People spitting on others, heckling, harassing, punching, and assaulting others in public because of their beliefs.  Is this the type of company you want to keep?

Are these the type of people you want to be associated with?

If you’re a liberal democrat these days, the answer is “yes.”

activists 7

In fact, many liberal democrat politicians and leaders are actually encouraging this type of behavior, a la Congresswoman Maxine “low IQ” Waters.

Over the course of the last couple of years, the behavior of liberal democrat activists has become disgusting and shameful.

These liberal “neo-fascists” see no problem with pushing our democracy and freedoms over the edge.

activists 2

They utilize Nazi type tactics while calling their adversaries Nazis.

activists 3

activists 18

They display fascist type behavior while calling their opponents fascists.

activists 1

We recently had an incident where President Trump’s son, Eric, was spit on, by a waitress at a restaurant he patronizing!  His son!

Can you imagine that ever happening to presidential daughters, Chelsea Clinton, or Malia or Sasha Obama?

Of course not.

Conservatives maintain a level of decency, and they know where to draw the line when it comes political activism.

activists 4

Liberal democrats have stampeded over that line of decency like a horde of shameless paparazzi chasing down some recent, pathetic, Hollywood “idol.”

Like a bunch of mindless zombies, just looking to take a bite out of anyone they can get their disgusting hands on.

Like an annoying bunch of obnoxious school-aged bullies (You can picture them, can’t you?), mercilessly picking on some other kids just because they’re decent kids.

Well…, you get the picture.

We’ve had the spitting incident I mentioned above.

We’ve seen conservative students on college campuses being punched and attacked, and their property destroyed or stolen because of their messaging.

We’ve seen activist liberals publicly burn and vandalize campus property in an effort to impede the engagements of conservative speakers and intimidate those that wanted to hear them.

activists 14

activists 9

activists 10

We’ve seen Sarah Huckabee Sanders, and her family, kicked out of a restaurant just because she was the President’s spokesperson.

activists 15

We’ve seen the former head of DHS, Kirstjen Nielson and her family, and Senator Mitch McConnell and his wife, heckled and harassed while having dinner at a restaurant, to the point where they were forced to leave.

We’ve seen the former Florida Attorney General, Pam Bondi and a friend be harassed when trying to go see a movie, to the point that they required police escorts to safely leave a theater.

We’ve seen Trump supporting senior citizens assaulted in the streets.

And there are many other examples of this type of behavior.

Marc Caputo and Daniel Lippman of Politico Magazine wrote, “… there’s a bipartisan sense that this election season marks another inflection point in the collapse of civil political discourse.”

Well put.

activists 19

‘“If you see anybody from that Cabinet — in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station — you get out and you create a crowd.  And you push back on them.  And you tell them they’re not welcome anymore, anywhere,’ implored California Democrat Rep. Maxine Waters at a Saturday rally, prompting an immediate conservative backlash on social media.”

Ahhh…, the ever confused, “low IQ” congresswoman, Maxine Waters.

activists 21

activists 22

‘“When you’re violent and cursing and screaming and blocking me from walking into a movie, there’s something wrong,” [Pam Bondi] said.”

“Presidential historian Michael Beschloss lamented that the flare-ups are ‘a new disheartening sign of a country that is becoming more divided by the hour… It’s a polarized country.”

Republicans contend the confrontational politics will inspire a backlash among a silent majority that is watching the left grow unhinged.

“There’s not more energy on the left. There’s more hatred,” said [Jackie] Toledo, the Tampa Republican who said her kids were bothered in a coffee shop.  “I signed up for this.  But my kids?  I thought kids were off limits.  Family is off limits.  And it backfires when you attack families.”

Even some Democrats are a little concerned about the effectiveness of aggressive protesting.

Ya…, “some” meaning like two or three, and “a little concerned” means they are concerned very, very, very little.

Former Pennsylvania Democrat Congressman Paul Kanjorski said, “I don’t know why they picked on the attorney general from Florida.  I don’t like her or her political positions, but she has a right to travel and be around without being harassed.”  We’re limiting real conversation and discussion in this country, and it’s a problem.”

Mr. Kanjorski sounds like a fair minded and reasonable person.  That’s probably why he’s a “former” congressman.  The democrats have no desire to be associated with being “fair minded” or “reasonable” anymore.

I have a feeling these fascist tactics by the democrats will get worse before they get better.

But they will get better…, once these sad little fascists start receiving some push-back…, and bloody nose of their own from time to time.

WINNING!

Here’s my attempt at paying a little homage to “sleepy,” “creepy” Joe Biden.

It’s going to be an entertaining year and a half, leading up to the 2020 presidential election.

“Sleepy,” creepy” Joe Biden is currently leading the entire motley crew of democrat presidential candidates, but he has nowhere to go but down from here.

biden 2020

Once the other 22 candidates get done taking potshots at him, not to mention President Trump, he may be sorry he ever decided to take a stab at the presidency.

He’s already been labeled as “sleepy” and “creepy” by President Trump, and others, but now, just lately, some of his fellow democrats have accused him of being a “racist” and an unacceptable candidate regarding his stance on abortion.

For the record…, an “unacceptable candidate,” regarding the issue of abortion these days, would be anyone uncomfortable with killing anyone at any time or anywhere apparently.

Not only is he the front runner, which puts a target on his back, he’s not an ambassador for the “radical left,” he’s not an admitted socialist, and he’s not black, nor is he a woman.

Strike three, four and five!  You’re out, Joe!

It appears his “old buddy” President Obama is even declining to endorse him…, at least for now.

I almost feel sorry for you Uncle Joe…, almost.

So without any further adieu…, I present to you…, “sleepy,” “creepy,” “uncle” Joe Biden!

If you have a “God problem…,” you have a real problem!

O-M-G.  Sorry.  It was too easy.  Let’s proceed.

With the democrats, it’s always about perception rather than substance.

It’s always about words, not about actions.

A recent article by Caleb Parke, of Fox News, asks, “Rise of the religious left?”  Then states, “The Democrat Party hires faith outreach director to address ‘God problem.’”

God 1

I would have to say that “the religious left” must be considered an oxymoron!  At least in the terms being put forward by “the left,” and how we perceive the term “religious.”

Although there are many different “religions.”

“Religion” can be defined as “a particular system of faith and/or worship.”

In the case of our liberal friends, many practice a “creator-less ‘big bang’ religion,”

a “religion of human evolution,”

a “religion of human caused global warming,”

God 7

God 9

God 8

a “religion of science,”

a “religion of death and devaluing life (abortion),

God 10

“religions grounded in nature,”

God 11

actual “devil worship,”

God 11

“designer ‘create your own version of Christianity’ Christianity,”

“genuinely confused Christians,”

“intentionally fraudulent Christians,”

the “religion of atheism,” or the “religion of being anti-God,” among others.

God 5

God 2

In these terms, yes…, the left could be considered quite “religious!”

“In 2012, the last election Democrats won, a headline from their convention read: ‘Democrats boo God.’  In 2016, they heckled a preacher during the opening prayer.”

They booed God?

saywaht1

say what again

Seriously?

“It’s a perception they’ve been trying to change since, especially on the 2020 campaign trail.”

There’s that word “perception” again.  Yes…, they want to change the perception, not the reality.

“Political pundits said Democrats have a ‘God problem’ and their latest move shows they are taking steps to solve it.”

Well, yes and no.  What they really want to do is solve the ramifications of “the problem.”  They don’t really want to solve the problem, nor do they actually believe there is a real problem.

“The democrats have hired former Washington, D.C. anti-Trump pastor, Rev. Derrick Harkins, who held a similar position in 2012 and has been the senior vice president of Union Theological Seminary in New York City, which recently celebrated ‘rejoicing in the queerness of God.’”

Well isn’t that special?

God 12

God 13

‘“We take seriously the relationships that we have with faith communities around this country,’ Harkins told Religion News Service, adding that faith ‘will be a priority going into 2020, but even more importantly, beyond 2020.’”

I’m sure you do, and I’m sure it will.

“Over the past few elections, Democrats have alienated themselves further from religious [meaning Christian and Jewish] voters, partly due to stances it takes on social issues like abortion and gay marriage, not to mention its focus on urban communities that tend to have lower church attendance than their rural counterparts. While [President] Trump took 80 percent of the white evangelical vote, democrat presidential hopefuls are gearing up for more faith outreach, especially in historically black churches and within minority communities.”

Mr. Parke has that right…, and actions speak louder than words.

If it walks like a duck, and talks like a duck, then it’s probably a duck.

So if they walk like they’re against The God of The Bible, and they talk like they’re against The God of The Bible, then they’re probably against The God of The Bible.

God 4

“Recently Democratic presidential candidate Kristin Gillibrand said she doesn’t believe the GOP is a ‘faith-driven party’ because their policies go against her idea of what Christianity is all about, and South Bend, Indiana Mayor Pete Buttigieg questioned Trump’s faith and called him out for hypocrisy.”

I believe Ms. Gillibrand would fall into the “genuinely confused Christians” category, while Mayor Pete would fall into the category of “designer ‘create your own version of Christianity’ Christianity.”

God 3

‘“Within the Democratic Party there is a huge spectrum of deeply faithful people,’ Serene Jones, president of Union Theological Seminary, told Fox News Religion Correspondent Lauren Green.”

And we have already discussed this “huge spectrum” of “deeply faithful” people.

‘“For too long, when we look at religion in America, we have associated with just politics and the religious communities that have been associated with the Republican Party and conservative politics…and there is a strong progressive Christian voice that is being spoken and lifted up and demanding to be heard.’”

The keyword in “progressive Christian” is “progressive.”

“Jones added progressives are ‘very open about the kind of Christianity they profess.’”

And exactly what “kind of Christianity” would that be, Ms. Jones?

The “kind of Christianity” without God?

The “kind of Christianity” that lets you make it up as you go along?

Stay thirsty my friends…, but don’t drink the liberal Kool Aide!

WINNING!

Do any of these “climate change” eggheads realize how stupid they sound?

“The sky is falling, the sky is falling!”

“Climate change!  Global warming!  The ice is melting!  The oceans are rising!

fresh 9

Although this is a recurring occurrence for these alarmist propagandists, most recently, I’m referring to a couple of articles that I came across.

The first article is by Christopher Carbone of Fox News, and the headline states, “Mysterious freshwater reservoir found hidden beneath the ocean!”

My first thought is, “okay, this sounds pretty interesting,” but the more I think about it, the less surprised I am by the discovery.

But they’ve peaked my interest…, so let’s proceed.

My next thought is, “Aren’t most things in life and our planet “mysterious?”

I would think the word “mysterious” would be a word that scientists would not be too fond of, however, as it seems to imply something not very scientific, but more supernatural, more beyond our understanding.

The truth is that there is a heck of a lot more that scientists don’t understand than they do understand.

Carbone continues, “Scientists discover world’s largest freshwater aquifer underneath the ocean floor.”

“Surveying the sub-seafloor off the eastern coast of the United States, researchers at Columbia University uncovered what appears to be the world’s largest freshwater aquifer. Believed to hold at least 670 cubic miles of fresh water, the discovery could usher in similar discoveries for other regions throughout the world.”

fresh 1

“The surprising discovery, from a new survey of the sub-seafloor off the northeast U.S. coast by researchers from Columbia University, appears to be the largest formation of this type anywhere in the world — stretching from Massachusetts to New Jersey and extending continuously out about 50 miles to the edge of the continental shelf.”

“Researchers said that if it was discovered on the surface it would create a lake covering some 15,000 square miles.”

That would be about half the size of Lake Superior, or about two-thirds the size of Lake Michigan.

‘“We knew there was fresh water down there in isolated places, but we did not know the extent or geometry,’ lead author Chloe Gustafson, a PhD. candidate at Columbia University’s Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory, said in a press statement.”

Okay…, this is all very well and good…, but I would have to question whether “we” knew this “fresh water” was down there, or if “we” only suspected it.  I don’t ever recall hearing anything about this type of thing before.

But here’s the kicker that justifies the use of the term “egghead.”

“Scientists also said that if the water was to ever be processed for consumption, it would need to be desalinated.”

Wait…, what?

Desalinated?

You “scientists” do understand that if the water would need to be “desalinated,” THEN IT’S NOT FRESH WATER!  IT’S SALT WATER!

I’m sorry, but am I missing something?

“The study was [original] published in the journal ‘Scientific Reports.’”

And none of the other “scientists” felt it necessary to point out that referring to salt water as fresh water kind of changes the whole concept of the report?

Brilliant.

fresh 4

Next we have an article by Karl Mathiesen for “The Guardian” website that asks, “Why is Antarctic sea ice at record levels despite global warming?”

Good question!

How dare this ice act in a way that contradicts all of our “climate change” claims!

“While Arctic sea ice continues to decline, Antarctic levels are confounding the world’s most trusted climate models with record highs for the third year running.”

fresh 2

So the Earth is “confounding” “the world’s most trusted climate models” with its ice growth? And for the third year in a row?

This sure doesn’t jive with the “climate change propaganda” I’ve been hearing over the past couple of years.

How about you?

And doesn’t it make sense that while the Arctic ice levels are in decline, the Antarctic ice levels are increasing?

You know…, I bet if you looked back in history, at times when the Antarctic ice levels were in decline, the Arctic ice levels were on the rise.

Just a guess.

Nothing scientific, but…, hey…, at least their claims and my claims would have that in common!

Mine would just make more sense, that’s all!

fresh 7

“Antarctic ice floes extended further than ever recorded this southern winter, confounding the world’s most-trusted climate models.”

“Ice floes extended further than EVER recorded!”

“Ever” is a long time.

‘“It’s not expected,’ says Professor John Turner, a climate expert at the British Antarctic Survey. ‘The world’s best 50 models were run and 95% of them have Antarctic sea ice decreasing over the past 30 years.’”

Like Gomer used to say, “Surprise, surprise, surprise.”

If those are your “50 best models,” and they are all pathetically wrong, what are you basing your claims on and why should anyone listen to anything you have to say?

Just sayin’.

“But Dr. Claire Parkinson, a senior scientist at Nasa’s Goddard Space Flight Centre, says increasing Antarctic ice does not contradict the general warming trend, ‘Not every location on the Earth is having the same responses to climate changes. The fact that ice in one part of the world is doing one thing and in another part ice is doing another is not surprising. The Earth is large and as the climate changes it is normal to see different things going on,’ says Parkinson.”

fresh 8

Wow.  You are wise Dr. Claire.  I’m pretty sure that most 5th graders could have made those deductions.

And basically what you’re saying is that no matter what happens with the Earth’s climate, we can twist it around to support our claims of global warming.

The “climate” changes all of the time, and we’ll give you that.  It’s been changing since the beginning of time, and all by itself, with no help from humans.

fresh 6

“In a video made by Eco Audit reader and journalist Fraser Johnston, Dr. Guy Williams, a sea ice scientist at the Tasmanian Institute for Marine and Antarctic Studies, says that even though it had fooled climate models the increasing sea ice was well understood by scientists.”

‘“In some ways it’s a bit counterintuitive for people trying to understand how global warming is affecting our polar regions, but in fact it’s actually completely in line with how climate scientists expect Antarctica and the Southern Ocean to respond. Particularly in respect to increased winds and increased melt water,’ said Williams.”

Okay…, so these ice occurrences are “well understood” and “completely in line with how climate scientists expect Antarctica and the Southern Ocean to respond,” yet earlier, Professor John Turner was quoted as saying these results were “not expected.”

So what is it?  Was this ice situation expected by you “scientists” or not?

It kind of sucks when reality doesn’t line up with your propaganda, doesn’t it, docs?

I get the feeling that the next “climate change” study that we get to read about will being with the words, “Once upon a time…”

fresh 5

What?!  The head of the Department of Homeland Security leaked information about their own planned raids?!

Who is this Benedict Arnold and why is he still employed?!

Brooke Singman, of Fox News, reported that, “Acting [Department of] Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Kevin McAleenan is being accused of leaking plans last week for scheduled Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) raids, after expressing fierce opposition and allegedly ordering top officials to ‘stand down’ on the operation.”

“A source familiar with the matter told Fox News that when the operation was in its planning phase two weeks ago, McAleenan ordered ICE Acting Director Mark Morgan to call off the deportation operation that was expected to target 2,000 families in up to 10 cities across the country. President Trump, however, ordered that Morgan continue as planned.”

If this is true…, Kevin McAleenan should at the very least be fired, along with being charged with reckless endangerment of the lives of the men and women who are to execute these raids on illegal immigrants who had already been ordered to leave the United States. It is anyone’s right to disagree with any given operation, but it IS NOT anyone’s right to intentionally sabotage an authorized operation and place people’s lives at risk!

dhs 1

What is wrong with these people!

In the military, disobeying a direct order, especially from The Commander in Chief, would get you a court martial.

This is just another example of an unelected, deep state, “swamp monster” deciding to take matters in their own hands against the administration’s wishes.

dhs 2

I’m sure former President Obama is finding the whole thing quite entertaining, as these holdover traitors from his administration continually cause these types of self-inflicted embarrassments for the Trump administration.

It’s a shame, but it really can be avoided either.  You just can’t fire thousands and thousands of people from all of these different departments. The problem is that Washington D.C. is infested with liberals, and therein lies the problem. That’s “the swamp.”

Also…, saying that 2,000 “families” are being targeted is misinformation being used as a way of ginning up some level of sympathy for these individuals…, and that’s what they are…, individuals.  We have no way of knowing what their “family” situation may or may not be.

Singman added that, “On Friday, The Washington Post published a story with explicit details of the planned raids, citing U.S. officials familiar with the operation. The story, written by Post immigration reporter Nick Miroff, said the raids would take place before dawn, in major cities including Houston, Chicago, Miami and Los Angeles. Miroff also reported that the planned raids would begin on Sunday.”

And everyone at the Washington Post thought this was a good idea as well?

Do you think The Washington Post would have printed the plans for D-Day if they could have gotten their hands on them?

This whole situation really makes me wonder.

Tom Homan, the former head of ICE, stated, ‘“You’ve got the acting secretary of Homeland Security resisting what ICE is trying to do,’ Homan said. ‘He does not support this operation, and I tell you what, if that’s his position, then he’s on the wrong side of this issue.’”

And that, I would say is putting it mildly.

“He noted that the leaked story ‘gave the location of the cities, the day this was supposed to start, how many targets’ and added: ‘This leak — which I know where the leak came from, I think we all know where the leak came from, that story only benefits one person — put these officers at greater risk of harm.’”

‘“To have somebody within DHS leak this information that would have put the general public, as well as our officers in danger—that is one of the most egregious leaks I have ever seen in my life,’ the source told Fox News, noting that ‘you can’t go forward with an operation once everyone knows the time, the place, the details. ICE officers and other law enforcement would have been put directly in harm’s way.’”

“Sources also told The Washington Examiner that McAleenan was behind the leak.”

If Kevin McAleenan was behind the leak, I would suggest to him that he not turn his back to any ICE agents if he happens to be out in the field for any reason.

dhs 3

The President has since announced that the plan would be delayed for two weeks to give congressional Democrats and Republicans time to come to a bipartisan solution on the border crisis. Trump warned though that if an agreement could not be reached, deportations would begin.

“The change of plans came after [President] Trump, earlier in the week, said that ICE would ‘begin the process of removing millions of illegal aliens who have illicitly found their way into the United States.’”

dhs 5

Delaying the raids by two weeks was a good call Mr. President.  Not only does it put the onus back on Congress…, but it allows the administration time re-plan the raids, with an emphasis on keeping sensitive information away from these saboteurs and rats.

“DemoRATS” to be specific!

WINNING!

UFOs are flying back into the news…, again!

This seems to be a growing trend.  And most of the news has been coming directly from the government or the military…, which is quite unusual.

Typically they are the ones denying this or denying that, or just refusing to comment altogether.

So what’s going on?

According to Sam Dorman of Fox News, “The Defense Department reportedly briefed Senate Intelligence Committee Vice Chairman Mark Warner, D-Va., on Wednesday, along with two other senators as part of what appeared to be heightened efforts to inform politicians about naval encounters with unidentified aircraft.”

ufos 2

This is highly unusual!  The Defense Department initiating briefings and volunteering information!  Unheard of!

“As part of a program investigating the issue, Navy personnel reportedly told Pentagon officials that they encountered aircraft that appeared to ‘defy the laws of physics and aerodynamics while in military airspace.’”

ufos 5

“Navy strike group pilots also reported seeing strange objects flying above 30,000 feet at hypersonic speeds with no visible engine or infrared exhaust fumes, according to the New York Times.”

ufos 3

These comments don’t leave much room for doubt, do they?  The Navy is obviously beginning the process of covering its backside, because they don’t know what else to do at this point.

“Asked if he knew if there was evidence of extraterrestrial life, President Trump said: ‘I think our great pilots would know. And some of them see things a little bit different from the past. We’re watching, and you’ll be the first to know.’”

“Christopher Mellon, former Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Intelligence, has said that the U.S. knew UFOs existed. ‘We know that UFOs exist. This is no longer an issue,’ he said. ‘The issue is why are they here, where are they coming from, and what is the technology behind these devices that we are observing?’”

ufos 1

This is a “former Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Intelligence” saying this.

As I have discussed in previous blogs, if these things are extraterrestrial in nature, we’re dealing with beings that are FAR more advanced than we are.

If we’re dealing with UFOs that have earthly origins, from other countries, then we are in big trouble as well…, because we obviously are lagging far behind someone technology-wise.

ufos 4

Stay tuned.  I’ll keep you posted on the whole subject of UFOs as more information comes out.

The truth is out there…, and it’s getting closer all the time.

Welcome to “The Peoples Racism Court!” Better known as the TV show, “The View.”

The hosts of “The View” are apparently the official arbiters of who is and who is not a racist in this country.

Sam Dorman of Fox News reported that, ‘“The View’ hosts defend Joe Biden from Dem attacks, say there’s a ‘real racist in the White House.’”

‘“The View’ hosts on Thursday pushed back on race-based criticisms of former Vice President Joe Biden, suggesting that by calling him a ‘racist,’ people were trivializing real racism in the White House.”

‘“Joe Biden is not a racist, and I would never call him a racist especially when I believe we have a true racist sitting in the White House,’ host Sunny Hostin said, receiving support from co-hosts Whoopi Goldberg and Joy Behar.”

race 10

So you would “NEVER” call Biden a racist…, huh, Sunny…, huh, Whoopi…, huh, Joy?

But we have a “true racist” in The White House though?

racist

And we all know why this is the case per you and your friends…, BECAUSE JOE BIDEN IS A DEMOCRAT, A LIBERAL, AND A CARD CARRYING, LIFETIME, MEMBER OF ‘THE SWAMP!”

Joe Biden could run around Washington D.C. calling every black person he saw the “N word,” and he would get a free racism pass.

reps 10

And what is it exactly that President Trump said or did that earned him the title of a “true racist?”

Hmmm?

Go ahead…, talk amongst yourselves…, I’ll wait.

Still waiting…

Still waiting…

Oh, well…, get back to me when you actually come up with something…, I won’t hold my breath!

“Goldberg, who grew up during the civil rights era, implied it was ridiculous to call Biden a racist and defended him for working with segregationists as a senator. ‘There are real racists out there,’ she exclaimed.”

You’re such a phony, and a hypocrite, Whoopi.

It’s just as “ridiculous” to call President Trump a racist, and you know it.

“She went on to tell Biden’s competitors to beat him in debates but not to call him a racist. ‘You can’t call the dude a racist. He sat for eight years with a black guy,’ she said, referring to former President Barack Obama.”

And she doesn’t even realize how much of a racist she sounds like.

Only a racist constantly sees things through the eyes of a racial perspective…, black or white.

“Reparations?!”  What you talkin’ ‘bout Willis?!

Ooops…, I mean Sheila, and Corey, and Kamala!

Adam Shaw of Fox News reported that, “The question of slavery reparations for black Americans was the subject of a fiery and emotional House Judiciary Committee hearing Wednesday as Democrats called for measures to address America’s ‘original sin’ — while Republicans described such payments as an ‘injustice’ and ‘almost certainly unconstitutional.’”

“The Constitution, Civil Rights and Civil Liberties subcommittee held the hearing on H.R. 40 — a bill by Rep. Sheila Jackson-Lee, D-Texas, to set up a commission to study and develop a response to the question of reparations for slavery.”

‘“The role of the federal government in supporting the institution of slavery and subsequent discrimination directed against blacks is an injustice that must be formally acknowledged and addressed,’ Jackson-Lee said.”

I believe slavery, injustice and discrimination have been addressed by our government, Ms. Jackson-Lee.  I believe our government and our country has evolved quite well since the mid-1800s.

‘“I just simply ask: Why not and why not now?’ she [Jackson-Lee] said.

I would “simply” answer “Why?”

“Sen. Cory Booker, D-N.J., who is running for president and has introduced a version of Jackson-Lee’s bill in the Senate, said it is wrong to present the issue as one American writing a check for another, and called on lawmakers to deal with what he said is continued racism in America.”

“Citing racial disparities on issues such as health and education, he said America has a criminal justice system “that is indeed a form of new Jim Crow.”

‘“And so we as a nation have not yet truly acknowledged and grappled with racism and white supremacy that has tainted this country’s founding and continues to persist in those deep racial disparities and inequalities today,’ he said.”

“Meanwhile, former NFL player and conservative author Burgess Owens pointed to the Democratic Party as historically responsible for injustices against black Americans, from slavery to the Ku Klux Klan to the literacy rates for black Americans in Democratic states and cities.”

‘“How about the Democratic Party pay for all the misery brought to my race, and those who after they learn our history decide to stay there … and every white American, Republican or Democrat that feels guilty because of their white skin should need to pony up also — that way we can get past this reparation and recognize that this country has given us greatness,’ he said.”

Now there’s a proposal I could get behind!

“A Fox News poll in April found that [over] 60 percent of Americans oppose paying cash reparations to descendants of slaves, while just 32 percent support it.”

It seems that we have about 30%-35% of the people in this country who support just about any type of liberal craziness that comes down the road.

reps 3

Let’s take a moment to get real about this whole reparations deal, now.

First…, let’s be clear…, reparations for African Americans regarding slavery is not going to happen.

reps 2

And second…, all of these discussions about it are only disingenuous political theater aimed at some African-American voters who are looking to get something for nothing, disingenuous political theater aimed at creating an additional racial divide in our country, and generally a big waste of time.

reps 10

That being said…, I have a few additional comments regarding the topic of “reparations:”

  1. No one who actually was a slave is still alive.
  2. On one who actually owned a slave is still alive.
  3. Looking at “African-Americans” like Senator Corey Booker or Senator Kamala Harris, who are lighter skinned than some white people with a moderate tan, makes me wonder if they would propose payments based on what percentage any person actually was African? If you were 20% African, would you get a check for 20% of a full reparation check?
  4. If someone, who was a slave, had 100 documented descendants, would that reparations check be divided by 100 first and reduced by the percentage of African descent noted above?
  5. And who would pay for these reparations? It certainly wouldn’t be fair for people who are descendants of people from the northern states, who didn’t have any slaves, would it?
  6. And what about the descendants of people from the northern states, who fought and died in the Civil War in order to free the slaves? Shouldn’t these families get a kick-back from the people receiving reparations as well?  I mean, after all, we wouldn’t even be talking about reparations if the North hadn’t won the Civil War.

reps 9

Just a few things to consider when pondering all of this craziness.

And what ever happened to The Congress dealing with our immigration problems, our country’s infrastructure, health care, and the ever increasing national debt, just to name a few important pending issues?

reps 7

I guess we know where the priorities of the democrats lie…, and if you’re not an illegal immigrant or people looking for a hand-out, you’re out of luck.

UFOs are back in the headlines!

I must admit that I have an interest and a curiosity in the subject of UFOs.

On one hand my interest and curiosity lies with the possibility that we are being visited by extraterrestrials, and on the other hand we have the U.S. government seemingly trying to cover up this possible UFO activity, which peeks my interest as well.

ufos 5

Taking the “laws” of nature and physics into consideration, it is extremely likely that there are other intelligent life forms out there in the universe, but it is also extremely unlikely they’ve been able to visit us.

The closest star system to Earth is Alpha Centauri, which is 4.22 million light years away; meaning if we could travel at the speed of light (which we can’t) it would take us 4.22 million years to get there.

And that’s the closest star!

See what I mean when I say “it is also extremely unlikely they’ve been able to visit us.”

But…, we make those assumptions based only on knowing what we know.  We don’t know what we don’t know yet!  Science learns more every day, and Man’s limitations are changed every day as well.  So who knows?

But that begs the question, if nothing is happening regarding UFOs, why the need to cover anything up?

ufos 4

If nothing is happening regarding UFOs, why the need to draft new guidelines to report these “encounters?”

According to Christopher Carbone for Fox News, this is exactly what the U.S. Nay is currently doing.  “The U.S. Navy is drafting new guidelines for pilots and other employees to report encounters with ‘unidentified aircraft.’”

ufos 1

“The new effort comes in response to more sightings of unknown, advanced aircraft flying into or near Navy strike groups or other sensitive military facilities and formations, according to the Navy.”

‘“There have been a number of reports of unauthorized and/or unidentified aircraft entering various military-controlled ranges and designated air space in recent years,’ the Navy said in a statement to Politico, which first reported the move.”

ufos 3

“For safety and security concerns, the Navy and the [U.S. Air Force] take these reports very seriously and investigates each and every report.”

“The initiative comes amid increasing interest from lawmakers and the public following the release of classified files from the Defense Intelligence Agency which revealed the funding of projects that investigated UFOs, wormholes, alternate dimensions and other obscure topics…”

Hmmm.

“That research, first reported by The New York Times in 2017, was funded by the Department of Defense under its Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP) and reportedly spent $25 million conducting studies and trying to evaluate multiple unexplained events.”

“Chris Mellon, a former Pentagon intelligence official and ex-staffer on the Senate Intelligence Committee, told Politico that establishing a more structured, official means of reporting what the military now calls ‘unexplained aerial phenomena’ (UAP), rather than ‘unidentified flying objects,’ would be a ‘sea change’ (a profound or notable transformation).”

“Right now, we have a situation in which UFOs and UAPs are treated as anomalies to be ignored rather than anomalies to be explored,” he added.

Christopher Wilson of Yahoo News adds that, “The Navy has updated its guidelines for pilots to report unidentified flying objects, the New York Times reported, following a series of mysterious sightings off the East Coast.”

“The Navy pilots [involved with these sightings] will be part of a new History Channel series, ‘Unidentified: Inside America’s UFO Investigation.’”

“The newspaper says pilots based on the aircraft carrier Theodore Roosevelt saw the objects — some of which they described as spinning like tops and reaching 30,000 feet — during the summer of 2014 through March 2015 in training exercises off the Atlantic coast from Virginia to Florida.  In 2014, an F/A-18 Super Hornet pilot reported nearly colliding with one [a UFO]. Two pilots were quoted by name in the story. They said they began to see the objects after receiving upgraded radar systems.”

‘“People have seen strange stuff in military aircraft for decades,’ Lt. Ryan Graves said. ‘We’re doing this very complex mission, to go from 30,000 feet, diving down.  It would be a pretty big deal to have something up there.’”

Ya…, I’d say so.

There have been other such reports over the years.

The truth is out there my friends.

The truth is out there.
