Iryna Zarutska was Sentenced to Death by Our “Justice System.”

Yes, Iryna Zarutska was sentenced to death by our so-called “Justice System,” but it could have been anybody, just sitting there, minding their own business on that train, or on a bus, or eating at a restaurant, or walking down the street, or…, well, you get the picture.

This piece of human garbage had no business being out and about amongst the innocent people of this community, just trying to live their lives, with the most modest expectations of the ability to do so.

I’ve written about this type of injustice before, and it’s sad we have to deal with this again, and again, and again, and again…

Like I said, I’ve written about these types of injustices before.

Many other articles will be written about this, but most won’t address the real problem.

The real problem is democrats. Democrats and their policies.

Their evil policies.

This is an attack of evil people on good and innocent people.

Let’s just be clear that it’s basically a battle of good versus evil.

Regarding this specific case, Sneha Kumari for India Times News writes a good article and asks the right questions:

“Who is Decarlos Brown Jr.? 14 arrests, mental illness and a violent past—why was he free before killing Iryna Zarutska?”

“Decarlos Brown Jr., a 34-year-old with a long history of violent crimes and diagnosed schizophrenia, was arrested for the fatal stabbing of Ukrainian refugee Iryna Zarutska. Despite 14 prior arrests and alarming behavior, he remained free due to systemic failures, raising serious concerns about public safety and mental health oversight.”

And please be aware that records show there are over 800 other individuals walking around free in the Charlotte area that have more prior arrests (20, 30, 40, and even 50 and more) than DeCarlos Brown.

It’s scary, and this situation is only multiplied hundreds and hundreds of times in communities across the country.

“The brutal killing of Iryna Zarutska has sent shockwaves through the Charlotte community and beyond, raising urgent questions about public safety and the protection of vulnerable individuals seeking refuge. Just 23 years old, Zarutska had escaped the horrors of war in Ukraine in search of peace and security in the United States. Instead, her life was tragically cut short in a horrifying act of violence aboard a Charlotte light rail train, where she was fatally stabbed. Following this, shocking new video footage has surfaced on the internet, revealing the terrifying moments before and after the attack. Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police have arrested Decarlos Brown Jr, a known career criminal, in connection with the murder, but who is he, and why was he released after being in jail 14 times?”

“According to the surveillance footage, after Zarutska clutched her throat and collapsed into her seat, Decarlos Brown Jr. calmly walked through the train car, removed his sweatshirt, and stood near the doors. Other passengers began to take notice as blood was seen dripping from him, slowly realizing the severity of what had just occurred.”

“According to officials, Brown exited at the next stop, where a knife was later recovered. However, the disturbing visuals have sparked public outrage and renewed calls for stronger safety measures on public transportation systems.”

“Decarlos Brown Jr., is currently a homeless man who has a lengthy criminal history that includes charges such as larceny, armed robbery, and making threats, as per WSOC-TV. He previously served a five-year prison sentence for armed robbery. Earlier this year, in January, Brown was arrested again after allegedly misusing the 911 emergency system during a welfare check.”

“Despite a long and violent criminal record, 34-year-old Decarlos Brown Jr. was repeatedly released back into the community. As reported by the New York Post, Brown assaulted his own sister just months after being released from prison.”

“Court records reveal a disturbing pattern, showing that Brown has spent much of his adult life in and out of jail since 2011. His extensive rap sheet includes serious charges such as felony larceny, robbery with a dangerous weapon, and making criminal threats, raising serious concerns about how someone with such a history remained free despite the escalating severity of his offences.”

Ali Abbas Ahmadi, for BBC News, reports that, “The suspect’s mother, who didn’t want to be identified, told local news outlet WSOC-TV that she believes the attack could have been prevented.”

She understood her son was not well and should not have been released.

“North Carolina Representative Brenden Jones, a Republican, wrote on X that Ms Zarutska’s death ‘is the result of decades of Democrat DAs and Sheriffs putting their woke agendas above public safety. Violent criminals commit crimes with impunity, while families live in fear.’”

“Republican Florida Congressman Randy Fine said he would ‘introduce legislation to hold judges accountable when violent repeat offenders they release commit new crimes.’”

”’Those 12+ judges that released Decarlos Brown Jr should have their day in court too,’ he added.”

Yes, they should be held responsible for their actions.

And, in addition, it is very simple: dangerous individuals need to be locked away to protect the rest of us.

I’m not concerned about their rights or rehabilitation.

I’m concerned about their current and future victims.

People say crime is not a political issue, but, I’m sorry, it is.

The simple truth is that democrats have a lot of blood on their hands.

If you’re a democrat, you have blood on your hands.

“Freedom is just another word for nothing left to lose.” – Janis Joplin

According to Andrew O’Reilly of Fox News, “Angry demonstrators took to the streets in North Carolina and Missouri on Tuesday to voice their discontent at their states’ stay-at-home orders amid the coronavirus pandemic.”

Virus Outbreak California

And these aren’t your typical run-of-the-mill protesters either!

These are all the people who are normally too busy working and don’t have the time to protest!

“The protests in Raleigh, N.C. and Jefferson City, Mo., are the latest in a series of protests across the country against state lockdown orders – fueled by tweets of support from President Trump and the economic unease caused by the coronavirus.”

“Holding handmade signs with slogans like ‘My Rights Are Essential’ and ‘ReOpenNC,’ hundreds of people marched through downtown Raleigh while chanting ‘Freedom Now.’”

Virus Outbreak Minnesota

“Similar signs along with a slew of American flags were seen as people began to gather outside the Missouri Capitol building.”

“Protests against the lockdown orders have cropped up in numerous states over the past few weeks as some Americans have become frustrated with being told to stay at home and with the economic freefall the virus has caused.”

The virus didn’t cause the “freefall…,” it was the liberal media’s and the democrats’ reaction to it this time around that caused it.

“The federal government said Thursday that 5.2 million more Americans applied for unemployment benefits last week, bringing the four-week total to about 22 million out of a work force of 159 million — easily the worst stretch of U.S. job losses on record. The losses translate to about one in seven workers.”

“Last week, hundreds of cars, trucks and SUVs descended on Michigan’s state capital Wednesday afternoon as part of a noisy protest against Democratic Gov. Gretchen Whitmer’s social-distancing restrictions that critics say have gone too far. The same day, a number of people gathered outside the Kentucky Capitol building to protest Gov. Andy Beshear’s shutdown orders, while more gathered in Virginia to protest on Thursday.”

“Several hundred people rallied in Texas’ capital over the weekend, chanting ‘Let us work!’ Many clamored for an immediate lifting of restrictions in a state where more than 1 million have filed for unemployment since the crisis began.”

“In Indianapolis, more than 200 people stood close together outside the governor’s mansion, carrying American flags and signs demanding that Gov. Holcomb lift restrictions.”

“Elsewhere, a few hundred demonstrators waved signs outside the Statehouse in New Hampshire.”

“More protests this week are planned in New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland and Wisconsin.”

“While many governors have pleaded with their constituents to not protest during the public health crisis as it may only cause more people to get sick, the demonstrations – mainly organized by conservative groups – have found an ally in the president.”

‘“LIBERATE MINNESOTA!’ ‘LIBERATE MICHIGAN!’ ‘LIBERATE VIRGINIA,’ Trump said in a tweet-storm in over the weekend in which he also lashed out at New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo, a Democrat, for criticizing the federal response.”

“Four states – Florida, Georgia, South Carolina and Texas – already have lifted some restrictions or plan to this week.”

“Despite the protests and opening up of some states, many lawmakers and public health officials warn that the country is far from safe when it comes to dealing with the virus.”

The point is we’ll never be “safe.”

We were never “safe” to begin with.

If the democrats’ ultimate goal is to be safe…, here’s some suggestions…,

…quit letting criminals out of jail early so they can prey on law abiding citizens again!

…knock off this sanctuary city garbage, which protects and hides illegal immigrants with criminal records from federal authorities.

…support President Trump in his efforts to stop the flow of illegal immigrants, criminals, drugs, and human traffickers along our southern border.

…stop promoting drug use and homelessness in your big cities.

So, there.  If you democrats really want to promote safety, those are some good places to start with.
