘irregularities, unlawful orders, and thousands of votes that were not counted,’ none of it has ‘amounted to the type of numbers that would change the outcome of a given state.’”
Again, well, thank you very much, Professor Turley, for your astute determination of the cases here.
And, please, let’s not pretend that Professor Turley is some kind of unbiased purveyor of legal wisdom.
The only fair and balanced George Washington University Law Professor is an ex-George Washington University Law Professor.
Believe that.
What President Trump’s legal team has provided is a reason for some of these states in question to hit the pause button and at least have some of their voting systems and voting processes looked at.
I mean, it’s pretty hard for President’s Trump’s legal team to gather any hard evidence, besides the hundreds of affidavits documenting vote processing shenanigans, of course, if they are not allowed access to the voting machines, the actual ballots, and election workers.
‘“More importantly, these judges have balked at the idea of essentially negating millions of votes as a form of relief. And, in Pennsylvania, the courts said, look, these voters do appear to have been denied their right to vote; I’d rather count their votes than not count millions of others, and, that is the disconnect he’s facing,’ Turley said”
All I have to say to these judges is, either the votes were cast legally or they weren’t.
“Negating” fraudulent votes isn’t a bad thing, no matter how many of them there are.
And who exactly was denied their “right to vote?”
Perhaps people who died prior to the Civil War.
I mean, even the democrats had to draw the line somewhere!
And you’d rather count these potentially illegal votes, which, in effect, cancels out my vote and thousands of others’ legal votes?
What about our rights, Mr. Turley?
“President Trump blasted judges’ rejections of his legal challenges to 2020 election results and said he couldn’t be certain any of his cases would make it to the Supreme Court in his first interview since Election Day on Sunday.”
‘“We’re not allowed to put in our proof. They say you don’t have standing,’ Trump told ‘Sunday Morning Futures.’ ‘I would like to file one nice big beautiful lawsuit, talking about this and many other things, with tremendous proof. We have affidavits, we have hundreds and hundreds of affidavits.’”
You see, Mr. President, conservatives are held to a completely different standard, compared to the political establishment and the neo-fascist “deep state.”
Perhaps if you could present a single anonymous whistleblower, you may have a better chance!
‘“You mean as president of the United States, I don’t have standing? What kind of a court system is this?’ Trump continued.”
A kangaroo Court, Mr. President!
A Kangaroo Court.
“Most recently, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court dismissed a case Saturday night brought by Rep. Mike Kelly, R-Pa., and a handful of other Republican voters who sought to overturn last year’s law creating no-excuse mail-in voting as well as halt further action in certifying Pennsylvania’s votes.”
“Judge Ken Starr said The President’s path to victory is fading despite ‘numerous’ examples of anecdotal evidence.”
“Turley again stated that Trump’s ‘attacks against the judges’ are “unfair.”
‘“They’re being attacked–the judiciary is being attacked by both Democratic and Republican leaders these days, but, they’re doing their job. They’re trying to rule according to the evidence.’”
Have you heard of any “Democratic leaders” attacking any judges, anywhere?
I sure haven’t.
These judges should be trying to rule according to the actual election laws that are in place, not according to election “rules” adopted by partisan election officials and other activist judges.

We had the whole “Spygate” operation of the Obama administration illegally spying on the Trump campaign and then the Trump presidency.
Then we had the whole Russian collusion hoax, which was launched by the DOJ and the FBI, and then perpetuated by the democrats and the fake news mainstream media for over two years!
Then we had Jeffrey Epstein, who was either silenced or allowed to commit suicide, in order to protect his influential fellow pedophiles.
Then we had the impeachment hoax of President Trump, who was accused of doing exactly what former vice president Joe Biden actually did (a quid pro quo arrangement with The Ukraine).
Then we had the Hunter Biden “funny money” cases with The Ukraine, China, and Russia, which were smothered by the DOJ, the FBI, and the media, including social media.
And now we have election “irregularities” and questionable voting machine software manipulation, in which the usual partners in crime ar all choosing to look the other way.
It is sooo painfully obvious now that the DOJ and the FBI are in the back pockets of the democrats.
It is sooo obvious that you can expect that no one will go to jail over any of this, and no one will even be charged with anything over any of this.
The fix is in, my friends.
The foxes, or better said the rats, are in charge of the hen house.
In the case of the Epstein investigation, those in danger of being implicated as pedophiles, or somehow assisting in the allowance of this behavior, are all liberals, democrats, establishment RINOs, politicians, or royals, I might add, which include well-known heads of state and successful businessmen, as well as at least one high-powered lawyer, and science luminaries. Some of them have already been accused of participation in Epstein’s alleged sex trafficking ring.
Les Wexner, the billionaire behind U.S. fashion retailer L Brands, which owns Victoria’s Secret.
French modeling agent Jean-Luc Brunel became a member of Epstein’s inner circle in the early 2000s. Brunel “fed” Epstein young girls from “poor backgrounds,” and “lured” them in with “a promise of making good money.” Instead, Brunel would “farm them out to his friends,” including Epstein, “for sexual purposes.”
Prince Andrew, the Duke of York.
Alan Dershowitz, a high-powered lawyer and Harvard Law professor who helped broker a deal with the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Florida, Alexander Acosta. Before the FBI’s proposed indictment could be presented to a grand jury, Epstein signed a seriously lenient non-prosecution agreement, pleading guilty to a single count of solicitation of a minor in exchange for a cushy 13-month sentence.
Billionaire power couple Glenn Dubin and Eva Andersson-Dubin.
Former President Bill Clinton and Epstein did quite a bit of jet setting on the “Lolita Express,” the press nickname for Epstein’s private Boeing 727 jet.
Former democratic Senate Majority Leader George Mitchell.
Former New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson.
Media mogul, billionaire, and former owner of the New York Daily News and the Atlantic, Mort Zuckerman.
Woody Allen.
Attorney General William Barr once also served as counsel at Kirkland and Ellis, the law firm that represented Epstein for his obscenely lenient 2008 plea deal. This explains a lot.
Ken Starr. The former independent counsel who investigated President Clinton, Starr served on Epstein’s all-star legal team in 2008, helping to strike a deal that landed Epstein in jail for only 13 months, with work release six days a week. In 2015, Starr dryly defended his work for Epstein: “I was happy to respond to the needs of a client of the firm.”
Stephen Hawking. In addition to his time on “pedophile island,” Hawking took a boat cruise and submarine tour funded by Epstein. According to the Telegraph, Epstein “paid for the submarine to be modified for Professor Hawking, who had never been underwater before.”
According to flight logs of Epstein’s plane, Harvard psychology professor Steven Pinker hitched a ride on the “Lolita Express” in 2002.
Other notable people with ties to Epstein are Harvey Weinstein, Alec Baldwin, and Ted Kennedy.
Guest lists for dinners at his Manhattan townhouse also give a picture of his influence: In 2010, a dinner for Prince Andrew included Katie Couric, George Stephanopoulos, Chelsea Handler, and Woody Allen.
Vicky Ward, the journalist who wrote the 2003 Vanity Fair profile of Epstein, told Slate that “You got the feeling that his friends weren’t real friends — he owned them — that he was the kind of man who collected information about people and then used it over them.” Ward has also offered a more scathing assessment, saying, “What is so amazing to me is how his entire social circle knew about this and just blithely overlooked it … all mentioned the girls, as an aside.”
Thanks to Adam K. Raymond and Matt Stieb from New York Magazine’s Intelligencer and Amelia McDonell-Parry for Rolling Stone Magazine for their reporting on Epstein’s relationships.
According to James Hill of Good Morning America , “Victims’ rights lawyers who have been battling the U.S. Department of Justice for a dozen years over the controversial ‘sweetheart deal’ reached by federal prosecutors in Florida with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein are blasting the department’s long-awaited review of the deal as ‘offensive’ and a ‘whitewash.’”
Like I said, could we reasonably expect anything else from the Department of in-Justice?
‘“I think, frankly, what we got was an effort to paper over what happened,’ said Paul Cassell, a former federal judge who now represents Epstein accusers. ‘I think they’re trying to put the most favorable light on what’s clearly misconduct on the part of their attorneys.’”
“A 350-page report from the DOJ’s Office of Professional Responsibility (OPR), which was made public Thursday, determined none of the five federal prosecutors who were deeply involved in the Epstein investigation committed professional misconduct or violated any clear and unambiguous rules when they reached the deal without informing or consulting with victims.”
Of course not.
“Instead, the OPR report faulted former Labor Secretary Alexander Acosta, then the U.S. Attorney in Miami, for exhibiting ‘poor judgment’ in deciding to resolve the Epstein case through a non-prosecution agreement and in failing to make certain the alleged victims were notified in advance of Epstein’s guilty plea in state court that ended the federal investigation.”
‘“They just say he used poor judgment, and that’s their way of basically letting everyone off the hook while offering some sort of an olive branch to the victims that we acknowledge weren’t treated perfectly,’ said Brad Edwards, who sued the DOJ in 2008 on behalf of Epstein accusers, seeking to invalidate the once-secret deal. ‘But nobody really did anything wrong. It’s really offensive. It’s hurtful.’”
“Jena-Lisa Jones, who has alleged Epstein sexually abused her when she was just 14, called the Justice Department’s conclusions ‘like another slap in the face’ to victims.”
Better a “slap in the face” to you, Ms. Jones, than any harm come to any of their rich and powerful pedophile friends.
‘“Poor judgment is cheating on a spelling test or speeding five miles over the speed limit. That would be poor judgment to me,’ Jones said after attending a four-hour government briefing on the report’s findings at the FBI office in Miami. ‘I honestly don’t think that anybody will take responsibility in any sense, in any shape or form in the way that they actually should as adults.’”
The funny thing is that she thought anyone would!
“The OPR report, which took 22 months to complete, is not likely to be the last word on the Florida prosecutors’ treatment of Epstein, who was arrested last year by federal authorities in New York and then died while in custody in a Manhattan detention center.”
22 months to complete the report!
This is so typical of their modus operandi (MO), regarding the DOJ and the FBI. Delay, delay, delay. Excuse, excuse, excuse. Then, Ignore, ignore, ignore.
“Sen. Ben Sasse, R-Neb., who requested the department review after the Miami Herald’s in-depth reports on the Epstein case were published in late 2018, harshly criticized OPR’s conclusions and vowed to keep investigating what he labeled a ‘disgusting failure.’”
‘“Letting a well-connected billionaire get away with child rape and international sex trafficking isn’t “poor judgment” — it is a disgusting failure. Americans ought to be enraged,’ said the senator, chairman of the Senate Judiciary Oversight Subcommittee. ‘Jeffrey Epstein should be rotting behind bars today, but the Justice Department failed Epstein’s victims at every turn.’”
Not to mention a slew of his well connected cohorts!
‘“OPR might have finished its report, but we have an obligation to make sure this never happens again,’ Sasse said in a statement.”
Whatever you say, Senator Sass.
“Authorities in New York, meanwhile, have vowed to continue investigating anyone who may have conspired with Epstein or assisted him in the commission of his alleged crimes. Earlier this year, Manhattan prosecutors charged Epstein’s former girlfriend and close associate, Ghislaine Maxwell, with helping to facilitate and, in some cases, participating in Epstein’s crimes against three minor girls in the mid-1990s. Maxwell pleaded not guilty and has long denied any knowledge of Epstein’s alleged sex-trafficking. Her trial is scheduled for next summer.”
Oh goody! More investigations that will end up being big wastes of time.
“And next month, lawyers Edwards and Cassell will argue before the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals in Atlanta that the Epstein deal, which also conferred federal immunity to any potential co-conspirators, should be rescinded because it was reached in violation of the federal Crime Victims’ Rights Act.”
Ah, yes…, that all important “federal immunity!”
You can ask Hillary’s friends about that as well.
“Villafaña [former federal case prosecutor Marie Villafaña] told OPR that she ‘could not seem to get [her supervisors] to understand the seriousness of Epstein’s behavior and the fact that he was probably continuing to commit the behavior, and that there was a need to move with necessary speed.’”
Oh, they understood alright.
“Much has been made over the years of Epstein employing a ‘dream team’ of highly skilled lawyers to help persuade federal prosecutors to drop their investigation. Epstein’s advocates included the famed Harvard law professor Alan Dershowitz and former U.S. Solicitor General Ken Starr, best known for his role as the independent counsel in the Whitewater investigation, which eventually led to the impeachment of former President Bill Clinton.”
“During the negotiations over the deal, Epstein supplemented his team with Starr and Jay Lefkowitz, who had served in the administrations of former Presidents George H.W. Bush and George W. Bush. Lefkowitz and Starr had each worked previously with Acosta when he was a junior associate at the law firm of Kirkland & Ellis. Acosta met personally with Lefkowitz and Starr after the non-prosecution agreement was signed but while Epstein’s attorneys were pursuing further review of the deal’s terms at higher levels of the Justice Department.”
Justin Vallejo for The Independent writes that, “Swaths of country believe Democratic Party is a front for a pedophile ring.”
You can consider me a part of that “swath,” Mr. Vallejo.

On night two of the democrat national “convention,” which no one is watching apparently, Sally Yates was chosen to speak for roughly three minutes.
This is the Sally Yates who was the Deputy Attorney General under President Obama, and the Acting Attorney General at the very beginning of the Trump administration.
She started off by saying, “I worked to advance our nation’s promise of equal justice.”
[You may have “worked” at this, Sally…, but you didn’t work very hard or very effectively…, at least from my point of view.]
[“Equal justice” under the law is really only a mythical concept to most Americans at this point. We haven’t seen equal justice applied to the Washington crowd for decades.]
[She was fired 10 days into the Trump administration for refusing to enforce] “President Trump’s shameful and unlawful Muslim travel ban.”
[Which was later upheld by the Supreme Court as being legal…, so, not really “unlawful” now was it, Sally?]
[You’re allowed to consider the ban “shameful,” because that’s a matter of opinion…, but for someone who rose all the way up to Attorney General of The United States of America to call something “unlawful” when it’s not is what’s really shameful and disingenuous.]
“This was the start of his relentless attacks on our democratic institutions and countless dedicated public servants.”
[Excuse me! “His relentless attacks?!]
[From day one, and even before that, President Trump has been the subject of a coordinated attack by democrats, by deep state officials in the FBI, the DOJ, the CIA, and many other governmental departments, and by the fake news, liberal propaganda, mainstream media.]
[These attacks took the shape of “Russian collusion” claims, which evolved into the Mueller investigation, which lasted two years, and then the baseless impeachment sham.]
“Like me, these people didn’t swear an oath to a person or a party. Public servants promised to defend our Constitution and uphold our laws, and work on behalf of the American people.”
[The oath she and all of her fellow public servants took was this:]
[I, ___, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God.]
[Based on this oath, it has become quite clear that you, Ms. Yates, and many of your “swampy” co-conspirators, failed to live up to your oaths. Your actions flew in the face of The Constitution of The United States, and your behavior was nothing short of treasonous.]
“From the moment President trump took office, he’s used his position to benefit himself rather than our country. He’s trampled on the rule of law, trying to weaponize our Justice Department to attack his enemies and protect his friends.”
[Excuse me…, again!]
[“Trampled the rule of law?!]
[“Weaponizing our Justice Department?!]
[Are you seriously going to stand there and let these words come out of your lying mouth, Ms. Yates, knowing what we know now about President Obama’s efforts to spy on the Trump campaign, and then the Trump administration, while attempting to overturn the election with your and your co-conspirators’ treasonous “insurance policy?”]
“Rather than standing up to Vladimir Putin, he fawns over a dictator who is still trying to interfere with our elections.”
[Lie, after lie, after shameless lie.]
[You really are quite pathetic, Ms. Yates.]
[What do you call “standing up to Vladimir Putin?”]
[Do you call it “standing up” like when President Obama was caught on a hot mic apologizing to then Russian President Dmitry Medvedev by whispering, “after my election I’ll have more flexibility,” regarding missile defense negotiations. Medvedev replied that he would “transmit this information to Vladimir,” as in Putin, the current president who was prime minister at the time.”]
[Do you call it “standing up to Vladimir Putin” as in the Obama Administration’s controversial 2010 deal that gave Moscow control of a large swath of American uranium?]
[Is that what you call “standing up to Vladimir Putin, Ms. Yates?]
[Or, how about the Obama administration (which includes you, Ms. Yates, and the FBI, and the DOJ) having knowledge of Russian interference into the 2016 election, but failing to alert the Trump campaign of this, and failing to do anything about this interference, really, other than attempt to use the whole scenario to falsely entrap President Trump into the fairy tale of “Russian collusion.”]
[Is that what you call “standing up to Vladimir Putin, Ms. Yates?]
“His constant attacks on the FBI, the free press, Inspector Generals, federal judges…, they all have one purpose…, to remove any check on his abuse of power…, bankrupting our nation’s moral authority at home and abroad.”
[I’m sorry, Ms. Yates, but I think I just threw up in my mouth a little bit.]
[You obviously have NO shame.]
[And, “the free press?! Are you referring to the propaganda arm of the democrat party?]
[And there is obviously nothing you wouldn’t say to help you and all of your disgustingly “swampy” friends get back to being in control.]
“Our country doesn’t belong to him…, it belongs to us, and Joe Biden embraces that.”
[And by “us” you mean the democrats and the deep state, right, Ms. Yates?]
“We need a president who respects our laws.”
[We already have a president who respects our laws, Ms. Yates!]
[President Trump is ALL about law and order.]
[What you really want is a president who respects your laws, not THE law. You want a president who respects the unwritten laws of “the swamp…,” a president who will look the other way and make sure that “justice” is imparted according to “the swamp’s” desires, and not in accordance with equal, or fair, justice.
