“Lady Justice” is not only blind…, apparently she’s prejudiced as well! 

In other words…, she’s biased, discriminatory, partisan, partial, unfair, unjust and inequitable.

We are now regularly seeing evidence of a multi-tiered justice system in America…, and that’s a problem.

We see the political, social, and economic elite being treated quite differently from you and I.

You and I never get the benefit of the doubt.

You and I never get the consideration of what our “intent” was.

You and I don’t get the best team of lawyers that money can buy.

Here is just the most recent case that makes my point.

A recent headline form Claudia Harmata of People Magazine announced, “Homeless Mom Sentenced to 5 Years in Prison for Using Friend’s Address to Enroll Son in School.”

“In 2011, Tanya McDowell wanted a better education for her then 5-year-old son Andrew, and enrolled him in an elementary school in the neighboring town of Norwalk — using her son’s babysitter’s address for registration papers. At the time, she and her son were living out of her van and homeless shelters, and spending nights at an apartment in Bridgeport, the Connecticut Post had reported.”

Okay…, my first questions is, how could she be “sentenced for enrolling her son in a school district where he did not reside,” if she was homeless?!

If you’re homeless, can’t you be homeless in any district?

“The mother was arrested and charged with first-degree larceny and served five years behind bars for the ‘stolen’ education.”

‘“Who would have thought that wanting a good education for my son would put me in this predicament?’ McDowell, who also had prior drug charges, said in court at the time of her sentencing. ‘I have no regrets seeking a better education for him, I do regret my participation in this drug case.’”

Five years in prison for this?!

Seriously?!

I mean there are people convicted of manslaughter, and committing crimes with weapons who don’t serve that much time.

But she gets five years for enrolling her son in school in a different district?!

And Connecticut is supposedly a liberal “blue” state?

If “Lady Justice” is blind, then someone must have told her that Ms. McDowell was a poor, African-American woman, who could be treated like a second class citizen.

Would an illegal immigrant even be treated like this?

The answer is HELL NO!

Oh…, and who complained on her behalf that she was separated from her children like all of these poor non-citizens at our southern border?

All Ms. McDowell heard was crickets.

Currently, we also have the cases of rich, white, liberal parents defrauding college entrance exams and buying preferential college entrance treatment, involving actresses Felicity Huffman, Lori Loughlin and dozens of others.

Felicity Huffman was just recently sentenced to 14 days in jail and a $30,000 fine.

That’s 1,811 days less that Ms. McDowell had to serve for her terrible crime!

And who thinks that Lori Loughlin will get anywhere close to five years in prison for her lawlessness?

My hand certainly isn’t up.

Hey…, when you’re facing jail time, you’ll take all of the elite, white, liberal privilege you can get, right Lori?!!

Some people argue that nobody benefits from these elites serving jail time, but just paying a fine is no deterrent for people with tons of money.

Why did all of these elites defraud the college entrance process?

Because they believed they could, and get away with it!

And sadly, they were right.

“Th-th-th-that’s all folks!”

We’ve all heard it said that “nothing is written in stone.”

Well, some things ARE written in stone!

What will we do with our final opportunity to communicate, or what will someone do on our behalf, or what will we do on someone else’s behalf?

It’s very interesting to see what people choose to communicate with their last chance to do so.

“Communication” is a complicated endeavor.

Although, in these cases we have only the most basic formula for “communication…,” one sender, a message and a recipient.  It’s definitely a one-way street.  There is no opportunity for an exchange of ideas here!

In fact, I have to give credit to a professor I had in college for the whole concept of this article.

I took at least one “Communications” class with Rev. Dr. Randall Ferguson as a component of my Education, Psychology, and Social Studies degree program in college.

Dr. Ferguson was one of my favorite professors.  He made his class very interesting, informative and relevant.

These are the goals that all good teachers hope to meet with any of their lessons or courses.

And I’m not just “kissing up,” Doc…, I don’t have to…, I already graduated!

Anyway, one of our assignments included visiting a local cemetery, viewing the tombstones there, and observing what final messages people chose for themselves or their loved ones.

I must admit, I had not been a big fan of visiting cemeteries, but the assignment intrigued me, and it obviously left a lasting impression on me.

The grave site that touched me the most was one of a young child.

There were all kinds of flowers, pictures, toys and messages present around the tombstone.

It was quite obvious that the child’s parents were having a very difficult time “letting their child go.”

It made me think about my own family and my own children, and I empathized with these people, and it definitely brought a few tears to my eyes.

Their feelings were definitely communicated to me.

It was sad…, but perhaps it was a good thing for the parents to have some place and something to still come to and interact with while they were dealing with the loss of their child.

It just seems like children don’t belong there, and the fact that they are there is a real tragedy.

On the other hand, we have people who have lived their lives…, long lives, who have no regrets.  It was just their time, as it will be for all of us someday.

In these instances, we have some people who choose to make one last attempt to entertain their visitors, either visually, symbolically or by the written word.

These are some of the people, and the messages, that I am going to share with you today.

This next one deserves some explanation.

At first glance it looks like a tombstone with a “word search” on it.  But it’s much more than that.

What do you do if your wives keep dying on you?  Devise a nearly “uncrackable” code to print on their joint tombstone, of course.

Why Dr. Samuel Bean thought a shared tombstone for his wives was a good idea is an issue unto itself.  But it is definitely unique.

Bean, who was born in 1842 and lived in Ontario, married his first wife in 1865. Mrs. Henrietta Bean enjoyed her husband’s company for seven short months before passing into the great beyond. He quickly remarried to a woman named Susanna, who then quickly died as well.

Both women were laid to rest in Rushes Cemetery, near Ontario.  Why he commissioned a marble headstone with a 225-character grid that appeared to be a nonsense jumble of numbers and letters is a mystery.

Finally, in the 1970s, a woman living in a nearby retirement home cracked the case. Starting at the top left corner, the old woman counted seven in and seven down. Then, using a sort of haphazard zig-zag, she was able to unfurl the following message:

“In memoriam Henrietta, Ist wife of S. Bean, M.D. who died 27th Sep. 1865, aged 23 years, 2 months and 17 days and Susanna his 2nd wife who died 27th April, 1867, aged 26 years, 10 months and 15 days, 2 better wives 1 man never had, they were gifts from God but are now in Heaven. May God help me so to meet them there.”

There you have it.  I hope you enjoyed my collection of “eternal communications.”

Meghan McCain…, I like you…, but you are your father’s daughter.

I like Meghan McCain.  She normally addresses issues with conservative common sense, while being surrounded everyday on “The View” by a lot of liberal foolishness.

She is also very defensive of her late father, Senator John McCain, and I admire her for that, even though her father evolved over his 36 year Senatorial career…, and not for the better. But he was her father after all, and you can’t fault her for that.

According to Brian Flood of Fox News, “During a segment on Tuesday’s show, Abby Huntsman said she felt sorry for President Trump’s adult children when reading a recent piece in The Atlantic about infighting among the siblings, but McCain didn’t feel the same way.”

‘“No offense, but they crashed my dad’s funeral. They get nothing from me,’ McCain said. ‘They’re not good people.’”

“[President] Trump’s daughter Ivanka and son-in-law [Jared] Kushner were in attendance when [John] McCain was laid to rest last year at Washington National Cathedral after a battle with brain cancer.”

Isn’t that a little harsh, Meghan?  “Not good people?”

I have to say, Meghan, how do you “crash” a funeral?

I mean, aren’t people allowed to come to someone’s funeral and pay their respects?

As far as I know, most funerals don’t send out invitations.

I think you should actually give Ivanka and her husband some credit for attending your father’s funeral, and at least representing her family and her father, The President, knowing that her father was not welcome there.

“The View” co-host notably took a subtle jab at the president, who had a longstanding feud with her father, when delivering her eulogy at the funeral.”

“McCain said that her father’s passing, ‘Represented the passing of American greatness. The real thing, not cheap rhetoric from men who will never come near the sacrifice he gave so willingly, nor the opportunistic appropriation of those who lived lives of comfort and privilege while he suffered and served.’”

I get it.  You’re proud of your father, and you see him in the best light.

But is his funeral really the place run down other people?

Shouldn’t a funeral be a celebration of the life of the person who has died?

I don’t think you did your father’s memory any favors by re-emphasizing any disagreements between your father and President Trump.

I feel it showed a lack of class actually.

In 2015, after McCain had said Trump’s platform had “fired up the crazies,” Trump retaliated by saying, “He’s not a war hero.  He’s a war hero because he was captured?  I like people that weren’t captured.”

John McCain is the one who started this feud…, President Trump just finished it, like he usually does.

John McCain demonstrated, again, that he stood firmly with “the establishment forces,” and not with the disenfranchised American people.

President Trump also regularly refers to McCain’s late night vote to kill off a bill to reform ObamaCare, which is something he promised to do, and promoted doing, before his most recent re-election.

At a taping of the “The View” later in the week, the co-hosts were previewing this week’s Democratic debates. When the topic turned to some of the candidates outside of the frontrunners tier, Meghan McCain took some digs at the longshots said she “finds some 2020 Democratic candidates laughable.”

Who are these “reporters” trying to kid with their “liberal spin?”

These libs just never miss an opportunity to try and change history in their favor.

In this case, in the favor of anti-American Muslims, Islamic extremists and anti-Americans in general.

Oh yeah.  Don’t think for one minute that this was an honest mistake or a poor choice of words.

This was an intentionally, deceitfully, crafted attempt to rewrite history.

So what exactly are we talking about here?

Brian Flood of Fox News reports that, “The New York Times caused an uproar on Wednesday with a now-deleted tweet and now-updated story that originally said ‘airplanes’ were responsible for the tragic events of Sept. 11, 2001.

Today, families will once again gather and grieve at the site where more than 2000 people died,’ the Times’ verified Twitter account wrote in a message accompanying a story about 9/11 victims being remembered at Ground Zero.”

“The 9/11 anniversary message was immediately met with harsh criticism and was swiftly deleted.”

‘“We’ve deleted an earlier tweet to this story and have edited for clarity. The story has also been updated,’ the Times tweeted.”

The author of the tweet wouldn’t happen to be a friend or relative of Rep. Ilhan Omar, would they? Or how about a friend or associate of Barack (“Obama Bin Lying”) Obama?

“The updated tweet to promote the story said, ‘18 years after nearly 3,000 people were lost, families of those killed in the terror attacks will gather at the 9/11 memorial. There will be a moment of silence at 8:46 a.m., then the names of the dead — one by one — will be recited.’”

“The story, by James Barron, was also changed to note that “terrorists commandeered” the airplanes that brought down the World Trade Center.”

This “reporter/tweeter,” must have watched too much of “Thomas the Tank Engine,” Disney’s “Cars,” or Disney’s “Planes!”  Planes, trains and automobiles do not act on their own volition.  A person or persons are responsible for the operation of them.

Also, the 2,977 people killed in New York, at the Pentagon and in a field in rural Pennsylvania is considerably closer to 3,000 than 2,000.

Like 977 people closer.

Idiot.

Not only did the New York Times try to take the terrorists off the hook, they tried to downplay and diminish the number of people who lost their lives because of these Islamic extremists.

A day after President Trump held a rally in North Carolina, the two House Republican candidates there were victorious.

Dan Bishop, in the ninth district won by 2 percentage points, while Greg Murphy won the third district by 25 percentage points!

“GOP’s narrow North Carolina victory is bad news for Trump in 2020”

And…

“Alarm bells should be ringing at Trump HQ after N.C. House scare!”

Can you imagine what they would have been like had the Republicans lost?

Over $20 million was spent on this election!

The fact of the matter is that the Democrats had a reasonably good candidate and invested millions and millions of dollars in this election for the ninth district…, AND STILL LOST.

That is the story here.

Another story here is President Trump’s influence on these elections.

I saw an article on the MSNBC website that stated, “Dems admit ‘Trump bump’ helped in North Carolina special congressional election.”

Interestingly enough, the article was taken down shortly after I saw it.

It just disappeared!

Can you imagine that?

It must have been deemed “too positive” towards The President to be allowed to continue to be viewed.

Remembering 9/11/2001…

I can still remember that morning, although there’s a whole generation now who don’t.

They’ll think of 9/11 as I think of Pearl Harbor.

They’ll learn about it in History class (hopefully).  They’ll understand it was an awful thing that happened that day…, but they didn’t live through it…, they didn’t experience it.

I remember them showing pictures of the first tower on fire, and not really knowing the cause.

Then there were reports that a plane had crashed into the tower.

I remember thinking, “Man, what a terrible accident!”

Then a jet crashed into the second tower…, and we realized this was no accident.

Here’s a timeline of that morning, thanks to Jenni Fink of Newsweek.

5:45 a.m.: Hijackers Mohamed Atta and Abdul Aziz al-Omari board a flight at Portland International Jetport in Maine, later connecting to American Airlines Flight 11 at Boston Logan International Airport.

7:49 a.m.: Flight 11 takes off.

8:15 a.m.: United Airlines Flight 175 takes off from Boston, bound for Los Angeles.

8:20 a.m.: American Airlines Flight 77 takes off from Washington Dulles International Airport.

8:24 a.m.: Atta broadcasts a message to air traffic control, “We have some planes. Just stay quiet and you will be okay.” The captain of Flight 175, United Airlines pilot Victor J. Saracini, picks up Atta’s transmission from Flight 11 and informs the Federal Aviation Administration.

We’re all veterans of the liberals’ environmental “blame game.” But what’s the real deal regarding pollution on our planet?

It seems we are bombarded by liberals in our country, shaking their fingers at us, and perpetually making us feel guilty for our standard of living, and for “trashing” the world’s environment on a daily basis.

We hear “The evil United States is to blame for the world’s air pollution, global warming and ‘climate change…,’ with all of our evil factories, evil cars, evil trucks, and evil farting cows!”

We hear “The evil United States is to blame for polluting our oceans, especially with our evil plastic bottles, our evil plastic this and our evil plastic that.”

We hear that we must adopt the democrats’ “Green New Deal” policies, which would set out economy back 200 years, in order to pay our environmental dues and save our planet.

What’s really going out there, however?

According to data from the World Health Organization, regarding air pollution and air quality per city:

INDIA has 13 of the top 20 worst cities.

CHINA has 23 of the top 50 worst cities.

CHINA has 44 of the top 75 worst cities.

CHINA overwhelmingly dominates the list in general.

But wait!  How many U.S. cities are in there and where do we rank on the list you are probably asking?

NOT EVEN ONE U.S. CITY APPEARS ON THE LIST OF THE 500 WORST CITIES!

Let me repeat that.

How can that be, you might be asking?

How are the democrats allowed to get away with all of this misrepresentation and disinformation regarding the environment?

What about the polar bears and the whales?!

According to Earthday.org website, the United States ranks number 20 on the top twenty list of ocean polluters.

Yes…, we’re last on that list, and a distant last at that.

How can that be, you might be asking?

How are the democrats allowed to get away with all of this misrepresentation and disinformation regarding the environment?

The answer is the “biased, liberal propaganda, fake news media” is a co-conspirator in this environmental charade.

All of the other countries on this ocean pollution list account for 2 times, 3 times, 4 times, 5 times, 6 times, 10 times, and 32 times the amount of ocean pollution the United States is guilty of!

And who’s at the top of this list?

Surprise, surprise, surprise…, Google has a liberal bias!

No kidding!

That’s really not a surprise or “news” to any of us who pay attention.

It’s old news, but still news that we need to stay on top of.

It goes beyond “bias,” however.

The question is, why do these people (liberals) feel it’s okay to cheat, unfairly influence, and deceive others in order to help their anti-American cause?

Dr. Robert Epstein recently appeared on the show “Life, Liberty & Levin,” which is a show on FOX, hosted by Mark Levin.

Based on a study he conducted, he claims Google reflected a “very dramatic bias” in 2016 election search results on their search engine.

According to Dr. Epstein, “Google offered search results during the 2016 election season that manipulated voters in Hillary Clinton’s favor.”

“The study looked into ‘politically oriented searches’ from a ‘diverse group of American voters,’ Epstein said in the interview.

“In 2016, I set up the first-ever monitoring system that allowed me to look over the shoulders of a diverse group of American voters — there were 95 people in 24 states,” he said.

“I looked at politically oriented searches that these people were conducting on Google, Bing and Yahoo. I was able to preserve more than 13,000 searches and 98,000 web pages, and I found very dramatic bias in Google’s search results… favoring Hillary Clinton — whom I supported strongly.”

So all of this is coming from a former Hillary Clinton supporter on top of it.

I actually experienced some crazy search results myself on Google.

I was doing some research for an article on Bill Clinton’s ties to Jeffrey Epstein and the whole “Pedophile Island” thing.

I entered “Bill Clinton and Jeffrey Epstein” for my search, as I was looking to find a few pictures of the two.

To my amazement the first picture, the very first picture, that came up was a picture of Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein!

Now how could that happen unless Google programmers tied “Donald Trump” to any search that was conducted regarding Jeffrey Epstein?

The fact is that the Google search engine will VERY rarely direct you to any article or resource of a positive nature regarding President Trump.

In an effort to supposedly address this internal bias, Google has come out with some new “community guideline,” aimed at limiting political talk among its employees.”

Ya…, that’ll take care of the problem.

“That level of bias was sufficient, I calculated, to have shifted over time somewhere between 2.6 and 10.4 million votes to Hillary without anyone knowing that this had occurred,” Dr. Epstein continued.

Mark Levin asked Epstein how such bias and influence could be credited to Google and their search suggestions and results?

Epstein replied that, “People searching Google for politically relevant or election-related information will see search suggestions pop up as they type, and also see a number of top searches on the first page of their results.”

“We now know that those search suggestions have a very, very powerful effect on people and that they alone can shift opinions and votes dramatically and then search results appear below,” he added.

After hearing about Epstein’s research and report, President Trump tweeted, “Report just out! Google manipulated from the 2.6 million to 16 million votes for Hillary Clinton in 2016 election! This was put out by a Clinton supporter, not a Trump Supporter! Google should be sued. My victory was even bigger than thought!”

According to Joseph A. Wulfsohn of Fox News, “CNN’s Don Lemon defends importance of ‘Sharpiegate’ coverage: ‘This is a news story.’”

It sure doesn’t take much for the “biased, liberal propaganda, fake news media” to “jump on” President Trump.

In this case, it was just because a line was drawn on some map showing an additional area of potential concern at the time, regarding Hurricane Dorian.

“CNN anchor Don Lemon offered a passionate defense of what he had referred to as ‘Sharpiegate,’ the controversy of the Hurricane Dorian map President Trump presented in the White House that included a marking near Alabama on a map of the storm’s projected path.”

This is something Lemon chooses to be “passionate” about?

“Trump has been criticized for tweeting Sunday morning that Alabama was among the states expected to be affected by the hurricane. Forecasts at the time from the National Weather Service, however, projected that the state would be spared.”

Well, gentlemen…, forecasts change.  What else can we tell you?  Big deal.

What is CNN trying to insinuate here?  That President Trump intentionally tried to give the people there false information?

I really don’t think so.

“On CNN, Lemon defended the heightened attention the controversy has gotten.”

Well, of course he did.

‘“You know, I hear the president’s apologists saying, ‘Oh, it’s petty. You shouldn’t be focusing on it. Who are we, especially as journalists? Why wouldn’t we cover that? You’re supposed to be able to trust the president. … Accurate information should be coming from the highest office in the land instead of doubling down on what, quite frankly, is not the truth.’”

A NOAA spokesperson said: “From Wednesday, August 28, through Monday, September 2, the information provided by NOAA and the National Hurricane Center to President Trump and the wider public demonstrated that tropical-storm-force winds from Hurricane Dorian could impact Alabama. This is clearly demonstrated in Hurricane Advisories #15 through #41, [which can be viewed on the NOAA website].  The Birmingham National Weather Service’s Sunday morning tweet spoke in absolute terms that were inconsistent with probabilities from the best forecast products available at the time.”

“The President’s apologists?”

Why exactly would any apology be required?

And yes, Mr. Lemon, you are being very “petty” here.

Do we remember the same type of “journalistic outrage” when President Obama said, “Under our proposals, if you like your doctor, you keep your doctor. If you like your current insurance, you keep that insurance. Period, end of story.”

And President Obama repeated this lie over 20 times all around the country!

Did our friends at CNN lose their trust in President Obama at the time?

No.

Did our friends at CNN even both to question what the Politifact.com website termed “The lie of the year?”

No.

But this they choose to make a big deal about?

It just goes to show…, again, the biased negative treatment that is reserved for President Trump.

‘“Here’s the thing… nobody’s perfect. No organization is perfect. When we make a mistake, what do we do? We say “We made a mistake, we’re sorry” and we correct it.’ Lemon responded. ‘Simple as that. That is the big difference. If you’re the president of the United States … ‘I made a mistake… my bad. There’s a lot going on… let’s move on.’ We would not be talking about it right now.’”

Ha!  Well that doesn’t seem to be the case here does it?  CNN didn’t just move on as “simple as that.”

In fact, just the opposite.  They won’t drop the matter and continue to be inflammatory towards The President and his Press Secretary.

‘“So much of this is just farce and I’ve gotten to the point I don’t pull my hair out at the ignorance and the nonsense, but in a case like this, he panicked people in Alabama. Now he’s lying about it,’ the ‘Morning Joe’ host said, contrasting Trump with previous presidents whose ‘attention and focus was on protecting people who were in the path of the storm.’”

We’re so quick to call someone a “liar” now, aren’t we Joe?

What’s happening to freedom of thought in America?

We all “boycott” things on a daily basis.  We may eat somewhere, not like the food, the service, or the attitude there and choose to not go there again, or “boycott” that business.

We may watch a TV show, determine it’s no good, and “boycott” that show by not watching it again.

According to Andrew O’Reilly of Fox News, “Trump donors and their businesses face fresh wave of boycotts, public shaming.”

“Public shaming?” It’s only public shaming IF you’re ashamed of what you’re doing.

“Investor Stephen Ross is causing Equinox and SoulCycle to face backlash over his decision to host a fundraiser for the 2020 Trump reelection campaign; Tracee Carrasco reports.”

“The 2020 presidential election is already getting nasty — and not just for the candidates.  The mud-slinging and smear campaigns also are being directed at supporters and donors, namely those with the temerity [audacity] to back President Trump. They’re facing a revived effort by Trump critics to name and shame them, with the apparent goal of hurting their businesses.”

Don’t these silly liberals know that they are drumming up more support for the people and businesses than they are driving business away?

“In one of the latest examples, a Facebook post on a page called simply ‘Ban Kenny Chesney from Pittsburgh’ threatened to make public a list of almost 100 local businesses in the Pennsylvania city that are owned by Trump supporters.”

She posted her message alongside a picture of Bimonte holding a ‘Deplorables for Trump’ sign and a message he posted thanking the president for the American steel piping being used in construction jobs.”

“The push to shame Trump supporters burst into the headlines last month when Rep. Joaquin Castro, D-Texas, brother of presidential candidate Julian Castro, tweeted out a list of Trump donors and their employers.”

“The tweet, however, backfired when it was discovered that one of the donors on the list also had contributed to Castro’s own congressional campaign.”

Wah, wah, wah, waaaaaaah.

“Wayne Harwell, the owner of a local real estate development company whose name appeared on the list Castro shared, told Fox News in a phone interview last month that he donated money to Castro’s congressional campaign. But he suggested that after Castro outed him in his bid to shame Trump supporters, he would no longer be supporting Castro.”

In the words of Foghorn Leghorn, “I say, I say…, no need to be getting that upset over a little old error like that, Mr. Harwell.  After all, we know money talks and BS walks!”

“While the two companies – which have long tried to cultivate an inclusive image – have attempted to distance themselves from the backlash, it was reported that both faced a deluge of membership cancellations and complaints.”

Oh yeah?  Who exactly “reported” this?  The old “it was reported” line is an old “biased, liberal propaganda, fake news media” ploy as well.

“Other big-name brands to face a boycott backlash for having owners and CEOs who support Trump range from Home Depot and Uline [Uline is a privately held company which offers shipping and other business supplies. It has approximately 6,000 employees and is headquartered in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin.] to Taco Bell and Nathan’s Famous hot dogs.”

This was supposedly called for to prevent these evil, conservative, people from getting work there in Hollywood.

Messing and McCormack won’t have to worry about running into any of these people, however, as their show has been cancelled.
