Yes…, impeach Kamala Harris!

Why?

Kamala Harris is guilty of actually doing what the democrats are accusing former President Trump of doing…, inciting violence…, which, of course, former President Trump never did.

It’s a disturbing pattern of behavior by the democrats, which emulates the tactics used by their role-models, the Nazis.

Ronn Blitzer of Fox News reports, “A man who was twice bailed out of jail in separate cases by A FUND SUPPORTED BY VICE PRESIDENT KAMALA HARRIS has been arrested again while under investigation for another possible case, Minnesota prosecutors said.”

“According to the Hennepin County Attorney’s office, Thomas Moseley, 29, had been arrested and released in cases involving allegations that include damaging a police precinct in August and rioting in December. He was arrested again on Jan. 27, just 22 days after his latest release. During that span, he is also suspected of trying to illegally purchase a gun, and officers are investigating that matter.”

“Moseley is facing three new felony counts of fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance while in possession of a firearm for allegedly having marijuana, cocaine and psilocyn mushrooms.”

“In the two previously mentioned cases, the new criminal complaint says, referring to property damage and gun possession charges, ‘THE DEFENDANT WAS ABLE TO SECURE UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE AFTER THE MINNESOTA FREEDOM FUND POSTED $5,000 CASH IN ADDITION TO A BOND that had been previously secured.’ In a third now-pending case, the Defendant was then charged with Riot in the Second Degree from an event that occurred on December 31, 2020.”

“The complaint goes on to say that in that case, THE MINNESOTA FREEDOM FUND AGAIN SECURED MOSELEY’S RELEASE, THIS TIME POSTING $60,000 BAIL.”

“The Minnesota Freedom Fund says it is ‘part of a larger movement to end the harms of money bail and jailing people for poverty.’ THE ORGANIZATION [THE MINNESOTA FREEDOM FUND] RECEIVED SUPPORT FROM THEN SENATOR KAMALA HARRIS IN JUNE.”

“If you’re able to, chip in now to the @MNFreedomFund to help post bail for those protesting on the ground in Minnesota,” Harris tweeted.

CAN YOU IMAGINE THE UPROAR IF PRESIDENT TRUMP HAD SUPPORTED A FUND TO BAIL OUT THE CAPITOL PROTESTERS?!

In a later video clip of Kamala Harris, while appearing on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, she said, “But they’re [referring to the rioters in Minneapolis] not going to stop. They’re not going to stop. They’re not. This is a movement. I’m telling you. They’re not going to stop, and everyone, beware. Because they’re not going to stop. They’re not going to stop before election day in November, and they are not going to stop after election day. And everyone should take note of that on both levels. That they’re not going to let up. And they should not, and we should not.”

Is this not blatantly endorsing civil unrest?

Is this not blatantly endorsing the violence against the police there and the destruction of public and private property?

Is this not blatantly inciting this violence?

If the democrats want to keep pursuing this bogus impeachment of former President Trump, don’t we also need to hold Kamala Harris accountable as well?

At least she is in office and eligible to be impeached under The Constitution!

“A FOX 9 report from August revealed that the organization bailed out individuals including Darnika Floyd, who was charged with second-degree murder after allegedly stabbing a friend to death, and Christopher Boswell, who is facing charges of sexual assault and kidnapping. The group put up $100,000 on behalf of Floyd and $350,000 on behalf of Boswell.”

Such a worthy cause.

“As for Moseley, his latest arrest stems from events arising from his apprehension in October, but he is also under investigation on suspicion that he allegedly used straw buyers to buy a semiautomatic weapon from a store on Jan. 7 and Jan. 12. He had just been released in one of his other cases on Jan. 5, jail records show.”

“On Oct. 15, 2020, Moseley was apprehended during a protest during a court appearance for the former officers involved in the police encounter that led to George Floyd’s death. Officers who saw Moseley in the courthouse knew that Moseley had already been suspected of damaging a police precinct on Aug. 15, and they arrested him for that. During the arrest, they allegedly found a gun in his waistband.”

“The new criminal complaint states that after the October arrest, police obtained a search warrant for Moseley’s truck after officers noticed the smell of marijuana and what appeared to be a gun case in the car. After performing a search, police recovered marijuana, cocaine and psilocyn mushrooms, as well as several handguns, a rifle, a shotgun, ammunition and other items including a hatchet, crowbar, gas mask and spray paint can. More weapons and marijuana were then found at Moseley’s home, the complaint says.”

“On Jan. 10, tests confirmed the nature of the drugs, and Moseley was arrested later in the month and bail was set at $250,000. According to Hennepin County Jail records, he remains in custody.”

C’mon everybody!

Let’s support our Vice President and all chip in to get this domestic terrorist out of jail!

Like I said, VP Kamala Harris should be impeached!

What you talkin’ ‘bout, Illegitimate Joe?!

Brooke Singman of Fox News reports that, ‘“The will of the people has been heard,’ Biden says.”

That statement is very debatable Cheatin’ Joe.

If by “the people” you mean “the will” of all of your little anti-American, Marxist friends, then I’d give you that.

“Joe Biden, sworn in as the 46th president of the United States on Wednesday, declared ‘democracy has prevailed’ as he used his inaugural address to call for unity in a nation suffering from ‘deep’ political divisions and a pandemic that has crippled the country.”

You use that word “democracy,” Cheatin’ Joe, but I’m not sure it means what you think it means.

“From the West Front of the U.S. Capitol, Biden took the oath of office in a ceremony dramatically downsized because of the coronavirus pandemic as he vowed to take on the challenges of the day.”

‘“This is America’s day. This is democracy’s day,’ Biden said in his address. ‘America has been tested anew and America has risen to the challenge.’”

There you go with that word “democracy” again, Joe.

“In his speech, Biden said his inauguration was a day to ‘celebrate triumph, not of a candidate, but a cause – democracy.’”

There you go with that word “democracy” again, and again, Joe!

‘“Democracy is precious, democracy is fragile,’ he said. ‘And at this hour, my friends, democracy has prevailed.’”

Okay, c’mon, this is getting tiresome.

Yes, “democracy is precious,” and, yes, “democracy is fragile,’ but “democracy” has not prevailed here…, not true democracy.

The cheating ways of the democrats has prevailed here, and democrat Nazism has prevailed here, not democracy.

“Biden pointed to the novel coronavirus, which he said ‘silently stalks the country,’ and has claimed more than 400,000 American lives since its inception, shifted to the economic downturn caused by the pandemic, and addressed the ‘cry for racial justice.’”

Technically, if you look at the CDC (Center for Disease Control) website, only around 6% those 400,000 deaths are directly and solely attributable to the China virus, which would make that number really around 24,000, which is about a third of the deaths normally attributable to the annual flu.

Do you get the picture that this entire crisis has been contrived by the democrats and their friends as a means to gaining control of the Whitehouse again?

‘“The dream of justice for all will be deferred no longer,’ Biden said.”

Does that include the 75 million voters who just got ripped off, Joe?

Nice try, but I think not.

Biden addressed ‘a rise of political extremism, of White supremacy and domestic terrorism,’ which he said, ‘we must confront and we will defeat.’”

Yes, we know…, if you’re white and supported President Trump, you are now categorized as a white supremacist and a domestic terrorist.

This, of course, is done in under the overriding theme of unity, however!

“Biden, though, shifted again to unity – saying that ‘restoring the soul and future of America requires so much more than words.’”

‘“It requires the most elusive of all things in democracy – unity,’ he said, adding that his ‘whole soul is in this.’”

‘“Bringing America together, uniting our people, uniting our nation,’ Biden continued. ‘And I ask every American to join me in this cause.’ Biden said the country must ‘fight the foes we face,’ which he said includes ‘anger, resentment and hatred, extremism, lawlessness, violence, disease, joblessness, hopelessness.’”

‘“With unity, we can do great things – important things,’ he said. ‘We can right wrongs.’”

Only the “wrongs” you consider “wrong,” right, Joe?

“Biden said his administration can ‘put people to work in good jobs, overcome the deadly virus,’ ensure children are in school, ‘rebuild the middle class and make health care secure for all.’ Biden also said his administration would ‘deliver racial justice, and make America, again, the leading force for good in the world.’”

‘“Speaking of unity can sound like a fantasy,’ Biden said, acknowledging that ‘the forces that divide us are deep and they are real,’ but said ‘they are not new.’”

Well, actually, Sleepy Joe, they are kind of new.

All of this trampling on our first amendment right of free speech is relatively new.

‘“Our history has been a constant struggle between the American ideal that we all are created equal, and the harsh, ugly reality of racism … fear, demonization, have long torn us apart,’ Biden said, calling the ‘battle’ ‘perennial.’”

Well, I agree with that.

The only problem is you had 36 years in Congress and another 8 in the Whitehouse with your buddy Barack, and this “perennial battle” never seemed to bother you much.

Just sayin’.

“Biden, called for ‘dignity, respect,’ and urged Americans to ‘stop the shouting and lower the temperature.’”

You could maybe set a good example, Joe, by telling your democrat friends in Congress to back-off their inflammatory rhetoric a bit.

“Chris Wallace [of Fox News] said, “Biden’s speech was the best inaugural address I’ve ever heard.’”

Okay, Chris…, it is now confirmed that you are one of “them.” I’m assuming you’ve already submitted your resume to CNN or MSNBC.

‘“For without unity, there is no peace – only bitterness and fury,’ he said. ‘No nation – only a state of chaos.’”

You and your friends are the ones who have been promoting this “chaos,” Illegitimate Joe.

Soooo, that whole unity thing is really not an option at this point, so, do you have another “path forward?”

“Biden urged Americans to ‘start fresh,’ and ‘begin to listen to each other again,’ pointing to the political climate in the U.S. throughout the Trump presidency.”

Oh boy, don’t get me started now.

‘“Politics doesn’t have to be a raging fire destroying everything in its path,’ he said. ‘Every disagreement doesn’t have to be a cause for a total war, and we must reject the culture in which facts themselves are manipulated, and even manufactured.’”

Say whaaaaat?!

“Biden, speaking directly to supporters of his opponent, former President Trump, asked that they ‘hear me out as we move forward.’”

Oh, sure, Joe! Just like the democrats heard President Trump out!

Whatever drugs you’re taking…, keep taking them, because they’re working!

Not according to your “big tech” friends at Twitter, Facebook, and Google, Joe!

I think it might be a little too late on that account, Joe.

‘“I pledge this to you – I will be a president for all Americans, and I promise you, I will fight as hard for those who did not support me as for those who did,’ Biden said.”

I seriously doubt that, Lyin’ Joe Biden.

“Meanwhile, Biden spoke to ‘those beyond our borders,’ saying that America ‘has been tested and we’ve come out stronger for it.’”

Now here are the people you’re really interested in talking to!

Uh, yeah! BY YOU AND YOUR ANTI-AMERICAN, MARXIST FRIENDS!!!

‘“I give you my word. I will always level with you. I will defend the Constitution. I will defend our democracy. Well…, there is that whole cheating thing, Joe.

Who’s guilty of inciting who?

The democrats and the establishment RINOs (Republicans In Name Only) are attempting to impeach President Trump…, again…, this time for “inciting violence,” which The President did not do.

The President encouraged the protesters there, last Wednesday, to go to the capitol and let their voices be heard, but there was no call for violence.

In fact, have you ever heard President Trump, or any republican for that matter, call for any kind of violence or personal attacks?

Ya…, me neither.

On the other hand, we have a documented history of many democrats doing exactly what they are accusing President Trump of doing.

Isn’t this becoming a pattern of behavior for the democrats?

Here are some (not all of the) examples of democrats calling for violence or physical confrontations against President Trump, people in his administration, and republican members of Congress.

Emma Colton, Social Media Manager for The Washington Examiner, reports, “Rep. Maxine Waters…, Sen. Cory Booker…, and Sen. Jon Tester, have all made comments suggesting violence or confrontations against Republicans. All of their Twitter accounts remain active, while the videos themselves are also circulating on the massive social media site.”

“Rep. Maxine Waters, for example, notably called for her supporters to harass Trump administration officials in public during a rally in 2018.’

“Let’s make sure we show up wherever we have to show up. And if you see anybody from that Cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out, and you create a crowd. And you push back on them. And you tell them they’re not welcome anymore, anywhere,’ Waters said.”

“Waters is far from alone.”

“New Jersey’s Booker [Senator Cory Booker] was also recorded in 2018 urging activists at the National Conference on Ending Homelessness to ‘get up in the face of some congresspeople.’”

‘“… that’s my call to action here. Please don’t just come here today and then go home,’ he said. ‘Go to the Hill today. Get up, and please get up in the face of some congresspeople.’”

Then in 2019…, Senator Jon Tester of Montana said on MSNBC, “I don’t think, even in states where Donald Trump won big, that it does you any good running away from Donald Trump. I think you need to go back and punch him in the face.”

“Then in 2020, House Speaker [Nancy] Pelosi said during a National Governors Association meeting that when a person is involved with politics, ‘you have to be ready to take a punch, and you have to be ready to throw a punch.’”

What is it with these democrats always wanting to punch somebody?

I mean, seriously?

“’Grabien’ [a multimedia marketplace company] founder Tom Elliott recently shared videos of Democrats making such comments on his Twitter account, and said that the violence seen at the Capitol last Wednesday would have occurred even if Trump had won in November, ‘Because Democrats have been endorsing violence as a political tactic throughout the entire Trump Administration.’”

We have also seen Senator Chuck Schumer get in on this action.

According to The Editorial Board of The Wall Street Journal, “Democrats like to accuse President Trump of violating institutional democratic norms, and often he does with his rhetorical broadsides. But at least he’s never directly threatened the U.S. Supreme Court the way Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer did.”

“Speaking to a crowd on the Supreme Court steps, the leading Senate Democrat declared: ‘I want to tell you, Gorsuch. I want to tell you, Kavanaugh. You have released the whirlwind, and you will pay the price.’ He meant Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh, the newest Justices who were appointed by President Trump.”

“Mr. Schumer was speaking before abortion-rights activists as the Supreme Court considers whether to curtail the ability of abortion providers to sue on behalf of women seeking abortions—a doctrine known as third-party standing. Mr. Schumer, still addressing Gorsuch and Kavanaugh, added: ‘You won’t know what hit you if you go forward with these awful decisions.’”

“The ‘whirlwind?’ ‘What hit you?’ We won’t go so far as to call that an incitement to violence, but it surely was a threat of political reprisal against the Justices if they don’t vote the way Mr. Schumer wants.”

The Wall Street Journal may not want to go that far, but I’ll call that an incitement of violence.

“The remarks [Schumer’s remarks] drew a rare and pointed public rebuke from Chief Justice John Roberts, who said: ‘Justices know that criticism comes with the territory, but threatening statements of this sort from the highest levels of government are not only inappropriate, they are dangerous. All Members of the Court will continue to do their job, without fear or favor, from whatever quarter.’”

It sure seems like Chief Justice Roberts agrees with me!

Then we have our wonderful Vice-president elect, Kamala Harris.

Camille Caldera of USA TODAY reports, “Though largely peaceful, some of this summer’s protests have at times turned violent.”

Uh, I think you have backwards Ms. Caldera. You should have said, “Though largely violent, some of this summer’s protests have at times been peaceful.”

Regardless…, “A clip of Democratic vice presidential nominee Sen. Kamala Harris on an episode of ‘The Late Show with Stephen Colbert’ in June has resurfaced online.”

“Its title on YouTube claims: ‘Kamala Harris wants the riots to continue and not let up, not now not even after the election.’”

“The exchange between Harris and Colbert — which took place on June 17, a few weeks after George Floyd was killed by police in Minneapolis — referred to protests, not riots. The word ‘riot’ is not even mentioned in the 30-second exchange.”

That would be consistent with the democrats’ denial, at the time, that any riots were even occurring.

‘“I know there are protests still happening in major cities across the United States. I’m just not seeing the reporting on it that I had for the first few weeks,’ Colbert said.”

‘“That’s right,’ Harris replied. ‘But they’re not gonna stop. They’re not gonna stop, and this is a movement, I’m telling you.’”

‘“They’re not gonna stop, and everyone beware, because they’re not gonna stop,’ she added. ‘They’re not gonna stop before Election Day in November, and they’re not gonna stop after Election Day.’”

‘“Everyone should take note of that, on both levels, that they’re not going to let up — and they should not. And we should not,’ she concluded.”

So, I get the impression you feel “they’re not gonna stop,” Kamala.

Saying they (the rioters, looters, arsonists, vandals, and those committing assaults and murder) “should not stop” is encouraging and inciting continued violence, is it not?

Again…, it sure sounds like it to me.

Now last, but certainly not least, we have the illegitimate President-elect himself, Joe Biden.

According to Veronica Stracqualursi, for CNN, ‘“They asked me would I like to debate this gentleman, and I said no. I said, if we were in high school, I’d take him behind the gym and beat the hell out of him,’ said Biden, getting laughter and applause from the crowd at the University of Miami.”

“Biden said Tuesday, ‘I’ve been in a lot of locker rooms my whole life. I’m a pretty damn good athlete.’”

Thanks for that inciteful assessment of yourself, Joe!

You just might be a better “athlete” that you are a politician!

In fact, I’m sure you are!

Anyway…

So, as we watch the democrats proceed with their hypocritical impeachment party, today, just remember who’s guilty of inciting who.

“Illegitimate” Joe Biden?

When over 70 million Americans feel you’re illegitimate, you are, by definition, illegitimate.

Is that how you want to be thought of, Joe?

Obviously, the answer, based on his actions so far, is that he doesn’t care what you think of him, as long as he gets to be president.

I believe most of those 70 million are like me and the people I know, who would have no problem with a President Biden, if we knew he had won the election fair and square.

We can stand to lose, but we can’t stand being cheated.

If President-elect Biden really wanted what was best for the country, and really wanted to an American hero…, he would say something along these lines:

“Dear fellow Americans,

I understand that many of you have concerns regarding the integrity of the recent presidential election.

I believe those concerns are unfounded, but in an effort to restore the faith in our election process and establish a sense of unity amongst the American people, I promise to establish a commission on day one of my presidency, that will look into any possible election fraud, or a disregard for election laws, that may have occurred during the 2020 election.

If it is determined that there were enough issues and irregularities to put my winning of the election in doubt, I will insist that steps be taken to cure these issues, up to and including a possible re-vote in those states in question.

I am proud to represent all of the American people as your president, but I do not want this dark cloud hanging over my presidency either, nor the future elections in 2022 and 2024.

It is my hope that this action will help to restore faith in myself and in our government.

May God continue to bless us all and continue to bless the United States of America.

If President-elect Biden were to do this, I believe he would earn the respect of a vast majority of the American people, and establish himself immediately as one of our greatest presidents.

The “Fredo” awards!

Yes, welcome ladies and gentlemen to the first annual “Fredo” Awards!

We all know how much liberal elitists like giving each other awards and receiving awards, so I thought I would hand out some awards of my own that these liberal losers have actually earned.

If you’re not familiar with the term, what exactly does being a “Fredo” refer to?

According to the Urban Dictionary website, “In proper application referring to someone as a ‘Fredo’ means they are just a dumb [a$$] loser like ‘The Godfather’ movie character,” who was the weak and naïve son and brother.

There you have it!

So, without any further adieu…, on to the awards!

First off, the Honorary “Fredo” Awards.

Our first Honorary “Fredo” Awards go to the award’s namesakes, New York Governor Andrew “Fredo Sr.” Cuomo, and his brother, host of the CNN show, “Cuomo Prime Time,” Chris “Fredo Jr.” Cuomo.

Without these two liberal turds, the “Fredo” awards would not have been possible.

Our next award, and our first category award, goes to The Worst Liberal Politician in a Leading Role.

This was an extremely tough category to award. There were so many worthy recipients. But, in the end, one liberal politician did manage to stand out above the rest…, and that liberal politician is Congresswoman and Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi!

Her incessant lying and obnoxious partisan idiocy seemingly has no limits.

The next award goes to The Worst Liberal Politician in a Supporting Role.

Again, there were so many scumbags worthy of consideration here. But, the worst liberal, and sleaziest democrat, in a Supporting Role has to go to Congressman Adam Schiff.

Like his fearless leader, Nancy Pelosi, Schiff’s continual ability to lie without any apparent conscious, and his ability to shamelessly drive fictitious narratives are unequalled.

Our next award goes to The Worst Costume Design for a Liberal Politician.

The winner of this award really didn’t have any serious challengers.

The winner of the worst costume design for a liberal politician goes to Congresswoman Frederica Smith Wilson of Florida!

Our next award goes to The Worst Adapted Testimony for a Liberal Politician.

The winner of this award becomes our first two-time winner. He wins his second award based on his adaptation of President Trump’s call with Volodymyr Zelensky, the then-newly elected Ukrainian leader. His “adaptation” was later debunked, however, when it was learned there was an actual transcription of the call. Ooops!

So, the winner of the worst adapted testimony by a liberal politician goes to California Congressman, Adam Schiff!

Our next award is the Worst Original Story (hoax) by a liberal politician.

The worst original story (hoax) by a liberal politician has to refer to the whole “Russia collusion” hoax. This hoax unabashedly proclaimed that President Trump was an actual Russian spy and a puppet for Russian President, Vladimir Putin. We heard nightly, for over two years how everyone had proof of this…, but in the end, there was no proof to be found, and no retractions or apologies either.

There were really too many democrats involved in this hoax to award individual awards. These included a President, a Vice President, various Cabinet secretaries, various executive branch officers, members of the DOJ and the FBI, and, of course, the co-conspiratorial mainstream media, just to get the party started.

Accepting this award on behalf of all the treasonous democrat vermin involved in this hoax (and attempted coup), is Rachel Maddow, the clueless MSNBC commentator who willfully and joyfully perpetrated this big lie on a nightly basis.

The next award is for the Worst Speech and Press Briefing Editing.

During the course of the 2020 presidential election campaign, it became common knowledge that Joe Biden utilized a teleprompter for almost everything he said and, even then, he usually managed to stick his foot in his mouth. That, coupled with the cherry picking of “friendly” questions, and the outright refusal to even answer other questions, earned these two individuals their awards.

This award for Worst Speech and Press Briefing Editing goes to Jennifer O’Malley Dillon, Biden’s Campaign Manager, and Joe Biden himself.

The next award is for The Worst News Editing, by a liberal organization, in a supporting role.

We are awarding multiple awards in this category.

Those organizations receiving awards for their anti-American censorship and propaganda by omission are: CNN, MSNBC, Facebook, Twitter and Google.

Congratulations for lowering our news and social media to levels normally seen in Communist China, Russia, North Korea, Venezuela and Cuba.

Our next award is for The Most Clueless Liberal in a supporting role.

Again, there was no shortage of liberals in consideration here, but one individual definitely stood out above the crowd!

This clueless liberal torpedoed thousands of good paying Amazon jobs in her city, wants our country to abandon all civilized progress in the name of climate change, and is campaigning to turn our country into a socialist nightmare.

Taking all of this into consideration, the award for The Most Clueless Liberal in a supporting role can only go to Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.

As you can see, Ms. Ocasio-Cortez is so clueless, she is happy about winning this award!

Our next award is for The Biggest Liberal Meathead in a supporting Role.

One “Fredo” nominee clearly stood out for this award. It was actually created especially for him!

The award for The Biggest Liberal Meathead in a supporting Role goes to Californian Congressman Eric Swalwell!

A member of the “Russian collusion hoax club,” Swalwell, we have now learned, carried on about Russian influences in our government, all while he was cavorting around with his own little China doll spy, Christine Fang! You just can’t make this stuff up. I’m sure it was a big surprise to his wife as well. Ouch!

Swalwell even entered the race for president. His campaign lasted about ten minutes. I’m sure Fang encouraged Swalwell and was his driving force!

I can just hear her now…, “Oh, Eric, I love you…, the people love you…, they need a big strong leader like you, Eric…, you must run for president…, you owe it to the American people…, they need you!”

A truer “meathead” you just couldn’t find!

And finally, the “Fredos” inaugural Lifetime Achievement award goes to Seth Myers, host of “Late Night with Seth Myers.”

Seth Myers chose to ruin his show and dedicate at least 10 minutes a night to bashing presidential candidate Donald Trump, and then he beat Hillary Clinton anyway!

We have all heard of the term “influencer.” Seth Myers may now best be known as an “anti-influencer,” since all of his efforts obviously had no effect on the election, and quite possibly the opposite of his desired effect!

Then, having learned nothing from his “influencer” failure, he continued to bash President Trump for another four years on a nightly basis!

President Trump then won again, only to have the election stolen from him.

Well, that wraps-up our award ceremony.

The “fix” was obviously in.

The Wisconsin Supreme Court tossed out President Trump’s election lawsuit on everything BUT the merits of the case.

According to the Associated Press, “The Wisconsin Supreme Court on Monday rejected President Donald Trump’s lawsuit attempting to overturn his loss to Democrat Joe Biden in the battleground state, ending [President] Trump’s legal challenges in state court about an hour before the Electoral College was to meet to cast the state’s 10 votes for Biden.”

“The President sought to have more than 221,000 ballots disqualified in Dane and Milwaukee counties, the state’s two most heavily Democratic [and most heavily populated] counties. In a 4-3 ruling, Justice Brian Hagedorn, a conservative writing for the majority, said the Trump campaign was ‘not entitled to the relief it seeks.’”

Okay…, first of all…, why is it important to note that Justice Hagedorn is supposedly a “conservative?” Is that supposed to lend some credence to his opinion?

I guess so.

“Hagedorn used a sports analogy when ruling against Trump, saying he waited too long to raise his complaints.”

‘“Our laws allow the challenge flag to be thrown regarding various aspects of election administration,’ Hagedorn wrote.”

He seems to assume everyone reading his ruling is familiar with American football, and the National Football League.

Actually, I think that is quite culturalist and even misogynistic.

But that’s okay, as long as it’s a ruling against President Trump and conservatives.

‘“The challenges raised by the [President’s] Campaign in this case, however, come long after the last play or even the last game; the Campaign is challenging the rulebook adopted before the season began.’”

As I have stated in earlier blogs, is it ever too late for justice to be served?

And you shouldn’t be looking at any “rulebook” adopted by anyone else other that the state’s legislature, which is solely given the rights to create the laws governing a state’s elections by The United States Constitution.

“[President] Trump wanted to disqualify absentee ballots cast early and in-person, saying there wasn’t a proper written request made for the ballots; absentee ballots cast by people who claimed ‘indefinitely confined’ status; absentee ballots collected by poll workers at Madison parks; and absentee ballots where clerks filled in missing information on ballot envelopes.”

Please note that there is nothing in Wisconsin’s election laws, established by the legislature, allowing for any of this.

“The court ruled that [President] Trump’s challenge to voters who were indefinitely confined was without merit and that the other claims came too late.”

“Liberal justices Rebecca Dallet and Jill Karofsky, who sided with Hagedorn, wrote separately to emphasize that there was no evidence of fraud in Wisconsin’s election.”

‘“Wisconsin voters complied with the election rulebook,’ Dallet and Karofksy said. ‘No penalties were committed and the final score was the result of a free and fair election.’”

Even though these two wrote separately from Hagedorn, they sure seem to be writing from the same “playbook,” if you want to use football terminology.

“Karofsky blasted [President] Trump’s case during Saturday’s hearing, saying it ‘smacks of racism’ and was ‘un-American.’ Conservative justices voiced some concerns about how certain ballots were cast, while also questioning whether they could or should disqualify votes only in two counties.”

“Smacks of racism?!”

“Un-American?!

Please, Justice Karofsky, we don’t need an obviously biased and disingenuous lecture from you on top of your misguided and partisan decision regarding this case.

Karofsky is the larger pictured justice on the right.

“Biden [supposedly] won Wisconsin by about 20,600 votes, a margin of 0.6% that withstood a Trump-requested recount in Milwaukee and Dane counties, the two with the most Democratic votes. Trump did not challenge any ballots cast in the counties he won.”

Oh really?!

That’s odd.

Why would he challenge the counties he won?

And a recount of the same illegal ballots is, of course, just going to produce the same results.

Yes, folks, the “fix” was obviously in.

It’s a real shame that many of these state supreme courts are now making their judgements based on politics rather than the law.

In many cases, our judicial branch of government has “sold its soul” to the politically corrupt neo-fascist manipulators in our country.

“Justice” has now become what some liberal perceives it to be, or wants it to be, and not what it actually should be.

Joe Biden’s election miracle.

Even Smokey Robinson never saw a miracle like this one!

My apologies to all of the millennials out there for that reference.

According to Benny Johnson on “The Benny Report,” “It’s a magical time of year. It’s a season of wonder and amazement! When millions of American go to bed, and while we are all sleeping, something magical happens, and we wake up to a miracle! Obviously, we’re not talking about Christmas here, we’re talking about Joe Biden’s 2020 election night.”

Yes, that was an amazing night!

I remember going to sleep with President Trump ahead by tens of thousands of votes, and even hundreds of thousands of votes in some cases, then waking to find Joe Biden had somehow, in the early hours of Wednesday, November 4^th, closed the gap or taken the lead in a number of these swing states.

But before we can truly appreciate Joe Biden’s “election miracle,” we need to point out a few 2020 election facts and some historical presidential election facts.

In 2020, President Trump expanded his voter base by 11 million votes.

The votes President Trump received from African-Americans rose by 50%!

And the votes President Trump received from Hispanic Americans rose by 35%!

And yet, he supposedly lost.

Joe Biden supposedly received 80 million votes. The most, by far, of any presidential candidate in history.

In fact, that’s 11 million more votes than Barack Obama received at the height of his popularity.

Hmmm.

Despite beating Obama’s turnout in 2008, Biden won a record low number of counties.

Hmmm, again.

Only 17% of American counties, a record low of 527 counties (out of 3,143), were won by Joe Biden.

Former President Obama won 873 counties in 2008.

Yet, Joe Biden supposedly won.

President Trump won 18 of the 19 “bellwether” counties that have historically predicted the presidential election winner.

Yet, Joe Biden supposedly won.

Joe Biden underperformed Hillary Clinton virtually everywhere, except in a few key swing state counties…, those counties encompassing the metro areas of Milwaukee, Detroit, Atlanta, and Philadelphia.

Hmmm, again, again.

Additionally, Joe Biden somehow managed to win despite democrat losses nationwide.

Twenty-seven seats in Congress were regarded as toss-ups.

Republicans have not lost a single one of those “toss-up” elections.

That means that voters went out and voted for their local republican candidates, but voted against the most popular republican president in history?

That’s odd.

But wait, there’s more.

President Trump received over 90% of the republican primary vote. Historically, no incumbent who has received over 75% of their party’s total primary vote has ever lost re-election.

A record 18 million voters came out for President Trump in the 2020 primaries. That’s more than any incumbent in history.

The previous record was held by Bill Clinton who only had 9 million.

That’s impressive.

And Joe Biden didn’t even bother to campaign against President Trump.

Benny Johnson adds that, “Trump had an army [of supporters], and Joe Biden had kindergarten circles!”

Now, all of this would have to be classified as circumstantial evidence, but taken as a whole, it is quite substantial.

At the very least, all of this circumstantial evidence has to make you wonder, if not seriously question the 2020 presidential election “results.”

According to the “Britannica” website, “The notion that one cannot be convicted on circumstantial evidence is, of course, false. Most criminal convictions are based on circumstantial evidence, although it must be adequate to meet established standards of proof.”

And, well, there you have it.

It is my opinion that the 2020 presidential election should definitely be put into question, and at least be investigate thoroughly, so as to establish the integrity of the election.

I do believe in miracles…, just not this one.

The attempt to steal an election.

It is appalling to me that the democrats are blatantly trying to steal the 2020 presidential election, and their co-conspirators, the mainstream media, and the “deep state” DOJ and FBI, are just looking the other way.

Is there any justice left in America?

We’ll see.

We still have a month and a half until Joe Biden would be sworn in.

In the meantime, I see more and more states rushing to “certify” their elections…, as if this was some sort of irreversible determination.

Please remember that “nothing is written in stone.”

The word “decertify” is also a word we felt the need for in the English language.

Decertify: To remove a certificate or certification from (someone or something), typically for failure to comply with a regulating authority’s rules or standards.

Hmmm…, it seems like that may be applicable in some of these states before too long.

It’s been quite clear, these last four years, that the democrats would stop at nothing to try and delegitimize President Trump, remove him from office, or insure he wasn’t re-elected.

Having failed to remove him from office, it’s apparent that the democrats targeted “swing states” to fraudulently win the election.

The only problem they encountered was that President Trump’s margins for victory were much higher than they anticipated, forcing them to stop the counts in these states, which allowed them to inject the needed number of votes to put Biden ahead.

The ordered recounts haven’t exposed their fraud because they’re just recounting all of the votes, legal or not.

And who’s to say that these recounts are even being handled properly?

I mean, once the whole election process has been called into question, why would anyone trust the vote in these “swing states?”

We saw the counting be inexplicably halted on election night.

Then we saw thousands and thousands of votes magically appear for Joe Biden in the wee hours of the morning.

We saw republican election monitors banned from election polling places.

And we actually saw election officials covering up the windows of their counting rooms!

What exactly were they hiding?

And those are all not to mention the hundreds of affidavits submitted by people who witnessed additional wrong-doing during the election.

I guess we’ll just have to wait and see.

Could the Supreme Court delay the transfer of power until the integrity of the election was determined?

Could the Supreme Court order a revote in the states in question?

This may be the only fair way to resolve this election.

Like I said, we’ll find out very shortly if there is any justice left in America.

“Cheaters, cheaters, pumpkin eaters!”

I remember this rhyme from when I was a kid.

Yes, it is childish, but, whatever, I’m rolling with it!

During Joe Biden’s October 24^th appearance on the progressive podcast “Pod Save America,” Biden said, “We’re in a situation where we have put together, and you guys did it for our administration, President Obama’s administration before this, we have put together I think the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics.”

In this instance, I believe you Sleepy Joe!

It’s amazing the information you can get out of Joe Biden if you just let him talk without the aid of a teleprompter.

So, now that we have that established…, according to the Brennan Center for Justice, “It is important to protect the integrity of our elections. But we must be careful not to undermine free and fair access to the ballot in the name of preventing phantom voter fraud.”

“Politicians at all levels of government have repeatedly, and falsely, claimed the 2016 and 2018 elections were marred by millions of people voting illegally. However, extensive research reveals that fraud is very rare, voter impersonation is virtually nonexistent, and many instances of alleged fraud are, in fact, mistakes by voters or administrators. The same is true for mail ballots, which are secure and essential to holding a safe election amid the coronavirus pandemic.”

“The Brennan Center’s seminal report, ‘The Truth About Voter Fraud,’ conclusively demonstrated that most allegations of fraud turn out to be baseless and that most of the few remaining allegations reveal irregularities and other forms of election misconduct.”

Of course they are.

Have you read the MrEricksonRule’s Center for Justice report that brings to light massive democrat election fraud?

It carries about as much weight as this piece of Brennan Center propaganda.

Supposedly, The Brennan Center for Justice at the New York University Law School is a bipartisan law and public policy institute seen as liberal or progressive in its policy positions and views. The organization is named after Supreme Court Justice William J. Brennan.

The Brennan Center’s own website says, “The Brennan Center is equal parts think tank, public interest law firm and advocacy organization. The Brennan Center serves as a generator of legal theory and as an expert on democracy reform, equipping and empowering journalists, attorneys, civic engagement organizations, and other national partners to achieve immediate wins and make long-term strides toward an inclusive and just democracy.”

Their form of “an inclusive and just democracy” does not include people who don’t think like they do, and “just democracy” is whatever they say it is…, and you better not question them.

What a couple of good little Nazis!

If you visit the Brennan Center’s website, it will become apparent quite quickly that they oppose President Trump and are proactive in their attacks on him and his administration.

It would not surprise me at all if these people were a driving force behind many of the issues we find ourselves having with this election.

It’s amazing how many of these “centers” exist in our country, whose soul intention is destroying our country as we know it.

I’ve heard many “talking heads” representing the democrats, and many hosts and contributors to many shows on the fake news and liberal propaganda media say:

“There may be some instances of voter fraud, but not enough to matter.”

“There may be some cases voter fraud, but not enough to make a difference in the outcome.”

“The rate of voter fraud is within acceptable ranges.”

There is a huge difference between “voter fraud” on a case by case instance, and large scale “ballot fraud” or large scale “ballot data dumps,” “intentional voting machine software manipulation,” and overall “election fraud.”

The 2020 election cannot be compared to prior elections.

In the 2020 election, democrats were prepared to pull out all the stops if needed, and do whatever it took to defeat President Trump.

That is precisely why counts were halted in battleground states on election night, after it was determined President Trump was on track to win these states.

This gave the democrats time to produce enough votes, electronically, or physically, to overtake President Trump’s vote totals, when the counting recommenced.

It was quite obvious to me, and I will go to my grave believing this was the case.

Whether or not The President’s legal team is able to actually gain access to the system and the physical ballots, in order to be able to document this cheating and bring it to light is another story.

If they really believe the election was fair and square, and they are interested in making sure our elections are fair and square, Joe Biden, his campaign, and the democrats should welcome validation of this election’s integrity, not ignore it, fight it, or run from it.

Nobody wants their vote to be disqualified by an opposing illegitimate vote.

Put your hand up if you’re willing to sacrifice your vote to a cheater.

Hmmm…, I’m not seeing any hands out there.

And it doesn’t make any difference if the cheating is on a small scale or a large scale.

Cheating is cheating.

It’s the year 2020 ladies and gentlemen. We are more than capable of instituting an election system which would safeguard us from virtually all of the fraud issues, if that’s what our politicians (and I’m referring mainly to the democrats) wanted.

Biden and the democrats are not going to be able effectively govern the country if tens of millions of Americans believe Biden is an illegitimate president who got into office by way of a rigged and stolen election.

Hopefully, we won’t be forced to deal with that situation.

A “return to normal?”

Are you kidding me?

Seriously?

For the last couple of days, all I hear from democrats is that they’re “relieved,” and that they are looking forward to a “return to normal,” and that we can now start to “heal” what divides us as a nation under a presumed president elect Biden.

“Normal” for democrats is $4.00 a gallon for gas, letting Iran take advantage of us with their flawed nuclear deal, letting all the countries of the world take advantage of us economically via the Paris Climate Accord, shipping all of our jobs overseas, letting the other countries in NATO go back to not paying their fair share, using the FBI, the DOJ and the CIA as weaponized arms of their party, and giving up our oil independence, just for starters.

As someone who feels they can speak on behalf of Trump supporters everywhere…, IT’S NOT HAPPENING!

The cat is now officially and undeniably out of the bag, regarding the democrats, the liberal propaganda mainstream media, and social media’s fascist, pro-democrat, censorship.

The democrats have resorted to cheating, on a grand scale, in this election, and we are not having it.

THERE WILL BE NO “RETURN TO NORMAL,” AND THERE WILL BE NO HEALING, as far as Trump supporters are concerned.

If Joe Biden’s election somehow holds up, he will get the same treatment from republicans that President Trump got from democrats.

First of all, we would declare that “Joe Biden is not our president.”

We would declare that he is an illegitimate president.

Then we would demand investigations into Biden’s actions with China, Russia, and The Ukraine.

Then we will demand he be impeached for his traitorous actions, first regarding his role in the spying and coup attempt when President Trump was first elected in 2016, and then for his quid pro quo with The Ukraine (Which we already have him admitting to, in his own words, on video), and then for his selling of access and considerations to China and Russia.

There’s your “healing” for you, democrats.

But first, let the lawsuits begin regarding the widespread cheating, fraud, and irregularities surrounding this election.

This election is far from over.
