Prophetic lyrics from the song “Another Brick in The Wall” by the band Pink Floyd (1979. That’s 44 years ago!):
“We don’t need no education
We don’t need no thought control
No dark sarcasm in the classroom
Teachers leave them kids alone
Hey! Teachers! Leave us kids alone!
All in all it’s just another brick in the wall.
All in all you’re just another brick in the wall.”
So, who’s “another brick in the wall,” and what’s “the wall?”
In my mind, “the wall” is the metaphorical “wall,” or political construct, of misinformation, disinformation, and the promotion of an anti-constitutional, fascist, government.
Also, in my opinion, you’re currently “a brick” in that “wall,” if you (in no particular order)…:
…Condone schools indoctrinating our children towards a particular political activism
…Condone teachers and schools acting behind the backs of parents
…Condone the democrat weaponization of the Department of Justice (DOJ) and The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI)
…Believe it was okay for the FBI to raid, with over a couple dozen heavily armed agents, former President Trump’s home, but not the homes, or offices of our current president, or other former presidents
…Believe law-abiding and responsible gun owners should be disarmed, while believing criminals will follow any type of additional gun laws
…Believe that “climate change” is the biggest problem we currently face
…Believe that our government generally tells us the truth
…Believe that the mainstream media generally tells us the truth
…Believe that Covid-19 mandates really “followed the science,” were justified, and that it was a pandemic of the unvaccinated
…Believe that there is no problems with our current election systems, procedures, and accountability
…Believe that criminals have more rights than law-abiding citizens, and that they deserve to be released again, and again, and again to repeatedly victimize innocent citizens
…Believe pedophilia (the sexual abuse of children) is an acceptable lifestyle choice
…Condone the abortion of (the ruthless and brutal killing of) babies right up to the moment of birth (which currently occurs about 3,000 times a day)
…Promote divisive racism, and use racism as an explanation for virtually every problem we face as a country
…Are willing to commit economic suicide here at home, in an effort to weaken our world standing
…Believe that allowing millions and millions of illegal immigrants to flood our country is acceptable
…Don’t support the continued construction of an actual wall along our southern border
…Believe it is acceptable for our country to provide a multitude of benefits to illegal immigrants, while we already have a severe homeless problem, and a dereliction of our responsibilities to our veterans
…Don’t really believe most of these things, but promote this evil ideology for monetary gain anyway
I’m sure I have left out many additional reasons one could be considered a “brick in the wall.” If you’d like to add to the discussion, please leave me a comment, which myself and others reading the blog could consider.
I hope you’re not a “brick.”
If you think you might be, remember, it’s never too late to walk away from the “dark side.”
It is all of our duties to continue to fight against the construction off this metaphorical “wall,” and to fight against the “bricklayers” who continuously try and keep building it.
I know it can get tiring at times, but these “bricklayers” never take a day, or an hour, or even a minute off, so we can’t either.
Please note that anyone from technically any political party can be a “brick in the wall,” but that these characteristics are typically in-line with the democrat party ideology and narrative.

I keep hearing democrats crying about “election deniers,” and how the 2020 election results have been “certified,” yada, yada, yada.
“Certified” by who?
“Certified” by the same corrupt partisan officials who conducted the election in their respective cities and states, and then rubber stamped by other partisan politicians and partisan judges?
According to Lisa Marshall, for the CU (Colorado University) Boulder Today, news publication, “In the days following the 2020 presidential election, as states re-counted and certified votes and President Joe Biden’s win became more objectively certain, Republicans, paradoxically, became less confident in the legitimacy of the vote, according to new CU Boulder research published today in the journal PLOS ONE.”
Note: PLOS ONE is a peer-reviewed open access mega journal published by the Public Library of Science since 2006. The journal covers primary research from any discipline within science and medicine.
“The study also found that, regardless of political party, the more an individual consumed and trusted Fox News, the less faith he or she had in the electoral process.”
Could that be because the mainstream media stuck their heads in the sand and basically failed to report about any election abnormalities at all, while FOX at least addressed some of the issues and concerns?
Could that be why?
‘“We have never seen this before in the weeks following Election Day: The more evidence accumulated that Biden won, the less confident Republicans became that the election was legitimate,’ said senior author Leaf Van Boven, a professor of psychology and neuroscience who studies judgment and decision making in politics. ‘In a healthy democracy, you would see that moving in the opposite direction, Democrats and Republicans would become more confident in the election’s legitimacy.’”
Yes, that would be nice, but the more we learned about the 2020 election, or better said “installation,” the less confidence we had it its legitimacy.
And, the reason “we have never seen this before in the weeks following Election,” is because we have never seen a presidential election stolen like this before!
“The study comes as some conservative thought leaders have begun to distance themselves from Fox News for giving voice to what they call ‘conspiracy theories,’ and two voting technology companies are suing the network for perpetuating claims the election was rigged.”
Haven’t we arrived at the point now where “conspiracy theories” really aren’t theories anymore?
And anyone can sue anybody for anything. The act of being sued should not be attributable to the questioning of integrity. “The study” makes biased assumptions, connections, and conclusions that are not really valid.
And who gave the order to stop counting votes in the swing states on the night of November 3/4, 2020 by the way?
Just sayin’.
“The new research relies on a psychological explanation, known as ‘cognitive dissonance theory,’ to explain the bizarre turn American politics has taken in the past year.”
Oh, really?
“Cognitive dissonance is when one’s personal attitudes and identities are inconsistent with their beliefs. To ease that discomfort, people rationalize the facts to restore consistency and turn to social networks to reaffirm that rationalization.”
I guess I would say we turned to social networks to validate our lying eyes with the lying eyes of others…, but, that’s just me.
“After the 2020 election, the explanation for many was that the election must have been rigged [which it was], and the reaffirming social network was Fox News, Van Boven said, ‘If you expect your candidate to win and then your candidate loses, you are shoved into a state of cognitive dissonance. What you thought was supposed to happen doesn’t happen and that feels uncomfortable, so you make sense of it by rationalizing the outcome.’”
Or, when “what you thought was supposed to happen doesn’t happen, and that feels uncomfortable,” you blame the Russians!
Or, you recognize the actual chain of events, and refuse to be an election denier denier.
I don’t remember this being raised when Hillary lost, regarding democrats. I do remember Russian collusion being blamed, however. What would the resident eggheads call that?
Collusion delusion?
“For the study, the researchers took advantage of an unusual ‘natural experiment,’ a hotly contested election with an unprecedented number of mail-in and absentee ballots, which meant the outcome would not be known for days.”
You mean an election with an unprecedented number of UNVERIFIABLE and illegal mail-in and absentee ballots, that were conveniently discovered and counted in the middle of the night?
Those ballots?
“They surveyed a diverse sample of 1,200 people and asked them how much faith they had that the votes were counted correctly. Half responded between Nov. 4 and 8, just after Election Day when many states’ vote counts had not been confirmed. Half took it between Nov. 9 and 15, after all states had confirmed counts, most media outlets had declared Biden the winner and Biden had delivered his acceptance speech.”
“Participants also reported how much they trusted and consumed 15 media outlets, including Fox News, CNN, MSNBC, The New York Times, USA Today and The Wall Street Journal.”
“As days passed, Republicans grew less confident that the votes were counted fairly, while Democrats grew more confident. Both findings are problematic, said Van Boven, ‘In healthy democracies, citizens are confident that votes were counted as intended regardless of who won.’”
That’s because “as days passed” we learned more about the democrats’ efforts to manipulate the vote, and the legal system’s choice to not address the problems with the vote at all.
We definitely cannot be considered a “healthy democracy” at this point.
“The researchers were surprised to find that Republicans trusted and consumed only one of the 15 media outlets, Fox News, more than Democrats or Independents did. Democrats, in contrast, trusted and consumed all of the media outlets, except Fox News, more than Republicans or Independents.”
‘“If an individual trusted and consumed any of the other media outlets we measured, aside from Fox News, they trusted the election outcome more,’ said Van Boven.”
And that is because the “other media outlets” pumped out their dutiful propaganda about how this was the most secure election in history, which it obviously wasn’t.
“What made 2020 different? Studies have shown that voters whose candidate loses tend to temporarily lose faith that votes were counted correctly, but if the democracy is healthy losers ultimately consent. 2020 was different. Voters personally identified more closely with their political parties than in past elections, said author Dani Grant, a doctoral student in social psychology. ‘There is a lot more cognitive dissonance if you are not just dealing with disagreement about abstract policies, but you feel like your actual identity is under threat,’ said Grant.”
And it is.
Without fair elections, democracies aren’t democracies.
Just a reminder that the Texas lawsuit questioning the validity of the 2020 election results was joined by more than a dozen state attorney generals, as well as more than 100 members of the U.S. House. This was a little more than a case of personal cognitive dissonance.
“Trump did not promptly concede, as George H.W. Bush, Al Gore, John McCain and Hillary Clinton did. And the media landscape had changed.”
And the way we accumulated and counted the votes had changed as well.
And why would President Trump “promptly concede” when the election was obviously being stolen from him?
“We now exist in a media landscape that is sharply polarized, and we need to take some initiative to seek more diversity. Otherwise, we may just be reaffirming our preexisting beliefs and notions to make us feel better.”
A diversity of truths?
How does that work?
Perhaps you should direct your concerns towards how our elections are conducted, rather than how the media portrays how our elections ae conducted.

“H.R. 1” represents the House of Representatives’ bill with the highest priority…, and it is obvious why.
According to Betsy McCaughey, for The Boston Herald, “Nancy Pelosi’s top priority is to turn America into a one-party nation ruled by Democrats. Her bill HR 1 trashes the U.S. Constitution in an attempt to rig the system and make it virtually impossible to elect a Republican president or Congress again. It’s a power grab.”
The “For the People Act” has nothing to do with “The People,” and everything to do with “the democrats.”
On a side note, why does it seem that everything the democrats are doing lately seems to “trash the U.S. Constitution?’
Have you noticed this?
Didn’t all of these people take an oath to preserve and protect The Constitution?
Just sayin’.
“The bill eviscerates [“Eviscerates” is a strong word!] state voting laws and forces all the states to conform to a set of rules that includes automatic voter registration. Anyone who goes to a DMV or applies for food stamps, Medicaid or other social services, or attends a public college will be automatically enrolled to vote.”
It’s our right to NOT vote as well, isn’t it?
It’s our right to NOT have someone vote on our behalf without our permission, isn’t it?
Well, isn’t it?
“Noncitizens are obligated to identify themselves and opt out, but there are no criminal penalties if they don’t.”
The fact that in some states, “noncitizens” can get driver’s licenses, food stamps, Medicaid, other social services, or attend a public college, is a whole other issue…, but they should not be allowed to register to vote, and it should not be up to them to “opt out.”
“From California to New York, Democrats are already pushing to allow noncitizens to vote in local elections. They see this as their roadmap to a future permanent majority.”
Maybe “yes,” and maybe “no.”
Just because democrats let them in doesn’t necessarily mean they want to see America devolve into the socialist and totalitarian nightmares they just came from.
“HR 1’s bag of tricks also includes banning state voter ID requirements. Anyone can show up on Election Day to vote, registered or not, and simply sign a statement that they’re a legal voter.”
So, they’re saying voting is less important than:
Buying alcohol
Buying cigarettes
Sitting at a bar
Renting a car
Getting on an airplane
Adopting a pet
Renting a hotel room
Applying for a fishing license
Buying a cell phone
Visiting a casino
Picking up a prescription
Donating blood
Buying an “M” rated video game
Purchasing nail polish at CVS
Purchasing certain cold medicines
Attending the democrat national convention
Is that what they’re saying?
Yes…, that’s what they’re saying.
“HR 1 is being sold as a reform to make voting easier.”
Well, HR 1 definitely does that!
“In truth, it makes cheating easier.”
And we’ve already seen evidence of that in the 2020 election.
“HR 1 compels states to send out absentee or mail-in ballots universally, favoring Democrats who tend to use this method.”
The republicans may be forced to use this “method” as well in future elections.
I mean, you’ve got to fight fire with fire, right?
We may see a day, in the future, where there are more votes tallied than people living in America!
“It also forces states to count ballots that arrive by mail as late as 10 days after the election. Say goodbye to election night finality.”
“HR 1 also legalizes ballot harvesting, a practice many states are struggling to stop. A political organization pays a worker to walk through housing projects and neighborhoods, knock on doors, offer to help residents fill out the ballots they’ve received in the mail, and then submit the piles of completed ballots. It’s a recipe for fraud.”
“It’s also unconstitutional.”
“The authors of the Constitution worried that Congress would try to seize control of presidential selection using dirty tricks like those in HR 1. That’s why they acted to ‘to take the business as far as possible out of their hands,’ according to Charles Pinckney, a framer from South Carolina.”
“Congress, said Pinckney, ‘had no right to meddle’ in it. The framers provided in Article II, Sec. 1 that only state legislatures would have the power to determine how the president is chosen. No national rules.”
“But Pelosi has no qualms about trashing the Constitution to kneecap her opponents.”
There they go “trashing the Constitution, again.
“HR 1 also asserts Congress has the authority to make the District of Columbia into the 51st state. That would hand Democrats two more Senate seats, breaking the current 50-50 tie. Voter registration in D.C. is 76% Democratic and only 6% Republican.”
The recent election indicates the percentage is much higher than that, with over 92% of the votes going to democrats.
“Pelosi ignores that only a constitutional amendment can change the status or parameters of the district.”
“HR 1 also would expose supporters of conservative causes to disclosure and harassment. In 2013, then-President Barack Obama’s Internal Revenue Service tried to strong-arm tax-exempt tea party organizations into disclosing their donors. Pelosi’s bill would give that thuggish tactic the force of law, requiring organizations to disclose their donors.”
“Pelosi’s democracy-destroying bill will pass in the House, where Democrats have a majority [and have no problem with destroying democracy].”
“President Joe Biden has promised to sign it if it passes the Senate. So much for Biden’s unity pledge.”
And, because Illegitimate Joe just signs what they tell him to.
“Under current Senate rules, 60 votes are needed to enact HR 1. Democrats don’t have them yet. It’s up to Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell to protect the 60-vote filibuster rule. He’s called the bill ‘the Democratic Politician Protection Act,’ and deplores it as a naked attempt to change the election rules to benefit one party.”
It’s really cringeworthy when we have to count on Mitch McConnell to do anything.
“The bill is just what you’d expect from Pelosi. But the Senate needs to rise to the occasion and protect honest, competitive elections — the foundation of our freedom.”
The RStreet.org website says,
“H.R. 1 is likely the most consequential piece of election-related legislation in years and mostly in a bad way. Let’s be clear: it should be easier to participate in elections and easier to talk about elections. Anything that does the opposite is a bad idea.”
“As an organization, R Street stands strongly for the cause of political reform, and we will always support good policy. H.R. 1 is not good policy.”
The Heritage Foundation adds, about HR 1, that, “It would implement nationwide the worst changes in election rules that occurred during the 2020 election and go even further in eroding and eliminating basic security protocols that states have in place.”
“It would make it a criminal offense for a state official to reject a voter registration application even when it is rejected ‘under color of law’ [whatever that means] because the official believes the individual is ineligible to vote. It would also require states to allow 16-year-olds and 17-year-olds to register; when combined with a ban on voter ID and restrictions on the ability to challenge the eligibility of a voter, this would effectively ensure that underage individuals could vote with impunity.”
“Require states to count ballots cast by voters outside of their assigned precincts, overriding the precinct system used by almost all states that allows election officials to monitor votes, staff polling places, provide enough ballots, and prevent election fraud.”
“Mandate no-fault absentee ballots, which are the tool of choice for vote thieves. It would ban witness signature or notarization requirements for absentee ballots; force states to accept absentee ballots received up to 10 days after Election Day as long as they are postmarked by Election Day; and require states to allow vote trafficking (vote harvesting) so that any third parties—including campaign staffers and political consultants—can pick up and deliver absentee ballots.”
“H.R. 1 would add a provision criminalizing ‘hindering, interfering, or preventing’ anyone from registering or voting, which is so vague and so broad that it could prevent providing any information to election officials about the ineligibility of an individual, such as an applicant not being a U.S. citizen.”
“Reduce the number of Federal Election Commission members from six to five, allowing the political party with three commission seats to control the commission and engage in partisan enforcement activities.”
“Authorize the Internal Revenue Service to engage in partisan activity. H.R. 1 would permit the IRS to investigate and consider the political and policy positions of nonprofit organizations before granting tax-exempt status, thus enabling IRS officials to target organizations engaging in First Amendment activity with disfavored views.”
“Limit access to federal courts for anyone challenging H.R. 1. The bill would prohibit the filing of any lawsuits challenging the constitutionality of H.R. 1 anywhere except in the District Court for the District of Columbia and would allow the court to order all plaintiffs and intervenors, regardless of their number (such as all 50 states), ‘to file joint papers or to be represented by a single attorney at oral argument,’ severely limiting the legal representation and due process rights of challengers.”
Wow, they have really thought of everything!
We ARE living in America, aren’t we?
These democrats seem hell-bent on dragging us into some kind of Nazi Germany scenario.
And they have the unmitigated nerve to call this the “For The People Act” on top of it all.
There is no question that the democrats are completely un-American and have no shame.
No shame, whatsoever.
I have many blogs out here regarding democrat voting shenanigans you can check out as well.
The following blog links contain some of my suggestions to improve our voting process.
These would be things that should be included in HR 1 if the democrats were really interested in improving the process for “We The People.”
‘“If the American people lose confidence in the integrity of our election system, we are one big step closer to our republic dissolving right before our eyes.’ – MrEricksonRules”

In the 2020 presidential election, Joe Biden got over 81 million votes.
This is different, however, from saying over 81 million people voted for Joe Biden in the 2020 presidential election.
Yes, there were over 81 million votes registered for Joe Biden, but did over 81 million people actually vote for Joe Biden?
Let’s give this claim the smell test.
If we look back at the 2020 presidential race, Joe Biden was very unimpressive in his own party’s primary elections.
Once Biden was crowned with the democrat party nomination, his campaign for president was almost non-existent.
He rarely appeared anywhere, and when he did his turnout was abysmal and embarrassing.
Yet, we are told to believe Joe Biden received more votes than any presidential candidate in history?!
We are told to believe that Joe Biden got almost 12 million more votes than Barack Obama got in 2008, and over 16 million more than Obama got in 2012?!
Really?
Joe Biden’s 81+ million votes was 7 million more than President Trump got, and President Trump’s 74+ million votes was 11 million more votes than he got when he beat Hillary Clinton in 2016.
And Joe Biden supposedly beat President Trump, even though the votes President Trump received from African-Americans, Hispanics, and Asians were up between 4%-7%.
Again…, really?
That’s an impressive gain.
It’s also always been said that no one wins the White House without winning Ohio…, but Joe Biden did.
So, how did Joe Biden manage to win the election?
That’s the question any fair-minded and independent thinking person has to ask.
And anyone with any common sense would have to say that Joe Biden’s victory DOES NOT pass the smell test…, not by a long shot.

In my community, people still believe that each person’s individual vote is a sacred right.
When I go to vote, in person, I’m asked to present my photo ID. My name and address is then checked against our voter rolls.
I’m issued a voter number and a ballot.
I fill out my ballot and present it to an election official there and they then scan it through the voting machine.
At this point I hope my vote is registered properly, and not as .75 of a vote, or switched entirely.
I doubt my vote here has been manipulated, as I live in a small community, not really worth messing with, although my vote has already, basically, been discounted by those (the democrats) who would undermine our election.
And there are thousands of communities just like mine across our country.
In other places, we see mail-in ballots arriving days after the election, being back dated, and then being counted.
We see many of these mail-in ballots having no identification on them at all, as to who cast this vote.
We see mismatched signatures and imaginary birth dates.
We have votes being cast by dead people, people who aren’t even legal citizens, and by people who don’t live in the area they are voting.
We see “election officials” “correcting” or “fixing” ballots as they see fit, and scanning selected ballots over and over again.
Election monitors being blocked from being able to effectively monitor the vote, or election monitors being deceived to allow unmonitored ballot processing.
And we see people voting by mail-in ballot and then again voting again in person.
The list of fraudulent voting activity witnessed during this last election, by people submitting signed affidavits, seems to go on and on.
It’s a question of basic election integrity.
This is why people like me, and there are millions of us, feel that we have been robbed, not of our vote, but of the meaningfulness and actual value of our vote.
The Supreme Court really needed to consider and hear the Texas lawsuit, which charged the states allowing all of this election fraud to occur, and yes, causing damages to the rest of us.
These states, without question, “damaged” our entire election process and the value of each of our votes.
I’m sure if this Supreme Court would have been presented with the case of slavery, or slave owner rights, they would have declined to hear it as well.
I know exactly what happened with our Supreme Court regarding the Texas lawsuit; they ruled based on the technicality of “the laws,” although they never really questioned “the law…,” the states’ adherence to their own laws and The Constitution…, and they failed to do what was right.
This was a failure, and a level of corruption, that our country may never recover from.

“Rabbit hole” appears to be the latest liberal buzzword(s).
If you listen to any democrat politician or the mainstream talk about questions surrounding possible election fraud, the term “rabbit hole” will undoubtedly surface before too long.
It seems they all got the memo.
So, what are they referring to?
From Yourdictionary.com, “Something that is intricate or convoluted like a labyrinth and often has no outlet or resolution. A situation regarded as surreal, bewildering, convoluted, etc.”
From Macmillandictionary.com, “From Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland, a famous children’s story by Lewis Carroll in which a girl called Alice falls down a rabbit hole into a strange dreamlike world.”
So, when anyone dares to question the integrity of the 2020 election, in any way, we are deemed to be “going down a rabbit hole.”
This of course is just the democrats’ way of deflecting any concerns about the election, without having to come up with any kind of response to the obvious and documented irregularities.
A true use of the term “going down a rabbit hole” could best be applied when referring to the democrats’ claims of “Russian collusion” or their pursuit of the impeachment of President Trump. These were true trips into a “surreal,” or a “strange dreamlike world.”

It looks like everyone wants to get in on the fun now.
According to the CBSDFW.com Staff (The Dallas/Fort Worth CBS local affiliate), “Eighteen states — now including Arizona — have joined a Texas lawsuit filed by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton against the states of Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Georgia. That lawsuit was filed directly with the United States Supreme Court on Monday, Dec. 7.”
Eighteen states!!!
That’s over a third of the United States!
“The suit asks the court to order the ‘defendant states’ legislatures to displace ‘tainted’ election results in those states and choose their own slate of electors.”
“Paxton sued battleground states on behalf of the state of Texas saying the ‘defendant states’ made unconstitutional changes to their laws before the 2020 election.”
“He said those states tainted the integrity of the vote for Texas and all states.”
“An amicus brief (amicus curiae) or ‘friend of the court’ brief was filed with the high court earlier Wednesday. The states of Missouri, Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah and West Virginia have all signed on to the brief that backs the Texas suit.”
“Arizona was the latest state to file an amicus brief on Wednesday bringing the total to 18 states.”
Thank you, thank you, thank you, to all of these other states which have chosen to stand up for justice and stand up for America.
“According to the American Bar Association, ‘Friend of the court’ or amicus curiae briefs are often filed in appellate cases heard by the U.S. Supreme Court and state supreme courts, as well as intermediate courts of appeal. And there is considerable evidence that amicus briefs have influence.”
“On Tuesday evening, the Supreme Court ordered the defendant states to reply by 3 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 10.”
‘“It’s not unusual,’ SMU [Southern Methodist University] Constitutional Law Professor Dale Carpenter told CBS 11. ‘I don’t think it indicates anything very important… I think the court will act quickly on Thursday.’”
‘“The states violated statutes enacted by their duly elected legislatures, thereby violating the Constitution. By ignoring both state and federal law, these states have not only tainted the integrity of their own citizens’ vote, but of Texas and every other state that held lawful elections,’ said Paxton. ‘Their failure to abide by the rule of law casts a dark shadow of doubt over the outcome of the entire election. We now ask that the Supreme Court step in to correct this egregious error.’”
‘“Ken Paxton is asking that Republican state legislatures in four states be allowed to displace the will of the voters in those States and choose their own slate of electors, presumably to hand the election to Donald Trump in January,’ said [Professor] Carpenter. ‘The Supreme Court is not going to allow that to happen.’”
Nice try professor!
“Displace the will of the voters?!!!
You mean “displace the will” of the cheaters?
That’s the whole point here, Professor! Tens of thousands, possibly hundreds of thousands, of fraudulent and illegal votes in these 4 defendant states displaces the actual will of legal voters, who submitted legal ballots in the 4 defendant states and every other state in the union.
Excuse me…, but you are such a “tool” and such a “useful idiot,” Professor Carpenter.
I have also heard that President Trump and his legal team have officially signed on to the lawsuit, and that they have asked Senator Ted Cruz of Texas to represent them all and plead the case in the Supreme Court.
Today may end up being a VERY big day in the history of United States and a big day for the future of these United States.
I’ll keep you posted.

According to Joshua Q. Nelson of Fox News, “Jonathan Turley says Trump’s attacks on judges over election rulings are ‘unfair.’”
‘“There is a disconnect between the evidence and the relief being sought,’ Turley says”
Turley also adds that, “The odds are against Trump in flipping states.”
No kidding?
Well thank you very much, Captain Obvious!
Yes…, the odds are against The President…, especially when the fake news, liberal propaganda, mainstream media refuses to address any type election malfeasance, and the DOJ and the FBI are completely out to lunch as well.
Please tell us, Mr. Turley, exactly when it was that the odds weren’t against President Trump regarding anything?!
“George Washington University Law Professor Jonathan Turley said on Monday that President Trump’s’ ‘attacks’ on judges over their decisions on the 2020 election dispute are ‘unfair.’”
Please, Mr. Turley, let’s not deflect the issue from a presidential election being stolen to your perceived unfairness of judicial treatment.
After all, haven’t we become a country that favors “victims?”
And aren’t President Trump and all of the legal voters in this last election the “victims” here?
‘“There is a disconnect between the evidence and the relief being sought,’ Turley told ‘Fox & Friends.’”
The only “disconnect” here is the “disconnect” between you and your democrat friends and the hard working, law abiding, American people.
“Turley said that although the Trump legal team provided evidence of ‘irregularities, unlawful orders, and thousands of votes that were not counted,’ none of it has ‘amounted to the type of numbers that would change the outcome of a given state.’”
Again, well, thank you very much, Professor Turley, for your astute determination of the cases here.
And, please, let’s not pretend that Professor Turley is some kind of unbiased purveyor of legal wisdom.
The only fair and balanced George Washington University Law Professor is an ex-George Washington University Law Professor.
Believe that.
What President Trump’s legal team has provided is a reason for some of these states in question to hit the pause button and at least have some of their voting systems and voting processes looked at.
I mean, it’s pretty hard for President’s Trump’s legal team to gather any hard evidence, besides the hundreds of affidavits documenting vote processing shenanigans, of course, if they are not allowed access to the voting machines, the actual ballots, and election workers.
‘“More importantly, these judges have balked at the idea of essentially negating millions of votes as a form of relief. And, in Pennsylvania, the courts said, look, these voters do appear to have been denied their right to vote; I’d rather count their votes than not count millions of others, and, that is the disconnect he’s facing,’ Turley said”
All I have to say to these judges is, either the votes were cast legally or they weren’t.
“Negating” fraudulent votes isn’t a bad thing, no matter how many of them there are.
And who exactly was denied their “right to vote?”
Perhaps people who died prior to the Civil War.
I mean, even the democrats had to draw the line somewhere!
And you’d rather count these potentially illegal votes, which, in effect, cancels out my vote and thousands of others’ legal votes?
What about our rights, Mr. Turley?
“President Trump blasted judges’ rejections of his legal challenges to 2020 election results and said he couldn’t be certain any of his cases would make it to the Supreme Court in his first interview since Election Day on Sunday.”
‘“We’re not allowed to put in our proof. They say you don’t have standing,’ Trump told ‘Sunday Morning Futures.’ ‘I would like to file one nice big beautiful lawsuit, talking about this and many other things, with tremendous proof. We have affidavits, we have hundreds and hundreds of affidavits.’”
You see, Mr. President, conservatives are held to a completely different standard, compared to the political establishment and the neo-fascist “deep state.”
Perhaps if you could present a single anonymous whistleblower, you may have a better chance!
‘“You mean as president of the United States, I don’t have standing? What kind of a court system is this?’ Trump continued.”
A kangaroo Court, Mr. President!
A Kangaroo Court.
“Most recently, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court dismissed a case Saturday night brought by Rep. Mike Kelly, R-Pa., and a handful of other Republican voters who sought to overturn last year’s law creating no-excuse mail-in voting as well as halt further action in certifying Pennsylvania’s votes.”
“Judge Ken Starr said The President’s path to victory is fading despite ‘numerous’ examples of anecdotal evidence.”
“Turley again stated that Trump’s ‘attacks against the judges’ are “unfair.”
‘“They’re being attacked–the judiciary is being attacked by both Democratic and Republican leaders these days, but, they’re doing their job. They’re trying to rule according to the evidence.’”
Have you heard of any “Democratic leaders” attacking any judges, anywhere?
I sure haven’t.
These judges should be trying to rule according to the actual election laws that are in place, not according to election “rules” adopted by partisan election officials and other activist judges.

Yes, it is childish, but, whatever, I’m rolling with it!
During Joe Biden’s October 24th appearance on the progressive podcast “Pod Save America,” Biden said, “We’re in a situation where we have put together, and you guys did it for our administration, President Obama’s administration before this, we have put together I think the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics.”
In this instance, I believe you Sleepy Joe!
It’s amazing the information you can get out of Joe Biden if you just let him talk without the aid of a teleprompter.
So, now that we have that established…, according to the Brennan Center for Justice, “It is important to protect the integrity of our elections. But we must be careful not to undermine free and fair access to the ballot in the name of preventing phantom voter fraud.”
“Politicians at all levels of government have repeatedly, and falsely, claimed the 2016 and 2018 elections were marred by millions of people voting illegally. However, extensive research reveals that fraud is very rare, voter impersonation is virtually nonexistent, and many instances of alleged fraud are, in fact, mistakes by voters or administrators. The same is true for mail ballots, which are secure and essential to holding a safe election amid the coronavirus pandemic.”
“The Brennan Center’s seminal report, ‘The Truth About Voter Fraud,’ conclusively demonstrated that most allegations of fraud turn out to be baseless and that most of the few remaining allegations reveal irregularities and other forms of election misconduct.”
Of course they are.
Have you read the MrEricksonRule’s Center for Justice report that brings to light massive democrat election fraud?
It carries about as much weight as this piece of Brennan Center propaganda.
Supposedly, The Brennan Center for Justice at the New York University Law School is a bipartisan law and public policy institute seen as liberal or progressive in its policy positions and views. The organization is named after Supreme Court Justice William J. Brennan.
The Brennan Center’s own website says, “The Brennan Center is equal parts think tank, public interest law firm and advocacy organization. The Brennan Center serves as a generator of legal theory and as an expert on democracy reform, equipping and empowering journalists, attorneys, civic engagement organizations, and other national partners to achieve immediate wins and make long-term strides toward an inclusive and just democracy.”
Their form of “an inclusive and just democracy” does not include people who don’t think like they do, and “just democracy” is whatever they say it is…, and you better not question them.
What a couple of good little Nazis!
If you visit the Brennan Center’s website, it will become apparent quite quickly that they oppose President Trump and are proactive in their attacks on him and his administration.
It would not surprise me at all if these people were a driving force behind many of the issues we find ourselves having with this election.
It’s amazing how many of these “centers” exist in our country, whose soul intention is destroying our country as we know it.
I’ve heard many “talking heads” representing the democrats, and many hosts and contributors to many shows on the fake news and liberal propaganda media say:
“There may be some instances of voter fraud, but not enough to matter.”
“There may be some cases voter fraud, but not enough to make a difference in the outcome.”
“The rate of voter fraud is within acceptable ranges.”
There is a huge difference between “voter fraud” on a case by case instance, and large scale “ballot fraud” or large scale “ballot data dumps,” “intentional voting machine software manipulation,” and overall “election fraud.”
The 2020 election cannot be compared to prior elections.
In the 2020 election, democrats were prepared to pull out all the stops if needed, and do whatever it took to defeat President Trump.
That is precisely why counts were halted in battleground states on election night, after it was determined President Trump was on track to win these states.
This gave the democrats time to produce enough votes, electronically, or physically, to overtake President Trump’s vote totals, when the counting recommenced.
It was quite obvious to me, and I will go to my grave believing this was the case.
Whether or not The President’s legal team is able to actually gain access to the system and the physical ballots, in order to be able to document this cheating and bring it to light is another story.
If they really believe the election was fair and square, and they are interested in making sure our elections are fair and square, Joe Biden, his campaign, and the democrats should welcome validation of this election’s integrity, not ignore it, fight it, or run from it.
Nobody wants their vote to be disqualified by an opposing illegitimate vote.
Put your hand up if you’re willing to sacrifice your vote to a cheater.
Hmmm…, I’m not seeing any hands out there.
And it doesn’t make any difference if the cheating is on a small scale or a large scale.
Cheating is cheating.
It’s the year 2020 ladies and gentlemen. We are more than capable of instituting an election system which would safeguard us from virtually all of the fraud issues, if that’s what our politicians (and I’m referring mainly to the democrats) wanted.
Biden and the democrats are not going to be able effectively govern the country if tens of millions of Americans believe Biden is an illegitimate president who got into office by way of a rigged and stolen election.
Hopefully, we won’t be forced to deal with that situation.

For the last couple of days, all I hear from democrats is that they’re “relieved,” and that they are looking forward to a “return to normal,” and that we can now start to “heal” what divides us as a nation under a presumed president elect Biden.
“Normal” for democrats is $4.00 a gallon for gas, letting Iran take advantage of us with their flawed nuclear deal, letting all the countries of the world take advantage of us economically via the Paris Climate Accord, shipping all of our jobs overseas, letting the other countries in NATO go back to not paying their fair share, using the FBI, the DOJ and the CIA as weaponized arms of their party, and giving up our oil independence, just for starters.
As someone who feels they can speak on behalf of Trump supporters everywhere…, IT’S NOT HAPPENING!
The cat is now officially and undeniably out of the bag, regarding the democrats, the liberal propaganda mainstream media, and social media’s fascist, pro-democrat, censorship.
The democrats have resorted to cheating, on a grand scale, in this election, and we are not having it.
THERE WILL BE NO “RETURN TO NORMAL,” AND THERE WILL BE NO HEALING, as far as Trump supporters are concerned.
If Joe Biden’s election somehow holds up, he will get the same treatment from republicans that President Trump got from democrats.
First of all, we would declare that “Joe Biden is not our president.”
We would declare that he is an illegitimate president.
Then we would demand investigations into Biden’s actions with China, Russia, and The Ukraine.
Then we will demand he be impeached for his traitorous actions, first regarding his role in the spying and coup attempt when President Trump was first elected in 2016, and then for his quid pro quo with The Ukraine (Which we already have him admitting to, in his own words, on video), and then for his selling of access and considerations to China and Russia.
There’s your “healing” for you, democrats.
But first, let the lawsuits begin regarding the widespread cheating, fraud, and irregularities surrounding this election.
This election is far from over.
