We need to be rescued from Biden’s $1.9 trillion “economic rescue” package!

According to Tami Luhby and Katie Lobosco, of CNN, the democrats’ “rescue” package contains, “Bigger stimulus checks. More aid for the unemployed, the hungry and those facing eviction. Additional support for small businesses, states and local governments. Increased funding for vaccinations and testing.”

“These are key parts of a $1.9 trillion proposal that President-elect Joe Biden [Now President Joe Biden] unveiled.”

“Billed as the American Rescue Plan, the package augments many of the measures in Congress’ historic $3 trillion coronavirus relief bill from March and in the $900 billion legislation from December, which was scaled back to garner support from Senate Republicans.”

Those darn un-wasteful republicans!

“Now that Democrats control both chambers and the White House, Biden is pushing for the big steps he says are needed to address immediate needs and control the coronavirus pandemic. He also plans to lay out an economic recovery plan in coming weeks that aims to create jobs and combat the climate crisis, among other measures.”

“Here’s what’s in the American Rescue Plan:”

“Beefed-up stimulus payments:”

“The plan calls for sending another $1,400 per person to eligible recipients. This money would be in addition to the $600 payments that were approved by Congress in December and sent out earlier this month.”

“Beefed-up?”

Where’s the beef?!

I thought we were talking about additional $2,000 payments?!

“The new payments would go to adult dependents that were left out of the earlier rounds, like some children over the age of 17. It would also include households with mixed immigration status, after the first round of $1,200 checks left out the spouses of undocumented immigrants who do not have Social Security Numbers.”

Oh, goodie.

Anyway, that accounts for $350 billion of the stimulus package, or about 10% of the stimulus.

Enhanced unemployment aid:

Biden would increase the federal boost the jobless receive to $400 a week, from the $300 weekly enhancement contained in Congress’ relief package from December.

He would also extend the payments, along with two key pandemic unemployment programs, through September. This applies to those in the Pandemic Emergency Unemployment Compensation program who have exhausted their regular state jobless payments and in the Pandemic Unemployment Assistance program, which provides benefits to the self-employed, independent contractors, gig workers and certain people affected by the pandemic.

Lawmakers only provided an additional 11 weeks of support in the December package, which will last until March.

They don’t actually cite the estimated cost of this, but let’s give them credit for another $100 billion.

We’re up to $450 billion now.

Rental assistance and eviction moratorium:

The plan would provide $25 billion in rental assistance for low- and moderate-income households who have lost jobs during the pandemic. That’s in addition to the $25 billion lawmakers provided in December.

Another $5 billion would be set aside to help struggling renters to pay their utility bills. Biden is also calling for $5 billion to help states and localities assist those at risk of experiencing homelessness.

The plan would extend the federal eviction moratorium, set to expire at the end of January, to September 30, as well as allow people with federally-guaranteed mortgages to apply for forbearance until September 30.

That’s another $35 billion.

We’re up to $485 billion now.

Help for the hungry:

Biden would extend the 15% increase in food stamp benefits through September, instead of having it expire in June. He would invest another $3 billion to help women, infants and children secure food, and give US territories $1 billion in nutrition assistance. And he would partner with restaurants to provide food to needy Americans and jobs to laid-off restaurant workers.

Let’s estimate another $5 billion here.

We’re up to $490 billion now.

More money for child care and child tax credits:

The plan calls on Congress to create a $25 billion emergency fund and add $15 billion to an existing grant program to help child care providers, including family child care homes, to pay for rent, utilities, and payroll, and increased costs associated with the pandemic like personal protective equipment.

It also proposes expanding the child care tax credit for one year so that families will get back as much as half of their spending on child care for children under age 13.

Let’s estimate another $50 billion here.

Now we’re up to $540 billion.

A temporary increase of tax credits:

Biden wants to boost the Child Tax Credit to $3,600 for children under age 6 and $3,000 for those between ages 6 and 17 for a year. The credit would also be made fully refundable.

And he proposes to raise the maximum Earned Income Tax Credit for a year to close to $1,500 for childless adults, increase the income limit for the credit to about $21,000 and expand the age range of eligibility to cover older workers.

Both of these are aimed at supporting low-income families, including millions of essential workers.

Let’s estimate another $10 billion here.

Now we’re up to $550 billion.

Subsidies for health insurance premiums:

Biden is also calling on Congress to subsidize through September the premiums of those who lost their work-based health insurance.

He wants to increase and expand the Affordable Care Act’s premium subsidies so that enrollees don’t have to pay more than 8.5% of their income for coverage — which is also one of his campaign promises. (The law is facing a challenge from Republican-led states that is currently before the Supreme Court.)

Also, he wants Congress to provide $4 billion for mental health and substance use disorder services and $20 billion to meet the health care needs of veterans.

Let’s estimate another $30 billion here.

Now we’re up to $580 billion.

Restoration of emergency paid leave:

The plan would reinstate the paid sick and family leave benefits that expired at the end of December until September 30.

It would extend the benefit to workers employed at businesses with more than 500 employees and less than 50, as well as federal workers who were excluded from the original program.

Under Biden’s proposal, people who are sick or quarantining, or caring for a child whose school is closed, will receive 14 weeks of paid leave. The government will reimburse employers with fewer than 500 workers for the full cost of providing the leave.

What do you think? Let’s estimate another $5 billion here.

Now we’re up to $585 billion.

More assistance for small businesses:

The plan calls for providing $15 billion to create a new grant program for small business owners, separate from the existing Paycheck Protection Program.

It also proposes making a $35 billion investment in some state, local, tribal, and non-profit financing programs that make low-interest loans and provide venture capital to entrepreneurs.

That’s another $50 billion here.

Now we’re up to $635 billion.

Aid for states and schools:

Biden also wants to send $350 billion to state, local and territorial governments to keep their frontline workers employed, distribute the vaccine, increase testing, reopen schools and maintain vital services.

Asked during a call with reporters whether states could use the funds to offset declines in tax revenue spurred by the pandemic, a senior Biden administration official did not clarify. The aid is intended to be flexible, an official told CNN later.

“Flexible” means unaccountable in this case.

Biden’s plan would also give $20 billion to the hardest-hit public transit agencies to help avert layoffs and the cutting of routes.

That’s another $370 billion.

Now we’re up to $955 billion.

Increased support for vaccines and testing:

The plan calls for investing $20 billion in a national vaccination program, including launching community vaccination centers around the country and mobile units in hard-to-reach areas. Biden would also increase federal support to vaccinate Medicaid enrollees.

The proposal would also invest $50 billion in testing, providing funds to purchase rapid tests, expand lab capacity and help schools implement regular testing to support reopening.

This school stuff seems a little redundant, but regardless, that’s another $70 billion.

Now we’re up to $1 trillion, 25 billion.

It would also fund the hiring of 100,000 public health workers, nearly tripling the community health workforce. It would address health disparities by expanding community health centers and health services on tribal lands. And it would provide support to long-term care facilities experiencing outbreaks and to prisons for mitigation strategies.

That’s roughly another $5 billion.

That brings us to a total of $1 trillion, 30 billion, or 54% of the stimulus package.

Hey, wait a minute!

What about the other 46%, or $870 billion?!

This would be OUR money being spent on things NOT related to COVID relief and “economic rescue” for the American people in one form or another.

I guess we’ll have to wait and see what was in the bill, now that they’ve passed it, to find out what this $870 billion is being spent on.

I’m sure there’ll be a whole other blog’s worth of democrat Nazism to comment about there.

As a blogger I’m excited.

As an American I’m disgusted.

Impeach VP Kamala Harris!

Yes…, impeach Kamala Harris!

Why?

Kamala Harris is guilty of actually doing what the democrats are accusing former President Trump of doing…, inciting violence…, which, of course, former President Trump never did.

It’s a disturbing pattern of behavior by the democrats, which emulates the tactics used by their role-models, the Nazis.

“Accuse the other side of that which you are guilty.“ —  Joseph Goebbels, Nazi Propaganda Minister

Ronn Blitzer of Fox News reports, “A man who was twice bailed out of jail in separate cases by A FUND SUPPORTED BY VICE PRESIDENT KAMALA HARRIS has been arrested again while under investigation for another possible case, Minnesota prosecutors said.”

“According to the Hennepin County Attorney’s office, Thomas Moseley, 29, had been arrested and released in cases involving allegations that include damaging a police precinct in August and rioting in December. He was arrested again on Jan. 27, just 22 days after his latest release. During that span, he is also suspected of trying to illegally purchase a gun, and officers are investigating that matter.”

“Moseley is facing three new felony counts of fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance while in possession of a firearm for allegedly having marijuana, cocaine and psilocyn mushrooms.”

“In the two previously mentioned cases, the new criminal complaint says, referring to property damage and gun possession charges, ‘THE DEFENDANT WAS ABLE TO SECURE UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE AFTER THE MINNESOTA FREEDOM FUND POSTED $5,000 CASH IN ADDITION TO A BOND that had been previously secured.’ In a third now-pending case, the Defendant was then charged with Riot in the Second Degree from an event that occurred on December 31, 2020.”

“The complaint goes on to say that in that case, THE MINNESOTA FREEDOM FUND AGAIN SECURED MOSELEY’S RELEASE, THIS TIME POSTING $60,000 BAIL.”

“The Minnesota Freedom Fund says it is ‘part of a larger movement to end the harms of money bail and jailing people for poverty.’ THE ORGANIZATION [THE MINNESOTA FREEDOM FUND] RECEIVED SUPPORT FROM THEN SENATOR KAMALA HARRIS IN JUNE.”

“If you’re able to, chip in now to the @MNFreedomFund to help post bail for those protesting on the ground in Minnesota,” Harris tweeted.

@KamalaHarris

June 1, 2020

CAN YOU IMAGINE THE UPROAR IF PRESIDENT TRUMP HAD SUPPORTED A FUND TO BAIL OUT THE CAPITOL PROTESTERS?!

In a later video clip of Kamala Harris, while appearing on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, she said, “But they’re [referring to the rioters in Minneapolis] not going to stop. They’re not going to stop. They’re not. This is a movement. I’m telling you. They’re not going to stop, and everyone, beware. Because they’re not going to stop. They’re not going to stop before election day in November, and they are not going to stop after election day. And everyone should take note of that on both levels. That they’re not going to let up. And they should not, and we should not.”

Is this not blatantly endorsing civil unrest?

Is this not blatantly endorsing the violence against the police there and the destruction of public and private property?

Is this not blatantly inciting this violence?

If the democrats want to keep pursuing this bogus impeachment of former President Trump, don’t we also need to hold Kamala Harris accountable as well?

At least she is in office and eligible to be impeached under The Constitution!

“A FOX 9 report from August revealed that the organization bailed out individuals including Darnika Floyd, who was charged with second-degree murder after allegedly stabbing a friend to death, and Christopher Boswell, who is facing charges of sexual assault and kidnapping. The group put up $100,000 on behalf of Floyd and $350,000 on behalf of Boswell.”

Such a worthy cause.

“As for Moseley, his latest arrest stems from events arising from his apprehension in October, but he is also under investigation on suspicion that he allegedly used straw buyers to buy a semiautomatic weapon from a store on Jan. 7 and Jan. 12. He had just been released in one of his other cases on Jan. 5, jail records show.”

“On Oct. 15, 2020, Moseley was apprehended during a protest during a court appearance for the former officers involved in the police encounter that led to George Floyd’s death. Officers who saw Moseley in the courthouse knew that Moseley had already been suspected of damaging a police precinct on Aug. 15, and they arrested him for that. During the arrest, they allegedly found a gun in his waistband.”

“The new criminal complaint states that after the October arrest, police obtained a search warrant for Moseley’s truck after officers noticed the smell of marijuana and what appeared to be a gun case in the car. After performing a search, police recovered marijuana, cocaine and psilocyn mushrooms, as well as several handguns, a rifle, a shotgun, ammunition and other items including a hatchet, crowbar, gas mask and spray paint can. More weapons and marijuana were then found at Moseley’s home, the complaint says.”

“On Jan. 10, tests confirmed the nature of the drugs, and Moseley was arrested later in the month and bail was set at $250,000. According to Hennepin County Jail records, he remains in custody.”

C’mon everybody!

Let’s support our Vice President and all chip in to get this domestic terrorist out of jail!

Like I said, VP Kamala Harris should be impeached!

And while we’re at it, we may as well go ahead and impeach “Illegitimate Joe” right away for actually doing what they claimed President Trump did, a quid pro quo, with The Ukraine!

Thank you, MrEricksonRules.

Thank you, President Trump!

No one could ever have imagined the anger and vitriol that the democrats, the fake news, and the “deep state” directed towards you.

You weren’t beholden to anyone except the American people, and it scared the daylights out of all of them.

You exposed them all for what they really are: evil, lying, anti-America traitors.

You were forced to experience never ending attacks on you, your family, your friends, your supporters, and anyone associated with you.

I apologize that you had to endure this hateful treatment.

I really don’t know how you did it.

You are definitely a better man than I.

But even after taking all of these hurdles into consideration, you still managed to accomplish an amazing amount of good for our country and the American people.

And we truly appreciate it.

We really do.

We were all in awe of your seemingly tireless effort and work ethic.

You demonstrated what a president, who truly knew what they were doing, and a president who really had the best interests of The United States, and her people, at heart, could do.

There’s no going back for millions of us now.

You have set a standard of presidential leadership that will be nearly impossible to match.

The American people elected you with the slimmest of hopes that you would be what you seemed to be.

And you met and exceeded our hopeful expectations in every way.

We sure do miss you already.

Having the 2020 election stolen from you, and us, will go down as the greatest scandal in the history of our country…, and that’s saying a lot after witnessing the treasonous coup inflicted on you after your first election.

None of us “Trumpers” will ever forget or forgive what the democrats did to you, us, and our democracy.

It was utterly criminal and utterly shameful.

Again, I’m sorry, and I apologize, that you had to endure this complete miscarriage of justice.

This too, you handled with unimaginable poise and grace.

Again, I really don’t know how you did it.

And again, you are definitely a better man than I.

It must be painful to see what is already happening to our country.

Again, I’m sorry about that, but you can sleep well knowing you did everything you could, while you were able to do it.

Thank you, again, sir.

If for some unknown reason you decide to take a crack at being our president again, we would all be happy to have you back in the oval office anytime.

If you’re not already “following” me and you liked my blog(s) today, please choose to “follow” me, which will keep you up to date on all of my latest posts, and/or leave me a comment.   I value your feedback and I’d love to hear from you!

Were there giants among us?

Here’s one for your “Forbidden Archaeology” file.

Scientists are remaining stubbornly silent about a lost race of giants found in some burial mounds near Lake Delavan, Wisconsin, in May 1912, among other places.

The dig site at Lake Delavan (about 30 miles southwest of Milwaukee) was overseen by Beloit College, at the time, and it included more than 200 burial mounds that proved to be classic examples of 8th century Woodland Culture (That’s 1,200-1,300 years ago.). But the enormous size of the skeletons and strangely shaped skulls found in May of 1912 did not fit very neatly into anyone’s idea of a “normal” group of people. These “people” were enormous. These were not average human beings.

First reported in the May 4, 1912 issue of the New York Times, the 18 skeletons found by the Peterson brothers on Lake Lawn Farm in southeast Wisconsin exhibited several strange features.

Their heights ranged between 7 and 10 feet and their skulls “presumably those of men, are much larger than the heads of any race which inhabit America today.”

They tend to have a double row of teeth, 6 fingers and 6 toes.  The teeth in the front of the jaw are like regular molars.

Are these the giants the Bible and many other civilizations have in their history books? The Bible in Genesis 6:4 says, “There were giants [called the Nephilim] in the earth in those days; and also after that…”

Over 200 “Giant digs” have been found in recent years. Giant skeleton finds have not made the local/national news since the 1950’s for the most part, however.

Was this some sort of prank, a hoax played by local farm boys or a demented taxidermist for fun and the attention of the press?

The answer is no.

The Lake Delavan find of May 1912 was only one of dozens and dozens of similar finds that were reported in local newspapers from 1851 forward to the present day. It was not even the first set of giant skeletons found in Wisconsin.

On August 10, 1891, the New York Times reported that scientists from the Smithsonian Institution had discovered several large “pyramid type monuments” near Lake Mills, which is close to Madison, Wisconsin. “Madison, in ancient times, was the center of a large population of 200,000 or more,” the Times said. The excavators found an elaborate system of mounds which they named Fort Aztalan.

On December 20, 1897, the Times followed up with a report on three large burial mounds that had been discovered in Maple Creek, Wisconsin. One had recently been opened.

“In it was found the skeleton of a man of gigantic size. The bones measured from head to foot over nine feet and were in a fair state of preservation. The skull was as large as a half bushel measure. Some finely tempered rods of copper and other relics were lying near the bones.”

Giant skulls and skeletons of a race of “Goliaths” have been found on a very regular basis throughout the Midwestern states for more than 100 years. Giants have been found in Minnesota, Iowa, Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky and New York, and their burial sites are similar to the other well-known mounds.

So, why hasn’t more been made of these giants?

If the “scientists” can’t explain something we just hide it away and pretend it never happened?

The spectrum of Mound builder history spans a period of more than 5,000 years (from 3400 BC to the 16th Century AD (1500s)), a period greater than the history of Ancient Egypt and all of its dynasties.

Most historians and scientists believe that we have enough historical understanding of the people who lived in North America during this period.

I guess at least some of the “people.”

However, the long record of unexplained finds like those at Lake Delavan suggests otherwise.

Has there been a “giant” cover-up, in more ways than one?

Why aren’t there public displays of gigantic Native American skeletons at natural history museums?

Is it because these giants don’t fit the narrative that the “experts” want to feed us?

The skeletons of some Mound Builders are certainly on display.

The keyword here is “some.”

There is a wonderful exhibit, for example, at the Aztalan State Park where we can nsee the skeleton of a “Princess of Aztalan” in the museum.  But the skeletons placed on display are normal-sized.

Specifically, the Smithsonian Institution has been accused of making a deliberate effort to hide the “telling of the bones” and to keep the giant skeletons locked away.

In the words of Vine Deloria, a Native American author and professor of law:

“Modern day archaeology and anthropology have nearly sealed the door on our imaginations.  Hiding away anything unusual.  The nineteenth century (1800s) Smithsonian Institution, created a one-way street, down which uncounted bones have been spirited. This door and the contents of its vault are virtually sealed off to anyone, but government officials.”

Why are things constantly being hidden from us by our own government?

The January 13th, 1870 edition of the Wisconsin Decatur Republican reported that two giant, well-preserved skeletons of an unknown race were discovered near Potosi, WI by workers digging the foundation of a saw mill near the bank of the Mississippi river. One skeleton measured seven-and-a-half feet, the other eight feet. The skulls of each had prominent cheek bones and double rows of teeth. A large collection of arrowheads and “strange toys” were found buried with the remains.

A giant skeleton was also unearthed outside of West Bend (just northwest of Milwaukee) near Lizard Mound County Park and assembled by local farmers to a height of eight feet.

According to Lisa Trank, for Gaia, “While the existence of dinosaurs is largely accepted, and millions of people travel across continents to marvel at majestic, larger than life monuments, the facts about human giants, or giant races, are much debated. Regardless of whether they are dismissed as myth or accepted as fact, giants represent important aspects of our individual and collective psyche. They capture our imagination, appear in religious texts, and drive scientific endeavor. But the question still remains — did giants once roam the Earth?”

It seems that is not the question that remains, however.

The real question that remains is why are we not “allowed” acknowledge that these giants actually existed?

Evidence of Giants: Discovered, Disregarded, and Discarded

“In the mid-1800s, a flurry of activity emerged across North America in the fields of archeology and anthropology, triggered in part by the discovery of the Chickasawba tribal burial mounds of Oklahoma, in which were found human bones seven feet and longer in length. In fact, during the years ranging from the late 1800’s all the way to the 1990s, over 1,000 reports of giant-sized human skeleton remains were found across North America. These stories were met by the general public with curiosity and an increased appetite for the possibility that giants once roamed the country.”

“In the United States, this period of archeological discovery took place during the Manifest Destiny period, which began in 1845 and was highlighted by rapid and aggressive territorial growth. A Puritan-led religious fervor fueled expansion across the West; Native Americans were looked upon as heathens, to be converted, civilized, or eliminated. Discoveries of ancient, pre-New World giant races directly contradicted the Manifest Destiny’s ideals of white racial, religious, and ethnic superiority; it was common for giant skeletal remains to be confiscated and destroyed.”

“According to Richard Dewhurst, author of ‘The Ancient Giants Who Ruled America,’ The Smithsonian Institute, then in its early stages of establishment, administered the Manifest Destiny philosophy through the Powell Doctrine, named after John Wesley Powell, the first bureau head of the Smithsonian Department of Ethnology. The doctrine reflected the isolationist mindset of the times and mandated that no archeological or anthropological research would include mention of ancient tribal cultures. Despite the documented existence of ethnology reports stating that the Smithsonian was in possession of giant human remains, none can be found today.”

You mean none will be allowed to be found.

“Ancient traditions overflow with legends of giants — St. Christopher, Goliath, the Nephilim, Gilgamesh, Viracocha, Sasquatch, and more, across continents, languages, and landscapes. Old Testament accounts of the Nephilim, a biblical race of giants and demigods, stated that they were so large they made the Israelites feel like, ‘Grasshoppers in our own eyes, and we looked the same to them.’ (Numbers 13: 28-33). The Paiute myth of Si-Te-Cah, is a tale of a giant tribe of cannibals who were eventually destroyed. This is similar to the myth of the first people created by Viracocha, the ancient Inca god, who he destroyed because of their uncontrollable and unruly behavior.”

“Carol Rose, the author of Giants, Monsters, and Dragons: An Encyclopedia of Folklore, Legend, and Myth, writes that giants ‘exist beyond the realm of human order and had to be controlled, banished, or defeated,’ and were considered ‘destructive entities.’

Thank you, MrEricksonRules.

I believe Sidney Powell.

And I believe in Sidney Powell.

And I don’t think any of us can thank her enough for all of her efforts.

Who is Sidney Powell you might ask, and what is it she is saying that I believe?

Sidney Powell is an attorney and a former federal prosecutor

After graduating from law school in 1978, Powell began her career as an assistant United States attorney in the Western District of Texas.

She ceased working as a prosecutor in 1988 and established her own firm in 1993. She has acted in appellate matters as a prosecutor and defense counsel.

In 2019, she stepped in and defended retired lieutenant general Michael Flynn, ultimately getting the DOJ to drop its case against him. Powell was castigated by the fake news, and called a conspiracy theorist, for claiming Flynn was framed by a covert “deep state” operation, which it was proven he was.

In 2020, Powell joined the legal team of then-President Donald Trump in an attempt to show the wide-spread election fraud in the 2020 presidential election.

There’s Sidney’s resume.

She is definitely not someone to be taken lightly.

But, again, she is being called a conspiracy theorist, as we hear within a week of the election that William Barr is saying that “the Justice Department and the FBI have found no evidence of widespread fraud in this election.”

We also heard “The November 3rd election was the most secure in American history,” the Department of Homeland Security said in a statement. Also, that “The Department’s Elections Infrastructure Government Coordinating Council & the Election Infrastructure Sector Coordinating Executive Committees found ‘no evidence that any voting system deleted or lost votes, changed votes, or was in any way compromised.”

And lastly, “America, we have confidence in the security of your vote, you should, too,” Chris Krebs, Director of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, said in a tweet.

So, who’s right…, Sidney Powell of this collection of “swamp donkeys?”

Let’s see what she has to say about the 2020 election.

Here is the interview with Chad Nesbitt, for Skyline News, from inauguration day, 2021.

Chad started off by introducing Sidney, then asked her what she has been doing regarding the 2020 election.

Sidney said they were in the process of getting their website, defendingtherepublic.org up and running.

She continued by saying, “Posted on it are all of the pleadings we’ve filed…, challenging on constitutional and factual grounds, the results of the election, including hundreds of pages of documents and affidavits and other evidence that shows that the election was indeed fraudulent, and that President Trump won. He had about 80 million votes and Biden had much less than that, aside from the fact that hundreds of thousands of Biden votes were fraudulent from the get go.”

“There were hundreds of thousands of fraudulent ballots, there were flipped votes by algorithms [preprogrammed instructions to be applied by the computer] run in the machines, and not just the ones from Dominion [a voting machine manufacturer used by a number of states], but also from others it seems.  We’re still collecting evidence on all of that, and even though we’ve had to drop at least two of our lawsuits that were pending in front of The Supreme Court because the court did not act in sufficient time to keep them viable, they became what’s called ‘mute’ in legal parlance, meaning the relief we requested was no longer viable, because the electors had already been seated and now Biden has already been inaugurated.”

So, none of her cases were dropped on their merits, only on technicalities.

“We are still looking at other options for litigation because there are substantial issues that still need to be raised, and my principle has always been that the American people are entitled to the truth, no matter which way it falls. And given the huge fight that has been mounted against getting at the truth, that alone tells me we’re on the right track and over the target.”

Agreed.  The old saying is “You know when you’re over the target when you start taking flack,” referring to bombing runs in WWII.

Nesbitt then asked, “Well, what’s the matter with these people?  What’s the matter with these courts? Why won’t they hear these cases that you guys have? A lot of people just don’t understand that. What do you think their problem is?”

Sidney responded, “I don’t understand it either.  I’ve seen our court system deteriorate for the last twenty years. I self-published a book back in 2014, a book called ‘Licensed to Lie,’ exposing corruption in the Department of Justice, and it’s only getting worse since then, and that was based on conduct I saw beginning in the year 2001.”

“Our system has done nothing but deteriorate, and when the republicans have had power, they’ve done nothing to clean it up.  It’s only gotten worse.”

And we have all seen evidence of that in recent years.

Nesbitt, “That’s right. Exactly. I couldn’t agree more. And it’s just amazing to me to see what they are doing on a regular basis. It amazes me that they have blocked you on social media.  I’ve never seen anything like this in my entire lifetime…What do you say about that, blocking you on social media like they have?”

Sidney Powell, “Well, it’s very concerning. It’s one of their tactics to isolate and shutdown opposition speech, when we actually represent the majority of the country, because we know that President Trump won the election.  So, the only tactics they have are to lie, to suppress speech, and otherwise bullying and intimidation, and to use power to consolidate the power they already have.  And I think we’re going to see that in spades…, and we’ve already seen that today.”

“It started with all of the executive orders that put us back in the World Health Organization, the Paris Climate Accord, they’re not going to build any more walls, they’re going to let in, I mean, there are more caravans of illegal aliens coming up, they’re going to legalize 11 million people who are not supposed to be here.  They want them counted for purposes of representation which is totally unconstitutional.  They’re effectively abolishing The Constitution, and they’ve been doing it for the last 15 years.  It’s been a slow erosion.  It is simply going to gain speed at a pace we can’t even comprehend.”

Nesbitt, “Eighty million of us, or more, voted for Donald Trump, and I guarantee you…, we were all thinking that Trump had something up his sleeve, right here at the very end, and I see a lot of people, some of the people that were in his office, and a lot of them, in my opinion, weren’t telling Donald Trump the truth about what was going on out here, in regards to the legalities, and about how things could be done in court to have avoided all of this stuff, and giving the election to the rightful person, who was Donald Trump.  What do you think?”

Sidney answers by saying, “I think the people around him for his entire term have tried to control him by controlling the flow of information that he got, and the people he could talk to.  There was a massive effort throughout his term to tamp down and limit what he could do by all means possible, predominantly by deep state members, actors, whatever you want to call it.  A lot of former Bush people, and then some who were even more liberal than that.”

Lastly, Nesbitt asked, “What can we do as voters out here? I mean we feel like we’ve just been robbed of this election, and in elections going forward…We’re concerned about them…We’re concerned that our vote won’t count because they’re going to rig it again.  What can we do as voters to put a stop to this?”

That’s the million dollar question!

Sidney responds, “There’s every reason to be concerned about that.  What reason would anyone have to ever trust the voting system again?  So, a number of state legislatures, including Arizona now, has agreed to allow us access to the Maricopa County voting records, including the original ballots.  And people need to insist on this everywhere, even if you think your election was totally valid.  Federal law requires everybody to keep all federal voting records for 22 months for the very purpose of allowing a full and complete audit of the vote. I guarantee you that other votes were manipulated also.  There are governor races that the conservative should have won.  There are local races, in fact in [one] Michigan [county], we learned that they illegally changed the vote, allowing a marijuana store in a town, just by one vote to make sure it came in, and this is not what the people voted for.  So, it’s things that are that small, for lack of a better phrase at the moment, that were altered by criminal conduct in changing the vote.  We all need to work immediately, get organized and productive in our efforts to hold our local officials accountable, and make them audit the votes that were entered this time, then go to a different system of voting. We’ve got to revert to the paper ballots. The old machines where you go in and flip the levers and you pull the handle to register your vote and the card is punched, or whatever, and the machine, that’s not computerized, but simply registers the tally or something…, but we’ve got to find a system that’s more trustworthy, because they pulled out all the stops this year in every manner and means of cheating ever known to man and then some.”

So, it seems the answer to the million dollar question is, we need o change the system back to make it fair again.  The problem is the democrats like it just like it has become…, unaccountable and manipulatable…, and they’re the ones calling the shots right now.

So, the bottom line is our democracy is in big trouble, and there doesn’t appear to be any kind of remedy in sight.

God help us all.

And God help Sidney Powell.  It seems like she is the only one out there fighting for the truth regarding the 2020 election.

KABOOM!!! That’s the sound of my head exploding!

Ronn Blitzer of Fox News reports that, “The Department of Justice Inspector General’s Office announced Monday that they were investigating whether any current or former DOJ employees attempted to alter the results of the 2020 presidential election.”

“Investigating whether any current or former DOJ employees attempted to alter the results of the 2020 presidential election!!!”

KABOOM!!!

How about investigating the hundreds and hundreds of sworn depositions from people who witnessed election fraud?!!!

How about investigating states that chose to arbitrarily create new election procedures while choosing to ignore their actual election laws?!!!

How about investigating that?!!!

First of all…, excuse me, but we have to recognize that we no longer have a “Department of Justice!”

We have a herd of swamp donkeys masquerading as “Department of Justice” employees, but we have no real “department of Justice” anymore.  And that would include the Federal Bureau of Incompetence as well.

‘“The investigation will encompass all relevant allegations that may arise that are within the scope of the OIG’s jurisdiction,’ the announcement from Inspector General Michael Horowitz said, noting that this jurisdiction covers the conduct of past and present DOJ employees but ‘does not extend to allegations against other government officials.’”

Gee…, thanks for clarifying that, Michael “swamp donkey” Horowitz!

Hee haw!

“The official announcement did not go into any further details, but a source familiar with the probe pointed to Friday’s New York Times report about now-former President Donald Trump working with certain Justice Department officials to possibly replace then-acting Attorney General Jeff Rosen with someone who would have been more open to overturning election results.”

KABOOM!!!

Excuse me, there goes my head, again…, but has the New York Times ever speculated about, or even bothered to report about the treasonous attempted coup, directed by former President Obama, weaponizing the DOJ and the FBI, against the newly elected President Trump back in 2016?!

And this is no “conspiracy theory,” like the fake news likes to hide behind.

This actually occurred…, and it’s well documented now.

“The [New York Times] report said that Trump and DOJ attorney Jeffrey Clark had discussed a plan involving replacing Rosen [Acting Attorney General, Jeffrey Rosen] with Clark and pressuring Georgia to overturn the results of the election in that state by sending a letter to lawmakers saying they were looking into voter fraud allegations and the results should be vacated.”

So?

Ooooh…, he’s going to send a letter to lawmakers!

And it’s going to say he’s looking into voter fraud allegations!

OMG…, Really?

“White House counsel Pat Cippollone reportedly advised Trump not to do this, and Trump eventually decided not to pursue that course.”

Again, so what if he did or didn’t pursue it…, big deal.

“Clark denied to the Times that he was involved in any plan to have Rosen removed, and said details of the talks he had with Trump had been distorted.”

Even if they were planning on removing Rosen, so what?

Isn’t it within the President’s rights to fire and hire AGs as he sees fit?

Ding, ding, ding!

That’s right, Johnny…, now tell him what he’s won!

You’ve won one, all expenses paid “Atta boy!”

Maybe now I can afford to go to Journalism school and become a world class idiot!

‘“There was a candid discussion of options and pros and cons with the president,’ Clark told the newspaper. ‘It is unfortunate that those who were part of a privileged legal conversation would comment in public about such internal deliberations, while also distorting any discussions.’”

That’s what happens, Mr. Clark, when you are operating within… the… “swamp zone!”

So, how’s that “investigation” going?

I’m sorry.

That question could be applied to many, supposed, “on-going investigations.”

The “investigation” I am specifically referring to here is the “investigation” of the UNARMED, 14-year Air Force veteran who was gunned down in cold blood by the Capitol police force.

Please refer to my initial blog from January 12, 2021, on this subject.

It’s been three weeks now and I haven’t heard another word about it.

That’s odd.

Well, not really.

Who was responsible for the shooting?

Have they been suspended?

Have they been fired?

How come we don’t know anything about the killer?

How many other Capitol police officers were there and involved in the shooting?

In the cases of other cops shooting unarmed individuals, or killing/harming them in some other manner (George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, Jacob Blake), we knew the identities of all of the cops involved the next day.

So, what’s up in this case?

I guess the Capitol police and the DC Police get special treatment for some reason.

Maybe it’s because they protect our elite and privileged politicians?

They’re not like the police who are supposed to protect all of us everyday citizen peons out here.

Just to recap what happened, in case your memory is beginning to fade:

According to Jaclyn Peiser and Justin Jouvenal for The Washington Post, “When a group of pro-Trump rioters stormed the Capitol and smashed windows on Wednesday, a woman jumped onto a pane and started through.”

“Seconds later, a gunshot rang out and the woman, who had a Trump flag tied around her waist, tipped back and fell onto the marble floor as blood spilled from her shoulder.”

‘“They shot a girl!’ someone yelled as the crowd ran out of the southeast entrance.”

“She died later that day, police said.”

“The woman was 35-year-old Ashli Babbitt, a California native and Air Force veteran, her former husband told The Washington Post.”

“Police have not yet confirmed Babbitt’s identity or confirmed details about how she was shot. The woman was shot by U.S. Capitol Police, D.C. Police Chief Robert J. Contee III told reporters.”

“Babbitt, a native of San Diego, served in Afghanistan and Iraq in the Air Force before other deployments with the National Guard to Kuwait and Qatar, ex-husband Timothy McEntee told The Post.”

So, when do the protests for Ashli start?

Are players in the upcoming Super Bowl going to have her name on the back of their helmets?

I want some answers…, and I’m sure many of the 74 million people who voted for President Trump do as well.

I’ll keep you posted.

Thank you, MrEricksonRules.

It’s never a “good time” to increase the minimum wage.

According to Megan Henney for FOXBusiness, “President Biden’s push to raise the federal minimum wage to $15 an hour as part of a broader coronavirus relief package could be a ‘death knell’ for businesses still reeling from the pandemic, according to a new study published this week.”

A “death knell?”

That seems overly dramatic to me.

“The report, authored by researchers at the University of Kentucky, Indiana University and Washington University in St. Louis, found that hiking the minimum wage hurts new entrants into the labor market, based on data from six states that increased their minimum rate.”

It also “hurts” when you’re a worker and you can’t pay your bills.

Just sayin’.

Can we all agree that someone can get a “report” to basically support whatever narrative the want to push?

“When the minimum wage increased, businesses — particularly those making tradeable goods, such as the manufacturing sector — reduced the number of new workers they were hiring, the study found.”

Just for the record, the federal minimum wage was last increased July 24, 2009, when it rose from $6.55 to $7.25 per hour.

Whoa!  Be still my heart!

So, the minimum wage has been stuck on $7.25 an hour for over ten years!

So much for even a cost of living increase.

‘“While the overall number of low-wage workers declines following a minimum wage increase, incumbent workers are no less likely to remain employed,’ the report said.”

“Given that the U.S. unemployment rate is still hovering at 6.7%, Radhakrishnan Gopalan, one of the study’s authors and a finance professor at Washington University in St. Louis, argued now is not the time to hike the minimum wage.”

Like I said, there is never a good time to raise the minimum wage for all of the people not forced to work for the minimm wage.

“Roughly 800,000 Americans have been filing for unemployment benefits each week over the past five months — nearly four times the pre-crisis level — and there are about 9.8 million more out of work Americans now than compared to February, before the crisis began.”

Yes…, thanks to the oppressive and draconian lock-downs, mostly dictated by clueless blue state governors.

‘“Small businesses are especially hurting from the pandemic,’ Gopalan said. ‘The restaurant sector, which employs a significant number of minimum wage workers, and the retail sector are struggling. Raising the minimum wage now would spell a death knell for many small restaurants.’”

Again, the so-called “death knell” has already been caused by these “non-science” based lockdowns.

Believe me, big and small businesses will all deal having to pay their emplyees a decent wage.

They’ll deal with it.

They all manage to deal with tax increases.

They all manage to deal with additional regulations and regulation changes.

They all manage to deal with cost increases in other areas.

They all seem to be able to manage to deal with everything else except paying their employees a livable wage!

“A recent analysis published by the Congressional Budget Office [CBO], a nonpartisan agency [There is no such thing by the way.], found that as many as 3.7 million workers could lose their jobs as a result of the minimum wage increase. At the same time, the CBO projects that some 17 million workers would receive a pay boost.”

“Could” and “would” definitely come from two different perspectives.

One perspective is what is possible to happen, and the other perspective deals with what will happen.

I do think it is reasonable to believe there will be a loss of some slave labor jobs, however, when these businesses are forced to act more fairly towards their workers.

‘“For most low-wage workers, earnings and family income would increase, which would lift some families out of poverty,’ the report said. ‘But other low-wage workers would become jobless, and their family income would fall—in some cases, below the poverty threshold.’”

The truth is MANY families would be lifted out of poverty, while others would just remain there.

“And although raising the minimum wage could boost spending among low-income Americans, Gopalan argued the Biden administration should wait until 2022 to implement an increase to allow the economy and unemployment rate to recover from the economic shock of the pandemic.”

‘“Having said that, the multiple stimulus packages have put a lot of money in people’s hands, so one is talking about demand in the economy possibly outstripping supply once the pandemic is brought under control,’ he said. ‘Some are already cautioning about the economy overheating.’”

Wow!

Well, we’ll definitely have to be on look-out for the “economy overheating!”

That sounds like an economic windfall…, for everyone except those making $7.25 an hour, of course!

Maybe a raising of the minimum wage will be exactly what the economy needs to cool it down a bit!

“The pandemic has already devastated small businesses, which employ roughly 59 million Americans, or about 47.5% of the nation’s entire workforce. One estimate from Yelp found that between April and September of last year, 160,000 businesses closed — or about 800 per day.”

Like I said earlier…, the pandemic didn’t devastate anything economically…, oppressive and draconian lock-downs, mostly dictated by clueless blue state governors, did.

“Biden is seeking to raise the minimum wage from $7.25 per hour, where it’s remained for the past decade, to $15 per hour and to end the tipped minimum wage and sub-minimum wage for people with disabilities.”

Don’t even get me started on the tipped minimum wage and sub-minimum wage for people with disabilities.

Let’s just say the “tipped minimum wage” should just be “the” minimum wage. Tips should be tips, and not considered part of a person’s wage.

And the minimum wage for people with disabilities is completely illegal in my opinion.

Have any of these geniuses ever heard of the The Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, or ADA, which is a civil rights law that prohibits discrimination based on disability?

It seems like they haven’t.

“Separately, a group of Democratic lawmakers reintroduced legislation on Tuesday to raise the federal minimum wage to $15 per hour by 2025.”

By 2025?!

‘“Let’s be clear: The $7.25 an hour federal minimum wage is a starvation wage,’ Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders, the incoming chairman of the Senate Budget Committee, said during a call with reporters. ‘No person in America can make it on $8, $10 or $12 an hour.’”

Well, I can now say I agreed with Senator Sanders at least once.

Anyway…, okay…, here we go.

MrEricksonRules is going to apply some reasonable common sense here.

My minimum wage proposal would be as follows:

$8.00 per hour minimum wage for all 16-17 year-olds (True “entry level” high school aged employees.).

$10.00 per hour minimum wage for all 18-22 year-olds (True “entry level” college aged employees.).

$15.00 per hour minimum wage for all 23 year-olds and over (for people who are actually trying to make a living.).

Let’s remember that at $15.00 an hour these people are still not getting rich, but at least they can live.

At $15.00 an hour an individual will make $600 gross and $460 net a week, or net $1,840 a month, which is $22,080 a year.

If you take into consideration rent, a car, gas, utilities, a phone, and food, these people are still only just getting by, but at least they can get by.

If we don’t supply a living wage for these older workers, what alternatives do they have?

They can go on an entitlement program and live off of government assistance.

What is the better option?

I would much rather pay a little more for goods and services than just support these people entirely.

I would much rather support people who are willing to work for a living than those who don’t or those who can’t support themselves.

Why is it their burden to insure everyone else a cheaper burger or a cheaper anything?

I feel it is a sin for all of us to take advantage of the “working poor” in our country, just so the rest of us can afford a little more.

Not to mention all of the companies and businesses, big and small, who take advantage of them, while affording multi-million dollar salaries to CEOs and other executives, sizeable profits to shareholders, and very comfortable lives to other business owners.

If you’d like to comment on my proposal, or try and defend the current $7.25 an hour minimum wage, I’d love to hear from you. I may even do a follow-up blog incorporating the comments I receive.

Tulsi Gabbard’s a democrat?

She sure doesn’t sound like any of the democrats I know!

That’s probably why she didn’t get too much support in the democrat presidential primaries.

According to Ronn Blitzer of Fox News, “Former Representative Tulsi Gabbard, D-Hawaii, asserted that tech industry leaders and Democrats such as Rep. Adam Schiff, D-Calif., and former CIA director John Brennan are ‘domestic enemies’ of the U.S. who are more dangerous than the rioters who stormed the U.S. Capitol building on Jan. 6.”

“In a video and thread posted to Twitter Tuesday morning, the former Democratic presidential candidate denounced the violent protesters, but warned that efforts to combat insurgency through surveillance and other monitoring activities posed a greater threat to the country.”

Amen, sister…, but you better watch it…, you’re on the fast track here to getting banned by Twitter, Facebook, and maybe even Bed, Bath and Beyond!

But who is Tulsi Gabbard?

According to Ballotpedia.org, “Gabbard was born in 1981 and grew up in Hawaii. In 2002, when she won election to the state House of Representatives at the age of 21, she was the youngest person elected to public office in the state’s history. She served in the House until 2004.

Since 2003, Gabbard has been a member of the Hawaii Army National Guard. She has been deployed on two tours of duty in the Middle East.

Starting in 2005, she served as a field medical unit specialist in Iraq. During her second tour, she led security missions and helped train the Kuwait National Guard. Between the two tours, Gabbard graduated from the Accelerated Officer Candidate School at the Alabama Military Academy and received a B.S. in business administration from Hawaii Pacific University.

Gabbard was elected to the Honolulu City Council in 2010. She served on the council until 2012, when she ran for and won a seat in the U.S. House.  Gabbard (Democratic Party) ran for election for President of the United States. She withdrew before the Democratic convention on August 18, 2020.  In 2012, she became the first Hindu elected to Congress.”

She definitely has an interesting and colorful background.

Blitzer continues by reporting, ‘“The mob who stormed the Capitol on January 6 to try to stop Congress from carrying out its constitutional responsibilities were behaving like domestic enemies of our country,’ Gabbard said. ‘But let’s be clear, the John Brennans, Adam Schiffs and the oligarchs in Big Tech who are trying to undermine our constitutionally protected rights and turn our country into a police state with KGB-style surveillance are also domestic enemies — and much more powerful, and therefore [more] dangerous, than the mob that stormed the Capitol.’”

“KGB style surveillance?”

Well, Schiff has had Russia on his mind for the last four years.

Russia, Russia, Russia!

“Gabbard then showed a clip of Brennan telling MSNBC that Biden’s nominees and appointees ‘are now moving in laser-like fashion to try to uncover as much as they can’ regarding activities that he said were reminiscent of ‘insurgency movements’ that have risen up in other countries.”

What about the “insurgency movements” perpetrated by our own government and government agencies against President Trump, Brennan?

“[Adam] Schiff, the chairman of the House Intelligence Committee [a true oxymoron if there ever was one], introduced a bill in 2019 that would create a new statute for a federal offense of domestic terrorism.”

“The bill did recognize the potential for abuse [Kind of like the FISA warrants abuse used against President Trump, huh, comrade Schiff?], calling for a report on civil liberty issues that arise from the new statute to be made public within four years of the bill’s passage and enactment.”

Oh, yes…, let’s not forget to act like you care about any civil liberty issues!

“Another 2019 bill, sponsored by Sen. Dick Durbin, D-Ill., calls for establishing offices in the Justice Department, FBI and Department of Homeland Security that would ‘analyze and monitor domestic terrorist activity.’”

Aren’t they already suppose to be doing this?

Or, would this be the democrats’ own personal version of the KGB?

And aren’t they already performing this function?

This would just make it official and “legal,” I guess.

Leave it to old dirt bag Dickie Durbin!

“Since the Jan. 6 riot, lawmakers in Washington have once again been considering a domestic terrorism bill, leading civil rights groups to push back, claiming that federal authorities already have the tools they need to stop criminals without giving them additional powers.”

That’s funny.

We had months and months and months of “domestic terrorism” going on in almost all of our major cities, and democrats didn’t say a word.

Now, we have one incident in their backyard and something has to be done immediately.

What a bunch of hypocritical, anti-American, pieces of garbage.

“At the same time, social media companies like Twitter and Facebook have been blocking accounts that they say have posted inflammatory comments, including those of former President Donald Trump.”

Only “inflammatory comments” against the approved democrat-Nazi propaganda and regime, of course.

“Gabbard called upon Biden and lawmakers from both parties not to allow measures that would infringe upon Americans’ rights in the name of law enforcement.”

Uh, yeah…, it’s called following The Constitution, which all of these pukes swore to defend by the way.

‘“President Biden, I call upon you and all of Congress from both parties to denounce efforts by Brennan and others to take away our civil liberties endowed to us by our Creator and guaranteed in our Constitution. If you don’t stand up to them now, then our country will be in great peril,’ she said.”

You are absolutely right, Tulsi…, and I’m so encouraged to hear someone from the democrat party stand up for those civil liberties.

Thank you.

Here we go…, AGAIN!

Yes, folks, again, and, again, and again.

According to Greg Norman of Fox News, “Driver in wrong-way Florida crash that left siblings dead had 200-page criminal history, police say.”

“Reginald Lamar Harris, who also died, had dozens of convictions.”

Thank you, Reggie, for doing us the favor of dying in that crash as well.

It’s sooo sickening!

And sooo avoidable.

How many times do we have to see cases like this?!

HOW MANY TIMES?!

“The driver who caused a wrong-way crash that killed three people last week in Florida has been identified as someone very familiar to law enforcement — his criminal history stretches 200 pages, police say.”

Wait…, what?!

“His criminal history stretches 200 pages, police say.”

200 pages?!!!

How the hell is this guy out of jail?!!!

“Volusia County Sheriff Mike Chitwood announced Monday that Reginald Lamar Harris, 47, was the driver who struck the vehicle carrying siblings Domynick and Danycka Milis on Interstate-95 in Daytona Beach. Harris also died in the Tuesday crash.”

‘“This is his criminal history. And he is out walking amongst us,’ Chitwood told reporters at a press conference while flipping through a pile of paper. ‘Two hundred pages. Carjacking, home invasion, robbery. He got out of jail last year — state prison stint for grand theft. And he is out and about and you know — the scene will never leave you. It’s seared in your memory.’”

“Domynick Milis, 21, and Danycka Milis, 18, of Wisconsin, were hit while following their parents’ car after viewing a holiday lights display at Daytona International Speedway, according to Fox35 Orlando.”

“Harris, who led police on a chase with speeds up to 120 mph, was traveling down I-95 in the wrong direction at the time of the collision, the station added.”

‘“I just don’t know what you say to the family,’ Chitwood said. ‘They have a great night at Christmas lights and their kids are murdered — and that’s what they were: Murdered.’”

There is nothing you can say to the family, Sheriff Chitwood.

It was not your fault…, although these high speed chases usually do result in some level of collateral damage.

But it was someone’s fault!

Whoever determined it was okay to release this guy from prison should be held accountable.

Whoever determined it was okay to release this guy from prison should be the one to explain their actions to the family of the victims.

Whoever determined it was okay to release this guy from prison should be charged as an accessory to these murders.

It’s as simple as that.

And only then will we stop seeing these gross examples of injustice.

But we all know that’s not going to happen…, and these foolish, left-wing, democrat, terrorists are going to continue to let people, like this killer, out of jail to threaten the law-abiding people in their communities.

It’s a crying shame.

And I seriously don’t know how these judges, prosecutors, district attorneys, prison boards, or whoever is responsible, live with themselves.

The irresponsibility exhibited by these officials is unimaginable and staggering.

“In a post on his Facebook page, Chitwood said Harris had 18 felony convictions and 20 misdemeanor convictions – and had his driver’s license revoked since 2000. He was last released from prison in mid-September.”

18 felony convictions and 20 misdemeanor convictions!!!

And those are only the convictions!

What other things did he mange to get away with?!

Whatever happened to “three strikes and you’re out?”

Like I said…, the individuals who unleash these habitual, and dangerous, criminals on us, over and over again, need to be held accountable for their actions.
