In Maxine’s own words.

And this “Maxine” I’m referring to is democrat Maxine Waters, a congresswoman from California.

She’s a poster child for term limits.

She’s 82 years old, and has been in Congress since 1991.  That’s 30 years, or 15 terms in office.

That’s 15 terms too many, in my opinion.

I’m going to conduct a little exercise in “turnabout is fair play” here.

What if I was to direct Maxine’s own comments back onto her and her democrat friends?

That would be fair wouldn’t it?

Well, let’s see.

Maxine has said, “Let’s make sure we show up wherever we have to show up. And if you see anybody from that Cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and you create a crowd. And you push back on them. And you tell them they’re not welcome anymore, anywhere. We’ve got to get the children connected to their parents [referring to immigrant children being held at the border],” Waters said at the Wilshire Federal Building, according to video of the event.

“We don’t know what damage has been done to these children. All that we know is they’re in cages. They’re in prisons. They’re in jails. I don’t care what they call it, that’s where they are and Mr. President, we will see you every day, every hour of the day, everywhere that we are to let you know you cannot get away with this,” she added.

Waters appeared on MSNBC later in the day to double down on her remarks, saying she has “no sympathy” for members of the Trump administration.

“The people are going to turn on them. They’re going to protest. They’re going to absolutely harass them until they decide that they’re going to tell the President, ‘No, I can’t hang with you.’”

Sooo, if I said: “Let’s make sure we show up wherever we have to show up. And if you see [Maxine Waters or any of her democrat friends] in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and you create a crowd. And you push back on them. And you tell them they’re not welcome anymore, anywhere. We’ve got to get the children connected to their parents [referring to immigrant children being held at the border].”

“We don’t know what damage has been done to these children. All that we know is they’re in cages. They’re in prisons. They’re in jails. I don’t care what they call it, that’s where they are and Mr. President [Joe Biden in this case], we will see you every day, every hour of the day, everywhere that we are to let you know you cannot get away with this.”

[We have] no sympathy for members of the [Biden] administration.

“The people are going to turn on them. They’re going to protest. They’re going to absolutely harass them until they decide that they’re going to tell the President, ‘No, I can’t hang with you.’”

So, that would be okay?

Maxine has also said, “We’re looking for a guilty verdict and we’re looking to see if all of the talk that took place and has been taking place after they saw what happened to George Floyd. If nothing does not happen, then we know that we got to not only stay in the street, but we have got to fight for justice.”

“We got to stay on the street. And we’ve got to get more active, we’ve got to get more confrontational. We’ve got to make sure that they know that we mean business.”

“I talk about confronting the justice system, confronting the policing that’s going on, I’m talking about speaking up,” she said.

Sooo, if I said: “We’re looking for a guilty verdict and we’re looking to see if all of the talk that took place and has been taking place after they saw what happened to [Ashli Babbitt] [The woman who was shot and killed by a Capitol police officer during the protests on January 6th.]. If nothing [happens], then we know that we got to not only stay in the street, but we have got to fight for justice.”

“We got to stay on the street. And we’ve got to get more active, we’ve got to get more confrontational. We’ve got to make sure that they know that we mean business.”

“I talk about confronting the justice system, confronting the policing that’s going on, I’m talking about speaking up.”

So, that would be okay as well?

According to Chris Sommerfeldt, for the New York Daily News, “House Speaker Nancy Pelosi backed up California Rep. Maxine Waters on Monday, arguing that the Democratic congresswoman ‘absolutely’ did not try to stoke violence by calling on Black Lives Matter protesters to ‘get more confrontational’ if ex-Minnesota police officer Derek Chauvin is acquitted of killing George Floyd.”

So, then Nancy shouldn’t have any problems with my comments either, right?

But didn’t she believe what President Trump said on 01/06/21, which was far less inflammatory, was instigating an insurrection, and worthy of impeachment?

Just sayin’.

“Waters, a lightning rod for right-wing criticism, has come under fire from conservatives over making the heated remark while attending a protest in Minnesota over the weekend — but Pelosi told reporters that Republicans are taking her comments out of context.”

“Out of context?

And, what context would that be?

The context of a crazy, old, racist, cognitively challenged, liberal?

Well, I suppose, Nancy Pelosi fits that mold as well!

Here we go, again, with rioting, looting, and burning.

According to David Aaro of Fox News, “Minnesota police and rioters clash after Daunte Wright shooting.  The Police shot and killed Wright, a 20-year-old Black man, during a traffic stop Sunday, after female police officer mistakes firearm for taser and fatally shoots him.”

I’m not sure how you mistake your gun for a taser, but that’s her story.

“Minnesota authorities arrested about 40 people after rioters and police clashed for a second night in Brooklyn Center, Minn., authorities said during a news conference early Tuesday.”

“Hundreds gathered outside the Brooklyn Center Police Department Monday and defied curfew. They demanded justice for Daunte Wright, a 20-year-old Black man fatally shot by police during a traffic stop.”

No matter what happens, Daunte Wright is dead, and there’s no bringing him back.

I’m sure the officer who shot him will pay for her “mistake.”

I’m not sure what these crowds want.

Do they want to see her dragged out into the street and lynched?

Is that their idea of justice?

“The crowd chanted ‘Daunte Wright!’ Some shouted obscenities at officers.”

“Authorities fired tear gas, and flash-bang grenades into the crowd after warning them that they were in violation of curfew. Some rioters retaliated by throwing smoke canisters back toward law enforcement, while others launched fireworks at the police lines, according to reports.”

I’m sure they were all shaking in their boots when they were reminded they were braking curfew.

“Authorities said officers were shelled ‘pretty significantly,’ with objects thrown from the crowd. A few officers were hit by debris and suffered minor injuries during the unrest, police said.”

“Minnesota State Patrol Col. Matt Langer said law enforcement officials made attempts to talk with protest leaders about figuring how to peacefully disperse the crowds, but ‘unfortunately, those efforts weren’t successful … so … [we] stood and protected that building.’”

“Looters also broke into several businesses at a strip mall near the police station, including a Dollar Tree store, according to reports.”

“Brooklyn Center Police Chief Tim Gannon described the shooting death Sunday of 20-year-old Daunte Wright as ‘an accidental discharge.’”

Again, I’m not sure how you mistake your gun for a taser, but that’s her story.

It’s just a shame that this all could have been avoided if Wright would have just cooperated with the police rather than deciding to fight them.

That being said, he still did not deserve to die.

But that still doesn’t justify the actions of the rioters.

“Police shot and killed Wright during a traffic stop in a Minneapolis suburb on Sunday. The bodycam footage showed three police officers gathered near a stopped car that was pulled over an expired registration. Police attempted to arrest Wright for an outstanding warrant, leading to a struggle, followed by the fatal shooting.”

So, you’re telling me that three officers can’t control this one guy without having to taser him or shoot him?

They had the guy up against his car, with his hands behind his back and, somehow, he is allowed to get back into his car?

I would say these cops were guilty doing a very poor job of controlling the situation as well.

“Vice President Kamala Harris took to Twitter late Monday to comment on the shooting and said Wright’s family needs ‘justice and healing’ as the investigation plays out.”

‘“Prayers are not enough,’ she tweeted. ‘Daunte Wright should still be with us. While an investigation is underway, our nation needs justice and healing, and Daunte’s family needs to know why their child is dead—they deserve answers.’”

Nice job, Kamala.  Way to diffuse the situation!

NOT!

At least she managed to not burst into laughter for once.

And, the words “prayers are not enough,” seem to be a new catch phrase for the Godless, democrat Nazis.

Keep your ears open.  I’m sure this won’t be the last time we hear these words.

“Brooklyn Center Police Chief Tim Gannon said the officer who shot and killed Wright had intended to fire a Taser, not the handgun.”

“The officer was identified as Kimberly A. Potter, whose career with the Brooklyn Center Police Department has spanned more than 25 years, the Star Tribune reported. The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension said Monday night that Potter is on standard administrative leave.”

On a side note…, it’s been over three months now, and we still don’t know the identity of the Capitol police officer who shot and killed, an unarmed, Ashli Babbitt, in the Capitol, on January 6, 2021.

Just sayin’.

“Wright died of a gunshot wound to the chest, the Hennepin County Medical Examiner’s office said in a statement.”

“Attorney Ben Crump confirmed to Fox News that the families of George Floyd and Daunte Wright will hold a joint press conference outside the Hennepin County Courthouse at 12 p.m. CT Tuesday amid the trial for Derek Chauvin.”

We can only hope they can find it in their hearts to plead for a stop to the violence.  Even if they do, it probably won’t help matters.

“Brooklyn Center, Minnesota Officer Kimberly A. Potter, who got her police license in 1995, was reportedly training a new officer at the time she fatally shot 20-year-old Daunte Wright.”

‘“She’s just a very dedicated, passionate, good person. It’s completely devastating,’ he told the newspaper. ‘She [is] just a good person, always willing to help out.’”

Well, that’s another shame, because her life is basically over now.

“Daunte Wright’s mother and father, Katie and Aubrey Wright, as well as their attorneys Ben Crump and Jeff Storms, appeared in an exclusive interview on ‘Good Morning America’ [GMA] on Tuesday.”

Again, way to go GMA.  Way to throw gas on the fire in exchange for ratings.

Not to be outdone by GMA, “Brooklyn Center Mayor Mike Elliott appeared on NBC’s ‘Today’ Tuesday morning after demonstrators defied a curfew on the second night of unrest since Daunte Wright’s shooting.”

‘“In this country if you are Black and you get pulled over by police you have a higher chance of being dead,’ Elliott said. ‘That is a fact.’”

No, this is NOT a “fact.”

The fact is, in this country if you get pulled over by police, and you don’t cooperate with them, or fight with them, you have a higher chance of being dead, regardless of what race you are.

The fact is, that way more white people are killed by the police, than black people.

The facts are, according to Statista.com, “In 2020, the number of people shot to death by the police were: Whites 457, Blacks 241, and Hispanics 169.”

Those are the facts, Mayor Elliot…, not your bit of racist, violence inciting, misinformation.

And, just a note to all of the rioters:

No one is saying what happened to Daunte Wright is acceptable.

And, you are not helping an already sad situation by looting business, and burning businesses, who had nothing to do with the situation.

In many ways, your actions are worse than those which apparently incited you.

What you talkin’ ‘bout Minneapolis!

According to David Aaro of Fox News, “Officials in Minneapolis are considering bringing in police from other jurisdictions as the city faces a shortage of officers and a wave of violent crime, according to a report on Monday.”

Bringing police in from other jurisdictions?

Minneapolis?

That’s like CNN or MSNBC inviting FOX news reporters over to help them out!

“Officers from the Hennepin County Sheriff’s Office and Metro Transit Police would form Joint Enforcement Teams and primarily respond to violent 911 calls, the Minneapolis Star Tribune reported.”

Wait, what?

What happened to the social workers and counsellors who were going to respond instead of the big, bad, racist and brutal police?

And how are “violent calls” determined?

And what about 911 situations that have the potential to be violent or calls that turn violent?

Maybe they should hire clairvoyants as 911 operators!  That way they could figure all of this out ahead of time!

“If the initial proposal is approved by the City Council and Mayor Jacob Frey this week, the teams would form on Sunday and run through the end of the year.”

Personally, I think these Hennepin County Sheriff’s Department is crazy for even wanting to get involved with this bunch of whackos…, but that’s just me.

These apples don’t fall too far the tree I guess.

Are we talking about the same city council and the same mayor here?

‘“We’re not gonna be having these people out taking bicycle theft reports. These are going to be people out combating crime issues,’ said John Elder, a spokesman for Minneapolis police.”

Did I miss something?

Isn’t stealing someone’s bike a crime anymore?

And didn’t they have a problem with the police “combating crime?”

Isn’t “combating crime” code words for terrorizing law-abiding black folk?

Just sayin’.

“The proposal comes as an unusually large number of officers in Minneapolis have left the force following the death of George Floyd in the city on May 25, according to the paper.”

Huh…, that’s odd.

You mean to tell me these police officers didn’t appreciate a total lack of political support, and being outright publicly demeaned on a daily basis?

What the heck do they think they make those exorbitant salaries for?

“After his [Floyd’s] death, the left-leaning [That’s an understatement!] City Council members pushed to disband the Minneapolis police department, as activists in other cities aimed to defund the police.”

So, just to make this clear…, the Minneapolis City Council didn’t just want to defund the police, they wanted to DISBAND the entire department.

Again…, they wanted to get rid of the entire police force!

I’m sorry, but again…, the elected leadership of a major U.S. city wants to operate without a police force, and they think this is a viable option?

Unbelievable.

And these people were actually elected by the citizens of Minneapolis?

I guess you get what you deserve.

There must be an awful lot of stupid people in Minneapolis.

Just sayin’.

Anyway, according to the France24.com website, in an article from August 6, 2020, “The council of the US city of Minneapolis voted late Sunday to dismantle and rebuild the police department, after the death in custody of George Floyd sparked nationwide protests about racism in law enforcement, pushing the issue onto the national political agenda.”

‘“We committed to dismantling policing as we know it in the city of Minneapolis and to rebuild with our community a new model of public safety that actually keeps our community safe,’ Council President Lisa Bender told CNN.”

Well, that apparently doesn’t seem to be the case now does it, Ms. Bender?

The police go out of their way to help you out by “dismantling” themselves, and all you want to do now is bring more police in.

What’s up with that?

And what does this “new model” look like?  It sure would be nice if you could share this new amazing master plan with us all!

“The vote by a majority of councilors came a day after [Mayor] Frey was booed at and asked to leave a ‘Defund the Police’ rally. He later told AFP [a French news agency] he supported ‘massive structural reform to revise this structurally racist system’ but not ‘abolishing the entire police department.’”

“A massive structural reform?”

I don’t believe you have any idea what that would really look like, Mayor.

David Aaro of Fox News continues by saying, “The unrest, in addition to the departures, has strained the department’s resources, and some officers have filed PTSD claims, according to the Star Tribune.”

“The city has also seen a wave of violent crime, with 74 homicides recorded this year.”

So, you mean to tell me the criminals are taking advantage of you and your policies of peace and love?

The nerve of these uncooperative criminals!

Who’da thunk it?

Heather Yourex-West of Global News asks, “What happened to plans to disband the Minneapolis police department?”

Good question, Heather!

“After George Floyd’s death in Minneapolis sparked a worldwide reckoning on police brutality and racial injustice, the city vowed to dismantle its police department. It hasn’t happened yet, and as Heather Yourex-West explains, it likely won’t ever happen.”

Aww, c’mon!

That’s not fair!

We’re all dying to watch Minneapolis completely fall apart!

“The international conversations surrounding police reform started after the death of George Floyd at the hands of the Minneapolis police on May 25.”

“Two weeks later, on a Sunday in June, nine Minneapolis city council members made a pledge that echoed around the world.”

‘“Our commitment is to end our city’s toxic relationship with the Minneapolis Police Department and end policing as we know it,’ Minneapolis City Council President Lisa Bender said.”

“The council members vowed on that day to end the Minneapolis Police Department, but six months later, that has not happened — and there’s a good chance it never will.”

“Disbanding the city’s police department requires a change to the Minneapolis city charter and would need to be voted on by residents. The earliest that could happen is next year.”

Well, if the residents were dumb enough to elect these idiots, changing the city charter probably won’t be far behind.

“In the meantime, the Minneapolis police department has already undergone a profound change since the spring — nearly 20 per cent of its officers have left the force.”

‘“Our police department has seen not only an unprecedented number of retirements but also a lot of medical leave and disability kinds of leave, and that has left us tremendously short-staffed,’ said Council member Linea Palmisano.”

Good for them.

And I thought you wanted the police to be “short-staffed,” Ms. Palmisano?

As a matter of fact, you didn’t want any police at all…, so what’s the problem with being “short-staffed?”

“As a result, response times have increased and violent crime is on the rise.”

And this surprises you?

‘“If you say, “okay there’s a bunch of violence,” but there’s nobody there to reach out to these people who are hurting or in pain because they’re sick and tired of injustice, sick and tired or inequality, that’s what we bring — we bring hope.’”

Your “hope” and a buck will get you a cup of coffee when your life is being threatened or your house is being robbed, Ms. Palmisano.

Good luck with that, Ms. Palmisano.

Well, not really.

I think we need to use Minneapolis as an example of what not to do.

What in the Wide, Wide World of Sports is going on here?!

Okay…, so, let me get this straight.

A vice-presidential candidate, in the United States of America, mind you, is encouraging people to contribute money to the Minnesota Freedom Fund, which uses the money to bail criminals out of jail, who have looted businesses, burned down businesses and public buildings, and physically assaulted other people and police officers?

A current vice-presidential candidate, in the United States of America, is doing that?

Sadly, it is absolutely true.

Democrat candidate for vice-president, Kamala Harris, is encouraging people to contribute money to the Minnesota Freedom Fund, which uses the money to bail criminals out of jail, who have looted businesses, burned down businesses and public buildings, and physically assaulted other people and police officers.

This is not an issue at all for most democrats, but the Biden campaign has managed to recognize that a majority of the voters in America don’t see it that way.

So, as a result, they have sent their candidates, “Sleepy” Joe Biden and “Comrade” Kamala Harris, out to lie about their position, and pretend they care about law and order and protecting law abiding citizens.

David Marcus, of “The Federalist” website, reports, “Joe Biden and Kamala Harris have a problem. They know it, the media knows it, everyone knows it.”

“For three months they have ignored the deadly rioting that spread across the nation’s cities on both coasts and in between. They insisted that what we were seeing was ‘mostly peaceful’ protests and that Donald Trump and his evil allies were defaming decent Americans who just want social justice. Now they want to denounce these riots, but there is a problem: Harris is a financial supporter of the rioters she now claims to denounce.”

“Yes, that’s right, the Democrats’ vice presidential candidate was a huckster for a bail fund that sought to free violent criminals who were rioting on the streets of Minneapolis, and she was very effective at it.”

“In the wake of deadly fires and looting, Harris asked her five million plus Twitter followers to donate money to bail out the ‘protesters’ [criminals] arrested in the riots.”

Kamala wouldn’t want to help out any of the small business people who lost everything at the hands of these neo-fascist criminals…, she wants you to send in your hard-earned money to help get these neo-fascist criminals released from custody so they can go right back to destroying and looting more small businesses, and hurting more innocent people.

“Let’s meet a few of the beneficiaries of her [Kamala’s] largesse [generosity], shall we?”

“Fox 9 News in Minneapolis did the research for us. [That’s the kind of research MrEricksonRules likes!]”

“Here are a few of the criminals they found Harris did a solid for.”

“Among those bailed out by the Minnesota Freedom Fund (MFF) is a suspect who shot at police, a woman accused of killing a friend, and a twice convicted sex offender, according to court records reviewed by the FOX 9 Investigators.”

“According to attempted murder charges, Jaleel Stallings shot at members of a SWAT Team during the riots in May. Police recovered a modified pistol that looks like an AK-47. MFF paid $75,000 in cash to get Stallings out of jail.”

“Darnika Floyd is charged with second degree murder, for stabbing a friend to death. MFF paid $100,000 cash for her release.”

“Christopher Boswell, a twice convicted rapist, is currently charged with kidnapping, assault, and sexual assault in two separate cases. MFF paid $350,000 in cash for his release.”

And these are just a few of the many, many criminals Kamala sought to get released so they could get back to their business of destroying these cities and innocent lives.

“Kamala Harris and her friends in the corporate media, otherwise known as the propaganda arm of the Democratic Party [and fake news], will pretend this never happened and they are counting on voters to be too ignorant to know that it did.”

Definitely no shortage of ignorant voters!

“Harris was so eager to be on the rioters’ team that she literally raised money for them in the hopes that they could be released and foster further mayhem.”

And that’s what she thought was a good idea?

“That on its own would be bad enough. But the fact that she is now attempting to pretend she was against all of this violence, and looting, and arson, and destruction from the get go is an insulting joke. Did Harris really think that peaceful protesters obeying the rules were the ones arrested in Minneapolis? Of course she didn’t. She just assumed that justifying the unrest would help Democrats’ political chances. Now that this has been shown to be false, she is trying to change her position. But it’s way too late for that.”

“The American people aren’t stupid, they know exactly where Joe Biden, Kamala Harris and the Democratic Party stood on the riots.”

“They stood side by side with the rioters.”

“That they have now cynically come to regret that position is, I suppose, a good thing. But it does not erase the harm done in lives, property, and opportunity that their approval of rioting did.”

“We know whose side they were on, and it wasn’t the police.”

And it wasn’t on the side of law-abiding citizens either.

“The American people will not forget that.”

I hope not.

Defund your police!  I dare you!

According to Tyler Olson of Fox News, “In the wake of George Floyd’s death, calls to ‘defund the police’ have in a matter of days escalated from a fringe campaign to a celebrity-backed cause to part of the municipal mainstream — and now appear primed to spur official action, to varying degrees, in cities across the country.”

adare 6

These cities would include Minneapolis, San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, Baltimore, and Philadelphia, amongst others.

You know…, your list of typical, clueless, liberal hotbed cities.

As I don’t live in these circus towns, I don’t really care what they do…, but I must admit, that watching the news every night after they got rid of their police departments would definitely be entertaining, to say the least!

Like I said…, I dare all of you liberal cities to get rid of your police forces…, I DARE YOU!

I DOUBLE DOG DARE YOU!

adare 1

“The stunning momentum behind the movement has fueled Republican criticism that ‘radical’ ideas are being readily embraced by Democrats.”

“On the ground, however, there is a visible conflict between Democrats on board with ‘defund’ and those who want to seek reforms without actually dismantling police departments. This split, and the sudden power that activists wield over local officials on the issue, was perhaps best illustrated over the weekend when Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey faced a crowd of protesters asking him whether he would support abolishing the city’s police department.”

adare 3

“Frey, while promising reform to the city’s ‘systemically racist’ policing system and saying ‘the police union needs to be put in its place,’ was asked a ‘yes or no’ question by a protester [one of the organizers, I believe] if he would ‘commit to defunding the Minneapolis Police Department.’”

Ah, the dreaded “yes or no” question!

A good politician knows to disregard that stipulation!

‘“We don’t want no more police,’ the woman questioning him continued. ‘Is that clear? We don’t want people with guns toting around in our communities, shooting us down.’”

Oh, really?

This woman apparently isn’t aware that African-Americans are 4-5 times more likely to be killed by another African-American than a white person, and close to 300 times more likely to be killed by another African-American as opposed to being killed by a police officer.

Do they plan on banning their own black men, in general, as well?

Just sayin’.

Typical misinformed liberal, or doesn’t care to be informed liberal, or is informed but is just pushing the radical left’s narrative without any real concern for the people of the community.

I vote for the latter.

‘“I do not support the abolition’ of the police department, Frey said.”

Wow!  Even though I’m not a fan, this guy is not as stupid as I thought, and he definitely has some balls to respond honestly in the middle of a huge, antagonistic, crowd.

I do give credit where credit is due!

“He was immediately shouted down. ‘Get the f— out of here,’ the protester responded as others loudly booed [and threw things at] Frey, who later reiterated his commitment to reforming the department, despite saying he would not dismantle it entirely.”

adare 4

“Despite Frey’s reluctance to go along, Minneapolis’ left-leaning City Council members on Sunday announced a veto-proof push to disband the Minneapolis police.”

“Supporters of the move told Fox News, ‘We recognize that we don’t have all the answers about what a police-free future looks like, but our community does. We’re committing to engaging with every willing community member in the city of Minneapolis over the next year to identify what safety looks like for you.’”

“The calls for dismantling the city police are perhaps the loudest from City Council member Jeremiah Ellison, the son of state Attorney General Keith Ellison. The younger Ellison [a Muslim and a proponent of implementing Sharia Law] has said that after taking apart the police department, ‘we’re not simply gonna glue it back together. We are going to dramatically rethink how we approach public safety and emergency response. It’s really past due.’”

adare 5

I can’t wait to see what your idea of public safety and emergency response looks like…, and I imagine the criminals in Minneapolis can’t wait either!

Brian Flood of Fox News reports that, “Minneapolis City Council president Lisa Bender went viral on Monday morning when she told CNN that calling the police when your home is broken into ‘comes from a place of privilege,’ before being lampooned by everyone from Sen. Ted Cruz to Donald Trump Jr.”

adare 2

“Bender brought some attention to CNN’s low-rated morning show ‘New Day’ [ouch!] when she joined Alisyn Camerota to discuss her goal of dismantling the Minneapolis police department in the wake of George Floyd’s tragic death while in police custody.”

“Bender said the police are not keeping everyone safe, and the first step of fixing the problem is to admit the current system isn’t working. Bender has said she can imagine a future without police, and has urged money to be redirected from a ‘militarized police force’ to things she feels would greater benefit the community.”

‘“Do you understand that the word dismantle, or police-free, also makes some people nervous, for instance, what if, in the middle of the night, my home is broken into,’ Camerota asked. ‘Who do I call?’”

“BENDER: ‘Yes, I hear that loud and clear from a lot of my neighbors. And I know — and myself, too, and I know that that comes from a place of privilege.  For those of us for whom the system is working, I think we need to step back and imagine what it would feel like to already live in that reality where calling the police may mean more harm is done.’”

“BENDER: ‘We’ve done an analysis of all the reasons people call 911, and I’ve looked at ways we can shift the response away from armed police officers into a more appropriate response for mental health calls, for some domestic violence calls, for health-related issues.’”

Obviously, Ms. Bender doesn’t even realize she’s legislating herself right out of a job!

If no one lives or works in Minneapolis anymore, there won’t be a need for a Common Council either.

Stupid is as stupid does…

… but these liberals are dangerous!

adefund 18

There is a growing movement across the US to defund many major metropolitan police departments and get rid of the police, as we know them, altogether.

adefund 1

I guess these big, liberal, cities can do what they want.  I just thank God I don’t live in one of these cities!

These liberals have literally lost their minds.

adefund 12

Who exactly is going to live and reside in these “policeless” cities?

What businesses are going to feel safe operating there?

What about utility services, as well as fire departments and emergency medical services?

What hospitals are going to want to operate in that type of environment?

What law-abiding and decent people are going to want to live in these places with their families?

Who is going to want to risk their lives visiting these places anymore?

adefund 15

The criminal elements in all of these cities must be laughing their a$$es off at these liberal idiots and licking their chops in anticipation of a cop-free environment.

I predict that these major, liberal, cities will become wastelands within a year if they manage to achieve their “policeless” goals.

Have you seen the movie “Escape from New York?”  Well, if you want to see a preview of life in New York City without a police force, watch it.

adefund 10

According to Sam Levin, in Los Angeles, for “The Guardian,” Activists say the way to stop police brutality and killings is to cut law enforcement budgets and reinvest in services.”

“The movement to defund the police is gaining significant support across America, including from elected leaders, as protests over the killing of George Floyd sweep the nation.”

adefund 2

“For years, activists have pushed US cities and states to cut law enforcement budgets amid a dramatic rise in spending on police and prisons while funding for vital social services has shrunk or disappeared altogether.”

“Government officials have long dismissed the idea as a leftist fantasy, but the recent unrest and massive budget shortfalls from the Covid-19 crisis appear to have inspired more mainstream recognition of the central arguments behind defunding.”

“A leftist fantasy?”

More like a social nightmare.

adefund 16

‘“To see legislators who aren’t even necessarily on the left supporting at least a significant decrease in New York police department [NYPD] funding is really very encouraging,’ Julia Salazar, a New York state senator and Democratic socialist, told the Guardian on Tuesday. ‘It feels a little bit surreal.’”

adefund 19

Oh, it’s surreal alright!

I’m also guessing that Ms. Salazar won’t actually be living in these “policeless” areas.

“Floyd’s death on camera in Minneapolis, advocates say, was a powerful demonstration that police reform efforts of the last half-decade have failed to stop racist policing and killings.”

I’m not sure you can lump all police problems into one big racial pile, Mr. Levin.

More than twice the number of whites have died in police custody as opposed to blacks, and many black officers have been involved with these deaths as well.

I’m sure race comes into play occasionally, but for the most part we’re just dealing with a handful of inept and/or uncaring cops who should really be in another line of work.

“Meanwhile, the striking visuals of enormous, militarized and at times violent police forces responding to peaceful protests have led some politicians to question whether police really need this much money and firepower.”

“Violent police forces responding to peaceful protesters?”

Excuse me, Mr. Levin, but are you taking some type of hallucinogenic medication, or are you just being intentionally disingenuous?

I’m guessing the latter.

How many protesters have been shot by the police in response to their actions?

Zero.

How many looters have been shot by the police in response to their actions?

Zero.

How many criminal vandals and rioters have been shot by the police in response to their actions?

Zero.

How many protesters, looters, vandals and rioters have been killed by the police in response to their actions?

Zero.

How many protesters, looters, and vandals have been injured in some way by the police in response to their actions?

There have undeniably been some…, and probably rightly so.

Overall, I feel the police forces across our nation have shown incredible restraint, unbelievable restraint, when dealing with all of these protesters, looters and rioters.

Now…,

How many cops have been shot during these “protests?”

Over a dozen, and counting.

How many cops have been injured in some way during these “protests?”

Easily in the hundreds, and counting.

If you’d like to see the police officers who have died in the line of duty, just doing their jobs, I’d like to invite you to visit the Ofice Down Memorial Page at https://odmp.org

“Community groups advocating for defunding have put forward differing strategies, some merely opposing police budget increases, others advocating mass reductions, and some fighting for full defunding as a step toward abolishing police forces. Some initiatives are tied to the fight to close prisons. All are pushing for a reinvestment of those dollars in services.”

Abolishing police forces and closing prisons.

Who are running these community groups?

The Joker?

The Penguin?

Lex Luthor?

The Riddler?

I mean, really!

adefund 14

“Amid the protests, some local leaders with budgeting powers have started proposing modest cuts to policing. The most substantial change so far, has come in Minneapolis where the school board on Tuesday voted to end its contract with the police department. The University of Minnesota has also pledged to stop working with police.”

‘“People have been fighting for years to get cops out of schools, and now it’s happening overnight,’ said Tony Williams, a member of MPD150, an abolition group whose literature on building a ‘police-free future’ has spread on social media in recent days. One elected Minneapolis ward member said this week that the city’s police department was ‘irredeemably beyond reform,’ the kind of remark that would until recently have been unthinkable to organizers.”

I don’t believe that the people and students of Columbine High School, Sandy Hook Elementary School, or Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School were too upset about the cops being in their schools.

Just sayin’.

adefund 22“Kelly Lytle Hernandez, a UCLA historian and recent MacArthur recipient, said this could be a pivotal moment for the US: ‘We’ve created over the last 30 to 40 years a sense that our safety and wellbeing always comes from investing more and more in police.’”

Well, Miss MacArthur award recipient (let’s just say you won’t see any conservatives winning that award), how else would you recommend spending money to promote safety in our big cities?

I do agree with you, however, that this is “a pivotal moment” for many of our big cities.

Either they can choose to use common sense when approaching these problems, or they can go off the deep end, following these know-nothing, anti-American, liberal pied pipers.

I’m guessing that common sense will not prevail amongst these idiots and liberal provocateurs.

‘“This week, it seems there is increasing recognition of this failure,’ she said, adding, ‘Defunding the police is the first step in a much broader historical transformation that I’m hoping you’re seeing broad-based support for on the streets today.’”

Well, there you have it.

“Defunding the police is the first step in a much broader historical transformation.”

Just the first step.

And the “historical transformation” involves the abandoning of our American values and the surrendering of our freedom as we devolve towards a socialistic/communistic/globalistic mess.

Tyler Olson of Fox News adds that, “Several members of the Minneapolis City Council this week have expressed support for radical changes to how the city handles law enforcement, including a move to ‘dismantle’ the police department and replace it with ‘a transformative new model for public safety.’”

Ha!

I’m anxious to see what these daring young fascists have in mind.

“Jeremiah Ellison, the son of Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison and a representative of the city’s Ward 5, explicitly led calls to ‘dramatically rethink’ how the city keeps its people safe.”

adefund 9

‘“We are going to dismantle the Minneapolis Police Department,’ he tweeted. ‘And when we’re done, we’re not simply gonna glue it back together. We are going to dramatically rethink how we approach public safety and emergency response.’”

I’m sure their “rethinking” will include Sharia Law in there somewhere, based on his family’s Muslim background.

“His call was echoed by Lisa Bender, the president of the city council.”

The president of the city council!

adefund 21

‘“Yes,’ she said in response to Ellison. ‘We are going to dismantle the Minneapolis Police Department and replace it with a transformative new model of public safety.’”

“That was not the first time Bender had addressed calls to ‘dismantle’ the city’s police force this week, however. On Wednesday she posted a thread about how a ‘white person’ should think about dismantling the police.”

I honestly don’t think you’ll have many white people left in your city by that time, but let’s hear it anyway, Ms. Bender.

“If you are a comfortable white person asking to dismantle the police I invite you to reflect: are you willing to stick with it? Will you be calling in three months to ask about garage break-ins? Are you willing to dismantle white supremacy in all systems, including a new system?  I mean this quite sincerely & seriously: just look at recent conversations about City-funded neighborhood organizations to understand how explicitly we would have to work to establish alternative systems that do not replicate the same problems. White ppl need to show up for this.”

I’m really not sure what to say about this racist individual or her confused train of thought.

I always wonder, “how do all of these idiots get elected?

“According to the Minneapolis Star Tribune, Bender sees the city’s potentially revamped public safety force as potentially sending social workers or other civilian personnel into situations that are traditionally handled by police.”

Oh, ya…, that’s going to work out real well!

It’s confirmed.  These liberals HAVE all lost their minds…, at least what little minds they had.

Our “big city” police forces have been liberally neutered!

apolice 3

The days of Harry Callahan (Dirty Harry), Riggs and Murtaugh, and Elliot Ness and The Untouchables are over!

apolice 1

apolice 4

apolice 5

Hollywood is definitely going to have to update how they produce these cop movies from now on.

Nowadays, all cops do is stand around and act as human road blocks or barricades, while they get pelted with all kinds of debris and all kinds of verbal obscenities.

apolice 10

Their hands have literally been tied behind their backs by their liberal democrat mayors.

People can shoot them, shoot at them, run them down with cars, throw deadly objects at them, torch their vehicles, and assault them physically, without having to worry about any type of response…, other than maybe getting arrested, only to be released in less than 24 hours.

apolice 6

apolice 8

These terrorists have destroyed whole police stations without a single shot being fired by the police.

apolice 7

Yes…, rest in peace Dirty Harry…, your days are looooong gone.

I really can’t imagine who would want to be a police officer these days in any big city.

I heard President Trump react to the whole rioting situation last night. He called for more National Guard troops to be deployed as well as regular military troops.

I’m sorry Mr. President, but unless these troops are allowed to use some sort of force to protect themselves and deter criminal behavior, we’re just putting more human road blocks and human barricades out there, and putting their lives at risk as well.

According to Chris Irvine of Fox News, “Rioters target police across US; 4 shot in St. Louis, 1 in Vegas, Bronx hit-and-run caught on video.”

“Police officers across the U.S. were targeted in shootings and vehicular attacks Monday night as protests continued in major cities for the seventh night despite President Trump’s vow to clamp down on violence.”

“The demonstrations on Monday marked a week of unrest since unarmed black man George Floyd died when a white Minneapolis officer jammed his knee into the back his neck in a shocking incident caught on video. Despite tens of thousands marching peacefully in demonstrations against police brutality and systemic racism, protests over Floyd’s death have been nonetheless overshadowed by violence, looting and vandalism that has engulfed U.S. cities.”

“In St. Louis, Mo., Monday night, four police officers were shot during protests in the city’s downtown area, two in the leg, one in the foot and one in the arm.”

“In Las Vegas, Nevada, an officer was shot in the head at the Circus Circus Hotel and Casino on the Strip. A source told ‘8News Now’ that the officer was in a fight with another suspect when someone walked up behind and shot the officer, who is now on life support.”

“Meanwhile, in Richmond, Va., two police officers and a suspect were injured after a shooting, according to NBC12.”

“RPD officers were called to investigate a report of an armed person on Semmes Avenue early Tuesday morning. When they arrived, gunfire erupted. The two cops and the suspect were taken to local hospitals.”

“In Buffalo, N.Y., an SUV plowed through a group of law enforcement during a Floyd demonstration, injuring at least two officers.”

“Video posted by a witness showed a line of officers, backed up by an armored personnel carrier, rushing and tackling a man who was being interviewed by a man with a TV camera about 9:30 p.m.”

apolice 11

“Moments later, officers ran as the SUV barreled through a cluster, with at least one appeared to go under the vehicle’s wheels. The SUV was then able to drive round an armored vehicle and speed off.”

“In a similar incident in the Bronx in New York City, an NYPD officer investigating reports of break-ins was struck by a vehicle early Tuesday in a hit-and-run. The officer is in a stable condition.”

“And in another incident in the Bronx, an NYPD officer was attacked by several men as witnesses recorded the incident.”

The incident was well recorded, of course, but no one managed to come to the defense of the officer.

“The latest wave of protests came hours after President Trump vowed in a Rose Garden speech to restore law and order, and police under federal command forced back peaceful demonstrators with tear gas so he could walk to a church near the White House known as ‘The Church of the President’ that was set on fire during Sunday night’s rioting.”

A World War II memorial was desecrated by these terrorists as well. What does a World War II memorial, honoring soldiers who gave their lives for this country and the free world, have to do with protesting police brutality?

apolice 12

The answer is it has nothing to do with it…, but then again, these terrorists are actually carrying out their destruction because they hate America, and want to inflict as much pain on America and her people as possible…, all under the guise of some political protest.

apolice 17

apolice 13

Steve Keeley of FOX 29 News, Philadelphia, reports that, “A looter was shot and killed by the owner of a gun shop in South Philadelphia, police say.”

“Officials say the owner of the gun store, Firing Line Inc, was inside his business guarding it because they had experienced a break-in attempt on Sunday evening.”

“When a crew of looters reportedly attempted to break in, the store’s owner saw them on surveillance video and then heard them coming up the steps of the store.”

‘“One of the individuals that broke into the property, pointed a handgun at him,’ Chief Inspector Scott Smalls told FOX 29’s Steve Keeley. ‘And that’s when the store owner fired his own weapon — striking the one perpetrator at least one time in the head and he collapsed, dropping his gun between his legs.’”

“Medics pronounced that man dead at the scene. At least two or three other individuals involved in the attempted looting fled the scene.”

“The investigation remains underway.”

Yes…, “the investigation remains underway,” and if he’s lucky, the shop owner won’t be charged with murder for defending himself or his property.

These days, we all see that only law-abiding people are held to the letter of the law.

The rest of these scumbags, at the bottom, and the top, of the liberal food chain, seem to get a pass.

Maybe the cops should go back to harassing Christians because they’re trying to attend church during this whole virus thing.  That seems to be more their speed these days.

To top it all off, I have seen where Sleepy Joe Biden’s staff, as well as other democrat politicians, and the liberal Hollywood elites are donating literally millions of dollars to help these terrorists post bail.

Like I have asked before…, whose side are these people on?

I think it’s pretty obvious whose side they’re on…, and it ain’t ours.

Liberal Lunacy 101!

OK…, I’ve enrolled you in this new class.

Welcome to class.

Now let’s get started.

alunacy 7

A few days ago, all of these confused, liberal democrat mayors and all of the equally confused, democrat, “blue state,” governors were only worried about making sure people didn’t gather in churches, that people practiced social distancing and wore masks everywhere, and made sure no one could operate their business…, unless their business’ name was Walmart, Costco, Target, Home Depot, etc.

Apparently, people are immune from the virus in these stores only…, and nowhere else.

Oh…, but now…, what a difference a day, or a couple days, makes.

alunacy 2

George Floyd dies while in police custody, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and this gives “protesters” carte blanche to loot, burn and generally destroy whatever they want to.

alunacy 11

Now here are some real crimes!

All of the liberal, loser, governors and mayors aren’t worried about those “virus violations” now, at least for the time being.

There’s no doubt George Floyd would be alive today, if not for the careless and unnecessary behavior of one or more Minneapolis police officers.

alunacy 12

And these individuals are the ones we and any protesters should be focusing our anger towards…, not the police in general, not the cities in general, and certainly not towards innocent business owners.

alunacy 4

There are bad and misguided people in every line of work and in every type of business and organization, but we don’t hold everyone accountable for the actions of one or a few people, do we?

alunacy 14

And to tell you the truth, this isn’t what’s really happening here, for the most part, anyway.

What’s really happening here is, we have people protesting peacefully during the day, voicing their frustrations with “the system,” and then there are whole other groups of individuals coming out at night, who could care less about George Floyd, but who just generally want to cause unrest and damage things, and others who just want to take advantage of the situation in order to loot any businesses they can in order to get free stuff.

alunacy 5

alunacy 1

alunacy 16

The people just trying to get stuff for free I can understand…, but what about these people burning down buildings and generally destroying their neighborhoods and cities?

alunacy 13

This group can be further broken down into a few more sub-groups.

The first group are just the idiots that enjoy wrecking anything they can just because that’s how they get their rocks off. The enjoy getting back at “the man,” and inflicting pain on anything and anybody in an attempt to ease their own frustration.

alunacy 10

I’m not a licensed psychoanalyst, but I have stayed at a Holiday Inn Express before.

The next group are those individuals who are being paid and directed to cause this destruction by individuals who hate America, and will do anything to cause problems in our country.  And don’t think these people don’t really exist, because they do…, and they’re aligned with the anti-American democrat party.

alunacy 9

Then, there are the attention starved, liberal fools, who make themselves easy pawns to get sucked in by the before mentioned group, in order to help them create their havoc.

This is where these idiotic liberal tools…, these liberal mayors and governors have a hard time understanding what’s really going on.

They’re afraid to do anything about the rioters at night because they’re afraid they’ll be seen as infringing on these peoples’ right to protest, when in reality, the people at night could care less about protesting.

Oh, sure, you’ll see a person with some feeble sign here or there, or someone yelling at the cops, but these are a few out of a hundred…, and believe me, the other ones who are burning buildings and police cars, throwing rocks, and looting, appreciate them for providing cover for their criminal activities. Some of these “protesters” are even planted there by the ne’er-do-wells themselves.

All in all, these liberal mayors can at least take comfort in knowing that they won’t have to worry about many of the businesses in their city wanting to open up anymore!

And most of the rioters were wearing masks, after all!

We wouldn’t want any of our friendly neighborhood vandals catching the virus while they’re busy expressing their frustration by destroying our city!

Social media is getting pretty antisocial!

According to Subrat Patnaik and Shubham Kalia for Reuters, “Twitter hid a tweet from President Donald Trump on Friday, accusing him of breaking its rules by ‘glorifying violence’ in a message that said looters at protests in Minneapolis would be shot.”

That doesn’t sound like “glorifying violence…,” it sounds like a warning or a threat.

atweet 17

“Twitter’s decision to step in, at a time of racially charged civil unrest in cities across the United States, escalates a feud between [President] Trump and tech companies.”

“It came just hours after Trump signed an executive order threatening Silicon Valley social media firms with new regulations [guaranteeing] free speech.”

‘“…These THUGS are dishonoring the memory of George Floyd, and I won’t let that happen. Just spoke to Governor Tim Walz and told him that the Military is with him all the way. Any difficulty and we will assume control but, when the looting starts, the shooting starts. Thank you!’ [President] Trump’s tweet read.”

atweet 2

“[President] Trump’s message can now be seen only after clicking on a notice which says: ‘This Tweet violated the Twitter Rules about glorifying violence. However, Twitter has determined that it may be in the public’s interest for the Tweet to remain accessible.’”

So nice of you to allow us to see what our President has to say!

Where the hell are we?!

We are still living in America, aren’t we?

atweet 13

This is beginning to sound like more and more like George Orwell’s book, “1984.”

atweet 8

It took a little longer than George thought, but it is happening.

“1984” is a dystopian novel by English novelist George Orwell.

A dystopia is a community or society that is undesirable or frightening. It is a state or society where there is great suffering or injustice.

The book was published in 1949, and centers on the consequences of government over-reach, totalitarianism, mass surveillance, and repressive regimentation of all persons and behaviors within society.

The story takes place in an imagined future, the year 1984, when much of the world has fallen victim to perpetual war, omnipresent government surveillance, a distortion of the historical record, and propaganda.  The “thought police” are employed there as well.

“1984” popularized the adjective “Orwellian,” which represents things such as official deception, secret surveillance, brazenly misleading terminology, and manipulation of recorded history by a totalitarian or authoritarian state.

atweet 16

Is all of this starting to sound familiar?

“Twitter said it had taken its action over the Trump tweet ‘in the interest of preventing others from being inspired to commit violent acts.’”

Oh…, of course…, it was in our best interests, for our own safety, for our own good.

That’s what the Nazis told the Jews as the forced them from their homes.

atweet 4

Former San Francisco 49ers quarterback and liberal political activist, Colin Kaepernick, recently tweeted about the Minneapolis riots, “The cries for peace will rain down, and when they do, they will land on deaf ears, because your violence has brought this resistance. We have the right to fight back!”

atweet 3

Now there’s a tweet that seems to be “glorifying violence.”

atweet 9

Where’s the notice that this tweet violated Twitter’s rules?

We all know Twitter is just fine with Kaepernick’s tweet, but all up in arms over President Trump’s tweet.

atweet 7

There are hundreds of millions of tweets every day.

This is targeted censorship.  I guarantee you that I could tweet the exact same thing President Trump did and there would be no warning or disclaimer attached to my tweet.

In fact, I can guarantee you there are tens of thousands of untruthful tweets and tweets promoting violence out there that will never be flagged.

The only tweets that will be flagged are those which, by flagging them, will advance the liberal narrative.

There’s no real concern about safety or truthfulness.

It’s ALL about advancing the liberal narrative.

atweet 15

On a side note…, Twitter is based in…, where else but…, in San Francisco, California!

Well, who’da thunk it?

atweet 12

Where else would the liberal word and thought police be headquartered?

WINNING!

atweet 5
