“Racism” is as “Racism” does.

By definition, racism is prejudice, discrimination, or antagonism directed against someone of a different race based solely on their race.

If we’re honest, we have to admit that we see racists in action all day every day…, but President Trump isn’t one of them!

Liberal commentators, democrat politicians and liberal propagandist “journalists” tend to view everything through a racial prism.

They see racism in EVERYTHING, and they promote racism in all they do, and then they have no problem at all calling everyone but themselves a racist.

They are predisposed to a racist perspective.

It’s the unapologetic liberal agenda.

“Do as I say, not as I do.”

“Think as I think, or anything is fair game against you.”

“White people can only be critical of other white people.”

“People of color can only be criticized by other people of color, and only liberal people of color at that.”

According to Heather Mac Donald of The Wall Street Journal, “President Trump’s political opponents have accused him of sowing ‘division’ with his ‘racist language.’ Mr. Trump ‘exploits race,’ ‘uses race for his gain,’ is engaged in a ‘racially divisive reprise’ of his 2016 campaign, stokes ‘racial resentments,’ and puts ‘race at the fore,’ the New York Times has reported over the past several months.”

“Yet Mr. Trump rarely uses racial categories in his speech or his tweets.”

It’s all a liberal propagandist fairy tale.

Ask them to give you examples and direct quotes of President Trump’s terribly racist remarks and they will quickly dodge, deflect and try to derail the entire conversation.

Ms. Mac Donald reminds us that, “It is the media and Democratic leaders who routinely characterize individuals and groups by race and issue race-based denunciations of large parts of the American polity [society].”

“Some examples: ‘As race dominates the political conversation, 10 white Democratic candidates will take the stage’ (the Washington Post); Mr. Trump’s rally audiences are ‘overwhelmingly white’ (multiple sources); your son’s ‘whiteness is what protects him from not being shot’ by the police (Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand ); white candidates need to be conscious of ‘white privilege’ (South Bend, Ind., Mayor Pete Buttigieg ); ‘white supremacy manifests itself’ in the criminal-justice, immigration and health-care systems ( Sen. Cory Booker ); ‘ Michael Brown was murdered by a white police officer in Ferguson, Missouri’ ( Sen. Elizabeth Warren ); whiteness is ‘the very core’ of Mr. Trump’s power, whereas his ‘predecessors made their way to high office through the passive power of whiteness’ (Ta-Nehisi Coates in The Atlantic).”

“Liberal opinion deems such rhetoric fair comment, even obvious truth, not ‘racially divisive.’”

In the liberal mind, it’s okay to be racially divisive if you’re attacking anyone who’s conservative.

White conservatives are labeled “white supremacists,” Black conservatives are labeled “Uncle Toms,” and Latinos, Asians and anyone else are just plain ignored.

These are the standard operating procedures for the liberals, democrats, socialists and fascists of today.

An update: The “little old” Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) – a wolf in sheep’s clothing?

This blog is a follow-up to my previous blog about the SPLC from June, 5, 2018.

You may have noticed the biased mainstream media making more references to the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) as of late. They say, “The Southern poverty Law Center called for this…,” and “the Southern Poverty Law Center said that…,” and so on.

So again…, let’s review. Who the heck is this Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) and what’s their deal?”

Well, here we go …, again:

According to the Southern Poverty Law Center’s own website: “The SPLC is dedicated to fighting hate and bigotry and to seeking justice for the most vulnerable members of our society. Using litigation, education, and other forms of advocacy, the SPLC works toward the day when the ideals of equal justice and equal opportunity will be a reality.”

As usual, and like it is with most of these supposed do-gooder organizations, their cause sounds quite noble. I can see Superman now…, with the American flag waving behind him…, declaring he is fighting, “The never ending battle for truth, justice, and the American way…,” and the SPLC!

The truth is that this mission statement is a “star spangled” mask worn by the organization to cover up the ugly truths of what they actually hope to accomplish.

The truth is that, “…because the SPLC depends on racism, violence, and division for its revenue and reason for being, they have reason to want more of these terrible things, or at least the appearance of more. Their vested interest is not in solving and reducing these social issues, but in maximizing and perpetuating them.”

The truth is that the SPLC spends the vast majority of its funds on its own salaries, propagandizing, and promoting its own narrative, rather than the public good.

Joy Pullmann, executive editor for The Federalist, also recently reported, “The SPLC is basically a very effective scam organization that uses images of the KKK in the white outfits, and now, Donald Trump’s policies, to scare donors into sending them piles of money. Trump-mongering has been very good for their business. The SPLC’s latest IRS form, from 2017, shows that “Gifts, grants, contributions, membership fees” to SPLC almost tripled, from $50,297,653 in 2015 to $132,044,179 (yes, that’s $132 million!) in 2016, of course the year Trump ran and won the presidency. Investigative reporters and actual anti-hate-crimes groups say SPLC is largely a shell organization that uses masterful marketing techniques to rake in big-time profits for its staff, especially founder Morris Dees.”

“Its two largest expenses are propaganda operations: creating its annual lists of ‘haters’ and ‘extremists,’ and running a big effort that pushes ‘tolerance education,’ from a very liberal point of view of course, through more than 400,000 public-school teachers.”

“But what is the single biggest effort undertaken by the SPLC? Fundraising, of course. On the organization’s 2015 IRS 990 form it declared $10 million of direct fundraising expenses, far more than it has ever spent on any legal services.”

Last year, a Washington Free Beacon investigation showed SPLC keeps millions in offshore accounts, which charity experts labeled “a huge red flag” and “completely unacceptable.”

The truth is, it’s funny how almost all of the “haters” and “extremists” the SPLC tends to identify are white and/or conservative.

The truth is that when the SPLC says, “The SPLC is dedicated to fighting hate and bigotry and to seeking justice for the most vulnerable members of our society,” what they really mean is that they are dedicated to fighting those who do not agree with their liberal and/or anti-American socialist agenda.

The truth is that when the SPLC says, “…the SPLC works toward the day when the ideals of equal justice and equal opportunity will be a reality,” they mean they are working towards the day when their radical liberal ideals are basically unopposed.

The truth is that the SPLC can always fall back on the old reliable hate groups, the Klu Klux Klan and Nazi related groups, and the old rallying cries of racism and prejudice. But these groups and ideals are now just used as “cover” by the SPLC.

“SPLC is entitled to its own opinions, but it is not entitled to respect for them or a pretense that they are fair, neutral, unbiased, or free of self-serving motivations.”

In an expose, Harper’s Bazaar magazine said, “Former SPLC lawyer Gloria Browne, who resigned to protest its behavior, “told reporters that the Center’s programs were calculated to cash in on ‘black pain and white guilt.’” They are not targeted to need or effective social solutions.”

“Treating SPLC as a good-faith arbiter of public discourse grants speech police power to an organization whose business model is to make money from poisoning public discourse. Those who care about free speech and justice will grant no such power to folks who, like SPLC, exploit these noble and necessary ideas for their own selfish, cynical, socially destructive ends.”

The SPLC actually did earn a level of credibility back in the 1970’s (40 years ago) fighting some anti-KKK cases. Sadly, that credibility has long been sold out and co-opted.

The truth is that the SPLC of 2019 has little resemblance to the SPLC of the 1970’s. The SPLC has been high jacked by the democrats and “the swamp” in general, and set-up to be an “untouchable” and an uncontrollable propaganda arm of the democrat party.

So there you have it. The next time you hear a reporter or a commentator refer to the Southern Poverty Law Center, you know where they are coming from.

Just recently, the SPLC has reared its ugly head again in a “piling on” effort against former Trump Administration officials.

According to Bradford Betz for Fox News, “Immigration and civil rights groups recently sent a list to the CEOs of American companies urging them not to hire Trump officials who were involved in last year’s separation of migrant children from their families.”

Hmmm…, that’s funny…, and disingenuous. This is the first I’ve heard of this blacklisting, even though the policy mentioned here was established under President Bill Clinton, continued under President George W. Bush, and then continued, and flourished, as well under President Obama prior to President Trump.

So why the sudden cry to blacklist government officials involved in just following the incredibly inept laws they have been given by Congress?

It’s just an extension of the intolerant behavior being exhibited by our fascist democrat friends across the social spectrum in our country today.

“As outgoing Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen looks for her next job following her resignation Sunday, she may find herself battling a liberal blacklisting effort against those who’ve served in the Trump administration.”

“Nielsen’s name appears on a list that a cabal of immigration and civil rights groups recently sent to the CEOs of American companies, urging them not to hire Trump officials who were involved in last year’s separation of migrant children from their families.”

“Other current and former Trump administration officials targeted include John Kelly, the former White House chief of staff, and Sarah Sanders, the current White House press secretary.”

‘“Some of these individuals have left the administration in recent months,’ the letter to the CEOs states. ‘Regardless of when they leave, they should not be allowed to seek refuge in your boardrooms or corner offices. Allowing them to step off the revolving door and into your welcoming arms should be a nonstarter.’”

“The letter was signed by 41 immigration and civil rights groups, including the Southern Poverty Law Center, which has targeted Nielsen in the past.”

“The coalition targeting the Trump administration officials also purchased an ad in Sunday’s New York Times that read: ‘Attention Corporate America: Don’t let hate into your boardroom.’ The ad features a MAGA-like hat emblazoned with the slogan ‘Put Kids in Cages.’”

Well…, at least they don’t have to worry about Amazon hiring any of these former Trump officials in New York City! Wa, wa, waaaah.

The crazy liberal left just seems to keep forgetting that conservatives and “just plain old common sense” Americans have been awakened to the left’s shenanigans now, and there’s no going back.

C’mon New York Times! You’re letting the news get in the way of the party line propaganda!

Gerren Keith Gaynor of Fox News reports that, “New York Times headline of Trump’s remarks on mass shootings ignites backlash.”

“A New York Times headline about President Trump’s remarks on the recent mass shootings in El Paso and Dayton drew condemnation online– including some Democratic presidential candidates– and was subsequently changed late Monday.”

They changed their headline?

Wow! That never happens. That headline must have been pretty vile or grossly inaccurate.

What exactly was the headline?

“The newspaper summarized Trump’s comments, in which he denounced hate and white supremacy, with the headline “Trump Urges Unity vs. Racism” on the front page of its first edition.”

Huh?

That was the headline they were forced to change?

That headline was completely accurate and unbiased. That was exactly what occurred. President Trump urged for unity against racism, denouncing hate and white supremacy groups.

And therein lies the problem.

How can the democrats’ fairy tale narrative of The President being a racist be true if he is reported as being against racism and denouncing hate and white supremacy groups?

C’mon New York Times!

Get with the program!

Did you forget you’re a propaganda rag that works in concert with the democrats?!

It seems that in a moment of weakness you actually reported “the news” there.

CNN’s ratings have fallen, and they can’t get up!

Yes…, CNN’s ratings are falling like a rock, and they have been for quite a while now.

A once proud and even iconic new channel, which had been trumpeted by the unmistakable voice of James Earl Jones, is in deep trouble.

Their ratings are collapsing.

People began seriously questioning the credibility of the biased, fake news media, led by CNN, during the Obama years, and then especially during President Trump’s campaign run, the beginning of his presidency, and right on up to today.

Conservatives don’t watch the channel anymore because their philosophy is constantly under attack on this network, and the “fake news” and liberal propaganda was just too much to bear. Many liberals have become disenchanted with CNN as well due to the growing lack of credibility and an increase of misinformation, especially where the Mueller Report and Russian Collusion were involved.

CNN has taken the acceptable amount of liberal bias to a whole new level.

Beyond the realm of bias into the world of unabashed propaganda.

According to Brian Flood of Fox News, “News network CNN is planning to reduce its headcount, leaving many staffers worried for their jobs. As the network’s ratings continue to sag, over 100 CNN employees have accepted voluntary buyouts…”

“CNN’s audience shriveled in the second quarter of 2019, averaging typically less than half of Fox News Channel’s average. But CNN struggled even more during the prime time hours, finishing as the fifteenth most-watched network on basic cable behind networks such as TLC, Investigation Discovery and the Hallmark Channel.”

The Hallmark Channel?

At this point, more people are tuning in to watch “SpongeBob Squarepants” than Anderson Cooper, Chris Cuomo or Don Lemon.

“CNN is suffering a credibility crisis… with no apparent plan in place to fix things anytime soon, according to media watchdogs and insiders.”

Of course not!

Don’t you get it?!

They’re not going to try and “fix” anything because they don’t think anything is broken!

They’re pumping out the liberal propaganda and fake news just like they intend to.

In their eyes we’re the ones who are broken, not them!

Don’t worry about CNN. They’ll continue to be subsidized by their big liberal corporate friends, like Nike, Starbucks, Apple, Google, Time Warner, Under Armor and a hundred others.

CNN’s programming strategy is anti-Trump all the time.

You want to shame US border agents? That’s the real shame.

According to David Montanaro of Fox News, “New York Times op-ed writer calls for public shaming of US Border Patrol agents.”

Ahh yes, “the failing” New York Times, as President Trump likes to say.

“A human rights professor called for the identities of U.S. Border Patrol agents to be made public so they can be ‘shamed’ for the mistreatment of migrants, saying a ‘mass atrocity’ may be taking place.”

“Kate Cronin-Furman, an assistant professor of human rights at University College London, wrote in the New York Times over the weekend that Border Patrol and other federal agents must be pressured into ending their participation.”

Okay…, I’ve got all kinds of problems with this guest op-ed writer.

First of all, she’s not even from the United States!

Second of all, she’s a college professor, an assistant professor actually, a profession otherwise known as a liberal activist and propagandist!

And lastly, she has a hyphenated name.

She wants to “shame” our border agents, as well as make their identities public, because of their “mistreatment of migrants?”

Exactly what kind of “mistreatment” are you accusing them of Ms. Cronin-Furman?

These agents are dealing with tens of thousands of illegal immigrants every month, and I haven’t heard of any cases of “mistreatment.”

They are just doing their job according to the law, as handed down by our dysfunctional houses of elected morons.

In fact…, I hear more cases of them going above and beyond what’s required of them.

I would contend that our congressional representatives have a much harder time doing their jobs, while causing much more pain and suffering to actual American citizens in our country.

These aren’t mean people, Ms. Cronin-Furman…, not like you and your liberal propagandist friends.

‘“The identities of the individual Customs and Border Protection agents who are physically separating children from their families and staffing the detention centers are not undiscoverable,’ she wrote.”

Oh really? Could I just mention that YOUR personal information and the personal information of all of YOUR comrades is also “not undiscoverable.”

‘“Immigration lawyers have agent names; journalists reporting at the border have names, photos and even videos. These agents’ actions should be publicized, particularly in their home communities,’ she added.”

Lawyers and “journalists.” Now there’s a motley crew for you!

“Cronin-Furman claimed she was not making ‘an argument for doxxing’ but wants to see an effort to expose the ‘midlevel functionaries who make the system run.’”

What a disingenuous liar.

So you say you’re not making “an argument for doxxing,” but on the other hand you’re calling for the publication of their personal information. What do you think doxxing is?

The problem is Ms. Cronin-Furman…, how do you know the arms the child is being taken from is their father’s arms?

Are you aware Ms. Cronin-Furman that it is becoming more and more common for children to be used just to cross the border?

Are you aware Ms. Cronin-Furman that in many cases these children are not traveling with their families?

So in all actuality, the picture you want to publicize is more likely to be a border agent RESCUING a child from a human trafficker or worse.

For someone who is an assistant professor of human rights, you seem more interested in promoting the liberal agenda than “human rights.”

‘“For someone who is ‘just following orders,’ the prospect of being internationally shamed as a rights abuser and being unable to travel freely may be significant enough to persuade them to stop participating.’”

Wow! You’re just full of great ideas aren’t you, Ms. Cronin-Furman?!

Again…, these border agents are just people doing their job, and it’s a dangerous job…, and it’s a thankless job…, and these media hustlers just want to make their job even more difficult, and expose them and their families to additional harassment at home.

According to American Military News, “During Obama’s two-term presidency, from 2008 to 2016, border deaths ranged from 251 to 471 each year. The 471 deaths occurred in 2012, and that is the second highest number of border deaths in the last 20 years. In the first two years of Trump’s presidency, border deaths have actually decreased [per Border Patrol data].”

I don’t recall hearing any outage during Obama’s presidency. I don’t recall hearing one word about it actually. Nothing.

So what changed?

We all know “what” changed Ms. Cronin-Furman.

We all know what changed.

And it wasn’t your concern about “human rights.”

And it wasn’t your concern about these migrant children and families.

Apparently, L.A. isn’t on-board with California’s “sanctuary” and “open border” policies.

A recent headline by Andrew O’Reilly of Fox News read, “Border War: Los Angeles officials clash with burbs over homeless ‘dumping’”

“Border war?”

How can you be embroiled in a “border war” if you don’t believe in the concept of borders?

At least that’s what I’ve been hearing from all of your liberal representatives back in Washington.

They’re calling the situation there a “crisis.”

I’ll tell you what L.A., when you decide to recognize we have a crisis on the southern border, we’ll consider recognizing your “crisis.”

Until then, I’d have to say that your “crisis” is manufactured.

I’d have to say the only “crisis” you have there is a crisis in leadership.

Does any of this sound familiar?

It should.

Because we hear these kind of comments regarding illegal immigration on our southern border, on a daily basis, from democrats and the “biased, liberal propaganda, fake news media.”

You’re also claiming the suburbs there are “dumping” homeless people in your city.

Based on your welcoming nature of illegal immigrants into our country, you should be welcoming these people into your community with open arms as well.

You are a “sanctuary” city after all, aren’t you?

If your type of immigration policies are good for our country, why wouldn’t they be good for your city?

Just sayin”.

O’Reilly continues by saying, “The debate over shelters and affordable housing is a much larger issue in California, but L.A. city officials say they just want their neighbors to follow the law and do their part.”

So the people in L.A. “just want their neighbors to follow the law and do their part.”

Ohhh…, now they want people to follow the law!

Never mind their sanctuary policies that look the other way of the law when they release illegal immigrants out onto the streets as opposed to letting The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) know they have these people in custody.

Never mind their stances on illegal immigration that have no problem ignoring proper, and legal processes for people coming to our country.

Never mind their willingness to spend the money of U.S. citizens, intended to be spent on other U.S. citizens, on illegal immigrants instead.

You’ve got a lot of nerve L.A.

And your level of hypocrisy has reached new heights.

Please don’t expect any sympathy from the rest of us unwashed “deplorables!”

The New York Times cries, “Democracy is not going to save itself!”

Ahhh, the noble and misguided New York Times.

What are we referring to here?

David Montanaro of Fox News reported, “In a new op-ed Friday, author and columnist Michelle Goldberg warned that President Trump is “unbound,” arguing that his remark this week on potentially accepting dirt from foreign countries on his political rivals shows he has “no loyalty” to the United States.”

“In the New York Times piece, titled ‘Trump to America: Who’s Going to Stop Me?’ Goldberg questions whether the ‘alarming’ moment will galvanize the opposition.”

‘“Maybe the insult of it can jolt the country out of its current stasis,’ she wrote.”

OK…, time out Michelle.

President Trump was only talking…, responding to a hypothetical question posed to him.

While your friend, Hillary Clinton, not only accepted “dirt” from a foreign country, during the 2016 election…, she actually paid to get that “dirt.”

Where was your outrage at her actual actions as opposed to the President’s hypothetical words?

I just can’t believe you are that ignorant Michelle, so I just have to assume you are simply a manipulative, liberal propagandist.

“Trump said in an interview with ABC News that he would listen to information from foreign governments, saying that ‘there isn’t anything wrong with listening.’ He also gave conflicting answers on whether he’d contact the FBI, saying at one point that he would not.”

Who could blame the President if he had second thoughts on sharing anything with the FBI, since they were illegally spying on him and basically planning a coup against him over there.

Just some minor considerations that Michelle Goldberg would never dignify with a mention (propaganda by omission).

“Goldberg said the so-called Trump ‘Resistance is exhausted by last year’s push to retake the House and deflated by the anti-climactic aftermath of the Mueller report.’”

Awww…, do all of the hardworking, anti-American, liberal babies need a nappy wappy?

Senator Bernie Sanders and “the big lie(s).”

Watching some news clips recently from a couple of Bernie Sanders’ campaign speeches, Bernie impressed upon me the level of disdain he and many of his friends actually have for President Trump.

It is so apparent that they are all deathly afraid of President Trump and how he is able to drag them and their motives out into the sunlight.

They will literally say and/or do ANYTHING to delegitimize and obstruct him.

He began by stating that President Trump, “is the worst president in the history of the country.”

He then said that President Trump’s administration is, “the most corrupt administration in history.”

He then added that President Trump “is a pathological liar.”

Not just a liar, mind you, but a “pathological liar.”

We’ll get back to this pathological liar thing later.

The democrats and the “biased, liberal propaganda, fake news media” certainly have pushed these three false narratives, but they are all undeniably unfounded by any measure. But this is the way of the socialist and fascist political establishment.

A transphobe.

And last but not least…, an Islamophobe.

Then, of course, we have a whole list of things President Trump is “anti.”

He’s anti-this, anti-that, anti-this and anti-that.

Is there ANY negative type of connotation that hasn’t been attached to President Trump?

And they complain about President Trump’s name calling!

The only name he ever called Bernie was “crazy!”

Now there’s a name I think you could make a case for!

Yes…, “Sleepy, creepy” Joe Biden actually said that.

And we hear a myriad of the other “biased, liberal propaganda, fake news media” echo this false and deceptive claim over and over again.

The View’s Joy “joyless” Behar said, “President Obama, for eight years, was completely scandal-free,” and NBC’s Tom “#METOO” Brokaw said, “He’s been scandal free, frankly, in the White House. We haven’t had that what for a while.”

“If you repeat a lie often enough, people will believe it, and you will even come to believe it yourself.” – Joseph Goebbels, Nazi politician and Reich Minister of Propaganda of Nazi Germany.

According to Jason Chaffetz, a former U.S. Congressman and a Fox News contributor, “The bewildering claim by Democratic presidential hopeful and former Vice President Joe Biden this week that that ‘there wasn’t a single, solitary hint of scandal’ during the Obama-Biden administration may help explain why President Trump refers to Biden as Sleepy Joe.”

“Biden must have slept through the eight years of scandals that resulted in American deaths at home and abroad, the ‘weaponization’ of our executive branch agencies, and the compromise of our classified information when he served as vice president under President Barack Obama.”

Ha! Let’s take a better look at those great Obama-Biden “scandal free” years!

This shouldn’t take too long…, right?

Wrong.

“President Obama and his mouthpieces [including VP Joe Biden] have embarked on a bizarre scheme to hypnotize America into forgetting the many scandals of his presidency. They seem to think that intoning “this administration hasn’t had a scandal” over and over again will make history disappear. It’s the lamest Jedi Mind Trick ever, and is being pushed on people who know Star Wars is just a movie,” John Hayward of Breitbart.com.

Here’s a short list of the many scandals Team Obama[-Biden] thinks it can make America forget:

The Great “Stimulus” Heist:

Obama seems to think nobody will remember he grabbed almost a trillion dollars for “stimulus” spending, created virtually zero private-sector jobs with it, allowed a great deal of the money to vanish into thin air, and spent the rest of his presidency complaining that he needed hundreds of billions more to repair roads and bridges. [Then] Obama added insult to injury by appointing Vice President Joe Biden as the “sheriff” who would supposedly find all that missing stimulus loot!

Americans mostly ended up footing the bill for what was an army of government jobs, and a lavish network of slush funds for the Democratic Party and its union allies. Sorry, Democrats, but that’s more than just failed policy. It’s one of the worst government-spending scandals in our history.

Operation Fast and Furious:

Obama partisans seem to think any given example of abuse or ineptitude by their man stopped being a “scandal” the moment it seemed clear he wouldn’t be impeached over it. Operation Fast and Furious, the Obama administration’s insane program to use American gun dealers and straw purchasers to arm Mexican drug lords, is a scandal with a huge body count, prominently including Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry and Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agent Jamie Zapata, plus hundreds of Mexican citizens. Agent Terry’s family certainly thinks it qualifies as a scandal.

It’s difficult to imagine any Republican administration surviving anything remotely close to Fast and Furious. The media would have dogged a Republican president without respite, especially when it became clear his Attorney General was putting political spin ahead of accountability and the safety of the American people. Remember, AG Eric Holder escaped perjury charges by claiming he didn’t know what his own subordinates were doing – a pioneering, but sadly not unique, example of an Obama official using his or her incompetence as a defense. For years afterward, we would hear some version of “I’m not a crook, I’m just completely inept” everywhere from the Department of Health and Human Services to the Department of Veterans Affairs.

But this was Barack Obama, so the media downplayed Fast and Furious news… to the point where viewers of NBC News learned about the scandal for the first time when Holder was on the verge of being held in contempt by Congress for it.

ObamaCare:

Everything about ObamaCare is a scandal, from the President’s incessant lies about keeping your old plan if you liked it, to Rep. Nancy Pelosi’s “we need to pass it to find out what’s in it” dereliction of Congressional duty.

ObamaCare is a scam, pure and simple – sold on false pretenses by people who knew it wasn’t going to work the way they promised. It doesn’t feel right to dismiss it as a “failed” scheme when so much of the failure was intentional. The bill was so sloppily crafted that Democrats were basically signing blank sheets of paper when they rushed it through Congress in a foul-smelling cloud of back-room deals. ObamaCare’s designers precipitated a constitutional crisis by forgetting they left in a provision to cut subsidies for states that didn’t set up health-care exchanges – a provision that would have killed the entire program stone-dead two years ago, if it had been enforced as written.

The Supreme Court rewrote ObamaCare on the fly twice to keep it alive, which is a scandal in and of itself. President Obama delayed and rewrote the law so often it was impossible to keep track of the changes, cutting Congress out of the loop completely. (Actually, someone did keep careful track of them, and the tally was up to 70 distinct changes by January 2016.)

That made some of Obama’s rewritten mandates and deadlines blatantly illegal – but then, the Affordable Care Act isn’t really a “law” in the sense American government understood the term. In practice it became something entirely new, an enabling act that gave the executive unlimited power to do whatever it thought necessary to keep the system running. If subverting the American system of government isn’t a scandal, what is?

And let’s not forget the scandal of ObamaCare’s disastrous launch, foisted on the American people even though its designers knew it had severe flaws – the billion-dollar website that cost another billion dollars to fix after it crashed, accompanied by a constellation of state exchanges that blew up like Roman candles of bureaucratic incompetence. Let us not forget the absolute zero accountability for this disaster, mismanaged by everyone from President Obama to HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius, who treated the biggest new government program in several generations as though it were a minor side project that could be handled by subordinates with minimal supervision.

Spying on journalists:

Establishment media came about as close to falling out of love with Barack Obama as ever when his administration was caught spying on journalists.

Why, if the reporter subjected to the most egregious surveillance, James Rosen, didn’t work for Fox News, the mainstream media might have started treating Obama like a (shudder) Republican. Rosen was treated so badly that even Attorney General Eric Holder eventually admitted feeling a bit of “remorse” about it. Apparently he felt so much anguish that he suffered temporary amnesia and forgot to tell Congress that he signed off on the request to wiretap Rosen while he was testifying under oath.

The IRS Scandal:

The selective targeting of conservative groups by a politicized Internal Revenue Service was a scandal grenade Democrats and their media pals somehow managed to smother, even though the story began with the IRS admitting wrongdoing.

Democrats suffocated the scandal by acting like circus clowns during congressional hearings, but at no point were the actual facts of the case truly obscured: yes, pro-life and Tea Party groups were deliberately targeted for extra scrutiny, their tax exemption applications outrageously delayed until after the 2012 election without actually being refused. If anything remotely comparable had been done to, say, environmentalist and minority activist groups by the IRS under a Republican administration, the results would have been apocalyptic.

There’s also no question about the facts of the follow-up scandal, in which IRS officials brazenly lied about having backups of relevant computer data. The American people were expected to believe that multiple state-of-the-art hard drives failed, and were instantly shredded instead of being subjected to data recovery procedures.

Luckily for the politicized IRS, the Justice Department was hyper-politicized under Obama too, so no charges were filed, and scandal kingpin Lois Lerner got to enjoy her taxpayer-funded retirement after taking the Fifth to thwart lawful congressional investigation.

Benghazi:

This is the clearest example of Obama and his supporters thinking all of his pre-2012 scandals ceased to exist the moment he won re-election. Benghazi has been investigated extensively, and argued about passionately, since the night of September 11, 2012. Nothing can change the absolute fact that the Obama administration’s story for the first few weeks after the attack was false, and they knew it was false. They spun a phony story to buy themselves a little time during a presidential election campaign, and it worked.

Nothing can change the fact that Libya was a disaster after Obama’s unlawful military operation. Nothing can obscure the truth that Ambassador Christopher Stevens was sent into a known terrorist hot zone without a backup plan to ensure his safety. Everything else from Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, and their defenders is pure political spin. They dragged the story out for years, until they thought it couldn’t hurt them any more. That doesn’t erase its status as a scandal. (And they were evidently incorrect in their belief that it couldn’t hurt them anymore!)

Hillary Clinton’s “secret server:”

While we’re on the subject of Hillary Clinton, her secret email server is an Obama scandal, too. She perpetrated her email offenses while working as his Secretary of State, and contrary to Obama’s false assertions, he knew about it.

Plenty of Obama officials other than Clinton played email games, most infamously EPA administrator Lisa Jackson, who created a false identity for herself named “Richard Windsor” to get around government transparency rules.

NSA Spying Scandal:

Opinions about the nature and intensity of this scandal vary wildly across the political spectrum, but there’s no doubt that Edward Snowden’s pilfering of sensitive National Security Agency data was a debacle that damaged national security. We had the ghastly spectacle of Attorney General Holder thanking Snowden for performing a public service by exposing surveillance programs Holder’s own administration didn’t want to talk about.

President Obama and his administration made many false statements as they tried to contain the political damage. The fallout included significant losses for U.S. companies, and diplomatic problems for the United States. Just about everything Obama did before, during, and after the Snowden saga damaged the relationship between American citizens and their government.

Sergeant Bowe Bergdahl:

No verdict [or pardon] can erase the scandalous way this administration conducted the prisoner swap that freed him from the Taliban and its allies. Many lies were told, the law was flouted, a deal of questionable wisdom was struck with his captors, and outraged Americans demanded recognition for the soldiers who died searching for Bergdahl after he abandoned his post.

Iran nuclear deal and ransom payment:

The Iran nuclear deal was pushed with lies and media manipulation. The infamous pallet of cash that wasn’t a ransom has become symbolic of Obama’s [dishonesty and deceit] and penchant for breaking the rules, when he thinks following them is too much trouble.

Polluting the Colorado River:

The Environmental Protection Agency managed to turn the Colorado River orange under this greenest of green Presidents. Of course there was a cover-up. Would you expect anything less from this “transparent” administration?

The GSA scandal:

The General Services Administration was caught wasting ridiculous amounts of taxpayer money on lavish parties and silly projects. Heroic efforts to resist accountability were made, leaving puzzled observers to ask what it took to get fired from government employment under Barack Obama. (Alas, it was hardly the last time that question would be asked.) Oh, and of course there was a cover-up from the Most Scandal-Free Administration Ever.

The VA death-list scandal:

The Department of Veterans Affairs has long been troubled, but the big scandals broke on Obama’s watch, most infamously the secret death lists veterans were put on while executives handed in phony status reports and signed themselves up for big bonuses. Obama was more interested in spinning the news and minimizing his political exposure than addressing problems; in few areas outside ObamaCare has his rhetoric been more hollow, his promises more meaningless.

Solyndra:

The marquee green energy scandal wrote “crony capitalism” into the American political lexicon, as corners were cut and protocols ignored to shovel billions of taxpayer dollars at companies with absurdly unrealistic business models. President Obama’s ability to pick bad investments was remarkable. Luckily for him, American taxpayers covered his losses.

So…, “There wasn’t a single, solitary hint of scandal” during the Obama-Biden era, huh, Joe?

That statement alone should disqualify you from having the opportunity to run for the office of president.

There are lies and then there are LIES!

Try telling the family of slain Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry, killed by a “fast and furious” weapon, that the Obama-Biden administration was scandal-free.

Try telling the families of four people murdered by terrorists in Benghazi, Libya, including our ambassador there, and the brave men who fought to save them that there were no scandals.

Beyond that, the Obama-Biden administration deliberately weaponized government agencies to abuse their power for political purposes. At the time, we had no idea just how extensive that effort was.

We are now starting to understand to how extensive.

We were unaware of the use of federal law enforcement resources to spy on an opposing political campaign…, The Trump campaign.

The truth about this is just now starting to come out.

And…, we know without a doubt that the Internal Revenue Service was used to target conservative nonprofits prior to the 2012 presidential election.

Add to that the fact that President Obama himself was sending emails to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton using her private email address, on her private secret server.

Add that the FBI protected Clinton, failing to take custody of laptops and devices, failing to record interviews with her, allowing material witnesses to act as counsel in those interviews, and manipulating America into believing Clinton could not be prosecuted unless they could prove her intent.

Paul Bedard of The Washington Examiner asks, “Was former President Obama the “scandal free,” top 10 greatest president he claimed to be as he exited the White House? To his aides and most in the media, the answer has been a hearty ‘yes.’”

“Obama’s [and Biden’s] supporters in the media, academia, and the grassroots of the Democratic Party are invested in the idea that his [this] presidency was an unparalleled success, and that he was the archetype of presidential ethics. Nothing could be further from the truth…,” wrote author Matt Margolis.

Again…, stay thirsty my friends…, but remember…, “Don’t drink the liberal Kool-Aide!”

My reaction to some recent headlines: (1) Lock up Attorney General William Barr? (2) Another date that will “go down in infamy?” (3) Why are the House Democrats out to get Attorney General Barr? (4) Democrat lawmaker records himself harassing a pro-life woman. And (5) Joy “less” Behar of “The View” is at it again.

There are so many topics I’d like to offer my insight on, but so little time! So every once in a while I like to respond to a number of articles that I couldn’t necessarily devote an entire daily blog to on an article by article basis.

“Imprisoning Bill Barr is [the] left’s new rallying cry: ‘Have him locked up!’”

“The battle between congressional Democrats and the Justice Department over Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia report has reached new levels of vitriol, as some on the left call for Attorney General Bill Barr to be physically dragged in to testify or even locked up for defying congressional subpoenas.”

“The demands have escalated after the attorney general refused to appear before the House Judiciary Committee last week amid disagreements over the format of the hearing.”

“Though he testified a day earlier on the Senate side, Democrats on the committee still want to bring in the DOJ leader to answer questions on the conclusion of Mueller’s investigation. Committee Chairman Jerrold Nadler, D-N.Y., also imposed a Monday morning deadline for Barr to turn over the full, unredacted Mueller report and additional files — a deadline the DOJ apparently missed, prompting Nadler to schedule a Wednesday vote on contempt proceedings against Barr.”

Everything that William Barr has done up this point is completely within in rights and responsibilities as Attorney General.

What we have on the democrats’ side is a bunch of grandstanding, and now desperation, as they learned that Mr. Barr was looking into what really happened regarding Russian collusion, and what really happened regarding spying on Americans, and what really happened that caused this fraudulent investigation to be launched in the first place.

Their main goal now is to discredit him, silence him, and preferably have him resign or be removed from office. Anything but allow him to drag their “swampy” friends out into the sunlight.

‘“He [Attorney General Barr] lied to Congress. And if anybody else did that, it would be considered a crime,’ Pelosi told reporters. ‘Nobody is above the law. Not the president of the United States. Not the attorney general.’”

Apparently Mrs. Pelosi is an exception to that rule…, as she lies ALL of the time to Congress, to us, to basically anyone within earshot of her.

“Pelosi’s public comments came after she, according to Politico, told Rep. Charlie Crist, D-Fla., during a private caucus meeting Thursday: ‘We saw [Barr] commit a crime when he answered your question.’”

“However, according to both the Post and the Justice Department, Mueller made clear that he did not feel that Barr’s summary was inaccurate. Instead, Mueller told Barr that media coverage of the letter had “misinterpreted” the results of the probe concerning obstruction of justice.”

We all know it doesn’t matter to the democrats what anyone actually says…, the only thing that matters is what they want us to hear.

“NPR’s Carrie Johnson made the comment during the NPR Politics podcast last Wednesday while discussing Barr’s testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee, during which he answered questions about the summary he gave of special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation.”

NPR…, another arm of the “biased, liberal propaganda, fake news media.”

Aren’t you be a tad dramatic there Ms. Johnson?

How about the day that people in our government were contemplating a coup against President Trump? How about that day?

How about the day the DOJ and the FBI decided they were going to falsify testimony to the FISA court and spy on the Trump campaign? How about that day?

How about the day that the FBI overstepped its bounds and declared Hillary did not break any laws, regarding obstructing justice by destroying her server and then deleting over 33,00 emails, because that was not her “intent.” How about that day?

You’re pathetic, Carrie Johnson. You’re just a tool to be used by the liberal propaganda machine. You’re no journalist, and you’re no reporter.

The report exposes their false assertions that President Trump cooperated with the Russians to influence the 2016 presidential election. They will resort to embarrassing stunts like bringing fast food chicken buckets into congressional hearings. And, they will attempt to destroy the reputation of Attorney General William Barr simply because he is the messenger who released the Mueller report to the public.”

“Consider that House Democrat leaders are claiming Barr lied about … what? They are upset because he wrote a memo iterating the major findings in the Mueller report. They castigated Barr for the few weeks it took for him to make legally required redactions in the Mueller report before he could publicly release the report. Turns out Barr’s initial summary was accurate. And, we have a special counsel report that is available for public viewing with very few redactions, proving that Democrats weren’t telling the truth for over two years.”

“The Democrats must also be troubled that the inspector general will soon be releasing his report regarding the findings of his investigation into the abuse of power, which includes obtaining secret warrants to spy on the Trump campaign under the Obama administration. They dare not let go of their attack on the president and anyone who works with him, knowing that the IG report will likely contain damaging revelations of the Democrat National Committee and the Clinton presidential campaign working with Russians to unleash the police apparatus under President Obama to spy on the Trump campaign for political purposes.”

The democrats are counting on the complicit “biased, liberal propaganda, fake news media” to do their part and downplay or ignore any potentially damaging evidence that turns up.

They, in turn, will just continue to deny, deny, deny, and attempt to discredit William Barr, and anyone else that may need to be silenced.

“PA [Pennsylvania] State Representative Brian Sims recorded himself harassing a pro-life woman peacefully protesting outside a Planned Parenthood abortion clinic in Sims’ Philadelphia district.”

“A Pennsylvania Democratic state representative went on an eight-minute rant, verbally harassing an elderly woman protesting outside a Planned Parenthood abortion clinic.”

“Brian Sims recorded a woman outside Planned Parenthood of Southeastern Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, which is in his district, telling her to pray at home, calling her an ‘old white lady’ and lecturing her about her Christian beliefs on the Periscope app.”

‘“Push back against Planned Parenthood protestors, PLEASE!’ Sims wrote on Twitter Thursday. ‘They prey on young women, they use white privilege, & shame. They’re racist, classist, bigots who NEED & DESERVE our righteous opposition. Push back, please!’”

So here we have another obvious example of double standards exhibited by the “biased, liberal propaganda, fake new media.”

Here we have a politician no less, harassing an elderly citizen, who is doing everything within her rights as a citizen to do.

He brings her race into play, and then has the nerve to later call her a racist!

He also attacks her religion, which is okay to do, as long as it’s Christianity. God forbid he would attack a Muslim!!! Then we would really have a problem here!

The level of confusion exhibited by these clowns is just so impressive.

‘“It isn’t just that. Let’s talk about, you know, the fact that he met with Putin for 90 minutes… and never once brought up the fact that Russia, Russia interfered in our election,’ Behar said.

These libs just throw this stuff around like they know what they’re talking about.

How exactly did the Russians “interfere” with our elections? They sure interfered far less than our own FBI and DOJ! And I don’t hear her crying about James Comey or Loretta Lynch though!

That’s because Joy “less” Behar has no idea what she is talking about. She is just a part of the “biased, liberal propaganda, fake news media.”

“Behar continued: ‘I said last week I don’t want to see any of those flag pins anymore on Republicans who don’t stand up against this guy for Russian meddling, and other things that he’s done. It seems as though he’s unpatriotic.’”

Joy “less” Behar is so far off base here, it’s hard to know how to respond. So I guess I won’t.

“You can’t argue with crazy” is something my wife says all of the time.

And she’s right.

So I won’t.
