Brian Flood of Fox News reports that, “MSNBC’s Anand Giridharadas [says that] Americans’ ‘freedom obsession’ blinds them to other ‘threats.’

Oh, really? You’re an American Anand. What’s with the “them” reference?

Anyway…, please…, go on.

“MSNBC contributor Anand Giridharadas declared on Wednesday that Americans have a ‘freedom obsession’ when speaking about the coronavirus pandemic during an appearance on ‘Morning Joe.’”

Oh, I get it now. For the sake of this interview, when Giridharadas uses the term “Americans,” he is really referring to us “deplorables.”

Just for reference sake, Anand Giridharadas is a former columnist for The fake news New York Times.

And, yes, Mr. Giridharadas, we “Americans” do have a “freedom obsession,” since our kind of “American freedom” shouldn’t be taken for granted. And our kind of “American freedom” was bitterly fought for and defended with the lives and the blood of millions of American fathers, brothers, mothers, sisters, sons and daughters.

Our freedom did not come freely, and we’re not going to hand it over for any reason…, to include a virus, climate change, or whatever.

“Giridharadas continues by asking, ‘One of the fundamental questions to me is, what’s going to be our relationship to government, the idea of government after this?’”

True Americans’ relationship with government is that of a necessary evil.

Let me say that again. True Americans’ relationship with government is that of a necessary evil. We don’t view government as our friend, our mommy, our daddy, or our baby sitter.

Remember…, the second amendment to the US Constitution says, “…being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.” This was put into The Constitution not for our right to have weapons to go hunting. This was put into The Constitution to guarantee the American people would be able to defend themselves against an oppressive government.

And you think we have a “freedom obsession.”

This guy has really given this a lot of thought!

So, now you’re referring to us deplorables as cavemen and cavewomen?

And you claim our country was “founded on slavery and genocide?”

Allow me to correct you Mr. Giridharadas.

The United States of America WAS NOT “founded on slavery and genocide.”

Slavery was a component of our country’s history, just as slavery was a component of most countries’ histories, and it was a practice our country corrected.

And “genocide [the deliberate killing of a large group of people, especially those of a particular ethnic group or nation]?” The European immigrants (And you like immigrants, don’t you?) and later our young country was in a war with the Native Americans. People on both sides died fighting this war. And The United States won that war. Even though we won that war…, if you look at how our Native Americans are being treated today, even though they were a conquered people, you would have to say they’re doing pretty good. Even better than pretty good. They are respected and supported by our government.

Our history with the Native American “Indians” is a FAR cry from genocide.

We’re not “blind” Mr. Giridharadas…, and we’re certainly not afraid…, we’re just able to put it all into perspective…, from the deplorable point of view.

“Giridharadas said a ‘more recent, kind of 40-year version’ is the ‘Reagan war on government,’ which he said is an idea that impacts Americans on both sides of the aisle.”

President Reagan was a wise man, and he put America and the American people first, just like President Trump does. Although we can track this acknowledgement of freedom back even earlier to President Kennedy.

‘“There’s a hard version on the right, there’s a small c, conservative kind of militant version of it, but it has also infected many people on the left in this passive sense, like ‘I believe in government,’ but ‘I would never go work there,’ or ‘I believe in government but, you know, I kind of like don’t like my taxes too high, or I use trusts in the Cayman Islands.’”

Your level of confusion, Mr. Giridharadas, is truly impressive!

“Militant?” This could be, or may be, I guess.

“Infected many people on the left?” It seems that you’re confusing some democrats opening their eyes and waking up with them being slightly “infected’” by conservatism.

Okay…, and here comes the perfunctory Trump bashing segment of Giridharadas’ comments.

“Giridharadas said ‘The more recent Trump-era twist is when…you put someone who can barely read a sentence in government, in the figure of Donald Trump, and it becomes true [that] government sucks, because you made it suck by telling everybody it sucks. I think the most important thing that could come out of this is realizing the government is not the biggest threat to our liberty.’”

Oh. No?!

Have you been paying attention to what the FBI and the DOJ attempted to do to President Trump and his associates? I would have to say that our government [at least “the deep state” and “the swamp”] has shown itself to absolutely be “the biggest threat to our liberty.”

‘“It can be a threat to our liberty but we’re threatened by many, many things and what the government fundamentally does is protect us.’”

Theoretically, our government should have our best interests in mind and be protecting us…, but in many cases that is just not the case.

“Stephanie Ruhle pitched the idea Wednesday during an interview with Jim Messina, who served as deputy chief of staff of operations under former President Barack Obama.”

Uh, helloooo Stephanie…, the democrats already have a “shadow government” set up…, it’s called “the deep state,” or “the swamp.”

Unless you’re calling for a Civil War type of situation, like when the Confederates established their own separate government.

You do realize that President Trump’s administration is our administration…, The United States’ administration, don’t you?

Thank you for all of your misinformation and disingenuous hyping of the whole coronavirus situation.

The world and the United States has faced many infectious diseases before, and we face the common flu every year, but we have never seen this level of outright hysteria demonstrated before.

“The annual flu” routinely kills hundreds and hundreds of times the people that the coronavirus has, and will, kill, and we already have a vaccine for it as well!

Where has the hysteria been about that?

Where have the quarantines been about that?

Where have the school and business closings been about that?

Why are tens of thousands of deaths acceptable every year from one virus, but these thousands of deaths are not from another virus?

Thanks to the fake news’ eagerness to hang any bit of bad news on President Trump, they have now established a precedent that is going to make everyone’s life a living hell every year or every other year at least.

The threat of getting sick is now going to be dictating how we live our lives.

How are all of the politicians going to have to respond in the future to any disease floating around out there?

Are we going to have case counts and death counts for the flu every year now as well?

I hope not…, because those numbers would really be scary…, not like these wimpy coronavirus numbers.

Is it ever going to be “safe” again to gather together in large numbers?

Has the era of going to the movies, concerts, and sporting events come to an end?

Are we doomed to watch everything from remotely from the safety of our homes now?

“If someone had simply stopped and double-checked some math, they might have saved MSNBC’s Brian Williams and New York Times editorial board member Mara Gay some embarrassment and an apology Thursday night.”

“Instead, both Williams and Gay marveled on air in reaction to a Twitter user’s post about Mike Bloomberg’s campaign spending.”

“Trouble is, the post had gotten the math all wrong – yet neither Williams nor Gay seemed to notice.”

“The Super Tuesday evening post, now deleted, said: ‘Bloomberg spent $500 million on ads. The U.S. population is 327 million. He could have given each American $1 million and still have money left over, I feel like a $1 million check would be life-changing for people. Yet he wasted it all on ads and STILL LOST.’”

‘“It’s an incredible way of putting it,’ Williams gushed.”

Joseph A. Wulfsohn of Fox News says, “MSNBC anchor Chuck Todd is facing backlash on Monday night for suggesting that supporters for Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., are part of a ‘digital brown shirt brigade.’”

According to urbandictionay .com, “brown shirts” are, “Soldiers in Hitler’s storm trooper army during the Nazi regime. They were called this because of the colored shirts they wore. To call someone a ‘brown shirt’ is to call them a Nazi soldier, usually hinting that they oppose human rights or freedom.”

“During a panel discussion on Sanders’ surge ahead of the New Hampshire primary, Todd cited a column critical of Sanders’ online support,” Wulfsohn added.

‘“I want to bring up something that Jonathan Last put in The Bulwark today,’ Todd began. ‘Here’s what he says, “No other candidate has anything like this digital brown shirt brigade. I mean, except for Donald Trump. The question that no one is asking is this; what if you can’t win the presidency without an online mob? What if we now live in a world having a bullying, agro-social media running around, hobbling everyone who sticks their head up is either an important ingredient for or a critical marker of success?”’”

A day after President Trump held a rally in North Carolina, the two House Republican candidates there were victorious.

Dan Bishop, in the ninth district won by 2 percentage points, while Greg Murphy won the third district by 25 percentage points!

So what were the headlines this morning at CNN and MSNBC?

“House Republicans escaped disaster in North Carolina, but…”

“GOP’s narrow North Carolina victory is bad news for Trump in 2020”

“Does a tight win for NC Republican Dan Bishop spell 2020 trouble for Trump?”

And…

“Alarm bells should be ringing at Trump HQ after N.C. House scare!”

Can you imagine what they would have been like had the Republicans lost?

No liberal bias on display here at all! NOT!

Over $20 million was spent on this election!

The fact of the matter is that the Democrats had a reasonably good candidate and invested millions and millions of dollars in this election for the ninth district…, AND STILL LOST.

That is the story here.

Another story here is President Trump’s influence on these elections.

I saw an article on the MSNBC website that stated, “Dems admit ‘Trump bump’ helped in North Carolina special congressional election.”

Interestingly enough, the article was taken down shortly after I saw it.

It just disappeared!

Can you imagine that?

It must have been deemed “too positive” towards The President to be allowed to continue to be viewed.

And how could there even be a “Trump bump” with his approval numbers supposedly dropping, the economy going into a supposed recession, along with him supposedly being a racist, a homophobe, a misogynist, and any other “ist” you can think of?

Like I said, “The ‘Biased, Liberal Propaganda, Fake News Media’ strikes again!!!”

“Dumb and Dumber: The Next Generation…,” appearing nightly on CNN!

… and MSNBC is right there with them.

According to Joseph A. Wulfsohn of Fox News, “CNN’s Don Lemon defends importance of ‘Sharpiegate’ coverage: ‘This is a news story.’”

“Sharpiegate?”

Seriously?

“A news story?”

It sure doesn’t take much for the “biased, liberal propaganda, fake news media” to “jump on” President Trump.

In this case, it was just because a line was drawn on some map showing an additional area of potential concern at the time, regarding Hurricane Dorian.

Really?

“CNN anchor Don Lemon offered a passionate defense of what he had referred to as ‘Sharpiegate,’ the controversy of the Hurricane Dorian map President Trump presented in the White House that included a marking near Alabama on a map of the storm’s projected path.”

This is something Lemon chooses to be “passionate” about?

“Trump has been criticized for tweeting Sunday morning that Alabama was among the states expected to be affected by the hurricane. Forecasts at the time from the National Weather Service, however, projected that the state would be spared.”

Well, gentlemen…, forecasts change. What else can we tell you? Big deal.

What is CNN trying to insinuate here? That President Trump intentionally tried to give the people there false information?

I really don’t think so.

“On CNN, Lemon defended the heightened attention the controversy has gotten.”

Well, of course he did.

‘“You know, I hear the president’s apologists saying, ‘Oh, it’s petty. You shouldn’t be focusing on it. No, this is a news story,’ Lemon began. ‘This is the president of the United States and if you can’t trust what’s coming out of the president of the United States’ mouth, then where are we? Who are we, especially as journalists? Why wouldn’t we cover that? You’re supposed to be able to trust the president. … Accurate information should be coming from the highest office in the land instead of doubling down on what, quite frankly, is not the truth.’”

A NOAA spokesperson said: “From Wednesday, August 28, through Monday, September 2, the information provided by NOAA and the National Hurricane Center to President Trump and the wider public demonstrated that tropical-storm-force winds from Hurricane Dorian could impact Alabama. This is clearly demonstrated in Hurricane Advisories #15 through #41, [which can be viewed on the NOAA website]. The Birmingham National Weather Service’s Sunday morning tweet spoke in absolute terms that were inconsistent with probabilities from the best forecast products available at the time.”

“The President’s apologists?”

Why exactly would any apology be required?

And yes, Mr. Lemon, you are being very “petty” here.

Do we remember the same type of “journalistic outrage” when President Obama said, “Under our proposals, if you like your doctor, you keep your doctor. If you like your current insurance, you keep that insurance. Period, end of story.”

And President Obama repeated this lie over 20 times all around the country!

Did our friends at CNN lose their trust in President Obama at the time?

No.

Did our friends at CNN even both to question what the Politifact.com website termed “The lie of the year?”

No.

But this they choose to make a big deal about?

It just goes to show…, again, the biased negative treatment that is reserved for President Trump.

“Lemon’s colleague Chris Cuomo piled on the president [you don’t say], insisting the ‘bar’ for credibility from the White House is low and that Trump has ‘put himself first’ over all other considerations as he performs his duties.”

“Cuomo then blasted White House press secretary Stephanie Grisham for going after CNN over a botched graphic in which the network mislabeled Alabama as ‘Mississippi.’”

So, as usual, CNN can dish it out but it can’t take it.

‘“Here’s the thing… nobody’s perfect. No organization is perfect. When we make a mistake, what do we do? We say “We made a mistake, we’re sorry” and we correct it.’ Lemon responded. ‘Simple as that. That is the big difference. If you’re the president of the United States … ‘I made a mistake… my bad. There’s a lot going on… let’s move on.’ We would not be talking about it right now.’”

Ha! Well that doesn’t seem to be the case here does it? CNN didn’t just move on as “simple as that.”

In fact, just the opposite. They won’t drop the matter and continue to be inflammatory towards The President and his Press Secretary.

“Thanks, Stephanie,” CNN responded via Twitter, ‘Yes, we made a mistake (which we fixed in less than 30 seconds). And now we are admitting it. You all should try it sometime,’ per Shawn Langlois of MarketWatch.”

Not be out done…, MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough warned, “‘There Are Consequences’ to ‘SharpieGate’ and Foreign Leaders Seeing Trump ‘This Unstable,’ According to Lindsey Ellefson of The Wrap.

‘“So much of this is just farce and I’ve gotten to the point I don’t pull my hair out at the ignorance and the nonsense, but in a case like this, he panicked people in Alabama. Now he’s lying about it,’ the ‘Morning Joe’ host said, contrasting Trump with previous presidents whose ‘attention and focus was on protecting people who were in the path of the storm.’”

We’re so quick to call someone a “liar” now, aren’t we Joe?

You’re absolutely sure about that now are you?

I never heard you call Barack Obama a “liar.”

In fact…, I never heard you call any democrat a “liar.”

Just sayin’.

‘“Of course, the whole world is watching. There are consequences, in Russia, China, Saudi Arabia, and across the world, that our leader seems this detached and this unstable, emotionally,’ said Scarborough.”

Believe me…, you NEVER saw these types of adversarial comments when it came to the Obama administration.

ALL ABOARD! All aboard the liberal “crazy train!”

Yes…, it’s all aboard the “liberal crazy train…,” again!

The liberals/democrats have lost their minds when it comes to President Trump.

Every time I hear their latest rounds of accusations, name calling and profanity laced “stupidness…,” I don’t think they can get much worse…, but then manage to up their “crazy ante!”

Now, regarding the Dayton and El Paso shootings we hear:

“NBC News contributor raises suspicions over Trump’s order to fly US flags half-staff until Aug. 8,” according to Lukas Mikelionis of Fox News”

“NBC News contributor Frank Figliuzzi said Tuesday that President Trump’s decision to fly American flags half-staff until Aug. 8– in response to the El Paso and Dayton mass shootings– could be seen by white supremacists as a nod to Adolf Hitler.”

What?!

“Figliuzzi, a former FBI assistant director for counterintelligence, made the claim during an MSNBC broadcast with Brian Williams. Trump issued the order on Sunday ‘as a mark of solemn respect’ for the victims of the shootings.”

‘“The President’s either getting really good advice and rejecting it, or he’s getting really bad advice,’ he [Figliuzzi] said. ‘We have to understand the adversary and the threat we’re dealing with, and if we don’t understand how they think we’ll never understand how to counter them, so it’s the little things and the language and messaging that matters.’”

‘“The president says that we will fly our flags at half-mast until August 8, that’s 8/8. Now I’m not going to imply that he did this deliberately, but I am using it as an example of the ignorance of the adversary that’s being demonstrated by the White House,’ Figliuzzi continued. ‘The numbers 8/8 are very significant in the neo-Nazi and the white supremacy movement. Why? Because the letter “H” is the eighth letter of the alphabet, and to them, the numbers 8/8 stand for “Heil Hitler.”’”

They say that Mr. Figliuzzi, is “a former FBI assistant director for counterintelligence.” I would have to agree that his statements are “counter-intelligent!”

Please keep in mind that President Trump said, “Our nation is overcome with shock, horror and sorrow. We are outraged and sickened by this monstrous evil. In one voice, our nation must condemn racism, bigotry and white supremacy. These sinister ideologies must be defeated. Hatred has no place in America.”

How you can translate these words into a “Hitler love fest” is beyond me.

Next, according to Joseph A. Wulfson of Fox News, “MSNBC host Nicolle Wallace issued an apology Tuesday evening over remarks made during a panel discussion stemming from a guest’s suggestion that President Trump has been ‘talking about exterminating Latinos.’”

Again…, What?!

“On Monday, Wallace led a conversation where USA Today opinion columnist Raul Reyes slammed Trump’s remarks condemning white supremacy since he had ‘basically declared open season on Latinos’ during his entire presidency.”

‘“President Obama used the power of the presidency to try to pass comprehensive immigration reform, with the Latino community, Latino leaders, at the table. You now have a president, as you said, talking about exterminating Latinos.’”

Cuckoo, cuckoo!

How this “talking head” can extrapolate ANYTHING President Trump has said into him wanting to “exterminate Latinos” is pure craziness or an intentional attempt at pathetic misinformation of the highest degree.

“After her remarks went viral on Tuesday, the ‘Deadline: White House’ host took to Twitter to clarify that she ‘misspoke.’”

‘“I misspoke about Trump calling for an extermination of Latinos. My mistake was unintentional and I’m sorry,’ Wallace said.”

I’m sorry Ms. Wallace…, but you didn’t misspeak…, your comments WERE completely intentional…, and you are totally NOT sorry.

You are simply a liar and you’re crazy.

According to Sam Dorman of Fox News, ‘“Morning Joe’ host claims Trump ‘seems to want’ white nationalist terror attacks.”

“MSNBC host Mika Brzezinski Tuesday shockingly floated the idea that President Trump — despite his speech denouncing white supremacy on the previous day — actually wanted white nationalists to carry out attacks like the mass shooting that left more than 20 dead in El Paso, Texas on Saturday.”

‘“You have to ask the question, Joe, and I’ll ask you, isn’t it okay to deduce that at this point this is what he wants?’ Brzezinski asked on ‘Morning Joe.’”

‘“He is inciting hatred, inciting violence, inciting racism if he doesn’t unequivocally call it off and say, this is wrong and we stand together against this and we are doing this, this and this to help fight hate crimes.’”

‘“I mean this is a president who seems to want these things to happen. How else can this be explained?’ she asked.”

“Rather than pushing back on her claims, husband and co-host Joe Scarborough piled onto the idea that Trump was ‘inciting hatred.’ ‘As you know, he’s inciting hatred now and he’s been inciting hatred up until yesterday because he sees that as a good political strategy,’ Scarborough said.”

AGAIN…, please keep in mind that President Trump said, “Our nation is overcome with shock, horror and sorrow. We are outraged and sickened by this monstrous evil. What are Mr. and Mrs. Brzezinski talking about?!

The only way to describe their remarks is by saying they are delusional.

They are obviously living in some strange “Trump derangement syndrome” fantasy world, and they have a show on MSNBC which broadcasts their craziness on a daily basis.

Then, lastly (at least for now), we have Mr. “one percent in the polls” Beto O’Rourke.

According to Joseph A. Wulfsohn of Fox News, “Over the past several days, O’Rourke has slammed the president, who he has placed blame for the massacre. The former congressman declared that Trump is a ‘racist’ and compared his language to Nazi Germany’s Third Reich.”

‘“That is a leader reveling in the hatred and the racism of the people that he purports to serve and to lead,’ O’Rourke said Monday.”

It seems it doesn’t matter what The President actually says.

No matter what The President says, the democrats have this narrative they attribute to The President which highlights racism and hatred.

They just keep spouting this stuff with no apparent concern for the truth.

As always, the democrats’ only concern is bad-mouthing President Trump, regardless of the divisiveness or hatefulness that creates.

Oh, Hillary…, lying for you is as easy as breathing, isn’t it?

When talking with MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow, Hillary Clinton said the most important thing she learned from the Mueller report was “the Russians were successful” in sowing “discord and divisiveness.”

First of all, “Crooked Hillary,” you, yourself, did not read one word of the Mueller report, so you actually learned nothing from it.

Then you, “Crooked Hillary,” suggest it was the Russians who were “successful in sowing discord and divisiveness” during the 2016 election, when in all actuality it was you, “Crooked Hillary” and your crooked partners in crime! You know…, the same people you gave money to so they could give money to Christopher Steele to collude with the Russians and help to fabricate the infamous dossier. You know…, the real colluders with the Russians…, You, “Crooked Hillary,” the DNC, the company Fusion GPS and Nellie Ohr, the wife of Justice Department official Bruce Ohr. This is all common knowledge now, except many Americans are not aware of it thanks to the complicit “biased, liberal propaganda, fake news media.”

The next thing that oozes from “Crooked Hillary’s” mouth is, “China, if you’re listening, why don’t you get Trump’s tax returns?”

“Turnabout,” she hypothetically suggests to MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow, “might be fair play.”

Then again it might not.

You, “Crooked Hillary,” wouldn’t be inciting operatives of the Chinese government to illegally obtain and distribute information about the current President of the United States, would you?

Because if you were, I would consider that a treasonous act and you, “Crooked Hillary,” an accessory to that crime…, another crime…, another crime in a long list of crimes.

According to Bianca Quilantan for Politico, “Hillary Clinton on Wednesday night suggested that if the Justice Department was going to let Russia get away with interfering in the 2016 presidential election, it might be OK if one of the 2020 Democratic candidates enlisted China for help.”

Speaking again to Rachel Maddow on her MSNBC show, ‘“Imagine, Rachel, that you had one of the Democratic nominees for 2020 on your show, and that person said, you know, the only other adversary of ours who is anywhere near as good as the Russians is China,’ Clinton told Maddow. ‘So why should Russia have all the fun? And since Russia is clearly backing Republicans, why don’t we ask China to back us?’”

‘“And not only that, China, if you’re listening, why don’t you get Trump’s tax returns?’ Clinton continued. ‘I’m sure our media would richly reward you.’”

I’m sure our “biased, liberal propaganda, fake news media” would reward them too! Just as long as they don’t come around with dirt on you or the democrats, right!

I’m also sure that China would be more than happy to back the democrats and go back to the Obama days when they were getting away with economic murder all of those one-sided trade deals.

“Clinton said the No. 1 thing she learned from reading special counsel Robert Mueller’s partially redacted report (which she didn’t read) was that Russia conducted a “sweeping and systemic interference” in the 2016 election and has not been held accountable. And that she worries there is reason to believe Russia will do it again.”

Extra! Extra! Read all about it! Russia has been trying to interfere, and interfering, in our elections for like the last 70 years! This is nothing new and I’m sure they won’t quit trying now.

Mrs. Clinton, “Crooked Hillary,” is just one giant and continuous misinformation machine. In other words, lies roll off of her tongue like water flows over a waterfall.

“When asked about Attorney General William Barr’s testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee earlier Wednesday, Clinton said that ‘calling for his resignation makes perfect sense.’”

‘“I think that the Democrats on the committee did a good job today in exposing that he is the president’s defense lawyer,’ Clinton said. ‘He is not the attorney general of the United States in the way that he has conducted himself.’ Clinton added that House Democrats ‘have every reason to’ find Barr in contempt.”

Standing up for the truth, the law and common sense does not make you “the President’s defense lawyer,” Hillary.

You, “Crooked Hillary,” feel that “calling for his [Attorney General Barr’s] resignation makes perfect sense.” Oh, you mean like when Obama’s Attorney General, Loretta Lynch, met privately with your husband, on a plane, sitting on the tarmac, in the middle of their investigation of you? Is that what you mean?

‘“But this is part of their [“their” meaning the whole right-wing conspiracy thing I guess] whole technique to divert attention from what the real story is,’ Clinton continued. ‘The real story is the Russians interfered in our election. And Trump committed obstruction of justice. That’s the real story.’”

Wrong again “liar, liar, pants on fire!” “The real story” is that you and your partners in crime fabricated the fairy tale dossier and used it as a basis for attempting to frame President Trump, and his people, with colluding with the Russians…, which is exactly what you and your friends did.

That’s “the real story.”
